My relance prepaid no is [protected] but today onwards my net pack is not working. Yesterday i was recharged in a 348 rup according to offer so please cheak and solve it my problam. I hope you will be provide better service than other companies.. This no is belonging to new delhi. So many times i tried to call 198, and *333 but call is not connected.

Hello!! I am from saharsa (Bihar). I am using mobile network of reliance (Smart). There is no network here for the last 7 days. Therefore i wish to port my mobile number to another network. I am requesting the port no. By smsing to 1900 but i am not receiving the port no.
Therefore i request the company to send me the port number directly.

This is to inform you that i have received text messages dated on 24/06/2017 (Recharge on rs.26 mein unlimited r to r local & std sath hi 100 minute other network par pure 28 dino ke liye) from company side but after recharge my mobile (No-[protected]) rs.26 not received benefits. Also i am contact costumer care executive so many time but not received proper solution.

The wireline internet service has stopped working completely since 18.06.2017. The Customer Care team is not at all helpful. I have submitted my complaint 4 times and recieved 4 different Complaint ID's namely,[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] but none of them have been resolved yet. I have paid my entire bill of 6 months in advance and this is the service I am getting. Worst customer services...

I never subscribed for any offer but the service providers are themselves subscribing my mobile number with many offers and has deducted my Balance without my consent. I was having the phone no. [protected]. During closure I made an additional payment of about Rs. 1500. I was told by customer service that I would receive the amount through cheque after 60 days. It is more than 4 months I have not received the cheque. Last time I called customer service they declined to address the problem and said that it is a Vodafone number....

Confirmation in my email, still my service is bared saying that my chq is bounced where i did not give chq and in this mnt. I have rec. Bill in which u have added chq bounce charge and late payment, i had to pay 550/- for my service, this month and i am going to consumer fourm, so please do the needful before i do so.

since then my out going stop two times
i visit reliance store and reliance corporate house four times but no result found very very bad customer service
there is also connectivity problem
i used vodaphone servise seens last 10 years then also i didnt show vodaphone house no single problem seens then

This type of service your department giving to customer it's very bad should be wind up soon if they can't do work. Spoiled your reputation in my family and we will never buy any reliance products for sure....
