On Independence Day 2014, Reliance Trends, Borivali, Mumbai had scheme of Shop for Rs.1, 947 get Clothes of Rs.1, 947. Firstly, The advertisement says - "Shop worth Rs.1, 947 and get Free Clothes of Rs.1, 947" but we were told that this scheme is only for clothes. To me, this is doing advertising to misguide customers.Secondly, We had purchased 2 shorts. The tag showed price of Flat Rs.299 with other tag of price Rs.399. on billing they billed us initially for Rs.399/- but on arguing for the tag price of Flat Rs.299/-, they billed at Rs.299 taking barcode of T Shirt. So they billed 2 T shirts whereas delivered 2 shorts. Even Security allowed to take the merchandise out despite difference between physical goods and goods billed. However, on 16th August, when we went to replace the product for a higher size of same value, they were asking for price difference sighting the security and system reasons which they themselves bypassed a day before, to facilitate billing as per their convenience. I am left with no choice, but had to let go merchandise and take refund in cash (REF NO.: C5564, #0236 TIME - 21:45:48, 15AUG2014, S08082, R002) I, not only as Customer but also as a Shareholder, feel aggrieved and cheated, by the Staff and system they were following. It was a kind of harassment where you finally have to surrender to the atrocities of the Company and its staff, where they literally make you bow down to their terms and do as they say, as you are not left with any choice. This matter was handled by Mr. Kevin D'souza whose Cell number is [protected]. I have also written hand written complain in the feedback book with assurance that I will get a call in a week's time. I seek your intervention to stop such malpractices with are restrictive in nature under MRTP and provide compensation for the harassment a customer goes through for all such episodes.

    Black color full sleeves t-shirt with a scarf attached to it, with a price tag of Rs.195/-. After billing instead of Rs.195/- it was billed as Rs.499/-. When asked about it to the cashier he said that because of some mistake the T-shirt came on floor and you cannot buy it at Rs.195/-. So I said I wanted an exchange, so he kept the T-shirt with him and when i came pack with a jeans with same cost, he said you have to go the security and all other formalities and then you can exchange. So I went to security and he said me to bring the T-shirt which was billed as Rs./-499. So I again went to cashier and he gave me another T-shirt which is Meroon in color with a price tag of Rs.499/-. When I asked that this is not the T-shirt which you have taken from me, he said that this is the only shirt and go give it to security he will exchange, don't eat my brain. So i kept quiet and went to security, then security said this is not the same T-shirt which is billed and I again went to him and after seeing me he was raged with anger and behaved in a very rude manner and said from where else you all people will come and eat our brains and another person came and searched my T-shirt and after that I got exchanged.

      we are purchase on dated 03/08/14 in vastrapur, ahmedabad. Your customer service desk sum problem billing is not possible & delivery for our home at possible 2 days. but 4 days going on delivery is not possible.we are your shop inquiry my cloths delivery and answer is not your custmor service desk.todays i am come your shop billing counter & 2pents purchase for 30% discount at the time of sunday dated on 03/08/14.but bill dated on 07/08/14 time discount is not count.we are talking to your incharge for counter.bill dated discount is not possible in your server and server is not counting discount at time of bill so full payment taking to me at your officer incharge. your officer answer me not discount fpr dated on 03/08/14 so return for pents. Any time your shop power problem server is not support to billing? attached phograph for pents catlog no with price. we are regreat for service & bill system.

        My name is B.V.Bhaskar Reddy. I went for shopping at Reliance Trends on 27.07.2014 at around 8.00 PM at Perambur Chennai. Since there was no parking available, there was no staff available to help me park my two wheeler. When i parked my two wheeler behind a two wheeler already parked suddenly from nowhere one person came and told me not to park here and when i asked him where to park he told to park somewhere where place is available but not to park there and did not help me to park. when i was arguing with me how i can park when there is no place suddenly from nowhere around 6 to 7 people came i dont where they were all the time when customer come for parking and started to misbehave with me and even threatened me that i should not come again. They behaved like rowdies even the supervisor was supporting his staff and not ready to solve the problem. When i went into the store there also nobody was ready to hear me and take my complaint and they told there is no such system of complaining. If this is the type they are given to those who come for shopping how a person will come next to time to shop again in your store. My sincere request is that staff who first comes to part the vehicle should be guided or given a place to park if there is no place for park, parking staff should tell while entering the store itself that there is no parking inside so that they will not enter the store and will look for some other store and there is no need to pick up argument with your staff after entering. I was not at all happy shopping at your office the way the staff at parking behaved. They may tell 1000 reasons and complaint against customers, but we come for shopping only and not to complaint against the staff, we are compelled to write only when we are affected. The staff should be trained how to behav3 with the customers. I am also working in a bank and know how to deal with customer and to give customer service. I hope the next time i go to the same shop again there will not be an incident like this which i faced today.           Hi, My name is Seetha Sankaran and I did a lot o purchase in your Kovai show room in the Brroks field mall and the one in Adyar Chennai. I was looking for a leggings and got the color and the size I wanted and the Advt price was Rs199. But this particular piece was not put with the other ones, but was showing a 40% discount. When I was to make a payment, the people in the counter demanded Rs.399. So I asked abt the sale price or the 40% discount or which I got a rude replyfrom the staf inthe floor. So I asked for the manager and some guy came and with out even understanding he was rude and started telling stories that it was a customer's mistake that they put the discount sign there.It was just the time when the shop was opened and no customers were there as I was the first one.On hearing this I was very upset and angry and I started shouting. The response from the floor people was "Madam, don't show the tension you have outside, here. How come they know whether I have tension or not". Basic courtesy of proper talking was not known to your staff. So I went to make a complaint in the customer service section, and the poor girl there was not able to mange, convince or solve. A staff by name Nandagopal came, he first apologized for the happenings. He probe questions to understand the situation and told that it was their mistake and will find out the price details from the other show room and get back to me or deliver the dress I wanted. We exchanged the phone numbers and I gave my address too. I didn't have a hope that this issue will be solved.But to my surprise, he called me and told that, it was their mistake and got the dress I needed and delivered it to my home.He took an extra step to solve the problem and convince the customer. For any business, Customers are the back bones. If it is understood, then there is no need for a customer care or complaint department. To cut the story short, Nandagopal deserves some good rewards or promotion.He will be a good manager.My sincere Thanks and appreciation for his work and I wish him Good luck in the future.               Date :20/07/2014 Time : 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM Place : Reliance Trends, DB Mall, Bhopal Hi Sir, i went to your shop and was looking for Smart phones, as i have to purchase one. i was looking for camera quality, suddenly one of your lady staff member came and snatch it from me and put it back. i ask her for explaination, so she say look at it like this. i ignore it and go for other product but i don't know what was problem with her, she again come to me and start intrupting me in very rude way and when i ask her what is your problem she start arguing me, in between other staff member also come and gather me and make very hostile envoirment for me, it was nearly threatening like they are going to beat me. At the same time one staff member GAURAV NAGAR come front to me and ask "do you think it is a museum, if you don't want to purchase something just leave". i ask him, will complaint about it he show me the direction, behaving like he don't care (his behavior like that you cant do anything, i am boss here). He dont stop here, he play one more cheap trick with me, while i was writing complaint against him, he send someone to put a slip on my back, so that when i go out alarm will sound and rest of thing will guard do. i was lucky when the alarm start and guard call me inside. before guard start his interrogation, my friend found the slip on my back and show that to guard (you can find it all in CCTV footage in your store, who play this cheap trick) . i come out with very bad feeling and insulted, in such big brand name i was expecting customer friendly envoirment but got just opposite bullying and tit for tat like behavior. one more thing, i write a complaint in your store complaint register but don't have any acknowledgement receipt or some reference number. they told you will get a phone call but i got nothing till now. i hope you be able to stop such nonsense behavior... waiting for your reply.                 Reliance customer head,
                I gave a compliant on dress fault which bought on 05/07/14 purchased at T.Nagar at your great show room, same night i gave a compliant thro' online. Sunday i called & informed the store Mr.boopathy took the same.. Zero response on that day . Next day on 7/7/14 2 to 3 pm i got a call from Mr.Bala - Said he will take care . he told me to send the photo of the dress thro' whats up .. i send till today 2pm afternoon no reply . then i called ask the status he said no photo came.. i have send i can show the proof.. again he ask me to send now i hv send now.. what type of protocal your company handling for the customer complaints ? i am also handling cc with 24 hours . very bad & upset abt your team operation .                     I kirty bajpai from bilaspur cg. We purchase 2-3 T-shirts for my 2 yr old kid from Reliance trends Rama magnato mall Bilaspur CG 495001 on[protected]. Their itself we tried the t-shirt is was small so we requested to issue a credit note. They issued a credit note of Rs299/- dated [protected]. After 2 days I selected 2-3 shirts and when to the billing desk, due to rain few drops of water has been dropped in the credit note so they refuse to use the credit note and said it was not cleared as the barcode was half rubbed in the note. I was in hurry so I thought to come any another day. Again after 2-3 days I went to the shop and again selected some dresses, went to the billing desk they again refuse to use. I asked why? They told they will not be able to use it. What is my fault if they use poor quality of ink in printing, and asked him any provision in their computer system or any register entry from their you can write barcode manually in the system. He said you are waisting my time. He argued and misbehaved with me. Some Mr manikpuri was their. I told him that I will complaint the issue against him he told me complaint anywhere you want. He doesn’t know how to speak to their customer and gave me silly examples of misuse of credit note. In fact all the staff out there are illiterate they don’t know how to speak to their customer. This is the second time earlier also one staff named Rajesh prajapati was also their he also don’t know how to speak to their customer. It is not a matter of Rs299/- it is the misbehavior of the staff. I complaint the issue to reliance customer care on 4-july-14, after listening the person said it will be resolved within a week. But till date I didn’t received any call . Today i.e on 16-07-14 I gave a call they said we have not received any complaint. Relaince such a Brand name we didn’t expects such a poor service from them. Every month we use to shop from their but after this incidence we have to think. I request to resolve my issue soon. MRP was Rs.1500/- With 20% discount i gave Rs.1200/- Bil no: Ref: C7361 #0104 Time : 19.09.25sec date : 12 JUL 2014. When we came home & saw and it has got a big stiching gap ... Reliance is such a big group & what type of dresses your servicing to customer ??? Very bad... The dress is not Rs.300 or 400/- MRP is Rs.1500/-... Look for immdeate response & Need replacement .                         Me and my husband had been to your shop in bhopal.. ( aaashima mall, ground floor bhopal) where in.. while entering the shop I was suddenly stopped by the security gaurd saying.. I didint understand wat was happening. Then I realized it was because the alarm kept at the entrance of the shop made noise. Some 2 -3 other staffs surrounded mw and started taking my bag and looking inturn. People started gathering around. They asked if v came just now and such. I said we just came to the mall. Then one person said its ok madam and asked me to carryon with my shopping. Again wen I began to move forward, again they made a fuss took my bag and said manager has to see wat is der in the bag. The result of all this is dat v walked out off the shop. Now I need a proper explanation of y this happenend. Otherwise I would give a written compalint to whomwhomsoever it may b concernd and move legally. To u it might luk as a small issue but me being a lady was kind of harrassed by a security gaurd and 2-3 other staffs.. there wer no lady staff. First of all I was just entering the shop and ther is no need for them to b worried about wat is der in my bag. Even if dey wer so much worried dis is not the way . I wwud hav happily given my bag to lady staff or so to examine. Bcause me being a lady has many stuffs in the bag. And the situation should be explained bfore they do anythng. Now me and my husband working in crpf would like to tak sum action.

                          We shop from your stores and finally we pay the bills we get a very funny question, have you got a carry bag, sir?We say no, and ask why?
                          We charge you for the carrybags, that is the answer.
                          Why, i bought a few thousads and why you chare me something funny amount.
                          Oh, sir that is the company policy
                          I said very good, givme a carry bag.
                          They give me a bag of nice colour and printed very nicely .Reliance trends??????????????????
                          I refused to take it as asked them to give me a plain bag, simple as that.
                          Why sir,
                          I am not your advertiser agent., as i pay you give me a plain bag.
                          Think about it as am a share holder of the company and i feel ashamed of this sort of experiance and the company should change the policy immediately.
                          I may take up this matter in the consumer protection court if suitatable action is not taken
                          I feel we the company is cheating the customer by selling the carry bags and making a very easy way of advertising the companny brand name reliance trends.
                          Further do you mean to put the customer to carry a sack bag while coming to your shop

                          v r from kerala, we often shops from reliance trendz, and in kerala we r trying to use less plastic bags while taking our big shoppers on shoppings.
                          its our bad experiance that in ur trendz shop the people in billing section even not asking whether we need beg to carry or not ? without asking they billing a plastic cover of rs.6, and when v revert that y u billed this without asking us, he has no answer. ATLEAST YOUR SHOP (BILLING COUNTER) CAN DISPLAY THAT A BAG WILL COST RS.6?-ITS NOT THERE...SO SAD...AS far as v r concern reliance is such an organisation which shoul;d show what shopping is, spaecially with all the nature frindly features...and one more thing it was so shamefull by showing a stupid attitude while making such disturbance in our mind.agreed its not a big thing that not to use plastic bag by me...but as far as i concern its a small step and effort from my side to make our life and our world a better atmosphere.
                          so plaese consider our suggestions to encourage a shopping without plastic bags, and atleast inform the customer that it will take 6 rs.for a bag, before make billing ...(its not a matter of 6rs...its something more...)

                              On 7th July 2013 I have purchased a shirt from Reliance trends, Patiala (Omax mall) center and the size of that shirt was not suiting. Yesterday when I went there to get it exchanged they didn't allow me even when the tags and price cards were attached to the shirt and not tampered because I miss placed the bill. When I requested them to check for the purchase in the database of the computer for verification purposes they directly rejected my request. The product is not useful for me. Please provide some help so that I can replace the shirt.

                                Today being, 6th July 2014 I purchased 3 items from your store at Bhopal. On 1 item I.E. Fusion tunics (woman's wear) the tag said flat 40% off but at the cash counter the staff gave only 30% off on the MRP. Once we re-checked at home we found out the bill amount has been charged more. After calling at the store, the staff member listened to our complaint and banged the phone without letting us know that how should we get our difference money back. I have attached the photo of the bill and the tag. The staff members should know their work and even know how to talk to the customers.

                                  Dear Sir, I am a regular purchaser of the store since it has been started in my state.My average bill comes in a quarter Rs10000.i think this proves that I am a valued customer for you or not.Anyway My billing amount was near about 6000 against of which i got two free coupons.I mean Rs 500 two coupons.I was told to purchase of 2000rupees to get it redeemed. it was ok for me. Kindly note I work outside the city and I get only sunday to do shopping.Though I got the coupons in last moment I had no time to keep it with me. I was in completely haste. I purchased a jeans worth 1900 and searched a product of near 200 to adjust the amount. Suddenly my eye went over a basket of socks and other things.I grasped one combo packet and got out from the store immediately.But when I saw after one day that is a separate thing I have brought.Though I stay completely busy in my work my father who is a senior citizen went to the store to exchange it.Then Relience executives took the brand name to new height by their remarkable behaviour.Mark the below points 1. merely for few rules security guard didn't hesitate to argue.It was like my father didn't know that when you are going for exchange you have to collect coupon or whatever. 2. he was told to go one corner of the store where manager sits as my father was the artitecure of the building he knows which corner.still he abled to find the man. 3. now manager started his managerial skill .He was blustering and I quote " YOU COME TOMMORROW WE CANT DO IT TODAY BECAUSE LINE IS NOT THERE." I dont know about which line he was telling to my father. 4. My father told him what he will do because he has come from Bhubaneswar and 30km away from the cuttack store. Then manager said and I quote " THEN YOU GO TO BHUBANESWAR STORE AND EXCHANGE IT.. My point is 1.is this looking good to behave like nonsense to senior person and is is happening by relience executives. 2.Refund policy says products can be exchanged from same store only. By knowing this how manager told to go bhubaneswar. #.Why he couldnt get it done on the same day where it has not been written any where that exchange happens in particular time. I need answer of these questions . and have patience to watch my action if you keep quite after reading the mail. Hope to listen good from you.

                                    I bought a Peter England shirt from Reliance trendz showroom located at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The shirt got torn on collar as the stitching came out along with the cloth. I am very disappointed with trendz being such a big name. Plz I need a reply asap

                                      i have purchased clothes on18/5/14 for rs-10717/ from your store at sector-8 rohini. i was given 3000 rs/ gift coupon and was told that i can redeem them during 115/6 to 30/6 . i can purchase clothes for 3000/ rs without paying anything extra. now on visiting your store on sunday(22/6/14) i was told that i have to shop for double to redeem these coupons. i feel cheated by this. to redeem 3000/ i have to purchase for 6000(rather 8000 effective). so i have to cough-up 4000/ extra and have to purchase extra clothes whwther required or not. this may be marketing gimmick for you but for me this is cheating and breach of trust between two o[censored]s. i hope you would help me sort out this mess.
