I'm Sriram Subramanian a resident of Dombivli. Today, I came across the WhatsApp plan from Reliance from their website. I decided to activate this plan. So, I sent a message accordingly and everything was done within 10 minutes. When I'm connecting using the Data connection, every single time there is a deduction of 10 paisa. This happens every single time when I'm switching off my data connection and switching back on to use WhatsApp....

My service is terminated without any intimation.i have paid bill amount also.this is very disappointing. earlier it was not working from may to August due to some technical issues at your end. But later in October it starts working and I am using it since then and paid the bill ....

My old sim get corrupted and its not working any more, i need a new sim. Since 1 week my number([protected]) is switch off since Blank sim not at available at any reliance stores. I have visited 5 outlets(Uttam Nagar, District center, Tagore Garden, Kalkaji, Sagar pur) each 3 times in last week but get same reply that "No SIM available.
