Dear all ,

I recently purchased some clothes for my baby from Reliance Trends Kidswear Brand "PANDA"....No only does the COLOR BLEED, THE FABRIC DYE COLOR GOT ONTO MY CHILD'S SKIN !!! ( This shows that the fabric Dye is of a very INFERIOR QUALITY )...How can a National Brand like Reliance trends be so CARELESS W.R.T THEIR QUALITY STANDARDS !!!

Reliance Trends should at least be ETHICAL when it comes to manufacturing KIDSWEAR !!!

This was my first experience shopping at Reliance Trends....and the LAST of course !....
I AGREE...PANDA KIDS WEAR IS NOT BABY FRIENDLY..AND THE PRICE IS ALSO VERY HIGH...THEY ARE JUST LOOTING US.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had purchased today (28/10/2012) one pack of Jockey Bried ( pack of 3 pcs). When I came back home and opened the pack it was having only 2 pcs of brief against 3 pcs as mentioned over the box. I tried calling the Reliance Trends store but once the bell went then it became busy and when I tried again it was saying this number is not reachable. The Number is[protected].

    I have now no time to go again to store and enquire about this, so I thought of speaking over phone to store manager but the phone is not reachable. I am going out on Official tour tomorrow Morning so busy in packing. Please help me in getting my 1pc of Jockey brief back.

      I have purchased a shorts on discounted price. Unfortunately I have observed at home that it is under sized. Next day I have requested to change with larger size. Store boy suggested to come after 1pm which is not mentioned on the bill. When I asked for the written documents regarding the exchange time, they fail to produce the same. After that I met with SD manager for the exchange. In reply he refused to replaced the garment even with higher size as the material sold with discounted price. First of all reliance people lies with product exchange timing and secondly refused to change the garments for higher size with criminal like behavior. Never never step into the Reliance trends, Benachity for purchasing any product. Beware, they are group of cheaters.

      Jayakumar coimbatore I have purchased two shirts from Reliance trends in Brook fields maal on 2/08/2013. By the time I purchased I did not look for any damage in the shirts believing there wont be any damage. But after wearing I find there was two small visible knife cuts with grease marks. When I went today to replace the shirt with the bill and the tag they refused to replace the shirt telling the damage was not from their side. I wore it and saw the damage and kept it in home immediately to have it replaced; the two persons in the customer care did not want to hear my plea and so I returned home with a hard heart. And that will be my lost visit, please better avoid shopping in reliance treands. they are money minded people they dont care about customers.

        I had purchased some shirts and jean based on the ndependence offer from reliance trends Cuttack. One shirt of Puzeria brand was very long as this was 39 size. So i wanted to exchange this shirt with another shirt. I had discussed with customer care and one lady of customer care told me to by any product as offer is going on.....

        After collecting one shirt from different brand, another person in customer care executive charged full price of this item. In the mean time they entered in the system and told me not possible and you have to pay that even for same item..

        I paid full price with lots of argument, they harrased me like this and waste my lots of time. This is not at all good in customer service....

        They are not trend to deal with customer and not interacting each other about the policy of the product sale.


        I am requiesting you to, please listen my complain and treat as urgent.

        It would not be happened in any other store as happened in this store. I have lost my faith with reliance also. This negative message will go to others................if you will not listen this.........

        I am Latha .S, a customer residing at Kochi bearing Card No.[protected].
        Myself along with my husband, visited your retail outlet at Imperial Centre, M.G.Road, Ernakulam, Kochi, today, (26/01/2013), at about 5 pm, and spent there about 2 Hours to select some dress materials coasting around Rs.4500/-. The staff at the Bill Counter after removing the security tags attached to the materials and preparing the bill suggested that we would be benefited more out of the Republic day offer, if we could purchase some more materials for around Rs. 3500/-. So we went to select some more materials after keeping the articles selected already with the custody of the counter staff. On our return after selecting further materials, there was a long queue before the bill counter. After standing at that long queue we handed over the materials to the staff for billing along with the articles we had kept there. Then it was informed to us that the materials already kept were missing. The staff members made thorough search there but of no avail. It was quite surprising to us that the things under the custody of the counter staff were missing. Therefore we have to leave the shop without purchasing anything even though we had to spend about three and a half hours at your outlet. There is little chance for issuing the things to another customer as nobody would be ready to pay for the things collected by us suiting to our requirements. Therefore it is suspected that the materials might have been taken out of the showroom with the help and connivance of somebody else, since the security tags of the same have already been removed. We would like to bring this to your attention to improve the system for customer care and also to have a review on the prevailing arrangements for the show room security so as to seal the loopholes if any.
        Even though we have not spent a single penny at your outlet, the time that was spoiled there is of immense value for us, for which how are you going to compensate us?

            Hi, (Reliance Trends, Axis Mall, Kolkata)

            We went to reliance trends and bought goods worth Rs 4K....so that we could get 50% off on our next purchase(which is we were given coupons for 2K, and told if we shopped for 4K again we only would have to pay 2K).
            NOT once they said that the scheme had so many exceptions. To our shock those were the garments we really wanted to buy, so we complained but fell into the ears of the immature Floor Manager Arijit Roy. He said he couldn't help us, he wasn't ready to call his supervisor, he wasn't ready to accept that no one told us about the exceptions. A total weirdo.

            Can somebody call us so that we could use the coupons before 8th July 2012.

              I purchased a T-shirt from reliance trends .which shrunk within one wash and lost it's color.when i went to complain about this to the store manager(belgaum)there was absolutely no response from him.he just kept saying i have nothing in my hands and i cannot do anything...it was really disgusting.didn't expect such poor quality products and service from reliance...

                I had a “ reliable” impression on the brand. However, yesterday I had a very bad experience at the customer care service at Reliance trends at Bangalore, ITPL mall. I had purchased couple of T shirts for my husband and kid and apparently lost my hardcopy bill. One of the T shirts did not fit my husband and hence had come to change the same. I requested the customer care person giving her all the details of my purchase date, time, amount, credit card no., reliance membership card etc. Inspite of this no help was extended to me .The customer service represtative lady there did not treat me courteously.The other big shops always had taken care whenever I approach them saying I missed my bill…they would not mind it as long as the T shirt price tag was intact. However the customer care sales girl and the manager here at Reliance trends Bangalore treated me in such a way giving me a doubt if I were the customer or them. As if I had got the product without paying the price. I waited for nearly 45 mins for just getting a change in the Tshirt size. The customer care sales girl made me wait for no reason!!! Thanks to the customer service. I would definitely not come again to a shop which has no value add for the customer.

                Poor Service - Following relevant
                (a) With almost No customers at Reliance trendz MG road Kochi, it takes 20 minutes for making and paying ur bills, When u call the manager instead of attending to u, he explains this is the best service they can offer as most of the staff is undertrainees.
                (b) Prima facie the place looked over rather very over staffed, despite that hardly 50 % of bill counters are manned.
                Poor attitude - the attitude of manager was that as if he is doing a big favor by opening the shop for us
                Pl take care - before its too late
                I had Reliance Trends coupons and when I went shopping to the store in Ascendas Park Square Mall, ITPL, Bangalore I was told they had been redeemed already. SO I placed a complaint and its been more than 2 months and I still haven't received a call back. Every time I visit the store asking about the complaint they assure me they will call back in 2 days but they don't.
                Very bad customer service, in fact worst. I have never seen people being so irresponsible towards customer's queries.

                I want to Reliance trends Kathriguppe branch (Banashankari) some time back. There when I was looking for purchasing Sherwani/Suit for my wedding I met a lady called Keerthi Reddy. She told me that she is working as Visual Merchandiser and all the store managers of Reliance Trends Bangalore are under her control. She also told me that for Sherwani's I need to got Manyavar and for Suits I need to got to Central mall. When I asked her about casual shirts she told that Reliance trends is not a good place for shopping. Then when I was about to leave without shopping anything she took my mobile number stating that if any new stock comes she will update me. The next day onwards she started messaging me stating that she is a call girl and she provides all kind of services. when I asked one of my friend who is also working as Visual Merchandiser in Richmond road he told me that Keerthi Reddy is married twice. She has killed her first husband and made it like suicide and her second husband left her after seeing her behavior. He also told that there are couple of cases in Madanapalle Sub court, Andhra Pradesh - 517 325. She is the respondent in those couple of cases.

                Please keep decent staff and do enough back ground check before employing any staff because these kind of staff will really spoil the company name. I am basically a very big fan of Dirubhai Ambani. I always feel that reliance brand should be on the top. But if this kind of call girl/Service girls are there it will spoil the company name. The kind of internal respect I have towards Reliance trends made me to put this mail.
                Don't believe releance trends. Just they will fake customers for offers. They said I will be getting cash back on my purchase but I didnt receive. Simply they will make fools to customers.
                My complain number is 1908528 it is my second complain and no response till today.i had returned on shirt and insted of giving credit notes staff had given me credit note where expiry date is twelve month, now staff is telling that your card is valid only three months, no staff had told me that it is valid only three month, desk staff are very casual they dont explain the things properly.pls sort out the matter as soon other wis e i have to go otherway.

                  I had purchased some dresses for my son from Reliance Trends Begumpet Hyderabad during October, 2011 during Dussehra . They had some offers prevailing at that time and I had bought 4 sets of shorts and shirts for him. After a month or so ,my son had used it and on washing , to my surprise, I found it was completely torn off as on old stock at many joints.Since it was after a month or so from my purchase, I had not preserved my bill. I took the damaged piece to the Reliance Trends at Begumpet. Initially they were not willing to agree that it was purchased from their shop. But later some of the salespersons agreed that it was their stock and could be old stock also. They wanted me to provide the bill of the purchase which I was not having. They were not ready for a replacement even while acknowledging it was their item.
                  REQUEST EACH AND EVERYONE ONE OF YOU TO AVOID SHOPPING AT ANY OF THE RELIANCE TRENDS OUTLETS , SINCE THEY AGREE THAT THEY SELL VERY OLD STOCK ABOUT TO BE TORN OUT ITEMS AS PART OF THEIR OFFERS!!!!

                    Myself Rahul Sahu, I had visited Reliance trends, century 21 mall, A B ROAD, Indore on 11/jan/2012 and done purchasing of Rs. 1425/- for the payment of which I swapped my SBI debit card on their machine, but the transaction got failed, after which i did a cash payment, but when i checked my account the amount got deduced from my account which means the transaction was not failed. I contacted Reliance trends, they told me to go to bank and lodge a complaint there, so i did. Bank forwarded my complaint to Reliance trends through their centralised working unit, but even after 47 days i havn't got my money. Please help me, what should i do, I have to leave indore within a week, and may be i may never come back to indore again.

                      this shop is having 5 billing counters in the front,even in the peak time when more than 30-35 customers are waiting to pay cash only two billing counter will be open ,last day when one of the customer reacted they opened the third counter and when he leaves the shop it suddenly become two again. all have to wait a lot to get the item billed .this is a usual procedure now

                        It is hell with the reliance trends (meenakshi mall, bannerghatta road, Bangalore) to purchase. They swiped my debit card twice saying that first time it was an online error. But money got deducted twice and the one who is in cash counter hadn't responded properly. It has been twenty days my money was not returned to my account. Can anyone suggest me what to do with this modern thieves to get my money back?

                          THIS IS REGARDING THE NON COMPLIANCE ISSUE OF RELIANCE TRENDZ (ALFA-ONE MALL, AMRITSAR).

                          I PURCHASED 2 JACKETS FROM THIS STORE . AND 1 I FOUND IN TORN CONDITION AFTER PURCHASING . I WENT THERE FOR EXCHANGE , BUT THERE WAS NO PIECE AVAILABLE AND NOTHING OTHER ITEM WAS AVAILABLE OF MY CHOICE . THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 1 HOUR SO THEY CAN FIND ANOTHER PIECE FROM THEIR STOCK. BUT AGAIN THAT WAS ALSO TORN OUT. THEN THEY ASKED AGAIN TO WAIT FOR 1 HOUR SO THAT THEY CAN FIX THAT PROBLEM . AGAIN I WENT THERE AFTER AN HOUR AND FOUND THAT PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED BUT THE ZIP OF JACKET WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY , LOCK OF ZIP WAS BROKEN BY THEM DURING REPAIR. AND AGAIN THE SAME CONDITION WAS IN FRONT OF ME. I WAS SO FED UP WITH THEM . I ASKED THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY. BUT THEY DENIED BY SAYING THAT THIS IS NOT IN THEIR HAND. AND WE WILL ASK FROM OTHER STORES AND WILL SEND ANOTHER JACKET TO MY HOME.
                          AND I DONT NEED TO GO TO THEIR STORE AGAIN. NOW TODAY AGAIN THEY HAVE CALLED THAT NO OTHER PIECE IS AVAILABLE AND PLZ COME TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BACK FOR WHICH THEY REFUSED EARLIER.

                          NOW CONDITION IS THIS AGAIN I HAVE TO GO THERE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I WENT THERE 3 TIMES. AND SPENT FUEL FOR APPX. 300 RS AND OTHER THAN THAT IT SPOILED MY WEEKEND DAYS.

                          THEY ALWAYS TRY TO FOOL THEIR CUSTOMERS . SO WHAT I SHOULD DO IN THIS CONDITION .. KINDLY HELP ME .

                              i purchased 16 items as per bill no.000235 batch no 000030 dt 10/07/2011 at 19;23;57 from reliance trends ltd V3S apparel delhi for Rs.4720/- but the company charged Rs,5920/- as per said bill.vide as per transaction code C1402 0026 19;25;01 10 JUL2011 ,In which they undertake the amt is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
                              when I went back to the store for the same they refunded me the balance of Rs1200/-in cash without the applicable taxes excess charged by me & saying it was technical error.When I ask for the incharge of the store the reply was that he MR. ANUBHAV KUMAR was not available now ,after telephonic conversation with the same he replied that I was driving now I will be available only by tommorow evening only.
                              It is very painful to see the behaviour & services renderd by the big store i.e.RELIANCE TRENDS LTD
                              I think they are making money by these ways to open new stores.I think some big game is going in this particular store.

                                this is to bring 2 notice the discrepancies in sales in the reliance trendz,kochi. they have come up with a new scheme where by they issue discount coupons for the customers. even though the validity of the offer has been mentioned on the coupon, its been designed in a way which doesnt easily catch the customers eye, and they arent told about this at the cash counter during the time of issue.its only when they are set out to encash the coupon that they come to know of this treachery. strong action must be taken against this serious case of misleading, and cheating

                                  The service is very horrible.After paying the yearly pack suddenly the channels get disabled and customer care executive tells us to recharge again with some other amount. The customer care disconnects the call and after 2 times of call attempts, we wont be allowed to call again.What a horrible service.

                                  Purchased HTC 828 4G from Reliance digital mini store, s.v.road kandivali (w), Mumbai -67 on 9th of may 2016. The problem is within few working days only the display is gone

                                  It's a request kindly look into this matter and replace the phone with a new one

                                    On dated 22/04/11 and we had done purchase of Rs. 4449 invoice no. 001292.
                                    n returning home when we checked out the small size . Hence again on 24/04/11 my husbad again visit thye store and after 1 hr. waitng period they change the jeans and give it for alteration on the same day. Alteration slip received 91976 for 2 items. On 25/04/11 when we visit the store for collection of altered material the denied that no jeans is there at their end. After when we show the slips they assure us that they will search and call us. Today it is almost 5 days and after more 3 visit done by my husband and me we didn't get the jeans. Person Mr. Upendra and Mr. Arvind Mishra are irresponsible and fake. They also assure us to check the video footage but till date no response.P ls help.

                                      I went to Reliance Trendz store located in Alpha One mall in Amritsar, a couple of days ago. I was looking for a deodorant and the salesman showed some brands to me and sprayed them on my arms, one by one. He tried at least 6 of those and when he sprayed a particular deo, I told him that it smelled feminine kind. I had a look at the deo bottle and it read under the brand name as; "pour elle". I indicated that towards the salesman and he smiled and said, "Sir, pour ellay is kind of "flavour". I smiled back and told him that its a French word and it means that its for women, but I don't think he was convinced. Then I showed him another deo bottle which had "pour homme" written on it and told him that this means "for men". He kind of nodded but was not convinced. The story didn't end there...
                                      I saw more deos and perfumes from brand Ferrari, kept in another showcase window just behind those I was already looking at. I moved there and tried 2 different fragrances of Ferrari deo. One was musk "flavour", as I was told and the other one I don't remember. The "musk" one came out to be Ferrari Uomo. Another sales girl joined the sales man and recommended me to go for this deo as it is in great demand and has good "smell". Eventually, I bought it for INR 800 and it turned out to be the worst deo I have ever used! The next day when I shook the bottle a bit before spraying, a good 5-6 drops fell on my arm on their own. Not thinking much about it, I sprayed the deo under my arms and some on my neck and left for some work. Just about 5 minutes later, the fragrance disappeared in thin air. I thought it demands more application and in the evening I sprayed it under my arms, neck, chest and some on the inside of my left arm. Bingo! the fragrance wasn't there at all after a few minutes. I took my nose real close to the arm and I could feel a bit of it there, but nothing more.
                                      I am sure I was given a defected deo bottle. I paid 800 bucks for a bottle full of water! I was cheated!
                                      I tried searching for Reliance Trendz website for customer feedback but couldn't find any. The sales persons are ill-informed at Reliance Trendz and I am not going there again.

                                        Today my 3 yrs daughter got badly injured in Reliance trends store in Ambiance mall Gurgaon.because of their fault only and they people are so irresponsible that no one was there to tell where to go for first aid kit. she got admitted in hospital and operated. Reliance trends's ppl are their just to make money. they don't have any human feelings.so my advise to all parents is that please do take very care of your kids while going there. nobody is there to tell anything and they are fully irresponsible .

                                        dear team.

                                        I have purchased 1 killer jeans on 2/7/15 from your branch At Db mall.
                                        I have given jeans at alteration (length cut)counter on same day and also give instruction to do carefully n put original base at bottom, they given me time of next day to collect altered jeans.
                                        I have visited the outlet on next day(3/7/15) and found that jeans not altered as commited.
                                        Now today (5/7/15) at 4 pm I visted outlet n ask for jeans, I really shocked after a look of jeans that my jeans altered like as footpath people do.
                                        This type of alteration from brand like Relience trend really shocking .
                                        When I complaint for the same, the counter boy trying to cover up their mistake instead apologising.A lady thier might be a manager talk like with me that she is doing some favor on me instead admit thier mistake.
                                        Need resolution from you guys ...hope customer care works for customer like me...
