I opened Reliance account through your agent in Valsad (Shree Sai Enterprise, Shop no 5, Royal Corner, opp Doctor House, Valsad) in March 2017. Mr. Minesh Patel is the proprietor. My Reliance no is [protected], Relationship no[protected]. I have received your bill indicating outstanding on Rs 1099. Last date of payment is June 29, 17.
I had paid amount paid my March bill through Mr. Minesh Patel. I also paid for my April and May bills to Mr. Minesh Patel (total Rs 1100). However, he has not credited the amount to my Reliance account. This has been going on for the last two months (April and May). We have made number of visits to the shop with no change in status.
I had taken up the matter with Reliance Customer Care through an email sent to rcom.[protected]@reliancebill.com dated June 26, however I have not received a response.
I am now formally filing my Complaint Registration Form.
Please investigate the issue and ensure that Mr. Minesh Patel, your agent in Valsad, deposits my money to my Reliance account. Please also confirm receipt of funds and nil outstanding.

    My postpaid connection{[protected]). plan Rs.299/- for monthly.

    My name is Srinivas. I used postpaid sim [protected] plan 299. Customer care executive explained the offer and took Rs.400 in advance and said no need to pay first month bill. But I received first month bill Rs.200. I shocked to hear this as postpaid customer executive explained wrong offer details.

    Outgoing calls are stopped from last date of first month bill Jan 2017. I gave many complaints for this.

    I used only one month this sim card but received bill every month. Why this happened. Outgoing calls stopped and they never blocked my sim card.

      I have informed about my mobile no [protected] outgoing not connecting, no outgoing sms getting do delivered.
      Incoming call and sms no issue. Have visit several customer care center in mumbai and kerala and complaint but no fruitful outcome, it's been more than 6 months my issue is not getting resolved and the customer care is not able to give any positive response.
      I tried to port my number to other operators but due to my outgoing sms service not working, rcom customer care say we cannot accept my request.
      I request you kindly office to please help me in getting my number port to other operators.

        I m really fed up again and again intimation of your legal notice for bill payment which is already paid for mobile no [protected] in time on 22/8/2016. And reciept for bill paid in cash is attached it. I have already complaint your reliance customer care so many time to resolve this problem but till now no action as been taken yet so if i again get this email against the legal notice for bill payment. I will be doing case against harrassment of customer for bill payment. So please resolve your this issue as soon as possible within today period.

          Dear sir/madam,
          I mr. Avinash limkar residing in flat no:4a, bhikaji complex, chinchwad, pune -411033 has been using reliance broadband connection with login i’d:[protected] for last 18 months. From 3rd june 2017 net connection has been not working due to main server issues which is located in yashopuram building, link road, chinchwad. I have lodged a complaint to your customer care service on 3rd june with a complaint i’d: [protected] and the same has been closed without even attending by you on 9th june 2017. I have again lodged a complaint on 9th june with a new complaint i’d :[protected] and the issue remains un resolved too.
          When contacted your local service person he told us that chairman of yashopuram building was demanding the rent (May be electricity bill running of server) for main server. Due to this net connection has not working. Kindly take this issue on priority and waive off the current month bill. You can also track from your system that no net connection has been utilized from 3rdjune which had implicated serious loss to us.
          Hope we will get a prompt and positive reply for the issue faced by us stop bullying people by closing the complaint before attending.
          Instead of resolving my net connection reliance peoples are asking me for bill pay.

          As per reliance policy, i am paying bill in advance so request you to refund me last month bill amount and advance amount also.

          Please cut off my services after refunding amount.

            I have reliance prepaid connection, they deducted my balance 3 rs per day for value added services. I had called to customer care and take my balance back, and i have told them and asked them, i have not subscribe any vas services, and the end i have asked them to kindly deactivate all vas services on my number, they told me there is no service activated now. And next day again they deducted my balance 3 rs.

              Its sad to see that reliance is torturing us common man by trying to take extra money (Advance bill payment). I kept quit till now. But coz of them i have 1) gone through miscarriage
              2) i was trying to apply for canada but was not able to fill form for 8th july as my all banking transactions are linked to my mobile no. ([protected]- which u have barred despit payment, as you are forcing me to pay advance 1 month).
              3) also applied for new job, but dont know if they are trying to reach me.

              Your service was already pathetic. No good signal, no solution in customer care (90 out of 100 times). Your company may have gone through loss and all. But my loss which more of mental cannot be covered by anyone. Now i want compensation of 20 lac.
              Your customer care guys kept on playing. They tell we r realising line, but noone did. They tell pay cause suppose in future u wont pay then, then they said pay advance will refund in 3/1 month. Y are you people like rowdy trying to take extra money.
              Why dont reliance pay advance salary, suppose you people close down than? Already its in loss. And coz of you i am suffering, my all payments/transaction/talk are hampered. I am suffering mentally due to your customer care.
              I need my compensation and my call realised.

              N no. Of times i have send u and mr. Ambani mail but nobody replied. Yes i got a revert from mr. Mukesh ambani's team (Who i not connected this also). Plz learn to respect ur customer

                Sir,
                It is pathetic and continuous process by reliance communications. I have a reliance mobile number [protected] and its is continuously third time that they have subscribed my number to some of there vas services and cut my mobile balance directly to pay for those vas services without my consent or will.
                First of all they by their will and without my consent or any prior information activated 'skywaygamewsub' services in month of may, then they activated 'anchalvideowsub' services on my mobile number in june without my consent and deducted amount from my mobile number balance that too without my consent. Third, they activated 'askvpaudiotalk30subs' on my mobile number recently that too without my consent and deducted amount from my mobile number talktime balance without my consent. I have to unsubscribe all the three activities.
                Please look into the matter and its a serious crime committed by reliance communications under section 420 of ipc.
                I want my refund for all the above vas service activiation charges and also, to stop this company reliance communication from making such fraud with their customers.

                And here again, now even after complaining about Reliance Communication's illegal actions of activating various VAS services on my mobile number without my consent and deducting amount from my mobile number balance. They have done this again on[protected] by activating VAS services- "ShotforModiSub30' without my consent and deducting amount from my mobile number balance. This is the height of shamelessness and illegal behaviour of such a big name company but with small and dirty business activities.
                At last, I have to port my number as nothing can be done for such activities.

                  In last one year time and again rcom is debiting my account either on incoming call or without usage of any service provided by the company.in last one year they have debited almost rs.200/- wrongly. I always do the complain through their out let at kandivali west after showing convincing their personnel about wrong charges! Some time for their wrong debit of rs.5/ i spent rs.36/ of auto which their personnel are also aware of! They also inform such sort of debits are abundunt and every day they receive such complains! Today also i received their message of debiting rs.7.18 saying last call duration 5 minutes before an hour soeven though neither i phoned nor received any call. It appears big scame of robbing money of their customers. My cell:[protected]

                    I am one of the poor customer of post paid with 32 connection your network is suffering from the very very poor network condition at my bokaro steel city jharkhand.
                    Either no tower or sometimes its one or two tower in all the cell phone using at all my staff working at this city center premise. More over the same condition at across the city.
                    I have try to spoke to mr arjit mishra, on [protected], mr vinod on [protected] for the network, mr. Vikash [protected] but very bad response from them.

                      I had purchased a pack of rs. 47 for my prepaid mobile no[protected]. This pack entitle me to 1gb of 4g data, all reliance to reliance calls free, other calls at 0.01 paisa per second. These 3 benefits with a validity of 28 days.
                      Reliance has sent me an sms stating that they have recharged my account with only 100mb data for 7 days. No othr benefits.
                      This is not the first time. I have experienced this during my last recharge on 1st june.
                      My question: why am i made to pay for the calls/data usage during the days when the activation has not taken place; the services for which have been debited to my account.

                      I did visit the gallery near Kandivili east station yesterday and they have promised that I will get the data benefits in the next 48 hours. However I received an SMS stating that my complaint has been resolved and that I could approach the appellate . The complaint has NOT BEEN RESOLVED EVEN AS OF DATE.

                        My number [protected] was suspended since yesterday 28th june 2017. I called at 198 and got to know about this that my this number is suspended due to non payment of other mobile number.

                        For your kind information at present i do not have any other mobile number and i have already paid my dues belong to [protected].

                        What kind of new fraud is this?

                        Will you lazy people take trouble to let me know about this.

                        In fact you have not replied to my earlier complaint here.
                        Just because you are ambani will you spread such # in our lives.

                        How can you suspend this number without any prior notice and why even i do not use any other number?

                        I don't think that the great & respected Dheerubhai Ambani would have allowed such policies!
                        Your people do not bother to address our problem.
                        It is a case of Mental harassment since last night. How can you deprived a person in the night to connect with his people. If I would have got any emergency then who would have come and helped?

                        finally your person called me without studying my case and disconnected in between.
                        It was like you are doing Greatest favor to Indian by providing mobile services.
                        If you study, you will come to now since 2006 when ever I had your connection I always made timely payment.
                        If I have stopped paying only because bill issue and your gallery and customer care failed to help .
                        Still I trusted your organisation and took new connection.
                        Even this number [protected] I have been using since 2015 and making regular bill payment.
                        I do not know what to write.
                        Your person such an ##### who suspended my number without intimating me before mid might when your stores get closed.
                        Suspended my number for a number which I was using years ago.
                        Your ##### manager or whoever he/ she is from whichever MBA school did not learn Business ethics.
                        I suffered mental harassment of 12 hours.

                        Now your customer care person, he is an another genius.
                        Without studying my case called me.
                        I am not at all Happy with Reliance Communication and never ever recommend to any one.
                        My number is also got suspended and i dnt know the reason yet, they are saying you need to reach the reliance store to get the exact reason. I am doing a job this would make a loss for me. What the hell is this ? I will just port my number that is only the better option.
                        Better NEVER go for any connection from Anil Ambani Company.

                            U provide horrible network and blackmail customers by sending legal notice. There was not even single reply of our mail that were sent to reliance. The customer care of reliance is of no use. I will never be customer of reliance ever in my life and i would never recommend anybody to use reliance. After 6 months i have stopped using number after intimating customer care also, i get suddenly a mail saying initiating legal notice. Not even a single mail of bill before or call from customer care. The reliance has crossed the limits. You are just threatening people who are busy in their daily life. You lost the respect that i had to reliance. Airtel is much better in handling customers. 100 times better than reliance.

                              Already submitted a complaint on 23rd (Id: 1609407) but not received any feed back only got a call and asked for again post a complaint through mail no solution on cancellation of plans which was activated by fraud commitment and so far there is no cancellation of late payment charges of by both no ([protected]&[protected] till date i didnt receive any bill from reliance for paying advance rent and i received message from reliance that today is the last date of payment and amount mentions that 1022 and 986 and i approach customer care they are also not able to provide details as per them details and bill will be generated on 11th of july but i need to pay the amount now to avoid late payment charges all the details i am getting from customer care are fake and the so far commitment given are not fullfilled i can pay the bill once you provide the split up of the details in mail or by hard copy and needs de activation of plan which was activated by giving fraud commitment

                              I am holding 2 mobile connection with reliance communication ([protected]&[protected]) and i was not getting connectivity in many of the areas so i decided to port out from reliance and i applied for port code for both the connection after getting port code i got a call from reliance and they said that by transfering to 4g my connectivity issues will get solved and also he offer a plan of 897 for 4 months in which unlimited calls for 4 months and 6gb internet usage and also said that 4g sim is free from reliance shop and veiver of may latepayment charges of both numbers never told that the plan is advance payment the same day my [protected] connection get blocked later i came to know that this plan was an advance rental plan and the disconnection reason was exceeding credit limit and i got a message that i need to pay 1375.66 in [protected] and customer care was unable to give the details of both numbers and i purchased two 4g sim from reliance (Medical college) which they charged rs 50 and i had converted my [protected] to 4g other sim activation fails and later i came to know that there is no requst for waiver of late payment charges and i asked for reversal of plan to 299 the customer care executive told that this plan is not available and i need to pay the entire charges then only i can change my plan and at the same time plan will change only at the time of bill cycle (I dont know how this advance rental plan got activated on 20th) then i registered an online complaint in indian consumer complaints id 1609407 then an executive from reliance communication call me and advise me to send a request to costemer care @relianceada.com for cancellation of plan
                              Now i am getting messages from reliance that i need to pay the entire amount for which no details was available and bill will generate on 11th only i need to pay before 11th to avoid late payment charges
                              The entire commitments was fraud and no change in range/connectivity after converting to 4g and net i have open my mail for 10 min and i got a message that your entire 4g net data got used and only low speed data will be available please do the needful to cancel the advance rental plan and deduct the amount from my bill or else i am forced to approach consumer court for justice

                                Sir, it has become a regular thing. Whenever i recharge my account balance on my number [protected], balance gets deducted from it by automatically activated value added services. Earlier they were deducting rs. 5 to 10, but now they deducted rs. 30. When i called they deactivated the service, but my balance has not been refunded to me yet. I had been trying for an hour to the customer care executives but they are not picking up the call. I want my money back. These people are gaining more and more profits by looting the common people.

                                    I had recharged rs. 500 balance in the phone number [protected] on 7th of july. And suddenly they have deducted the whole balance from my phone number. And when asked about the same from the company, they say that they don't have any details regarding the deduction. I have also cross checked with the company and there are no active value added services on my number.

                                    I had recharged with rs 93 yesterday. after recharge the net is not starting, i have already complaint to reliance customer care 3-4 times but noone is listening to me. they cut the call without any answer. please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will complaint to consumer court and will port my no. to any other network.

                                      Few days ago i have ported to reliance. It is automatically activating value added services immediately after i recharge and deducted my 60 rs and from last 2 days customer care executives are giving reasons of facing technical issues and saying call after 2 hours and the same is repeated sentence after calling 2 hrs later. The reliance is the worst network and also had got worst customer service.
                                      Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      The above number which i presently using is barred all out calling calls with out any reasons. Kindly do the necessary

                                        Hi team

                                        In my reliance comm prepaid number [protected] balance is being deducted automatically in multiples of 5. Since last 2 weeks 15 inr have been deducted automatically from my account. No one from customer care and reliance store can help.

                                        Such deduction is being done regularly.

                                        Could anybody help get refund for this or i am sorry to say that i will have
