I've recharged with 154rs. & they said ypu will get 1gb per day for 28 days,, on frst day was data working & next day my data was not working it always gets disconnected,,, i've called them many times but no response,,, such a # service,, i am very disappointed i wasted my 154rs. On bloody reliance,, please solve my issue

    I have brought a reliance gsm 3g sim card ([protected]) offering 1gb 3g data/day. But from 14th june i can not acces internet. I complained (Complain number[protected] to the customer care on 16th june. They promise to solve the problem within 72hrs. But till now my problem has not been solved. When i called again to the customer care they replied wait sir network team will solve this problem as soon as possible but till now has not been solved. Out of 70 days offer till now i can't use 13days. They cheat with me. Kindly solve this problem. Thank you

    After complaining to this website I have received many call from [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] asking for my Debit card number to solve my problem.In their words, "Hello sir I am from Reliance customer care.I will solve your problem.For this you have to recharge your number by a debit card.So give me your debit card number."

    I knew that they wanted to cheat with me and stole money from.Then I disconnect the call.

    so my request to you sir kindly arrest them.I hear from some people that they stole money from farmer, and then this farmer goes to suicide.

    So my request quickly take an action for such fraudulent case. Thank you...

    Reliance communication promised me to give a resolution of my problem by 30th june.But till now my problem was not solve.I called customer care they said please wait your problem will be solved.

    I want to know from reliance how many days will you or your team will take to solve this?????

    I register a complain on 16th jun complain number[protected] . Without solving my problem they close my complain.Then I register again a complain, number[protected] on 28th jun.They said it will be solved within 72hrs, but it not solved.Again they take a complain with numbering[protected] on 28th june and promised to solve it on or before 30th june.

    But till now I can't access net connectivity on Reliance gsm.It's a worst company.Their job is to cheat people.They are a cheater.

    I give a suggestion, please come to road and beg from people like a begger.

    GO TO HELL...

      My mobile number is [protected]. Auto deduction of balance taking place. So not recharging the number in fact scared of recharging. Such cheating is unexpected from a company like this. Please give me last 5 balance deduction details or tell me to shift to other network provider i will do that. Customer care no. Not working from this number. Very poor service dissatisfied.

        I ported my airtel number [protected] in reliance postpaid on dated 14.6.2016 on dated 21.6.2017 my airtel network has gone but my reliance sim is not start yet i have faced lots of problem due this i called your executive lots of time but mostly they did not pick my phone any when they picked they always told aj ho jaega aj ho jaega if you are not solve my problem than i will file a complaint against you in consumer forum thanks

        Recently my company gave me a Reliance Wi-pod to use and gave me a Reliance Sim 4G LTE to go with it, since the day I have received it the speed is very minimal, I can't even load the landing page of any site properly.

        Each website takes more than 10 minutes to load.

          Hi.
          I am from bangalore. One day i got call from reliance sell representative.
          They told they are giving sim after payment of rs.50 where first month 15 gb data free. And next month onward you can continue.. If you like the speed... But once the sim get activate. The speed was very very bad... After 3 days i requested many time to terminate the no.. But they told wait for some days.. And now after 7day use of that sim they send bill of rs.718.
          And now they are saying for termination i have to pay extra rs.400 as termination charge...
          And when i called that sell representative. She told to throw the sim and no need to pay any amount...

            I am a reliance postpaid customer, number: [protected], on 22 june i, suman banerjee send a porting out sms to 1900, after getting the porting out sms i received a call from one male customer care executives within one hour, it was 15.29 p. M and the conversation was around 7:20min, that fraud boy told that sir please dont release the connection, dont submit any document to anywhere, there is a new advance rental plan of 1349 where customer will get 4 month unlimited plus 20 gb data every month, as well as he told me confidently that this amount will be added with your next bill cycle and which is 11th july, before that i don't have to pay anything, i thought it will be helpful for me, but yesterday at 6:58 a. M i got a message that outgoing calls from your number is barred, without stating any reason, i thought it will be a system issue, i waited 2 days but today evwning when i called another cce lady i came to know that i have to pay 1900 plus amount immediately, wow reliance..
            In this way you are cheating the customers.. I need an immediate resolution in this matter.

              I have already paid for 4 months in advance.
              They are not refunding my money for the duration that i haven't used it.

                        Dear Sir/Mam, please note : On 21/06/17 the customer services team representative (mis. Shraddha) had called me from Cust. Care [protected] (when i was 35 kms. away from home town) & provided me a communication docket #[protected]. She apologized on behalf of Reliance Communications due to problems facing issue. She instructed me to switch from Automatic network selection to Manual Network on my mobile n try for the AIRCEL Network as (Aircel n Reliance is been Merged). I along with others tried as per instruction/s but facing the problem till the date.

                        As per your assurance, once again i request you to solve the issue of network at the earliest as the citizens are facing a lot due to poor network services. Do maintain your place as a pioneers in the field of communications.

                                The wireline internet service has stopped working completely since 18.06.2017. The Customer Care team is not at all helpful. I have submitted my complaint 4 times and recieved 4 different Complaint ID's namely,[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] but none of them have been resolved yet. I have paid my entire bill of 6 months in advance and this is the service I am getting. Worst customer services and satisfaction provided by the company. Tell me where to contact or next I will drag you to consumer court.

                                Sir,

                                Your employees in the Lucknow Head Office are still giving false assurances and just fooling around. They do not seem to care about the customer.

                                Every other day a different telephone number is handed to me and on dialling it, no one even bothers to pick up the call.

                                I am very much disturbed by all this.

                                  I never subscribed for any offer but the service providers are themselves subscribing my mobile number with many offers and has deducted my Balance without my consent. Initially i mysel[censored]sed to unsubscribe them but now this is more than enough. Every three days I'm being subscribed with something my balance has just got deducted. So i hereby complaint and want all this to stop and i want my balance refunded. I hope you would take this in consideration as earlier as possible.

                                    Sir, We would like to disconnect the Data Card No.[protected] in the Name of Dr.N. Yadaiah, Registrar, JNTUH. In this connection we have cleared bill up to date and contact customer care to day evening[protected] and asked to take our request to disconnect the same and asked her to give request number. One Ms.Kavitha, Customer Care Executive refused to give our request registration and asked us to pay another amount of Rs.700/- change and she is telling that the process will take up to 7 days minimum and have to pay Rs.70/- per day, I don't know what is this. Now a days how the technology improves and what these people doing. Moreover when I asked to send a demand mail for the above amount, she refused to send the same, without demand notice how I will pay and what basis I have to pay. I request you kindly solve the problem immediately otherwise I can not wait for another bill and I will approach Forum against Reliance Communications. I believe you people will solve my problem and disconnect my data card. My alternate contact number is [protected]

                                      Kindly cancell my data card no. [protected] with the relationship no[protected] with immediate effect.

                                      I tried to cancel from Reliance Communication stores, but non of them are ready to help me. Giving all silly reasons like system is slow, system is down, Manager not there come tomorrow etc. I don't know why they are escaping.

                                      So kindly help me to cancel the connection.

                                        I was having the phone no. [protected]. During closure I made an additional payment of about Rs. 1500. I was told by customer service that I would receive the amount through cheque after 60 days. It is more than 4 months I have not received the cheque. Last time I called customer service they declined to address the problem and said that it is a Vodafone number.

                                        The person called and said that the cheque was not delivered because they were not able to locate my address. Then how did they verify my address in the first place when they provided me the connection. It is the same address. It is a very lame excuse for such a company. I think they take customers for granted.
