sir/madam., -My Reliance connection no=[protected]. - Rcom with put my request/instruction deducted Rs 29.00 from my talk time for 1P sms plan. -I don't want the 1P sms Plan and I want my Talk time amount Rs29.00 refunded to me immediately. - Rcom May Be sensured and may penalised for causing distress to me. - RCOM needs to be forced to seek requst or instruction from the consumer before deducting any amount from thier talk time. RCOM is yet to contact me in this regard.last contact made by them regarding this complaint was on 27.10.14 when they informed they'll resolve my complaint . nothing happened till date

    My Reliance subscriber ID is[protected]. Reliance broadband connection has been installed at my resident on 10.10.14 and during the period of merely 15 days the connection has been disconnected for more than 5 times. It remained closed on 12.10.14, 17.10.14, 18.10.14, 19.10.14, 22.10.14 and 23.10.14. Every time it takes more than 24 hours to resolve the complaint. The company does not give any commitment time to resolve the problem. Neither the company resolves the disconnection problem permanently for provided any waiver as it is asked that connection did not remain down for the continuously more than 72 hours. The connection is still down and nothing has been done by the company.

      I had applied to termination of my Netconnect services and had even cleared my remaining dues. They call me up to confirm this and offer me 3 months rental free paln which I didnt not accept and told them to cancel my account. They said ok. After two weeks I get an SMS stating my plan has changed.I sent Reliance the following mail after I get billed "I had requested my netconnect account number [protected] to be disconnected on August 8th with service request no[protected]. I had paid my remaining dues and got the bill for the payment as well. After this I got a call from your customer service executive confirming the same and I told them to go ahead with the disconnection. But after 10 days I get an sms stating my data plan has changed and now I get a bill of Rs.266 even after raising a request for disconnecting my service." I got the following reply from Reliance "This is with reference to your e-mail dated September 14, 2014 for your Reliance Netconnect+ number [protected]. We regret the inconvenience caused to you and take this as a feedback to improve our services to meet your expectations. We request you to kindly reconsider your decision to exit from our services and give us an opportunity to assist you better. For Billing: As per Service Request ID:[protected], you are agreed to use the service in data tariff plan, BRDBAND2GB_5003MF with effect from[protected] in your account. Kindly note that as per details checked and verified in our records, the internet usage was found in this period[protected] to[protected]; hence, we are unable to process your request for the waiver. For Termination: Your request for service termination has been registered with service request ID:[protected]on 09/15/2014 at 01:03:42 pm). It would be processed with in 15 days from the requested date. The monthly rental is applicable as long as the services of your number are active. After the suspension of the services, you will not be charged for the monthly rental. The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request. Currently, the outstanding amount is Rs.266.46/- and the due date is[protected]. Regards, Nutan Sonkar Officer - Customer Care Reliance Communications Limited" After this I got a call from Reliance customer care and they told me that the mistake was from their end since they activated the rental free plan late by 15 days and also told me that they would reverse the Rs.266 billed to my account. Even after this everyday after I keep getting calls and SMS from customer care and I have to explain the whole damn thing to every single one and they are like OK sir we have taken this feedback and will forward to the team but nothing happens after that. Today I received an email from Sky associates " Dear Mr. /Ms.VIJAY T Reg: Your Reliance MDN No:[protected] A/c No :[protected] Bill payment over due366 /-RS Due DATE 29.9.2014 Dear Reliance Customer Even repeated remainder you haven't clear your Reliance overdue payment. Kindly make it by today to avoid legal action & get a special offer. Kindly ignore this mail if the payment mentioned above has been made already. Thanking you, For Reliance Communications Customer care In case of any issue please contact our email id skyassociates.[protected]@gmail.com We request you to kindly release the payment immediately on receipt of this mail either our customer relationship executive in his contact no [protected] Also you can make the bill payment through our online " Now why should I pay for the mistake from the service provider and get harassed??

          i want to complaint about wrong deduction of balance against reliance company. reliance is the worst company i ever felt.. [protected] this is my mobile no. and today 22/10/2014 i recharged my account by 205 rs so that i get 225rs and my previous balance id 25 so that i had total 250rs in my account.. and during 3am to 6am main balance is suddenly reduced from 250rs to 0.00rs.. infact yesterday my data usage remaining is 130mb and now i have 39 mb only so that how it is possible to deduct this huge ammount. since i only use my whatsapp.. how this amount of data is deducted plzzzzz explain me in detail.. and your customer care servise is very worst in the whole india... i immediately want to talk their customer executive who will give me the best solution outher wise i will complained this issue to consumer forum email id ; bhupendrabaghel.[protected]@gmail.com want immidiate reply

              hello sir, my name is caleb mansingh from thoothukudi district. am using reliance gsm mobile since last 2 year to still. actually what happend is 3 days before i checked my balance it was detected by 20 rs. i ask them what happened in the money, they said you only activated we did't do it. but i surly know it i can prove it they only did it and saying wicked. am so disppinted with them for this unpleasent incident. please help me to bring money back to me. thank you my no is [protected]

                Hello I have a complaint relating to Mobile No. [protected] which is in name of Sakina Gari. I have done a porting of the No. from CDMA to GSM and it was successfully ported. The No. started on GSM and after a few days the services where stopped. When inquired in Reliance store they say the documents got rejected and again took new documents for the same. But still the no. is not working, the services are not resumed. When I call on 198 helpine no. they say the documents are not submitted but the reliance store says the documents are already sent and there is some problems going on due to which no. is not getting started. I don’t understand what is the problem but due to this the customer is suffering as his no. is closed. Request you to solve this issue and start the no. ASAP.

                Hello Reliance,

                Thanks for your Call. Expecting the resolution for the same ASAP. I am sharing below the Vasai Reliance Store Address for your reference. Vasai Reliance store has really made me follow up with them for more than 4 times but still no result. The number is still not working. Please see to it that the Vasai store have better people working as they are putting a very bad impression for Reliance.

                  Dear Sir / Mam, I am using a reliance Data Connection no. [protected]. i requested for termination of this no. on 29th September, 2014 & received Termination request ID UCS47559174 . I received a call from jaipur circle outlet / office around date 18 - 20 October, 2014 for confirming the termination but when on 22nd October when i confirmed the same to support executive self service portal via chat (Attachement) i came to know that my request has been closed but the no. is still active. Which means reliance people has closed the request where as the solution is still pending. This is poor service from their. How they can close the customers request without solution.                     Sir/Ma'am, My reliance no. is [protected].I had bought Internet pack of 27 rupees, 150 MB for 7 days.Though the pack has been activated, I am not able to use Internet and other applications like WhatsApp and Viber.Moreover money is being cut from my core balance.Already 15 rupees have been cut from my core balance and none of the customer care nos. mentioned on your website are responding, in spite of repeated attempts.It has caused a lot of inconvenience to me.I request you to look into the matter and take immediate actions as soon as possible.                       I booked new broadband connection from reliance and it got installed on 30th September. My Broadband is not working from 14th October, I have contacted customer care numerous times but they only have one response "we have escalated this request on high priority". They keep me waiting on calls as long as 40 mins. No Engineer visit has been arranged yet. I asked them the reason why it is not working, but they have no answer for me. DO NOT BOOK RELIANCE BROADBAND NO MATTER HOW LUCRATIVE THEIR PLANS ARE, COZ IT DOESNT WORK!!! AND CUSTOMER CARE KEEPS PROVING THEY ARE USELESS AS AND THEY HAVE BRAIN SMALLER THAN EXCEL SHEET PROVIDED BY THEIR BOSSES!!

                        Respected Sir, I am a regular customer of very prestigious mobile network operator Reliance Communication. My mobile no is [protected]. I am facing a peculiar problem of automatic balance deduction without call. From last 3-4 months I observe that my balance is being debited without calling.On 9 Aug 14 i recharged my mobile with Rs. 220 and got talk time of 240 on 10 Aug my balance was zero. I called up customer care same day i got reply my system is down and call later, that day i tried enire day i got same reply. Three days I communicated to various customer care representatives(Mr. Jigar, Miss Ansuyaben and many more) every time i got reply 'system is down and not able to view information'. On 12 Aug (after three days) my balance 240 was credited back. Again I recharged my mobile with Rs. 220 and got talk time of 240 on 29 Sep 14. On 30 Sep my balance was zero I was not able to communicate to customer care view I was on roaming.My Rs 220 has gone in vein. On 21 Oct 14 my balance was Rs. 54 after that i did not made any call and in morning my balance is again zero. I called up customer care many times and talked to many representatives (Miss Pooja, Trupti and Neha) again they say the same thing 'system is down call up later'. Realy I am fade-up with reliance this kind of terrible service and customer care response. Please help me out With warm regards Brajesh Prasad Mob No [protected]

                          I got this message that 10 rupees has been deducted from my account towards VAS EASY MOBILE VP service and not for the first time infact many times. I am a very old customer using the number [protected] and u never opted for that service. I lost my balance many times due to this and faced great difficulty during urgent situation. I tried to reach customer care during last few hours but it never got connected. Request for immediate solution or else have to switch to some other network provider who dont cheat with their customers. Even i had attached a screenshot of the message below.

                                  [protected] my reliance nett connect no.I alwys take 3 month advance rental plan, this time i made the payment for the same scheme, after few days i am getting calls from call centre for my bill payment, I told that I already took the plan and paid the same on 10 sep 2014 but it took around 15-20days for the lazy staff to check from their payment collection person to trace the same...but this is not over then they pressuried me to pay this month bill amount too in spite of giving the 3 month adavnce rental plan...i again agreed for the same because i know their is no one to listen no supervisor no staff to understand what i try to say and explain hence i agreed and asked them to send their collection person...most surprising fact now came...as till now i am getting calls for the same bill and same thing but no body is sending the collection person just calling without even seeing the remarks done by previous caller...such a bad, lazy, uneducated and blackmailing staff i didn't see of any other company but only of reliance...i don't understand why are these guys there... guest/customer is agreed to pay the bill but again and again calling and when i say pls check the remarks then they say that today someone will come for payment...& now they have disconnected my nett connect without any reminder which caused a great loss to me...

                                  i request my respectful jury & constitution to please take some appropriate action against these blackmailing call centres ...& i need a compensation for this humiliation & blackmailing.

                                    My land line is not working since last 4-5 month i had alrady complain through designated complan no of your but till date no action has been taken, i am 75 years old and is not possible for me to chase you for repearing of my phone line,

                                    Strange where you have to repar my phone line but you have send me bill for last 3 months,

                                    Firstly for why shall i pay the bill when my phone is not working

                                    So please disconnect my phone connection as i dont want your so called hassel free telephone facility

                                    Kindly disconnect my connection at earliest.

                                    Reliance landline telephone is not working since last 3 months .!! And company is sending us bill .!! So we are not interested anymore in using reliance landline comm.

                                      I had recharged with rs. 678 which gives 1 gb data per month for 12 months on 9.42 am on 21st October 2014 on my reliance cdma no [protected]. I started using internet around 11 am and in some time all my balance got deducted. Main balance was Rs. 193.27 which became zero. 6 hours have gone since the recharge is done but still the data balance has not been given in my account. So it is kindly requested that the data balance of 1 gb per month be given for 12 months and also Rs. 193.27 be refunded back to my main account balance at the earliest. Regards, CA Rahul D Ladhani
