    Broadband line was down since 27th August & I logged a complaint on 2nd September (#CNM [protected]). Post this there was no any response from Reliance customer services team till end September 2014.Hence I logged second complaint on 6th Oct 2014 #[protected] asking for waiver & asked to disconnect the services if they are unable to resolve the issue. On 10th October I got a mail from Reliance about termination of broadband line. When tried to reach to customer care, I was unable to connect to the customer care representative for hrs post repeat calls. Now my line is dis connected & I had no any confirmation on waiver request. Neither I got any call from customer retention team nor from customer care team to understand my issue.

      My consumer id is[protected] having a broadband connection in Pune. The Internet connection provided gets disconnected on every weekend. In a month i get to use only 15 to 20 days of Internet. Already, launched several complaint's on this which is still not resolved. In past 3 months of connection with reliance i have launched 23 complaints till now. As of now, my recent complaint id is[protected] which has crossed their sla of 24 hours, i had launched this complaint on Sunday 12th morning, and today its 14th, and i haven't got even a call or any initiative from reliance. Every time we call them, there is waiting time of 20-40 min in their call centre. Eventually, in the complete tenure of 3 months with reliance i have spent 12 hours just to launch my complaint. If required please let me know, i'll provide the maximum no of complaint ids.

      Here is another issue piling up against you.

      Complaint raised on 12th October and closed without resolving on 17th October 3:00 pm.

      Comment : Complaint was closed mentioning you were not able to reach me to confirm. I'am amazed how silly or childish this is, as i am attending all the calls throughout the day. Hence called back to call centre @[protected].

      Re-raised a complaint - ID:[protected]

      1) How could you close a complaint without resolving it?

      2) The CSE has promised to solve this new complaint by tomorrow morning. Which is highly impossible as there is a history of such incidents.

      3) The lady who raised this complaint[protected] has insulted me over call. Actions on this are set for later.

      4) Manisha Kamble who took resposibility for solving this had failed. Calling her kept me waiting for more than 20 min twice and finally ended up as she is busy so cant respond.

      Please let me know whether this could be resolved.

      It's like banging against a wall.

        This is regarding the data card number [protected] I had a problem with reliance a month bck( regarding bill adjustments., ) and i lodged a complaint twice at reliance office! the person said they'l call me and solve d problem but none called! but i used to get calls twice daily that my balance is 1400 and i hve to pay asap! when i asked them abt the complaint they said its frm a different department and the other person wil look into the matter! But i never got a call regarding tht!! And they disconnected my account! I was frustrated with all these and So i cleared their bill and told the customer care fellow to disconnect my net!! and also i sent theM a mail fr the same! Now after a month the reliance ppl are calling me again and telling me abt the new bill tht has been generated last month! wen i told them i gt it disconnected last month itself!! they r telling me the request was nt placed!! and i hve to talk to tht person who took my request! how wil i knw who called me frm customer care that day!! reliance has the worst customer care evr! I've used reliance fr a year and i never got a single bill! All they r interested in is to torture their clients and get money! y shld i pay fr somethin i've not used! why shld i pay just cause some Lazy stupid customer care executive forgot to place my request! how can u ppl b so careless., What shld i do now?

          Respected Madam/Sir, I have received threatening calls from an advocate from New Delhi from the phone number +91-[protected]. She called me and told that a case has been filed in New Delhi court against me regarding a due bill from Reliance Communications. I have used Reliance Data for some months and then ask an executive to disconnect my connection in February this year. I was still mauled by regular bills. I stopped paying them. An executive called me again and asked me to pay a lumpsum amount of 2200 to settle all bills and the connection will be disconnected, which I did. But, I still kept on receiving the bills and didn't bother any legal letters sent by them. Other executives kept calling me. And today, I received a call from this lady introducing herself as an advocate and asking me to pay around 2100 rupees and settle the bill or else I'll be sent a legal notice and have to go to New Delhi with my lawyer and pay legal fees and all other things. Please see to it if this is real or just another step taken by Reliance to make me pay more to them!

            We are the customers for Reliance Datacard since more than a year. We are a prestigious autonomous organization under Govt. of Maharashtra. Our datacard number is : [protected] & [protected] (One single bill is generated for both the datacards). Few months back, 'Reliance communication' franchisee was near our Office, hence we had no problem in getting the bill and payment was being done. However, after the shop was shutdown, we started having problems. Neither the bills were despatched to our Office, nor were they sent to our email ID. We were told that to cut the paper costs, No bills will be sent or print-out will be given. However, YOUR KHAMLA BRANCH Employees (?) ARE TOTALLY NON-COOPERATIVE. Despite follow-up, they do not even email the Bills. Sir, how are we then able to make the payment ? Even after giving the email ID THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAIL IT. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE ALSO, IF WE WANT TO INFORM THEM ABOUT THIS. And if THE PAYMENT IS NOT DONE ON TIME, THE INTERNET SERVICES ARE DISCONNECTED. THIS IS HAPPENING FOR THE THIRD TIME. THIS IS TOTALLY NOT EXPECTED FROM A Prestigious AMBANI GROUP OF COMPANY. Infact, we feel the BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd) or any other Service Provider's services like AIRTEL, IDEA are much better. WE HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH NO OPTION BUT TO DISCARD THE SERVICES OF RELIANCE DATACARD. WE DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO ENTERTAIN SUCH WORST SERVICES that also from a Private Organisation. BY WE DO NOT KNOW, AS TO WHAT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY THE COMPANY AGAINST SUCH SERVICES, BUT IT WAS FELT ATLEAST WE SHOULD BRING THIS ATTITUDE TO THE ATTENTION OF THE COMPANY. IF SUCH SERVICES CONTINUE, THEN WITHIN NO TIME 'RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS' WILL BE DISCARDED BY THE CUSTOMERS. THANKING YOU AND ANTICIPATING A POSITIVE ACTION AND ACKNOWLEDMENT TO US.               I have activated reliance whatsapp plan of Rs 16 on 14th October 2014. As soon as I activated this plan Rs 16 has been deducted. Whatsapp is already installed in my mobile, I verified mobile number on whasapp but the message being displayed "Internet connection not available". Every time when I try to verify my mobile no. the balance is being deducted from main balance. Now I don't want to continue this service. Kindly look into this matter and refund my balance. mobile no.- [protected]

              My problem has not been solved yet. Every time I use Whatsapp some balance is deducted from my main balance then why it is called "UNLIMITED WHATSAPP PLAN AT JUST RS. 16".
              I tried calling customer care no. #333 & 198 but my call is not being forwarded to Customer Care Executive.
              Kindly deactivate this plan & refund my money.

                My Reliance Broadband subscriber ID is[protected]. I am Abinash from bangalore. From past 8days My Internet connection is totally slow. My plan is of 2 mbps whereas I am getting a speed of only 0.8 mbps. I am calling your customer care on a daily basis to register the complaints and you are closing those complaints without any resolution. I have spoke to your Secretariat office for so many times as well I have mailed to you for so many times, but till now I am facing the same issue. Please tell me where should I go and What should I do for that. If you are not interested to resolve that particular issue please send a mail regarding that I 'll go to consumer court.

                  Sir i am Ajeet. my no. is [protected]. some previous days reliance gsm deduct my balance frequently. like as video store charges, shotformatsGSM, indiatimesVPak, ShemarooVP, and other type of VAS charge apply, but i am not subscribe any services. I have many time contact to customer care some time refunded my balance, but maximum time not refunded. I am last time call to customer care and customer care said that " Sir your complaint logged here and solve within 2 days." But till date not solve my problem, not refunded my balance, and continue deduct my balance. why?

                      My number is [protected]. I recharged for 156 rs on 13/10/14 at around 10.30 pm, which should give me 1 gb 3g data for a month as per stated on reliance official site. I got only 597.69 mb. Also out of 237.82 rs deducted on 12/10/2014, i got only 167 rs as refund. Is there some serious problem? What is going on? Rather than harrasing me again and again tell me how do i port to another network. I am not dying to be your customer. How can u dupe me again and and like this? Please sms me e-mail id of nodal officer as well as appalate officer. I really want someone to seriously look into this matter. This ain't a joke. Please do the needful and oblige asap.

                      Forget about resolving.. I never even get call from reliance even if they state online., and if I struggle for few more days then they refund only 50% as if I am begging them.. Its not begging.. Its about my right my demand to get 100% money refunded if it was deducted by mistake. Really fed up and has suffered lot of stress due to mental harassment by this so called well established firm. Really upset and super annoyed. Being harrased since 30th September 2014. Everyday there is an issue and first they say they have deducted correctly.. After giving them proof of incorrect deduction they refund only 50% . are they doing us a favour by that ? They are robbing us openly under thier white collar :x

                      Sorry but i have no faith in your service. No need of calling me. Once the month is over i shall switch over to another network who wont duped me. N yes the issue haven't been solved. Only i got harrased because of this duping nature of your firm. I got less data in gprs and also 237 rs wasnt fully refunded too

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am My name is Navneet Kumar Rai and my reliance number is [protected]. I saw information about unlimited pack of 596 rs on Rcom website. As per detail given on website 596 recharge provide "Unlimited Local Onnet calling + 15 hours of Local Offnet & STD calling free, post 15 hours, all [protected]@40p/min for 90days" I recharged my phone with 596 on 12th October 2014 but I did not get these benefits as promised on Rcom website. When I called customer care I was told that this recharge is a FRC recharge only and its for new customer only.' I would request you to please look into this matter and also check website.                         Hi,

                        I've been recently getting msgs of Rs.38 voucher which is as follows - 3G Data Recharge! Khaas Aapke liye; Ab paaye 2 GB 3G Data RCV 38 me who bhi poore 30 dino ke liye. Aaj hi Recharge kare.
                        And so I recharged my no. on 26 May at 1:16 pm and i didn't got any such benefits. Instead they gave me 250 MB data for 4 days! If they can't provide what they are offering then what is the need to send us such msgs?? Also, many times my balance has been deducted for no reason and whenever i tried calling customer care before and even today no assistance was provided. The call disconnects always saying Thanks for calling Reliance and no conversation takes place. There's no way I can contact to their customer care people for lodging a complaint as there is no response through mail also. Kindly help me out with this issue and let me have have those recharge benefits which i must have received.

                            Dear Sir/madam, plz, apse request hai ki mera caller tune ke charges jo kate hai use wapas kare, , kyonki mere no.me caller tune play nahi ho raha tha aur apke customer care 198 me meri kai bar bat hui hai unhone bola tha ki apka koi charges nahi katega kyoki apke no.me tune activate hi nahi hua hai.mai ye bat lagbhag 20 bar bol chuka hu phir bhi koi karwahi apke taraf se nahi ho rahi hai...pla apse qequest mera amount return kare, , , , anyatha mujhe age karywahi karna padega...

                              My number [protected] kanpur gsm i just wished to port my number from reliance to airtel.. each time I got a bill of 400 or less... On 3rd of October I asked them to start a 3g net pack on my number...they told me that it will be started within 48 hours...but it was not...and now they are telling me that no such 3g pack scheme is provided by reliance company... but since i have informed the company regarding portability they have sent me an excess billing amount of `1400/- Regards Dr.S.N.Srivastava

                                Hello Sir/Madam I was using reliance Net connect+ Data Card (No.[protected]) post paid service for almost 5 years. Due to the network problem and speed, the data card was no longer required by me. I, therefore, had submitted my request for termination of my Reliance Net connect+ Services on 4th Sept. now I have changed my location and want the data card to released again.So i request you to kindly released my HSD as early as possible.                                   I have put my request to terminate the connection as there was no service since one month, but still not received any confirmation from reliance. Also I have registered the complaints with them, but still no response. Their service experience is very-very bad and they shamelessly say that it is like that only.                                     Please see, my contact number is [protected]. i had 30 mb data balance as on 12th October, 2014. I recharged for rs 10 that should give me additional 30 mb data with one day validity till mid night of 12th october, 2014. I had total of 60 mb data as per ussd code *111*1*3# when i checked after recharging with 10 rs on 12th october, 2014. I used 51 mb data and i realised my balance has reduced from 237.82 rs to 0.02 rs. Probably 30 mb data wasn't cosidered which was activated today resulting in charging me of 21 mb after 30 mb previous balance. Please look in to the matter. According to me i have been wrongly charged and request you to refund my money. If not please mail me the statistics of data used by me and also charges per KB beyond data package. I would like to see if it matches 237 rs or not. Also i tried calling customer care on 198 but the call gets disconnected before the connection is established. 237 rs isnt a small amount and i was not warned by sms before the deduction started. I have been using airtel in my other cell but i never faced this issue. With reliance thos has always happened. Recently i complained on 30th september, 2014 and after struggling for 8 days i got refund only on 7th October, 2014. This really causes lots of harassment. Just saying that balance has deducted correctly for using gprs is not sufficient. Please prove the same with the help of my usage statistics or refund me the money. I really feel its just a revenge from your firms end as 5 days back i made the mistakenly deducted money to be added back in my account.

                                    For me i did get confirmation from reliance after activating my package but my balance got reduced to zero from 237.82 rs. I can't even call customer care on 198 which is supposed to be toll free. Again i will be said that i have been correctly charged for using gprs. Whereas the reality is that i merely used 51 mb data out of 60 mb. Its a good way to deduct balance to zero and also block calls to customer care so that after 3 days i can be easily told that after 3 days record is lost and so nothing could be done. Anyways, enjoy 237.82 rs... I will assume i donated it to some beggar though in reality i have been robbed . Again and again i am not gonna stand this harrassment . my balance deducted on 30th september was refunded on 7th october and now within 5 days history is repeated. Enjoy duping people and loosing customers. One day definitely you people will be left with ZERO Customers. :)

                                    Finally after speaking with customer executive i have been informed that though rs 10 got deducted for activating 30 mb 3g package and even after receiving confirmation sms from reliance, 30mb wasnt credited to my account and thus the money got deeds deducted. Thats completely fault at reliance communication's side, and if balance is deducted then i should be refunded same. REFUND MY 237.82 RS.

                                        My contact number is [protected]. I had 237.82 rs balance. I activated 10 rs 3g data plan on 12th october, 2014, which should provide me 30 mb data plus my previous 30mb data totallling upto 60 mb. I hardly used 51mb data and then my balamce was deducted to 0.02 rs. I even received confirmation message from reliance communication that my package has been activated and ussd code *111*1*3# did show me 60mb data valid till midnight of 12th pctober, 2014. as per statistics i hardly used 51mb. 30th september i had faced similar problem and got solved on 7th october. Now again 12th october i facing same problem due to technical error of reliance communications. I am not able to talk with customer care even on 198 which is free as the call gets disconnected from thier end in mid before it is transferred to customer care executive. please refund me my money and i again request to find a permanent solution for this issue.

Also please issue a warning sms before charging a person of such huge amounts for gprs and than simply say its correctly charged for using gprs. AGAIN I HAVE BEEN INTENTIONALLY/UNINTENTIONALLY WRONGLY CHARGED
