It is observed by me that, your company is a third class service provider in all over the telecom net, you have lots of options to earn money from customers, I am using all your products Reliance sim, Reliance big TV, Reliance net, but after this also you are making us a phial, I have tarif plan on my mob no [protected] but from yesterday onward you are keep on deducting the call rates as regular rate, yesterday may be off Deepawali the tarif was not applicable, what about today n even you vent informed that cal rates ll b deduct as per regular cal rates, if i am calling to your customer care they make me hold for 7 to 8 minutes n even then they disconnect the cal instead of picking, n then send ur message you spoke to xyz were u satisfied, unless i spk how can i? many times your company have deducted my main balance and i avoided or tried to cal ur customer care but no responce, i am paying monthly around 1200/- or more for my services but i am not satisfied, very soon i ll change all your services unless i ll not get back my actual balance in my mob no and in my Reliance dongal
