Hi.. Good Afternoon I m a regular customer of Reliance. I have a Reliance One card which number is [protected]. MY LAST 6 MONTHS TRANSACTIONS 14/9/2014-717 rs. 16/9/[protected] rs. 24/9/2014-209 rs. 21/10/[protected] rs. 3/11/[protected] rs. 29/12/[protected] rs. 23/1/[protected] rs. all transactions are by my axis bank credit card Hitendra Nandania. Now my problem is, , Yesterday Night at around 9pm I went to reliance trends at Alpha One mall, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I want to check my points in Reliance One card and want to redeemed it. My 50% cash back points were to added at 30th January 2015. your executive told me Before 10 to 12 days where i was go to ask him that time he told me. Actually I want to know that were my points add in card? but there was not any attending person yesterday night around 9pm, I wait till 30 minutes but no one came to give me information on inquiry(helping desk). Your all executives told me that our sir was go to wash room will come within 5 to 10 minutes, all are given me wrong information and even did not give a concern person contact number and mail id for complain. its a worst experience of my life. Is that a way to behave a customer? please take action on your staff and call me for confirmation, even my cash back points also not added in card which was add on 30th january 2015 and not added on 3rd February 2015. I will claim for my fuel and time in Consumer court, If you will not able to pay it to me. Because your executive told me come after 30th January you can use your points which will add in your card. I have purchased trousers from Reliance Trends, Belgaum-02 on[protected] vide CIN No. U01100MH1999PLC120563 Bill Amount Rs. 3249.00, but the sizes printed on the trousers (34) are different when measured (36) actually. When contacted your shop they told these cannot be exchanged or refunded. But the the fault is made by your company Reliance Trends. Hi All, This is to bring to your attention that, I had purchased a Trouser from Reliance Trends, Alpha One Mall, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. Purchased date: 16- Nov-2014 Product Details: Brand Name: Net Play (Reliance Home Brand) First time used date: 25 December 14 Trouser color Black Complaint: Actually, It seems that instead of Trouser I bought a dust and thread Magnet. The material used by the company is that pathetic that it is impossible to wear. It looks like wearing dust and pieces of threads as all dust particles and threads pieces gets on it. Hi Team, This is Shiva from Hyderabad. I Have purchased dresses in Reliance Trends at Sushma Thearte, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad - 500070, Telangana, India. This is regarding multiple transactions on my Card. I have purchad material of amount RS : 2644 in Reliance Trends, But Due Technicle Problem, amount from my Credit Card has been Deducted 3 Times than Normal 1 Time. Hi, I am a regular customer of reliance trend. Once i left my sunglass inside the trial room, around 10 min later when i remind my sunglass, it was not with me immidiately i rushed into the trial room but i didn't find. Then i asked many sales mans, customer services, among them one sales man told me He saw the glass near the trial room, in the basket still i didn't find my glass.Now question is not the 2000 Rs glass. Question is ur salesman, customer service persons didn't show any interest/ give any response to find my sunglass. So I lost My interest to go reliance trends for shopping. I've purchased a pair of clothes on 3rd of January 2015 in Kakinada. One amongst them is a Performax T-Shirt and has a tag saying 50% off. At the the time of billing, Mr M.Suresh informed me that the T-shirt has the tag saying 50% off but it is eligible for only 30% off. My concern is that I don't understand how a reputed company like reliance can fake such kind of discounts. Whatever is the discount it should be pinned to the garment accurately, instead of pinning fake discount tags. I have the snapshots of Billn paid and Dissount tags. Please let me know what can be done on this. And what is the reason for this happening.

On 8th Jan'15 I enterd in the trial room(no-1) of men's formal section at the first floor of the store at around 1:20PM, and come to take another suit for trial but surprised that the mobile phone I have kept inside has disappeared, I immediately informed customer care room and they simply write my name and my contact number and told me that if they will find then inform me. Now there is a question that was the store authority really help me ? Is there any CC Camera that can identify who entered in the booth after me ? (At that time no crowd of customers, only two or three persons are there except my family) Why the security not checked the customers in the exit ? Is the store stuff (Reliance Trend) involved in the incident(I have not seen any person entered in the trial room)? Will I or my family or my friend circle feel secured when ever entered in the store ? All are happened within few minutes and I have suffered till now because all the contacts and mails and some important has vanished. Dear sir I have purchased a Kurtas on 4.1.2015 @ Reliance trends city center mall, Mangalore, so was little bit tight, so the cost of Dress is 999/- we got discount on that for Rs 200/- so we paid Rs 799.- Bill No -Plu No[protected] Now we visited to Your Showroom (5.1.2015) they refused to take back and to give Larger size or Any other brands foe same cost. So i request you to tell them to take back and give us a bigger size or Same cost in Other brands. If it is not Possible we can go for legal issues( consumer court). Hello Team, Yesterday I visited Reliance trends located at korum mall thane. I selected one shirt and took confirmation from one of the salesperson that it has 50% off deal. After waiting for long time in queue got to know that it has 30% off deal and when I told sales person that it was confirmed earlier and after discussion (mr.gangavane sales person) said something like "you cant say anything to us like this if you want you mail to ambani nothing will happen " instead of saying sorry. I went for a purchase on 1st jan 2015 to reliance trends at phoenix mall chennai with my friends and bought 2 jeans and one shirt for myself and my friend brought 2 t shirts.. we made it a single bill as there was an offer.. the salesperson billed 2 t shirt and kept aside and billed my purchased items .. then salesperson had packed my items and forget to pack 2 t shirts and we came to know regarding this after we reached home .. please let me know how to approch for getting back my purchased item or money back.. Sir i am regular customer of reliance trends i have complain regardding FIG brand products, , , , i bought and after wearing it only one time i face materiall quality is not good and to wear it again due too poor quality of branded name... the product is buying in november 2014 ... steachable leggings ... i have three strechable but i use onlyn one and i am ery upset due to material quality . I use another two or refund it to branch ??? please guide me ...

had stepped into Reliance trends showroom situated at 11th Cross malleshwaram, Bangalore on Friday 26th December to Buy track suit pants for my son and Dress material for my wife. We were directed to first floor and we approached a sales person enquiring about track suit pant and we were shocked to learn that he did not know where the display was and just casually asked to go o a different counter, We searched and found out track suit pant on our own and when my son went for a trial a sales girl approached and spoke to us rudely that we had picket track suit for girls. My wife was looking for selvar kameez and there was no body to show the dresses and when my wife picked up a top and requested a sales girl to get her the match of bottom, she advised to go to different counter. we did not know where to find the bottom pants and to our dismay there was no body to guide us. Even the team leader was not available. We were informed that ever body had gone for lunch. If that is the case wit was better to close for lunch hours We felt isolated and we did not expect such a casual attitude of the sales staff.

I have purchased clothes worth 4435 and went for billing of the same. The counter guy informed that they have a discount offer wherin if i purchase clothes more than 3k they would give 1k discount on next Bill of 2k. So he made bill of only 3k of my purchases and asked me to include something else so that my 2nd bill would become 2k and I can encash the discount coupon on it. I purchased a garment so that my second bill would amount to 2k.I confirmed with the sales person if the garment i am purchasin would be considered for discount and she confirmed that it would. But the biller told that me that the garment i purcahsed is not considered for discounts !!! I asked if I can include earings or sandals or even nail paints. but the biller was not sure on what products the discount would be considered and insisted me on only buying socks as he was sure of only that 1 product that is considered for the " so called discount". this is very iritatin as the sales persons are not even aware of the T & C of discounts. I finaly asked him to make the bill without offering me the STUPID DISCOUNT OFFER

But already that card money Rs.299 cut in my account. so i pay two times for you. Yesterday i went your shop and complaint about this. but iam not getting any responsibility from your manager. I purchased 2 garments from Reliance Trends, Total Mall, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. The offer said that if I purchased worth 2999, I get vouchers worth Rs.1000. After I made the purchase, I was told that to use the 1000 Rs voucher I have to buy for another 2000 Rs. I expressed my displeasure at the way the whole thing is a sham. All the staff in the store pretended not to hear me, and I asked for a refund of the bill I purchased. After that I spoke to Mr. Vincent Patrick ([protected]), who informed the store not to give me the refund of Rs.3400 and instead I was to be given a store credit. I do not want a credit from the same store I had such a bad experience with, and I lost my cool. Mr. Vincent has the audacity to tell me to take up the issue with Mr.Ambani. Your employees have the nerve to speak to customers like that ? He later realized his mistake and called and apologized and even offered me a cash refund, but it was too late, I had left the building, but I want this to be taken up. I'm guessing that nothing will come from this complaint, considering that there is no field to capture my contact information, but I'm mentioning it here - [protected]@gmail.com I would like to ensure that this attitude of cheating customers and disrespectful staff are heard by the management at Reliance Trends. Hello mr.listner I m keyur B chotai Studiying In Marwadi College Rajkot I had a purchase of about 4100 on october 4 or 5, and i was provided by a gv, which was to be used by me Before Dec 16, But Unfortunately due to some reasons i lost my GV and i asked them to reedem my gv by using my id card & reliance membership card details, but the rreply from them was really disappointing & even though shopping of 4000 ii wasn't able to use the gv for 1000, So thats not good from the ambanis point of view or Reliance points of view so i kindely request u that please try something to let me get my gv back and use that for shopping. I purchased 3 kurta's in park square mall reliance Trends yesterday total bill was close to 4000/- and one of them was large for me, while buying they said dont worry mam we will alter it for you, but they spoilt the kurta after alteration it does not fit me, when I went again today, they say the tailor is not available now and also they said that they cannot exchange the altered kurta's. My 1200/- worth of kurta does not fit me after their alteration and the employees their are not at all friendly and not even ready to help me out. Very bad experience. Informed all my friends not to shop in that outlet. Very sad! :(

dear sir.. i done shopping of rs 4504 on 28 oct from phoenix market city mall bangalore . as i gifted the shirts to some one at punjab and by the time they got and tried it was under size compair to any other standard brand . i called customer center and asked for change after confrimatiom i got shirts back from punjab and went to store for change but they refused to cahnge as they said that time offer was there and time limit also gone . regarding time i confiremed before getting item back that i can change it any time. despite spending money for getting courier back from punjab and mine time to go to store again, the response which i got at store is pathetic and the person claimed that he is only authority at that store. this happened despite you guys make unbranded product and under size.i am at bangalore for one day only. despite my request that being a defence officer i cant keep coming to you they didnt repond well. i am higly disappoined from them and decided in future will never visit such as fraud place. i wish you can do any thing . as i only avaiable at bangalore on 10 oct only.

I bought shirt and Jeans on 6th Dec'14 at Old washermenpet Chennai and they told me to buy plastic cover with 5 Rupees. I did the same after that I gave my jeans for alteration . 7th Dec'14 again I went to collect my Jeans but again they are asking me to buy Plastic cover.. For single dress how many times customer will buy plastic cover . Are you doing plastic cover business or Dress materials. We will buy 3000 Rupees dress apart from I need to buy 15 rupees plastic cover... Simply saying customer will ready to buy plastic cover one time not multiple times for the same materials. First learn or train your employees what is customer satisfaction...
