I with my daughter had gone shopping to Reliance Trends, Victoria Mall, Shimpoli Road, Borivali(W). After Shopping under Cash Memo No.uo1100mh1999plc120563 dated 2/6/14 for Rs.4018/14 when we were coming out after payment the buzzer started beeping. Since my daughter was wearing a imported jeans which she had purchased from Dubai it is absurd on reliance part for having an outdated system where it`s buzzer is beeping for wearing a imported jeans. Afterwards she had to unnecessarily undergo frisking from your security staff. This behavior by one of the topmost Reliance co. is condemned by us. Tejashree Puthran Mob:-[protected]

I request to replace this or give me credit note so that I can buy another. In our city we donot have reliance trends but we do have reliance footprint. Please guide what to do.         Not happy with the behaviour of the staffs. They said me in a rough manner. we purchased a shirt on 16.5.14 at around 8.30 pm.which was gifted by our friend.They have taken a large size shirt, & the money receipt was taken by our friend who are staying in ORISSA . on the next day at 5 pm i went to reliance to take the same shirt of small size without the receipt, but the price tag, company tag everything was there and i requested them to check the bar code also, but said me in a very rude manner, which i felt very bad. vizianagram is a very small town, and hardly 10-20 customers are purchasing anything in a whole day. so it's so easy for them to check the barcode with their bill but they didn't listened at all and talked badly.

            I, Abhishek Kumar. On 1st May 2014 at 1:06 PM I have purchased a Netplay trouser with product number[protected] from Reliance Trends, Janakpuri. Before purchasing the trouser I consulted with the branch manager Mr.Vivek Anand and Mr. Sajid regarding the product. In which I was facing problem in its fitting, then they suggested me that after using cotton paints get loose and it will definitely get loose and fit properly after first wash. To get such kind of guideline I comfortably purchased that product. Even before ultteration its length I again consulted with manager (the concerned person) and he told me that I don't need to take any tension and they will help me to exchange the product if any kind of trouble I will face after first wash. It happened so, after first wash the trouser shrinked and it got tight in fitting and due to this I am facing problem to put it on. As the Reliance Trends executives guided me I went there to exchange the product but they completely denied to exchange it and refused to give support. I have been regularly going there since last 2 days as they told me to come next day to talk to their another concerned person. As being a valuable customer of Reliance trends I usually purchase my maximum outfit from there but this time I am totally disappointed and fade up from the product quality and the service. and this incidence forced me to think to not to go further again for Reliance Trends product. So please give your kind support to exchange my product and can get actual sized product. I want to complain against the product quality and the service provided by the Reliance Trends and Netplay.               Sir, During April 2014, I purchased from Reliance Trends, Oberon mall, Cochin on two occasions and obtained two redeemable coupons of Rs500/- each that expired on 27/4/2014. I couldn't take the benefit of redemption and threw away the coupons. On 29/4/2014, I got an SMS saying the redemption date has been extended to 30/4/2014.To take the lost benefit, I approached the same outlet where two executives took the adamant stand of not giving me the benefit saying I should provide the destroyed coupons despite showing them the SMS received. Had the company informed on 27/4/2014 about the date extension, I could have saved the coupons. For anybody, it is useless after the business hours of 27/4/2014. In spite of pleading the situation, which the executives also know, they had been finding fault with me saying that I should have preserved the coupons (I don't know astrology), since the company is doing a favour. It appears funny. I understand that the company has a tracking technique using the mobile number to ensure my claim. They didn't want to hear my grievance. Why should I be deprived of this facility?! Sir/ Madam, This is with the reference of my purchase on 03/12/2013 against bill credit note ([protected] ). I'm a loyal customer of your Co. since one yr. with reliance holding your Reliance One Card more than one year. I have been enjoying your products and services more than two years and very much happy with all your services. As usual In December I purchased again from your Gzb outlet due to some size problem I return the product in your acceptable condition. One of your nice and intelligent executive kept on advising me that refund not possible & come again with in three months for proper size availability & he given me a credit note for the same. As I was not in condition to come with in a three months ( As I was pregnant) & my husband was out of town. Now when I was in condition to go there I reached there & your executive refuse to entertain, I explain all my situation to store Mgr & the Area Mgr also but it was useless. Really I'm very disappointed with the way as they treated me according to them they don't have any right to refund after the committed date. Its really surprising its my money & refund, I should give you the date for refund & you people giving me the time limit. Its really not acceptable. You should give me any option for refund or return back of any product, how you can lose your customer like this. And one more thing is very surprising there is no complaint no. for complaint & no one Sr. to handle the customer complaint, there is no e-mail ID for any customer support.                   This is Shalini from Patna. I have purchased two pairs of sandal from reliance trends located at Boaring Cannal road, Patna. I was very shocked and feeling cheated, after using their products. I have purchased LD Touristor Sandal that was costed me Rs.1899 and 999 on dated 20th April 2014(Sunday) with 30% discounts. I went on a marriage ceremony on Monday night and after 2 hrs I found my sandal heels has broken and get misplaced while walking. And second one (Rs.999) was also became colourless after 1 time use. I am very dissatisfied with their bad quality product and want to replace these product ASAP. Please reply me back with the remedy. Contact No- [protected]

                      Hi Reliance, With the Ambani's included in this Great Company, when Reliance Trends launched in Bardhaman, West Bengal. I was very excited and purchased a front load washing machine. The team gave me a ResQ Plan crap. And I trusted the brand and paid money to buy that crap plan. When I called for the checking of my existing LG AC. Noone turned up. I called them, they mis-behaved, told me that I was supposed to follow up. However, they said tech will come today, the 19th Apr-2014. But noone turned up today as well, with tech's cell phone switched off. DO YOU RELIANCE PEOPLE OPEN UP BUSINESS PLANS TO FOOL US? I NEED SOMEONE TO RETURN MY ResQ PLAN MONEY OR GIVE ME SERVICE AS PROMISED. My cell no - [protected]

                        During my Shopping experience with my Wife on Monday evening at Reliance Mall (Trendz) at Kolhapur Laxmipuri, where i had found very silly things such as offer was displayed on the rack but during the billing it was noticed that whole amount is been asked.Even though offer was displayed still twice i ahd confirmed with sales person sumit & sandeep.
                        After such kios sales person said we ourself are unknown about the offer was discontinued in morning itself but they confess that yes we have said the offer is on infront of everyone.

                        If the Offer was discontinued why discount display was not removed.

                        After my annoyness one of the senior sales person Salman K said sir i will contact you in one day after speaking with seniors, and now it is already 2 days that i have not received any calls.

                        Me & my wife are very disappointment resulting in not buying a single apparel out of 5 given for billing .

                        Lets see how much this online complaint means now. Trying to attach the proof in add photo but unable.

                          i bought a shirt from reliance trendz ta phoenix market city viman nagar pune but it didnt fit me well so after two days i been their for an xchange but the a lady nanmed reshma told me it cant be xchanged due to some irregular reason which was not fit according to the condition of the shirt and talked with me like i am no one standing before her her behaviour was not at all good dont know how to deal with customer and dont have a sense of doing tht too manager too named sandeep dont know how to behave with the customer hiw to say he just ingonre the word i told him. some action should be taken or else the valued customer wiil be slow down to visit the store. kind ly take the proper action regarding this asi as a value dcustomer and the card holder of reliance didint except that from the staff. thats all.

                            I have purchased a side bag for my wife from Reliance Trends, Bardhaman, WB in November 2013. She started using in mid- January 2014. Just after a week's use, she found that the outer cover was peeling and torn out. To my surprise, I don't expect defective products from a brand named Reliance. It is really shocking for me. I had not preserved my bill expecting something like this. Many a times I informed at the Customer Care Service Counter and even submitted a written complain.I waited long for your reply.                               I purchased a footwear at Reliance Trends Adyar, chennai. Footprint is at the 2nd floor but the billing happens at the 1st floor. I went to the 1st floor and paid the bill, immediately after I paid the bill they handed over the footwear. But I noticed that the footwear was not the same that I tried at the 2nd floor. The one given to me was damaged. When I reported it to the person in the bill counter, he said that I have to go to 3rd floor and report it to customer support. When I reached the customer support they said that I had already paid the bill and they will not refund the money..How come they give the damaged product and say that they cannot refund the money..the customer support person was very rude..no respect for the customers...When i asked for the product that I originally tried he said they have no other piece...This is ridiculous...why must i agree to buy a damaged product when i can clearly see the damages with naked eye...I tried the foot wear walked around for few meters and then agreed to buy it...now they were saying that there is no other piece available...This IS BIG CHEATING IN THE NAME OF OFFER... Never buy any products from RELIANCE TRENDS or atleast have a look at the product before billing whether that is the original product that you intend to purchase... RAMESH

                                I purchase a garment of rs 2600 and get voucher of rs 250, which is lost and requested to trend about to issue new one or by redeem with new one purchase.

                                But trend denied and once voucher lost, no process to issue new one.

                                plz look into matter and adjust this amount of voucher in new purchase.

                                  The price of trouse 1500 / Rs they gave me 50% on that amount ...
                                  But When I take at home I realised that by Mistake they I given Me 32 Size ...But I want 34 Size...
                                  When I went to Exchange they are not given Me ...& not Given me proper answer also...
                                  So If they Are not Giveing me my wanted Size Then what is o[censored]SE of that trouser so ..want my size...or Money Back

                                    I have bought a pullover size XXl of Duke Stardust from Relience Trend Trilium Mall on 29.01.2014. I have lost the bill. On Next Day 30.01.2014 i go to Relience Trend to change the size with out bill but store manager Abhijeet regret to change the size without bill. I also asked him for call with higher authorties but he regret to do so. I also asked for duplicate bill but he did not give me duplicate bill. now i[censored] dont solve my problem i will go to consumer court.

                                      when we go to purchase clothes at 4:30 it was discount and at 5:00 pm we go for payment the cash counter man was telling too buy some offer that purchase 250* Boucher to buy we were telling that we will not the cash counter man was telling to buy socks, deo etc it was 5:15 and the computer was not taking discount... what its mean that computer is not taking discount.. so why you have make discount... we have the bill ... this is my contact number [protected] we want discount...

                                        when we are entering into trends security said to us that college bags are not allowed, thing is that all others are going with college bags when we ask security why you did not send us inside with college bag he was saying that i will not send you that's...a rule is rule for all...aren't employees carry bags ...if some one did wrong ...they should not assume by looking at the person ...if they are having doubt then let them observe the person...till he leaves that place...that security name is B.Vishwesharao...this was happen in between 7:30pm to 8:30pm yesterday
