Maheshwari Mehta s/o Bhagwat Mehta at+po-Army house european coloney near I.G. Stadium, purnea. Sir, This is informed u that we have a house hold electricity connection by " bihar state electricity board" division- purnea, sub div.-purnea, account no- 13044, 21094, 21095. We regularly pay bills all months since our connection taken. In this month the bill of this account no-13044 has not send but this bill is wrong from this month (15/09/2014) in this month board send us a huge amount of energy charge of this account no- 21094 ( Rs 1926) this bill is wrong from (30/06/2013) and the third bill of account no- 21095 (Rs 6046) this bill is wrong from (30/06/2013) after all in every month they are not showing their bill on internet website and all the date of the bill is wrong. They are not subtract the amount of money that we have payed. We have all electricity bills of this year 2013 and 2014. So please check i will be thank full to you. I also consult to sub division purnea but there is no help or suggestion by them. So i therefore request to u that kindly take action on my complaint. We are heartly thankful to you.     Mail sent to Reliance is self explanatory. [protected][protected][protected] Dear Sir/Madam, I was having 2 Loop postpaid connections ([protected] & [protected] ). One of your Reliance Sales Executive (Avdhesh [protected] / [protected]) from your authorized dealer named IRIS telecom, Dreams mall, Station Road Bhandup (W) Mumbai 78. Came & collected documents for Porting & assured for Reliance postpaid 199 Plan for loop customers, He verified all documents & provided SIM cards to me. My Reliance cards activated on 10/10/2014 & After 3-4 Days both numbers barred reason stated address verification negative & Slum area. As I tracked no one came for verification. How come your sales executives provided me SIM cards if i reside in Slum & negative area ?????? Today is 20th & still doing follow up with this agency & His Manager ([protected]) but no response received. I had raised a service request[protected], But still response is awaited. Both are my official numbers & distributed to more than 500 government Bank Branch managers, But due to such poor services facing end number of issues.       I'm getting the signal properly still there is a problem in uploading the page and I' m not able to watch videos, videos are buffering frequently. This problem is existing for past one week. I tried calling the customer care several times and there is no response. Please try to rectify the problem as early as possible

        i am subscriber of pre paid mobile no. [protected].
        For some time i have been deducted with money from my mobile balance on pretext of some VAS which i had never requested.
        In the month of Oct 14 itself thrice i have been deducted with Rs 5 each for VAS TechZone VP Su on 17 Oct 14, VAS Techzone SMS S on date 12 Oct 14 and VAS Sht fmts S Talk Pack on 09 Oct 14. All these VAS have never been requested by me. Before these three occassions also i have been charged such amounts.
        As per QoS issued by TRAI, a service provider can not charge for any VAS without consumer consent.
        Hence, you are requested to refund all the charges made on me in last one year towards such unconsented VAS.

        No one has contacted me till date.

        Though I have received a sms that service request no.[protected] has been processed. However immediately thereafter i am again deducted with Rs 5 towards VAS ShotformatsGSM.

        It is requested that such acts of cheating and illegal practices should be stopped and the money be refunded.

        while some money has been refunded, the act of deduction of money on pretext of VAS is continuing.
        the last deductions even after so called resolved problem are on dates :

        25 oct 14 Rs 5 for VAS Shtfmts S Talk Pack

        04 Nov 14 Rs 5 for VAS Shtfmts S Talk Pack

        It is really pity that reliance is not able to put the right system in place to avoid cheating with customers.

            Sir, On approx 11th or 12th October 2014 i had recharged my number [protected] with special Internet pack through easy recharge of Rs177 as advertising all over *333 customer care number. After recharging i put my sim in my dongle and connected the interenet, it was only connected for 4-5 seconds after that it was disconnected and didn't connect ever. As i talked to the customer service executive, they told me that you have connected through dongle thats why your plan is lapsed. Can i know where the information regarding this special pack of Rs 177 showing that this plan is only for mobile users. and if it is not then give my plan back to my number as soon as possible otherwise i will take another high level action ragarding this.               Relationship #:[protected] Subscriber Number #: [protected] I just paid my bill and right after that my Internet speed has dropped to a MAX of 3 KB and I tried changing multiple laptops but the problem remained the same. Its been 3 days now and very time I reach the customer care over phone ever none answers the call or some agent would answer the call and will put me in hold for least 30 mins. I have recording evidence of this too. I need the speed issue resolved ASAP. Some please help me on how to lodging a complaint on this and have Reliance accountable for their pethatic service.

                I have been using reliance prepaid network for a while now. They are deducting plenty of balance without any reason or service. I have previously complained about the same in company's customer care and the same got reversed. However this has become some sort of routine for them. Again they have deducted the balance and I am not able to use the services which I paid for. I strictly want to put a complaint about itit.

                  Today I recharged my mobile No- [protected] by Rs. 177 in jadoo recharge time is 07:59PM. My all data lost due to I insert SIM Card in dongle as per conversation by customer care. How they cheat me like this I just pay and get nothing. I am feeling very unhappy with Reliance. I tried to continue this number but again reliance told me don't use me. Please resolve this issue. If it will not resolve by reliance I will withdraw from this company. Nothing more to say but it is very bad expriance with reliance. Sudhir Kumar. Dhanbad, Jharkhand

                  Hi the same happened with me twice as well kindly check [protected]. I stopped using services from Reliance, will port the number soon. Reliance is cheater. I would have rated you -5* but there is no option.

                    I was using the post paid services of reliance in the form of Reliance Netconnect data card No. [protected] and one month back I have initiated the conversion of Reliance Netconnect data card from post paid to prepaid and as per the process I have cleared the outstanding ammount and also I have submitted the required documents. Its a month now and my no. is converted to pre paid but when I am trying to activate the same it is asking me for the 9 digit PIN no. I have called the customer care several times and as per them the 9 digit pin no. is the numbers in the RSN no. so I tried with the same but no luck its again giving the message "No. could not be activated please contact customer care for further assistance". I am also feeling sorry for my self after using the services of such service provider. also I want to request everybody not to go for the reliance services because they don't care about thier customers. For them customers are the way to make money only they dont care about the harrashments and the difficulties which customers are facing.I just want to make the complaint against the Reliance.                       I am from agra i have a wll prepaid phone but now the phone is too old and not working properly so i tried to change my wll old phone with new one keeping a same number but i was replied that now the wll facility is not any more in up so no wll phones are not available in uttar pradesh The main problem is a number if i could get it in sim or another wll phone would be available cause i cant keep my number switched off i tried to call customer care but unable to talk to representative

                          HI I'm Arul using Reliance Datacard (prepaid) for past 6months it was working good, last month i changed it from prepaid to postpaid, till then iam started facing signal issues, now 4 days in two weeks there is no signal completely, spoke to customer care they informed its due to network upgrade. If there is any network upgrade why it’s not informed to customers, customer care don’t have answer for this. I use Internet to use only on emergency, if it’s not working whenever required then it’s useless having your connection which is unacceptable and ridicules If this is not going to fix by tomorrow iam not going to pay by bill for this month .                             Dear Sir/ Madam, I have a reliance 3G dongle from last Aug-2013 with a plan of Rs. 750/- unlimited plan my No is [protected]. Last Month from 19th of September 2014 to 1st October 2014 I was not able to use any Internet connection due to low connectivity. When I was ask several time in reliance customer care they told me their system updation work going on they cant solve the problem even after minimum 20th time call they cant able to launch a complain for that. In that time one of customer care executive in the basis of assumption( because they are not able to see the system their system work going on) activate one Mobile Internet top up of Rs. 99/-. Which was just un used and unjustified. I launched 3 complain on i) my bad Internet connection which is still not solved. ii) Wave off of my monthly rental charge in pro- rata basis in which period i was not able to use the Internet connection and wave off the extra top up charged which i was not able to use at all, this complain they did not resolves don't know in which basis and with out any information to me. iii) Stop and give me credit back one unauthorised and unjustly status like miss call alert service of 3G dongale no from last October 2013 month onwards in which I all ready paid over Rs. 330/- all ready.                                 I am reliance land line user since past 8 years and want to disconnect the phone for the pathetic service experienced from reliance care. I have logged complain about three time for disconnection of phone, however they no one has taken any concerns and keep on generating new outstanding bills when have always paid my bill on time. The only reason is reliance probably has no money to pay my deposit amount. They have even shutdown all there Web world services, so there are no stores to hear your complains. My last complain number (UCS[protected] generated for disconnection of land line was on September 27, 2014, and I am still being send bill for October.

                                    I Ardhendu Chand having Reliance Mobile No [protected] from Odisha, Bhubaneswar . I had recharged 59 i.e, STD night pack from 11pm to 6am unlimited calling. I had recharged it on 13/10/14. But when i called on 16/10/14 after 11pm my balance automatically reduced. I didnt know the reason thats why i called customer care of Reliance, they received and said that you called a reliance no before 11pm. I said many times that i have call logs and also free night pack but they didnt accept me. After 2 times of calling i am unable to call the customer care, dont know what the reason? I have all the proofs that i was calling after 11pm but they didnt accept me . They said only one thing that i had called before 11pm. Even at 12am i called Customer Care of Reliance last time they said u called a reliance no before 11pm but i was again called that no at 11.35pm.

                                      I took a reliance gsm 3G sim on 24 th september and recharged for Rs.64 with 1.5 GB free.My main balance had deduced to zero rupees and 25 paise a few days back.I have made one or two calls but that's that, and nothing more.I tried to enquire about it but got no reply. Today I recharged again for Rs.10 and recharged my data for Rs.125.i got messages from 51234, RM Reliance, 52811,[protected],[protected].As I got a message about charging me for vas sms I called toll free relince customer care number and got the reply that i got that message from 51234.they said that I might have accidently turned on some offers or clicked ok or yes to any messages..(which is very unlikely to happen as i don't do anything without reading.and uses bare minimum offers and apps).Now(@4:50 pm of Friday October 2014) my main balance is 5.06 Rs just by calling a toll free number. I want to get service which would worth my previously deduced balance and a trust worthy service from reliance with immediate effect.

                                        Hi, i am using my no.[protected] charges deduct auto. as i did not asked for any services.. this thing happened 6 times with me. why reliance cheat us by unethical work. i was having 4 reliance no. i closed every no. as by this wrong customer policy. i donot suggest people to go with reliance because auto deducted amount without any reason (again & again) and i am complaint many times but not response. pathetic services ever.
