Duped me of 237.82 rs and instead of 1gb data credited only 597 mb.

provided false details regarding internet connections

On 3rd of October I asked them to start a 3g net pack on my number...they told me that it will be started within 48 hours...but it was not...and now they are telling me that no such 3g pack scheme is provided by reliance company... but since i have informed the company regarding portability they have sent...

No service since one month and no response for termination.

237 rs deducted inspite of activating package

I recharged for rs 10 that should give me additional 30 mb data with one day validity till mid night of 12th october, 2014. I had total of 60 mb data as per ussd code *111*1*3# when i checked after recharging with 10 rs on 12th october, 2014. I used 51 mb data and i realised my balance has reduced from 237.82 rs to 0.02 rs. Probably 30 mb data...

Reliance Broadband - Frequent Disconnection/Logout
