I had lost my all balances like main balance as more then Rs.90 data balance more then 960 MB. with validity 02/11/2014. i had tried to contact through customer care no.198 but my no. is blocked by them. i am very helpless about it as i have tried several times but my call can`t be connected. Please take appropriate action.

    Dear I suja shiju easo no. [protected] recharge my mobile of 22/10/2014 for Internet usage Rs 156 and get the data of 600MB at the same time I recharged my mobile of RS 55. These whole amount is deducted from my account on 24/10/14 as the Internet service was unavailable during these days. Its harassing from reliance company that the customer support was also not available during these period, After getting the customer care call on 27/10/14 they told that we only give the detail for last three days. So these are the matter I must need my money return back with an apology.This is so irritating from reliance company as the customer care person could not talk with due respect and the will talk with me that I am a foolish person. Please take concern my complaint

      User id[protected] R/sir I regret for my direct mail to you but I have been forced by unsatisfactory customer service. I m reliance broadband user, perhaps the most plagued customer of worst service from Reliance broadband. Number of mails and phones to customer care have gone countless apart from the immense discomforts I have received from Reliance. Since last one year my broadband has connectivity problem, after every 5 min it gets disconnected. Promise made during the connection for the best service are much far from the actuality. In-spite of several promises no solution and waiver I have received yet. Several complaints already have been registered. After this mail, I hope for the stringent solution and waiver for previous month. Looking forward for the kind reply along with stringent solution. Thanx

        We have taken broadband service from Reliance communications. For the past 6 to 7 months we are not using the service as it was not working. I raised too many complaints and all were eyewash. Everytime when i call and tell them the internet is not working they immediately give the complaint. Few days after if i call and ask them regarding the complaint they will say it was closed because everything is working fine without getting the confirmation from the customer whether it is working or not. Nearly i raised 10 to 20 complaints for internet connection not working. One month after they sent me a bill stating me to pay 612. How can i pay 612 without using the service. Second month they sent a bill statement and i got irritated immediately i called to the customer care toll free number. Few days after a representative from mumbai named "Sheetal" called me and told that we will see if it is working we will provide you a service or else we will terminate the service. I asked her about the payment for not using the service. She said no you need not pay for not using the service. After a month again I called to the customer care and asked them by giving a customer id. They said you have to raise a termination request and I raised they as usual gave me the termination request id. Three days after I called them and asked about the termination request. They did not respond and disconnected the call. I got irritated. The next day I called them again they gave the termination request number. Now they sent an message stating that an advocate notice is given to me for not using the service. How fraudlant these ppl are? Y should i pay for not using the service. AND . ARE WORKING. NUMBER ONE FRAUDLANT COMPANY IS RELIANCE BROADBAND COMMUNICATIONS. So friends please do not prefer "Reliance Communications" for broadband service. They will eat your money like anything. AND .

          i am using reliance prepaid telephonic services from last 5 months.since last 2-3 months my prepaid balance has been deducted for different services without any subscription. in this regard i have contacted their complaint cell, appealate authority more than 20 times..and every time they had replied that, sir, this is last time and no amount will be deducted.but it has not stopped. so now i am planning to register a complaint in district consumer court. please suggest me how i can effectively claim my compensation.

            D/s I can't use 3g internet from last 8 days on my mobile no.[protected] Three time i have called to customer care they said "Due to Network Fluctuation in Madhya Pradesh State you cant use 3g internet service", also customer care said this problem will be short out in 12 hours" Now 8 days passed, problem is not short out yet.               i am a reliance prepaid consumer. i recharged my phone today[protected]. rs. 156 for 3G net pack of 1GB, but only 600MB were credited to my prepaid account instead of 1GB. The reliance website clearly shows 1GB for 156rs! this is highly annoying! i want full 1GB data, and request the company to look in the mater! such fraud is neither expected nor accepted from the service provider i have been trusting since long time! my number is [protected]

              I am reliance prepaid consumer, I Activate 3g Plan through INSTACARE MOBILE APP on[protected] RS. 156 for 3G net pack 1GB, but only 800 MB were credited in prepaid account instead of 1GB, validity 14 days what is this Reliance fraud, Reliance INSTACARE APP shows 1GB Rs 156 and validity 30 days, this my number [protected]

                My mobile number--[protected].---GSM. Complaint--- 1. Filled netpack for 3G--650 MB on 12/Oct/2014. Net stopped working on 23/Oct/2014. Net balance crashed to ZERO. Also balance talk time became ZERO. Till this time the net consumption was approx 250 MB and balance talktime was 120 Rs. 2, Again Internet recharged for Rs 101/- and talktime recharged for Rs 205/- ---- both on 24th Oct 2014. Both crashed again to ZERO on 25th Oct 2014. Till this time net consumption was 11 MB and balance talktime was Rs200 approx. Dont understand this. No communication from reliance on this issue. Pl, look into immediately and respond thru SMS on the above mobile number and on my mail--anoop.[protected]@yahoo.com Also arrange to refund the net balance and talktime with complete validity.                   sir, me kafi samai se smart 3G use kar raha hu lekin kareeb 1month se 3G ka network bahut aa ja raha hai complain karne par har bar yahi bata diya jata hai k tacnical problem hai thodi der bad theek ho jayegi lekin aj tak us problem ka koi solution nahi kiya gaya. har bar complain karo to yahi jabab aata hai. abhi kareeb 5-6 din pahle se to or jyada problem hone lagi hai problem hai k net connect hi nahi hota hai hoga to kareeb 30-40 bar connect karne k bad hoga wo v conform nahi hai k hoga hi or ab to custumer care ka no hi nahi lagta (all chhnel are busy) ka message hi sunai deta hai chahe rat ko 12 baje karo chahe din me kisi v samai. to nivedan hai k jald hi problem ko door kiya jayega.                       Phone No. :- [protected] of Reliance Smart GSM Service To whom it may concern I would like to bring to your notice that Reliance Communications has been deducting amount from my cell phone with the above mentioned number without any valid reason. Around Rs.70/- was deducted from my account on 25 October, 2014 around afternoon. The main balance was reduced to Rs. 0.15. Whenever I called the Customer Care, they always made the same excuse of the system being down and tell to call later and they do not lodge a complaint, including their senior technicians. When I finally got through after a lot o[censored]nsuccessful attempts, they said that no kind of 'value added services' were registered and they cannot help me with the issue and told me to call later since they will check once again later. This has been a very painful experience for me as every time I call them, a new executive picks up the phone I have to explain the whole issue to them and they once again say the same thing, i.e.system is down so they will check later. I am still yet to get this amount and am not able to make regular calls, send messages, use data packet. I am also hesitant to do recharge again as I am worried they might take away my balance on some pretext or the other. I would like to notify you that this is not my first experience of such malpractice. On 4 October, 2014, I recharged this same number with Rs. 111, and this whole amount was siphoned off by evening. For three consecutive days, I called up the customer care many times and they said the system is down. On the fourth day, they said their servers do not hold data for more than three days and they cannot help me in any way. After a prolonged argument with them, they agreed to lodge a complaint and then after nine days on 13 October, I finally got my full balance back (in two phases: Rs. 33 on 8 October and Rs.87 on 13 October). It is from this amount only that the above Rs. 70 has been deducted, again. My DND is activated, still these kind of problems occur. I had examinations during this period and I was completely cut off for roughly ten days. This has been a huge nuisance for me as I have wasted a lot of time, money and energy behind it and I am literally losing my sleep over this new method of malpractice the company has started to harass people and make profit. It is my earnest request to you to take the necessary action at the earliest. Thank you.

                            I am Unable to Connect to Broadband Plus mode. The device is ZTE make. MDN number is [protected]. I have upgraded my Data plan to 40 GB unlimited on 18th October 2014. But now the device is unable to connect in HSD mode i.e 3.1 Mbps bandwidth. The Hybrid mode is getting max bandwidth of 230 kbps. Please resolve this issue as it is affecting my work.

                              Reliance pro3 Speed - Lowest Speed Reliance Pro3 (Hyderabad) MDN: [protected] Plan: Postpaid 999 I got cheated by reliance with their false promise of high speed 14.7Mbps internet with Pro3 Data card. Speed is less than 1.5Mbps. Signal shows 4bars with pro3. With my airtel 3g dongle i getting 2Mbps. I have raised complaint. Pro3 is wasting my time and money. I decided to cancel my account to stop further losses. I strongly recommend not to opt for this Pathetic false product by reliance, suggest your friends also. Please advise me on how to cancel this account properly to avoid monthly bill generation .

                              Please dnt buy Relience Pro 3 data card, they are not supporting the promised speed, 14.7Mbps.

                              I have purchased Reliance Pro3 Dongler on 23.03.2015 at Reliance Tele Communication, Mangalore (Opp. Karnataka Bank). At time of purchase, the sales personnel convinced me that the maximum downloading speed of this dongler 14.7 MBPS (Mega Bytes Per Second) and uploading speed 5.1 MBPS and same is also mentioned on product box. So I decided to purchase and requested him (sales representative) to install in your computer to verify/demo. But he denied saying that “Activation will took 2 hours time and if any problem call to me”. So I purchased dongler for Rs.1, 600 and also paid Rs.244 for startup. Then I installed (as per instruction given by the sales representative) to my laptop (i7) and activated without any problem. After connecting the internet, it was found that the downloading speed is not as per specification (14.7 MBPS). Instead of 14.7 MBPS, the downloading speed shows between 700KBPS (Kilo Bytes Per Second) to 2200KBPS. There is no problem in signal strength and signal strength show full.That means maximum downloading speed is 1.5 MBPS and not 14.7 MBPS. Another thing is while connecting the internet, it shows the Rate (below in Connection/disconnection menu) 3.1 mbps (instead of 14.7 mbps) (you can not change it as 14.7 MBPS), is it the maximum speed ? If so why Reliance Telecommunication mentioning specification as 14.7 MBPS and why giving the false statements/advertisement (to cheat customers). What is meaning of these ? I contacted the sales representatives and he told me that call Reliance Customer Care. After several calls (some time busy tone and some time engage tone), finally they received and briefed the lady (every time new representative receives calls) and listened and replied that call after 2 hours later. I called after 2-3 hours later, but they are not responding suitably (some time busy and some time engage tone). Finally l one representative's (customer care) advised me that change Mode "Hybrid" to "Pro3", so I changed the mode Hybrid to Pro3, but there is no difference in speed and problem remained the same. I again contacted the customer care representative. This time lady received the call and asked the model number and I told that model number is ZTE AC2791. The representative/lady replied that this model is varies/different, please contact the Reliance Center/Branch where you purchased the Dongler. I have made several call to his mobile, but he is not responding/not receiving the call. This totally fraud and cheating customers by giving the product speed 14.7 Mbps and selling the product of below 2 Mbps speed.

                                Sir, i have been using reliance network from quite some time now and in recent times it has started deducting my main balance for some or the other VAS services that i have not subscribed.Recently i have recharges my number with 500rs and since then reliance is deducting Rs1 for some video store services that i have never subscribed.It is to be noted that there is no particular fashion in which they will deduct the amount as on 23rd oct 2014 they deducted the amount 2 times a day, and rs 1 each on 15th, 17th, 21st, 24th, i tried customer care no at *333 already but the IVR machine always hungs up on me.Earlier when this happened the person at the customer care told me to call within 3 days to refund the amount but from last three days i have been trying to contact reliance regularly but my call always gets disconnected when the IVR is trying to connect me to the agent.Earlier i got a problem that reliance deducted amount for random VAS services and subcriptions that i never used and never subscribed.On few instances they returned me the amount and i requested them to unsubscribe me from any of the VAS services and the floor supervisor assured me that no more amount will be charged but this coontinues to happen even after that.But this is unbeareable now.They also charged me 50p/3min for calling on customer care for the reason that i was nt responsible for.Why would i pay for calling customer care for getting my money back.If it was so they would have not refunded the amount.Please provide me a valid solution as soon as possible or i may have to take a legal action because i am being offended from quite long now.My registered reliance gsm number is [protected].

                                  My Broadband Internet has been non-functional since 19th of Oct. I had lodged a complaint with your customer care center on the 21st of Oct. Since then I have called your representatives several times and they all assure '24 hrs' but now its been 7 days. This is enough time to get a new connection nowadays. I have had enough now. Restore my service ASAP or I will have no choice but to dis-continue your useless service and get a new connection from another reliable network. Also I want a refund on my monthly bill for service not provided as mandated by TRAI. My subscriber id is[protected].

This is to bring to your notice that OCTOBER-2014 I have done recharge talk time 100, After that I activated Watsapps on the same day I got a message that this pack will be auto renewed after one month. On 24th of October my main balance got detected when I just using watsapp for Rs.15, and remaining balance was Rs.85, when I have data connection was ON and Balance got detcted Rs.25.Then i called to customer care they said your other apps got updated, So chrges will apply. Then remaining Rs.60. has got detected for cancel.But my watsapps was not was not get updated message, Image Etc. etc. then i lodged complaint but no responded well. Explanation was poor. They told me that watsapp will be charge without Net pack. Other that net pack your daily u will be charge 10paise/kb any prior message or intimation was not get to me.
