[Resolved] Reliance — Reliance eats customers money | |||
Reliance is the worst service providing company I had ever saw.. plzzzz take immediate action, they will deduct My Net-pack of 101rs and also 45rs from my balance. they donot give proper reason for this deduction !! And Customer Care was not show actual care to customer they dosn't respond to our phone call... This happens with me about 10-15 times.. now i am get irritated if reliance doesn't take any action then i'll complaint against it to consumer forum so i kindly request to reliance to resolve my problem.. and i want my money back immideatly phone no [protected] email: naved01.[protected]@gmail.com thankyou Was this information helpful? | |||

actually this happens with me so many time..
if you check my call details towards the customers care of reliance u find that different customer care executive told different thing
they can't give me correct solution or answer.
plzz improve this typ of facility and some time if your executives doesn't know about the problem they just told to customer that "my system can't show proper information" so that we will get back soon..
but since there was no reply by your executives
