Dear Sir, Myself Ajay Kumar Prasad and my Mobile No. is [protected] registered on my Wife's name. Service provider of that no. is Reliance India Mobile, Bihar & Jharkhand . Main Balance on[protected] is Rs. 80.71 and i call only 18.37 minuts( In totality ) but my balance after deduction Rs. 26.71 only. I am socked how it possiable. I am call realiance customer care of so many times but not a satisfactory reply or non-receipts of my call. i am so worried . In that type deduction so many times in that number. In That no. no any Add On pack activated or no any Data use because i use this no. on basic hand set. Please Help Me ... Ajay Kumar Prasad [protected] [protected]

Dear sir,
I was posted a complain on 25/10/14 regarding Main Balance money deduction from my registered no. that is [protected].there was some word mistake in date.
The main balance on corrected date,[protected] is Rs. 80.71 and i made call only for 18.37 minutes( In total) but my balance after deduction was found to be Rs. 26.71 only as per message given by RIM.I was socked to see this.I was facing this problem many times. Now i fade up by this wrong deduction and not getting any solution from customer care service.finally i have to post this complain.
I need solution as early as possible.

    So many complaints 1st- unable to connect to internet since 4 days 2nd- On 23rd oct i recharged 1gb 3g for 15 days, i got it and total was 1250+ mb Today its just 250mb, how's this possible since I'm not even getting internet connection (almost everyone in my area) 3rd- every 2-3 days 1rs is deducted for vas video store Fix all your issues please, and give me my 1gb 3g data back

    Complaint has been resolved, data has been credited with extra 15 days validity, balance also credited ...
    Customer care representatives were oddly cool and calm this time, and understood the problem easily and corrected it...
    Thanks a lot reliance :)
    Update - data is now 109 mb, 150 mb more deduceted even when data connection was off

      Unable to connect internet since 4 days, i called coustomer care on 21st and i was told that it'll be fixed by 22nd oct 10pm ... But it didnt, i think this problem is for every one in my area (bhilai) 2nd - i recharged 1gb 3g pack on 23rd. 6pm, previous balance was around 250mb data, so total 1250+, surprisingly today its just 250 mb. 1gb magically disappeared even when THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTION FROM 4 DAYS, my data usage in mobile also shows few mb data used Please fix internet issue and give me my data back Name - Mridul Chandra Ph- [protected]

          Pl see the mail that I had sent to [protected]@relianceada.com on September 06, 2014 As a customer, I hereby inform you that there is a poor service of broadband internet connection. Regarding this, I lodged a complaint (for not getting internet connection) on August 03, 2014 (complaint no.[protected] through customer care service and again made a complaint on August 16, 2014. Till today, the service is not restored, so I don't have internet connection service at my residence for the last 36 days. However, I have to pay the amount that too without getting proper service. In the meantime, you have sent an email for the next payment. I appreciate your promptness in this action/service. I lost hope in getting the connection.               I bought a reliance Sim in August. Few days back called up customer service center for deducting amount from account. They activated service i said i didn't activated any service and refund my money but they didn't refund the money and didn't even forward my call to the senior. From that day I unable ro call customer care service. From last 5-6 days the amount is getting deducted from account. For this. I am trying to call the customer care services but ivr not connecting my call to customer care executives. today I again tried to call the customer care executive but issue is same. today they deducted 10 Rs from my account saying vas easy mobile service is activated. please help me out. my mobile no is [protected]. thanks and regards deepak sharma

                I am complaining to get my money back for almost an year. There is no proper response, when they call me and tell that Reliance will call me back with the details. And no further update. I request them the either give the service which i have requested.                   Sir,
                  I am surprised to know that a big company like reliance assumes that the customers as fools and tries to find out new new ways of cheating them.

                  I am having a reliance (Smart) sim having number[protected].
                  I have not subscribed any sevices on this no.

                  Today i.E. On 24 october 2014, time-14:17, reliance again deducted rs. 3 as some ussd service and my balance reached to rs.116.

                  Last time last month when this problem occured reliance told me and commited me that it will not occur again.Last time last month also my full amount was not refunded after their commitment also.

                  I called up the customer care but they are also unable to solve this problem.
                  Is the customer fool to recharge and fill the balance in advance so that the company can easily deduct the amount and can enjoy...?

                  Do the needfull and return my balance back immediately and also make sure this problem should not occur again.

                    I just want to ask only one thing ... Why Telecom companies such as Reliance is charging 4 & 5 times higher prices only on Hindu Festivals and nobody is raising this serious issue. They are targeting only Hindus in India. Whole year they are charging normal prices, but only on Hindu Festival such as Diwali, New Year, Rakshabandhan, Holi etc... They are charging Four to Five Time higher prices for Call and SMS from their Customers. I got following msg from Reliance. "Dear Customer, on 23rd & 24th October'14 all voice calls & SMS will be charged as per regular tariff. Pack benefits will not apply.RCOM" They charged me 30% higher on another network and 80% higher on Reliance. ( Normally They used to charge me Reliance to Reliance 10 paise and Reliance to others 30 paise per minute. But on this Festivals they charged me 1 rupee per minute on all networks). Why they are not playing this kind of dirty money snatching game on EID and other religions festivals ??? I have many Muslim friends and they told me that they are not victimized on their Festivals from this kind of high price on their call & SMS. So I am asking you why only Hindu is victimized from this kind of company. It means, they are neglecting Hindu Religion and having fraud with only Hindu people. Here I am feeling like I have been cheated from Reliance on my Religion/Festival. I am a Hindu and make many calls to my friends and relatives on Hindu Festivals. Is this kind of company is allowed to hike prices only on Hindu Religion??? Reliance is charging normal price whole year, but only on Hindu Festivals, they are charging 50 to 60 % higher. This is a fraud with Hindu people. I am requesting you to give me justice. Please do not hesitate to contact me for more information.                       It is observed by me that, your company is a third class service provider in all over the telecom net, you have lots of options to earn money from customers, I am using all your products Reliance sim, Reliance big TV, Reliance net, but after this also you are making us a phial, I have tarif plan on my mob no [protected] but from yesterday onward you are keep on deducting the call rates as regular rate, yesterday may be off Deepawali the tarif was not applicable, what about today n even you vent informed that cal rates ll b deduct as per regular cal rates, if i am calling to your customer care they make me hold for 7 to 8 minutes n even then they disconnect the cal instead of picking, n then send ur message you spoke to xyz were u satisfied, unless i spk how can i? many times your company have deducted my main balance and i avoided or tried to cal ur customer care but no responce, i am paying monthly around 1200/- or more for my services but i am not satisfied, very soon i ll change all your services unless i ll not get back my actual balance in my mob no and in my Reliance dongal

                        I sai kalyan having a reliance broadband internet service since 2011, {id :[protected], name ranga rao k v, }

                        With out my notice reliance connection cable was removed in the month of june, i made several complaints via e mail, at website also . Even though i paid the bills ..

                        On this date 09/09/2014 no dues ...

                        Even though i didn't get service, i am receiving the calls reg bill payment.
                        Now i request you kindly dis connection my internet service ...

                        From now onwards i don't want to pay the bills ...

                        Today(24-oct 2014) i received threatening calls regarding bill payment and forcing to get legal notices...
                        I talked to mumbai reliance there response is very good and there had information regarding my cancellation in the month of june only and i paid the bills up to the month of august ...

                            Dear Sir/Madam, This has reference to the Mobile no. [protected] (Odisha). I have made recharge for GPRS 3G Data with Rs. 177 on 18th October 2014 for a validity period of 30 Days. With the above recharge I got the 1GB 3G data + Free 1 GB data extra, I had total 2GB data balance, till yesterday I did not use the data more that approx 300 MB and yesterday around 2 PM suddenly the data balance was deducted to zero (0) and my mobile was unable to connect the Internet. I am worried how is it possible if I did not use the data and the data validity was not expired I have also talked to customer care executive but they did not response properly. Please check the details from your end and return my remaining data balance which I did not use. I have paid Rs. 177 for 3G Data with 30 days validity. You have not written any other condition in your website which causes the data reduction to zero. Please check the detail and return my data balance as soon as possible.                                 My name is ritesh uthada. i have a reliance netconnect+ ..caf number - [protected]. I recently requested a change of my plan on the 16th of October to 40gb unlimited and got a msg on my cell that it will come into effect from the 17th October. I called the customer care on 20th october informing them that my plan has not come into effect and I am still getting speed of not more than 144kbps. He said the plan is of 40gb while on reliance homepage it showed that the 10 gb plan was still going on. I got a complaint number[protected] and he assured of the problem of the plan getting mismatched will be solved within 24 hours. After 24 hours, my problem had not been solved so I called again and I once again got a complaint number[protected]. I checked my netplan after 24 hours it was showing 40gb but I am still getting the speed of 144kbps. The same problem happened last time I changed my plan when despite calling the customer care several times no action was taken. I ended up paying for a plan which I dint use for 2 months. This time too its the same thing when the customer care provides with complaint numbers and there is nothing done about it.

                                  I had recharged my number [protected] with 177rs data pack on 15-oct-14 valid for 30days, then I got 2gb data. Now on 23-oct-14, I got a message that my data was valid till 23-oct-14, which is just 7days after the recharge data . when contacted their customer care, they didnot co-operate with me. I still have the message which i recieved on 15oct-14 ( that the data is valid till 30days). Please look into the matter and help for the refund of data.

                                    Sir/Madam, Mobile number is [protected]. This is to bring to your notice that On 15th September-2014 I have done recharge for net pack of Rs.125 and on the same day I got a message that this pack will be auto renewed on 14th October-2014 or 29 days from today. 15th of October my main balance got detected and again on 16th October I made a top up of Rs.200 since the message said the net pack will be auto renewed but that amount has also got detected without any prior message or intimation and i contacted customer care on 17th October but the reply what they said is that contact local reliance store and "sorry for the wrong message we cant do refund on it". On 21st October i raised a complaint on Reliance outlet a complaint has been taken with reference number[protected] and the message says that issue will be resolved in 2 days. I got a message that this (issue) service request number has been processed on 22nd October-2014 but when i called them and asked regarding this issue the reply is that sorry we cant check the issues or history which has been done before 3 days.                                       My problem has not been solved, since after 2 days of deactivation, it got activated again.

                                      The VAS(Value added service) of Reliance GSM not even active on my mobile number [protected], but they are charging Rs 1 for VAS Video Store every alternate date. I deactivated VAS packs thru SMS, type "STOP" and sent to 155223 (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/customercare/customercare_sac.html) many times. Got message mentioning "Dear customer, you are not subscribed to any VAS Packs". and they are deducting Re 1 in between intervals.
                                      Any given time Customer care is not reachable.

                                      Please do the needful to all the customers who had been in this money looting (cheating) such big company like Reliance Communication.

                                      This is also a one type of Scam they are doing.

                                        Sir, I have prepaid gsm no of reliance communication. [protected]. Without having any vas servise reliance is deducting my balance on the name of VAS Shotformat GSM amounting Rs.25 six times(Total amount deducted=Rs.160) on[protected] &11-10-14&14-10-14&17-10-14&20-10-14&23-10-14 while going to deactivate value added service by dialing thier toll free no 155223, they told me there is no value added service for ur prepaid no.                                         Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        My mobile no is [protected]. Its a reliance prepaid sim card. From last 3 weeks i have getting sms that " Amount Charged for VAS shemaroostream but I don't activate any VAS service. i also talked with reliance customer care and they replied that there is no VAS service is activated in your number but after that i still getting the same sms and Rs 5 is deducting from my prepaid account.
                                        I would be kind enough if you stop this and refund my money otherwise i will go to higher authority.
