I CALL SO MANY TIME TO THEIR CUSTOMER CENTER THEY ONLY SAY THAT COMPLAINT RESOLVE WITHIN 24 HOURS . I ALSO EMAIL THE SAME TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE ADDRESS. I attach both pdf file of my first email to their customer care address & my last email of cancellation of my connection to their address. TILL DATE NO PERSON COMMUNICATE TO ME EVEN IF I SEND MY COMPLETE DETAIL TO THEM . EVEN IF MY CONTINUOUS FOLLOWUP WITH THEM NO BODY TAKE CARE ABOUT EVEN CALL TO ME REGARDING MY COMPLAINT . EVEN I VISIT THEIR OFFICE AT AHMADABAD LOCATION THEY TELL THAT COMPLAINT RESOLVE WITHIN TODAY .       I've been using Reliance broadband since 2012. Recently I've been facing annoyed by the frequest logout/disconnection problem. It's so bad that my uptime in an hour is merely 10 mins. On top of it there hugely irritating costumer support reliance has. Literally none cares about the issue. None gives a call back for the resolution, give false committment of restoration in service. I've been calling 5-6 times a day and everytime I've been getting same answers as "there is outage in your area, and service will be restored in XX hrs", which never happened till date. I've thinking of changing the broadband provider. This is just a last chance to see anyone at Reliance really cares and gets back. Regards -ram shankar [protected]

        Hello Sir, I have registered complaint for 25/08/14 for that internet issue. My problem solved on 05/09/14 but bill payment generated with out deduction for that day. So, I can not pay total amount in unused days. If you will tell exact payment after that I will pay the money. Otherwise I can not paid bill amount. I want to know before due date and will pay the money. Otherwise also I can not pay penalty amount. No D329767-MEH-B002260-NETLINK_AHDB I would like to inform you that we are the existing reliance customer and we are not happy with your services I have lots of issue with reliance and we are talking with following 2 Person Mr Amish Arrora & Amit Gajera but they are not providing a better services to us so please find following list of issue and take some necessary steps . I request you to use this Reff. No or Relation ship No and check your system status immediately so you come to know the fact. 1 when ever we calling customer care your executive reply that we don’t have your record so we can’t help you 2 when I call nodal desk I had talk with Shubhangi madam she said that our system is not updated we can’t find any information regarding your mobile number 3 we are using reliance since last 4 to 5 years or more than that so please explain me how can I believe this reason given by nodal officer 4 I am getting shock that the reliance people have reason that system not updated since 5 years 5 I had communication with Amish arrora and amit gajera from reliance but since last 4 months they are fail to solve our issue 6 we have 140 reliance number in all over India so I ask amish arora to give me a list of all numbers along with circle but they fail to give me a list in proper time limit so I decided to keep in custody all those numbers but unfortunately they fail to do that also So at the end I sent them a mail to cancel or terminate all those number and send me the latest number of list (mail sent on 1st October ) and today I think that its better to change network provider so think that due to poor services, reliance lost its 142 connection Dear sir I know the value of your time and mine also and I can also solve this issue by making MNP but I thought that I suppose to inform higher authority of reliance that they have even this type of issue also so I send this mail to all of you people Please take action and improve your service level your people’s excuse and less attention can damage Reliance’s Reputation in customers mind

              Hi, I got a reliance post paid connection on 10th September and it was activated the same day. A couple of days later they suspended the line, telling that address verification was not successful. They did not even come to my apartment to verify the details and just directly suspended the account. After repeatedly calling the customer care and visiting the reliance store the verification was done on 23rd september but even after that, the number was not resumed until i went to the store again and asked the number to be disconnected. Finally the number was restarted on Saturday 27th september, and in the evening i got a bill for Rs. 255 for the billing period of 10th to 24th september. The same period where my number was suspended and I was not able to use the connection. I repeatedly contacted the customer care to register a complaint but they refused to. I sent them an email, but did not receive a response from them either. I contacted them over social media and they just replied once telling they would contact regarding this, but they did not. Now, as of today, my number has been suspended again.

                  Hi, i am using my no.[protected] deducted charges auto. as i did not asked to do so. this thing happened 4 times with me. why reliance cheat us by unethical work. i was having 4 reliance no. i closed every no. as by this wrong customer policy. i donot suggest people to go with reliance because auto deducted amount without any reason (again & again) and i am complaint many times but not response.

                    my reliance GSM number is [protected] i am not able to contact the customer care executive at *333 and 198 for about 3 months...i have registered complaint for this issue for many times but they are doing nothing, they only said that we have registered your complaint and you will be able to contact our executives after one week ...but i cant contact the customer care from my number... also they deduct my balance and charge me for services which i never activated...they charged for the same service for many times...really frustating...bad company ever

                      The minimum waiting time on reliance helpline numbers is at least 20 minutes.. And then... EVEN AFTER SELECTING ENGLISH LANGUAGE OPTION. I AM TRANSFERRED TO HINDI SPEAKING OFFICER. WHO REFUSES TO SPEAK TO ME IN ENGLISH. WHEN I TRY TO REASON WITH THE PERSON AND EXPLAIN THAT I AM NOT VERY FLUENT IN HINDI IN 9 OUT OF 10 CASES THE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE IS JUST NOT ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.. I cannot understand such a pathetic company policy.. WHERE YOU BLATANTLY LIE TO THE CUSTOMER OFFERING ENGLISH OPTION WHEN INFACT YOU DO NOT EVEN HAVE ANY ENGLISH SPEAKING OFFICERS!!! Once again Reliance has demonstrated how to cut corners and screw over the customer!

                        Hello Sir, This is regarding the Data (GPRS) data pack recharge that I have done on 3rd Oct on my prepaid Reliance Mobile Number through Online. Despite of the failed recharge, the amount got debited from my ICICI Bank. I called Customer care for this issue on 3rd of Oct itself then they told me it will be refunded in 24 hrs.. I waited then again called (Thrice) then informed by them ( Hemaxi/ Jagruti) that it cannot be refunded then I argued with them. After that they told me that it will get refunded in 7 days. Then I again waited and called on 8th day. Customer care executive (Salmaan) attended my call and told me to wait till 12PM .. I told him to atleast register my complaint .. but he said to wait till 12 PM (today i.e 10th Oct)... After that I again them again but neither they are registering my complaint nor refunding the amount. I am really fed up as they are just transferring my call here and there and no one answering after that. I do have the receipt (the one I got after recharge) but not able to upload here so just mentioning the details below: Receipt no: AMIR61670424 Payment date and time: 3/10/2014 03:54 PM Authorization code: ASMP[protected] Transaction ref No: 74070483 If there is anything else required from my end then do let me know. I had requested for conversion from prepaid to postpaid and had submitted all the required documents.After few month i had converted it from postpaid to prepaid. my prepaid connection were working only for 2 Weeks after that it had been put out of service. ( i am getting message that this no. is currently out of service).I had apply for restarting the service in customer care center of reliance in nagpur ( Indora sq. service center) but no proper response has been provided by them to me. and they reply that Rs.100 is balance due on me regarding internet used but no such type of service has been used by me. so you are requested to rectify my problem at the earliest.Regard, Jitendra Parwani[protected]. and [protected]Kamptee.

                            I never use. r world for any purposr as having an android phone r world is of no use.yesterday night at 1.34 am they deducted 1 rs for vas video store. Similar msg arrived today morning At 11am and after that when i complained about it on 198 the moment I hung up the phone again 8 times they deducted my 1 rs.I dnt knw continously aft3r evru 5 mins my 1 rs is deducted.Even while complaining about this i have got a msg.Please solve my Issue

                              My reliance prepaid gsm number is [protected]. I often get a message 'Amount charged for VAS shotformatGSM. I don't know what is that and I have never opted for that service.when i check by sending USSD to 5333 then Reliance send 'Dear Subscriber you have no VAS packs active currently. Why are they doing this illegal without my concern, I want my all deducted money back or else I am going to do MNP, can I have any answer from them.

                                I need your help in dealing with following problem I am currently having with Reliance Communications. I had been using RelianceNetconnect+ 2G (or CDMA) Datacard services. Recently, I decided to unsubscribe from their Internet service and placed a request to disconnect the service on 21-Sep'14, on Reliance customer-care number. However, due to the Reliance customer-care team's foul-play and lethargic responses, I am now being asked to pay for their services beyond the actual date when the connection should have been disconnected based on my Service-request. Details: On 21-Sep'14, I placed a request on Reliance customer-care number to disconnect the internet-services for my Reliance Datacard number. However, the personnel had foul-played on me, by not actually registering my disconnection request. That guy told me that Services will be terminated within 7 days. After those 7days, I emailed Reliance customer-care, saying that the service was still not disconnected. What followed is a serious of emails, Delayed registering of my Disconnection request (even delayed several days from when I sent an email to Reliance on the status of my request), lack of prompt communication about whether any Service-request had been 'actually' registered on my name and poor response in Reliance customer-care phone number / Online Live-chat option. The customer-care personnel who dealt my Disconnection-request case on Reliance customer-care phone number or email are at fault for the following reasons: 1) The customer-care personnel (male, Name not communicated to me) who attended my phone call on[protected] executed foul-play on me, saying that my request to "disconnect the internet service" has been registered on 21-sep'14 (the day I made the call) and that the service will terminate within 7 days from 21-sep'14. This personnel also failed to communicate to me any service-number/complaint-number that would have helped in tracking my disconnection request. In actuality, I have no idea whether my Disconnection-request was registered in their System. 2) For my emails to the Customer-care, I got very delayed responses. More importantly: Having emailed my serious concern -- that the Internet-service continued to operate on 27-sep'14 -- on 27-sep'14 (the day when the Internet Service should have been terminated, according to the on-phone customer-care personnel) to [protected]@relianceada.com, they took so many days of idle time to register my Disconnection-request, before finally registering the Disconnection-request on their System on 04-Oct'14. 3) In their email responses (dated 28-sep'14, 30-sep'14, 1-Oct'14) to my emails, they failed to communicate to me that no Customer-care Service-case had been 'actually' registered by any Reliance personnel, regarding my disconnection-request that I placed on 21-Sep'14. 4) In each delayed email response that I received from Reliance Customer-care, they stated that some Customer-Service-Representative will contact me on the matter, on my "Alternate phone number", that I had communicated on my emails. Till date, no one from Reliance has contacted me on my number, to note down my grievance or to clarify their position. By not doing so, they have abused my patience and have illegitimately delayed disconnecting the internet-service. 5) Further, in my recent phone-calls to Reliance Customer-care number[protected], the personnel who attended my calls assured me that someone in Reliance would call me back someone on the Service suspension. No personnel was available on Reliance Netconnect Online Live-chat (in www.myservices.relianceada.com) to attend to me, although I waited for long durations for someone to attend to my Questions. And I frequently tried to reach out to any personnel on this Live-chat option, since 28-Sep'14.

                                      Dear sir, I had purchased Reliance GSM SIM no. [protected] about 5 months back after due verification of my documents with CAF form. Since 8-8-14 my SIM was barred due to non submission of CAF as stated by the Customer care. It is requested that please take action against them if they can't keep documents and asking again and again to re-submit and deactivated my SIM services with their own faults. I had submitted my complaint to other consumer forum also but Reliance customer care did't bother to care it. I also have e-mail from Reliance Appellate Authority regarding they have received my all the documents so deactivating my SIM due to non submission of documents is becoming serious case against them. Please take the necessary action as it has already taken 2 months time. Regards Vinod

                                        My number was closed due to documents verification...no body is came to verify my document...i have already contact them more than 10 times but there was no body to take responsibility..customer care told me that resubmit documents to reliance store but they told that we can not do anything...u have to contact from where u buy the plan...no body is helping me My no. is [protected] Rohit Kumar
