Realiancebroadband is cheater, please don't take the connection.
First of all they cheated me at the time of connection .I asked for a thunder 699plan they given me a thunder 749 plan when i called customer care they said the plan has been discontinued.
The guy who came to give me the connection he said the connection is free for 10 days but they charged me for a whole month even if i used it for 10 days.Even the executive came after 2 days by saying i have to pay him 300rs., i don't know for what reason.
Now the connection gets frequently disconnected when i call customer care they will say they will sove within 24hrs which never hppened in last 3months.
My connection was not working for 8days when i call customer care they said they have server problem so the will pass a waiver now they are saying there manager's decided not to pass waiver so won't give waiver, i dont know how its happening.There manager's are your boss for you if take the connection.

Conclusion is reliance is the worst ever connection i have evr had in my life.They are cheater, once you take the connection they will rule on you they will simply make you pay whole bunch of money without any reason.There customer service is the worst ever i saw, they actually don't know how to talk.
Lastly its a request to all indians that please please don't ever take a reliance connection they are the worst, cheaters.

    Hi, I had given my document (ID Proof & Installation Amount Cheque-Rs1500) to Mr (Roshan [protected]) for new Broad Band Net Connection. It is just setup the wire but installation is still pending form 30-Sep-2014. We have called multiple time to Roshan & Installation Team Member –Manish([protected]) but still problem has not resolved. They way talking of both the person is very harsh. I did not understanding what kind of staff reliance have they don’t have manner to talk with the customer and what kind of services provided by reliance.       I was using reliance Netconnect+ Data Card (No.[protected]) for almost 3 years. Due to personal reasons, the data card was no longer required by me. I, therefore, had submitted my request for termination of my Reliance Netconnect+ Services on 20th July vide Service Request No.[protected] followed by various reminders vide Service request No.[protected],[protected] and last reminder on 29.09.2014 followed by a personal visit to their Reliance Customer Centre in Dharampura Bazar Patiala on 01.10.2014.

      Despite of my request for termination on 20th July, 2014, M/s Reliance Communication had generated two invoices for the month of August and September 2014, which can not be considered as valid invoices, as i was not availing the Services (can be verified from my data usage for the month of August and September) and have already submitted my request for termination on 20th July 2014.

      I have been continuously receiving calls from Reliance Call Centre Executives regarding the payment of the invoices. During one of those telecons, the customer care executive told me that my number is still Active and had not been terminated yet and therefore recorded my feedback for necessary action at their end but still the matter is pending from their side and I am still receiving the calls for payment.

      The request for termination was originated on 20th July and it is now more than 2 months that the request is still pending for the action to be taken by M/s reliance Communication.

        Hello, I am fed up of talking to people and saying that my broadband connection is not working since last 12 days. Every time you guys commit fake promises that the connection will start working in couple of days. It seems to me that you guys don't work for you company but you are working just to get paid for nothing. Guys if you can't provide good services, you should not make fool of others. Now I have the only option to cancel this broadband connection and look for another option. But let me tell you people, it is not good for your company's reputation. Last time I received an email from you stating that I would get response from your end in 1 business day but I haven't received any assistance from so far.             Since last 20 Days may Connection is ot working and i m regulkarly callig reliance care People on[protected] but no one receving calls. Before 05/10/2014 they were receving calls but at that time their system was under upgradation and i dont knw which system takes 10-15 Days to updrate??             SInce 20 th Sept i am not Ussing your connection still i have got Full bill of monthly rent / It was your problem that your company not able to registered complain / I will not be paying rent for entire one month as today only your technisian has visited to my home and currently resolving issue.

            So consider this request as a waiver of montly rent

              HI, This is reference to the number [protected] I' m using internet in mobile . In that application /web in bottom Advertising will come and if we touch the screen advertising pop up the money is deducted from main balance and it will never ask for confirmation. In my case advertising appears and i didn ' t touch the ad and then too money is deducted from main balance and it will never ask for confirmation. My money is deducted from main balance when ever advertising is appearing( and i didn ' t clicked or touched also ) Why the advertising is not asking confirmation? This is a serious offence from all mobile service provider and advertising company. Now in Aircel it is continuously happening . On 9th oct 2014 and on 9th oct I visited some website and i didn' t clicked any ads and my amount was deducted without my confirmation/consent. on the same day i visited some website but the website went down and aircel will redirect website there vas website deducted my balance ( Total 100 Rs was deducted from my balance ) . I have tried to contact customer care, but they are not responding my calls properly and neglecting I demand the Mobile service provider why are you not giving confirmation option for customer while activating the advertising ?                 With reference to above subject I am facing a problem of Balance deduction on 26 OCT 2014 OF RS. 1.00, 25 OCT 2014 OF RS. 1.00
                AND ALSO ON

                18 OCT 2014 OF RS. 1.00, 20 OCT 2014 RS. 2.00 (2 TIMES), 21 OCT 2014 OF RS. 2.00 (2 TIMES)
                WHY THE CHARGES ARE DEBITING AGAIN AND AGAIN?????????
                my email query for 17 th oct and 18 th oct 2014 has not resolved till yet.
                MY balance gets deducted very frequently for VAS USSD services even though I have not activated any VAS services. This happened many times before also. Every time i had to call customer care to get my refund but i was called many times your customer care, executive disconnect my call and not resolve this problum. Please do check it and return the amount to my account balance. This is my 5th complaint against reliance I don't know why reliance is using such illegal tricks to earn money.

                I need my refund as it is wrongly deducted.
                I have called many times the customer care but they not picked or not transferred or not attended my phone as the response of Reliance Customer care was very poor since the last few months.
                Please give my refund of Balance Deduction as soon as possible otherwise I have to apply for Port Facility.

                Im using reliance prepaid SIM from more than one year.My balance has deducted many times and when ever i called on their customer care number for complain every time they says like you have activated some services which i never activated and they never refunded my balance to my account. Today again same thing happened to me i spoke to one of the customer representative (he said his name is EMMANUL) he was keep repeating that you have activated some service and your balance cant be refund even he was not listening to me.

                I never activated that service what he was imposing on me.At the end i ask him to transfer this call to his senior, He did not transfer my call.
                And this is not first time happening with me every time they talk like this.

                Now i want this fraud thing to be stopped.

                This is to inform you that my balance deduction problem is still not resolved yet and i would sugest you to reconsider this request again.I have spoken to one your executive when i wrote back and she said my problem will resolved within 3 days while on 3rd day which sunday i recieved the message "Dear Reliance Customer As Per Details Checked In System (CDR) Customer WILL BE Charged Correctly For Gprs Usage" but i would like to comment on this that i already have 4.65 MB approx data left when the Balance Deduction took place. There was no message for deduction.
                Two things-
                1.My deduction amount was Rs 129.I had Rs 169 in balance till 10th Feb please check this one. after when i made a call on 12th i saw it was Rs 40 already.
                2.When i cal 198 customer service for help and reach one your executive by 991 the operator always says " please wait while we connect you to one of our executive" then operator suggest some ads and at last it says "Thank you calling Reliance"
                What on earth is ? i have tried this almost 100 times on 100th day please resolve this as soon as possible else i will leave no stone to go complain to one your higher authority and meet them.

                hello sir,

                past 20 days reliance deduct my balance without any reason. When i call their customer care they told me that the balance is detected due to Internet uses. Then I told them that i have Internet balance on number then they said that yes their is wrong charge and they refund my amount after 24hrs. After that again the same thing happen again they return my amount after 24hrs. Few days again they detected my balance. Again they use my amount for more than 24 hrs. Today once again they detected my balance but they barred 198 number so i am not able to connect them. Now what they are doing that when ever they detected my balance my balance goes 0.00 and I have to recharge once again because my balance is blocked for 24 hrs. Now they are using this trick to me so that I can buy more recharge. Today they barred my 198 customer so that i can't make complaint. I already made this complaint that why mail balance detected after and after. But they just make me fool. Reliance is a fraud company which only believe in cheating. i would like to make a complaint against them for mental harassment and wrong use of my money.

                Dear sir,
                my name is Mohit Bansal and my reliance gsm mobile number is [protected]. I have been using reliance telecom services and 4 days ago 180 rupees of my balance and 177 1.5 Gb data from 3G data plan was deducted without using it. even my all telecom services was disabled since four days. I couldn't even check my balance. I am not even registered to any of the value added services.

                today, when my services were resumed, and when I checked my calling balance and data plan balance, they both were null. I complained on reliance 198 customer care three times but I did not get any response from them and last call made my be to the reliance customer care was on 7:48 PM[protected]. But they said they even have any records of my deduction of more then 24 hours from now.Please help me as if am feeling too cheated by the company.
                It is collectively a loss of 450 rupees.

When i contact to customer care, he told me that you should have the minimum balance of .20rs in your main balance for using internet however i was using internet at .13rs from last 1-2month. Anyways, i recharged my no. with 10rs from Freecharge and i got the massage for successfully recharge after that for a min, i was able to use internet and then again internet got disconnect. when i call again to customer care, they told me that you don't have balance in your account, please recharge. when i asked where is my balance got deducted, he told me that you have not recharged your number. After long discussion with 2 to 3 customer care executive they were changed the statement that they unable to get information due to particular link is down please contact after 2hour. And till today, its about 3rd day they are giving me the same statement that "please contact after 2hour due to link is down". also they have the limitation that they can only check the deduction details for last 3days and today is 3rd day. please help me on this. i have send the mail regarding this to nodal and appellate and also i have raised the request for the same but still no solution.

                I'm using Reliance GSM mobile connection. I've around 80 rupees balance in my mobile account but suddenly my account balance became zero today morning. When I contacted customer care they said it was deducted due to mobile net usage. I do not use mobile net and never enabled mobile data but they did not believe me and said they could do nothing. Reliance GSM did this kind of things several times before but when I contacted customer care they refund the deducted amount. This time they blaming me and denying their fault. This is pure fraud by them. I want my balance back.

                I have complained twice for balance for the recharges of Rs. 60 on 09.05.15 and Rs. 20 on 12.05.2015.

                I have recharge for Rs. 60 on 9.05.15 and received balance of Rs. 60 on same day, however, on next day i.e. 10.05.15 my main balance is shows zero, i don't know how it happens, as i have not called any number after recharge. and due to this i could not use net service which i was started by recharge of Rs. 116 on 30.04.15.

                Again i have recharged for Rs. 20 on 12.05.15, and again i face same problem on next day i.e. 13.05.15 my balance is ZERO, even i have not called any number. and i could not use my net facilities.

                On inquiries on 198 or 333 number nobody is giving response, even many time only tape is going on and no executive has time to take my call.

                if any time when your executive picked my call, has not given me satisfactory reply, all time executive has put me on hold for more than 15 to 20 minutes and than replied me that our server is down and we are not able to give you details.

                so i would like to ask you one question, a company like Reliance (Biggest brand of India) gives such type of cheap services to their customers, this is unbearable.

                even, i have tried to solve my query through mail also but the reply received is your balance is successful and updated in our record.

                then, i would like to ask you, when my balance is successful, why my balance shows ZERO within short time without usage.

                Please give me details of my deduction after recharge of Rs. 60 and Rs. 20 (Last Two), i want to know where the recharged balance deducted.

                Also due to this problem, i was unable to use net services, even i have recharged for Rs. 116, so requested to extend this service for net using for another month and revert my balance.

                Now, if my problem is not solve and if you have not revert my balance, i will go to the court against you people.

                Hello Sir/ Ma'am,
                I am using reliance sim card from last five to six years. But from last few months I am facing the problem o[censored]nnecessary balance deduction. And when i want to complain for that deduction my call is not getting connected to your customer care department and I have to call from other reliance numbers of my friends.

                On 12-july-2015 Rs 10.00 was deducted from my balance for value added services like hungama which was not activated by me. Again on 13-july-2015 there is Rs. 1.00 was deducted and on the same day again there is Rs.1.00 deducted for VAS. But i was not knowing about what was that VAS because I had not subscribed for any such services. I had facing this type of deduction many times for which services was activated by your side automatically.

                Today (15/07/2015) I had called customer care for my balance refunds, but they are very rude and neglect my request. I had talked with GAJALA she was very rude. She do not have any talking sense and even don't know how to behave with the customer. GAJALA said that balance will not be refunded and when I say that i will port my no. she just simply said that ok fine thanku. The way your customer care employee behave is just not good.

                Please Kindly go through this matter and solve my issue as early as possible.

RIGHT NOW I HAVE PAID EXTRA MONEY AND FEEL VERY CHEATED BY THE WHOLE DEAL I have registered numerous complaints and made many phone calls.. BUT TILL TODAY THERE IS NO CLARITY FROM YOUR SIDE THE LATEST BEING MY CONVERSATION WITH ABHISHEK ON SOME STRANGE SECRETARIAT OFFICE NUMBER[protected] It is really pathetic that the above number is not toll free! Anyways pls check out this number ABHISHEK gave me[protected] AND ALSO PLS HAVE A LOOK AT THIS COMPLAINT NUMBER[protected] OR Customer complaint interactive id no[protected] nilesh on 8/9/14 BUT STILL - LET ME EXPLAIN ONCE AND FOR ALL - Around the 1st week of July. YOUR REPRESENTATIVE MR. JAISWAL contacted me when I inquired about Reliance Internet on JustDial I told him that I am interested in the offer. However I would need the connection to be starting only from 1Aug onwards. At which he advised me to keep the all the wiring, modem (installation) ready, before I left town on 11th July. Our plan/deal was on that when I arrived on Aug 1st I would be able to get my internet started, by making a simple phone call to him, Mr. Jaiswal. Within half an hour he would give me the login usernumber and password. Since it seemed very convenient to me (naively) ON 10th July, (10/07/14), Before I left, I paid Rs: 1548 by cheque. Now when I came back on Aug1st and tried to call him he JUST WOULD NOT PICK UP THE PHONE! The few times he picked up the phone, he simply reassured me that he would drop in and check out but he never landed up.. WHAT WAS EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING WAS your HELPLINE IVR THE FIRST TIME I GOT THRU ON[protected] I HAD TO WAIT FOR ALMOST 40 MINUTES! And they said that: I have to contact Mr. Jaiswal and only he can help me out..! THIS WENT ON TILL AUG 16th..! AND IT WAS ONLY BECAUSE I AND MY SPOUSE WERE ABLE TO CALL UP KOPAR KHAIRANE OFFICE AND SPEAK TO Ms. Bharkha! By that time I had lost it and I formally apologise to Ms Bharka for blurting out a couple of profanities. Anyways thanks to her.. MR. JAISWAL FINALLY SHOWED only to realise that the wire was cut.. Again it was like "Sir kal karunga, etc, etc" But we would have none of it and FINALLY AT 7PM. on Aug16th the internet actually started! BUT BARELY 15 DAYS LATER.. ON 1ST SEPT.. MY INTERNET WAS AGAIN CUT! I was informed that I have to pay Rs.932! AGAIN MR JAISWAL AFTER TELLING ME THAT HE WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER ON 1ST GOT BACK TO ME ONLY ON THE 4TH OR 5TH AND SAID THAT YES.. I HAD TO PAY THE 932! AND SPEAK TO THE IVR OR EMAIL!!! NOW EVEN AFTER PAYING THE 932 ON 6TH SEPT! IT WAS DOWN ON THE 7TH AND ONLY RESTARTED ON THE 8TH! That was again only after calling Abhishek on the Secretary number.. RIGHT NOW NY CONNECTION IS WORKING..! BUT I WOULD REALLY LIKE SOME CLARITY ON MY BILL. LET ME RECAP THE BILL QUESTION TO YOU: MY CONNECTION STARTED ON 16TH AUG.. I paid 1548/- the break up was explained as 799 installation charges & 749 for and 1 month of internet. so in effect i should have had no problems till 15th Sept But on 1st Sept the connection was cut for non-payment CONNECTION AGAIN STARTED ONLY ON 6TH Sept. WHEN I WAS FORCED TO PAY MORE MONEY Rs.924 (I paid Rs1000 online from HDFC). The next day again there was no internet!!! Internet started from 8th! Anyways now my internet is working BUT I AM ONLY KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED! CAN SOMEBODY RESPONSIBLE PLS CALL ME AND SORT OUT MY BILL! Also, IF YOUR IVR PEOPLE ADMIT THEY THEY CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH, THEN WHY ARE YOU GIVING US AN ENGLISH LANGUAGE OPTION! some of them even VERY RUDE AND REFUSED TO SPEAK IN ENGLISH even after I repeatedly explained and apologised for my Hindi being weak. Someone name, Surichi or Richi from RETENTION dept WAS ESPECIALLY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME when she had no answer for my bill queries Whats funny about it was that she actually started off by responding to my complain and sort of apologising on behalf of Reliance... HAHAHA This is like the worst customer service ever. I wished I had recorded that conversation and put it on youtube.! Anyways..                         I'm Sriram Subramanian a resident of Dombivli. Today, I came across the WhatsApp plan from Reliance from their website. I decided to activate this plan. So, I sent a message accordingly and everything was done within 10 minutes. When I'm connecting using the Data connection, every single time there is a deduction of 10 paisa. This happens every single time when I'm switching off my data connection and switching back on to use WhatsApp. Without wasting a single minute, I called up their Customer care and they told me downloading of stuff and first time connection charges are 10 paisa. Which means that whenever I'm connecting and using WhatsApp there will be a deduction, which is not mentioned on their website. This is unfair to all the customers and Reliance is cheating customers by this method. If it was mentioned on their website, I would not have made the mistake of wasting my 16 rupees. Now, I demand a refund of my 16 rupees. I'm cheated by Reliance and now I'm going to be porting to some other network who does not offer fake promises like this one.                             My old sim get corrupted and its not working any more, i need a new sim. Since 1 week my number([protected]) is switch off since Blank sim not at available at any reliance stores. I have visited 5 outlets(Uttam Nagar, District center, Tagore Garden, Kalkaji, Sagar pur) each 3 times in last week but get same reply that "No SIM available. Nor they tell when it gonna be available. I have never seen such a disrespectful reply from any stores except the reliance store. Your services really disappointed me.

                              I am Pankaj Kadwadkar, resident of Belgaum city.My complaint is regarding the non -refund of my advance payment for the data card bearing number [protected]. The payment of Rs. 1350/- was made against the data card no [protected] on 28th jan 2014 at Reliance webworld, kirloskar Road Belgaum. The payment was made through Debit Card and the amount of Rs. 1350/- was deducted from my account.Bill copy was given to me which was signed by ANAND VICHARE. This was for 3 months rental plan which was paid in advance. I got repeated calls from Reliance saying that plan was not activated in Feb & March 1st week. Since I was out of station, I made an online payment on Mar 19 for all the due amount(Rs 1650+/-) . Thereafter, plan became active but I was never refunded the payment made in Jan (Rs. 1350/-). I followed up with Reliance Webworld, Belgaum but to no avail and to this day I am not able to get the refund.I have visited Reliance Webworld around 20 times but no one is attending sincerely to my request. I am still following up with reliance webworld, Belgaum but there is no response from their end and my Plan is still not activated.                                         My self is Suril Patel. I have wireline broadband connection at my home. My User ID is[protected].

                                        Since friday 29th August, my net was not working. after lots of follow up with your company, It get started working now from 17/09/2014 evening 8:00 PM.

                                        Followings are details of followups I did for this issue .

                                        1) Complain via mail on 2nd September via request id[protected].

                                        2) Complain via Gujarat appellate no [protected] via request id[protected].

                                        3) Complain to West Gujarat appellate via email on RCOMWireline.[protected]@relianceada.com.

                                        4) Trouble ticket no CNM[protected]

                                        5) Further follow up with Gujarat appellate on call and Intimated billing refund to customer care via email "Reliance=[protected]"

                                        6) Follow up at local reliance office at Ahmedabad

                                        As I was not able to use your broadband service during this period (29th August to 17th September 2014), I wanted refund/concession in my next billing cycle for these days when i faced internet issues.

                                        I sent mail to [protected]@relianceada.com just after my net started working fine for the same but I didn't receive any reply from you.

                                        This month I got bill and surprisingly there was no waiver given to me.

                                        I wrote mail to customer care via service request ID[protected] which was closed without any answer or action. I contacted gujarat appellate and they opened new ticket with ID[protected].

                                        Now I got SMS on my mobile that AS PER PROCESS WAIVER CAN NOT BE PROVIDED.

                                        What is this? What is process? I was clearly told in official mail communication that I will be given waiver for all days where my internet was not working.

                                        I have everything in writer communication with reliance broadband customer care service.

                                        This is very frustrating and false promising. First I was told that I will be given waiver and now I am communicated that NOT APPLICABLE AS PER PROCESS.

                                        WHAT KIND OF PROCESS IT IS?

                                        Everytime I try to contact customer care via toll free no it's keep busy and busy.. no one is picking up call..

                                        I hope that by writing my complain here I will be given justice.
