[Resolved] Reliance Smart Gsm Service — gprs and network problem | |
My mobile no [protected] ...reliance 3g service is getting 2g speed ..when iam not get enough speed .iam call customer care they said ..some setting ...doing tht setting what they tell... Bt my problem is not solve ...iam call customercare 2-3 times bt nothing happen last time when i call customer care they block my no when i press 9 they can't connect customer ...they talking about balance ...network signal is also getting weak in this 2 months ..we are frustated with smart service they ...don't care customer only take money ...idea is better signal and better net ...plz solve the problem ...other wise i am port to idea ...
