Dear Sir,

I got call from reliance customer care to port my existing Vodafone number into Reliance Postpaid plan. Offer was 399. I agreed to get this offer and a person from reliance communication(Great India Communication) came and collect INR 300/- & My ID/Address Proofs from me with a promised that this is security money which will be adjusted in bill on for coming 3 months, 100 rs each month.

I gave my ID, Address proof, Port Number along with 300 rs but number has not been yet activated.

He gave me a SIM and Receipt on 04 March, 2016, it has been 18 days I have not received any email, message or call from there about my porting request.

I tried to reach them on their numbers [protected] & [protected] but they are not picking my calls. Surprisingly, when I call them from a new number to [protected] they picked my call and disconnected it as soon as I told them my details.

Every time, when I asked her to transfer the call to her senior, she said that she has no one available and she will reply within 10 minutes.

I request you to take some action on these kind of scammers.

      Net connection no. [protected] of Reliance Communications was discontinued by me long back in May, 2015 due to very poor speed after paying their dues till date of disconnection, under intimation to their Customer Care no.[protected]. On 18th March '2016, suddenly I received a call from some Pooja Mathur claiming to be advocate of Reliance Communications using very harsh and abusive language for some legal process with recoding commitment regarding my above already disconnected connection.
      Being a senior citizen, I want concerned authorities to please look into the matter and take stern action against such unnecessary harassment and behaviour by above advocate

        The worst prepaid sim card i ever has is reliance.I was having net balance but still it was getting deducted from main balance, i got surprised when was not able to make a call as my balance was zero. I called the customer care & registered a complain with SR[protected]. they told by mistake its done & i ll get my balance refund. After 3 days i got a msg that i am not legible for any waiver, then again i called the CC, this time reply was that they don't have any data beyond 3 days. Finally I end up loosing my money. No use by arguing with a CC representative, I am going to port my number.

          I recharge 2G net package after shown 2G net plan in http://www.rcom.co.in
          As per plan Rs112 for 28day 1024MB net but when recharged I received benefit only 500MB 2G net and only for 14days I checked web site plan but there is no any plan for 112Rs 500MB for 14 days even after update plan today also no any plan for 500MB Rs 112 for 14 day 2G net U can check plan.
          I send 12 No. mails to customer care but nobody response and still date not given remaining my 500MB 2G net

                Dear Team,

                In reference to my constant request for discontinuing Reliance Netplus + Service.

                My Reliance Data Card Number Is : [protected]

                Here is the total history or logs of my concerns along with request id’s:-

                On 26th feb, 2016 I spoke with reliance executive of reliance customer care to terminate our Reliance Broadband Netconnect + Service, and was assured termination of services following the full and final payment/settlement.

                so we paid the full and final payment settlement due It was assured that the issue will be resolved within 7 days.

                We believed once the full and final settlement was done. We thought that the services were now stopped finally.

                Again I contacted Reliance customer care just to know the status ON 12 th march spoke with sandeep shil he said your service will be terminated within 7 days.

                so on 18th of march 2016 I have contacted pune nodal office to know the status Then I realized that the service was never terminated and I was unaware of this & the customer care executive said that I was being retained but I didn't received any call from reliance to retention but one of reliance customer care executive (pune nodal officer) seeta sukhdev Maratha said that I got call from their team for retention on 16th march 2016 and I have retained but thats wrong because till the date I didn't not get any call from reliance and one more thing SEETA MARATHE IS VERY RUDE WITH CUSTOMER SHE HAS PUT ME ON HOLD AROUND 20MINS ...SHE DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL CUSTOMER ...I ALSO WANT TO COMPLAINT AGAINST HER AND RELIANCE RETETION TEAM AS THEY FORCEFULLY ACTIVATE OUR SERVICE...


                I had clearly said that I don’t want to continue your service and forcefully they retained us without our knowledge.

                This is a forced service provided to me without being requested in spite of constant follow-ups with Reliance. I am not going to pay single penny for the bill sent to me as I have not used the service.

                I want the Netconnect + service deactivated for all plans whatsoever on immediate basis with the bill reversed to Nill/Zero. I have been harassed to the limit that still if I continue getting service activation I will be forced to drag Reliance to media now...

                RELIANCE IS DOING FRUD WITH CUSTOMERS THIS TIME WE WILL NOT SPARE YOU..WE WANT THIS SERVICE TO BE TERMINATE ON IMMEDIATE BASIS...

                see you guys are lier this number is working and daily I'm using this number ...let me tell you one thing I didn't not get any call from your side ...your customer care guys just trying to fool us nothing else because on this ([protected]) number missed call alert service has activated so suppose my is switch off or not in range then also I'm getting messages ...so automatically I came to know who did call me ...so please stop lying and terminate my service ...or else i'll drag reliance into court or i'll involve social media in this matter...

                  I have already filed a complaint here regarding worst service they provide. My problem is not resolved and reliance simply posted here that it is resolved.

                  Apart from that, I have written 6 mails to
                  [protected]@relianceada.com & manikandan.[protected]@relainceada.com

                  I have received reply only for 1 mail. For the rest they either don't reply or mail says''The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect'..

                  I have never seen any customer care that do not reply to mail . But reliance does..

                  If I try to contact through call the call goes on hold till even 1 hour and never connects to customer care. I seriously do not know how to contact and solve all my problems...

                        I am realy disappointed from the commitment of reliance communication ltd

                        I am facing the Balance deduction from 55123 for unsubscribe messages about deductions of my main balance I have approached so many times
                        1-Reliance Customer care on *333 & 198, [protected] &[protected]
                        2-I have also visited reliance mobile store at sec 49 Noida up, reliance mobile store at pul prahlad pur new delhi & reliance mobile store Suraj pur greater noida
                        3 - i have also approached on reliance appellate authority at Delhi & mumbai
                        4 - I have also emailed to [protected]@relianceada.com & Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com
                        rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com &Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com
                        but till today i don't got any solution about this from these side.
                        now these messages are sent from 55123 to [protected] in different timings from 17th of march these timings are
                        between 12 am to 1am 3-4 messages
                        between 6pm to 7.30 pm 3-4 messages
                        between 12pm to 1 pm 3-4 messages
                        between 6 am to 7am 3-4 message
                        i have got these messages from 55123 and rs 1 is deducted from my main balance, i have got 3 to 4 messages in one time & these messages sent 4 times in 24 hours per day.this means i have lost my 12 to 16 rupees from 10th of march 2016 countinue on daily basis routine per day .
                        So you can under stand better in this situtation any customer will be dissappointed from any company.


                        So I requested you that provide me a final solution . other wise in future i think about MNP.


                        I have facing with problem look out from 10th of march 2016 that is

                        The company deduct my main balance every 5 to 6 hours with 3 to 4 sms

                        Showing that last sms charge from main balance:1.00 avaliable main balance is ...

                        Timing duration is


                        Between 4 am -5 am 3-4 sms

                        Between 10 am- 11 am 3- 4 sms

                        Between 4 pm -5 pm 3-4 sms

                        Between 10 pm -11 pm 3-4 sms


                        & these sms are sent me from 55123 to [protected] till present there is no any solution provide about this problem fromyour side if any customer like me lost 12-16 rupees per 24 hours for unsubscribe messages, you can under stand what he will do.


                        And deactive all the such type of services from current.These services are use less for me & also it is noted that in future such type of diduction could not created with me from your side.Also provide me the detail 0f 55123, for wich service this number is used

                        So i request you plese solve my problem on prority basis .

                          This is to request you to help me with an issue that is bothering me since last evening. My balance is being deducted unnecessarily about 9-10 times since last evening. About five rupees goes each time. I request you to please help me with the same and also refund my balance(₹100).
                          I have also tried numbers 198, *333 but there is no technical assistance available. Please help.

                                This is to hereby bring into your notice that I am a reliance gsm user
                                My mobile number is [protected]
                                I have recharged my account with an Internet pack of ₹198 thrice in the past 10 days dated 10/03/2016, 14/03/2016, 17/03/2016 the data is diducted very quickly
                                And on asking the usage of my data pack and the consumption of the data from the customer care center I have been told to call after 2 hours as some system upgradation is going on
                                This has happened all the 10 times that I called there
                                And on top of it one of the customer care representative called me at 1 am from his personal number
                                On my repeated attempts to find out my usage I could not get any help from the customer care
                                Then I spoke to Mr.Shubhankar and Mr.Abhishek Basu at reliance house Kolkata who promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours and even after 72 hours Shubhankar is not reveiving the call and Abhishek Basu is unable to help

                                Please do the needfull

                                  I had pending bills for two months visited the reliance communication for the bill payment and closing account request at ulhasnagar.They made me to talk with customer care people stating that do not pay now and give the closing request only. Once the number will close you will get a call and pay after that.
                                  So I gave the closing request. They took almost 15 days to process it and generated a new bill in between.
                                  When I was paying full bill and trying to close my account they did not allow me in return made me to wait ad added almsot 400 extra in my outstanding bill.
                                  Also when I ask for explanations the customer representative said me if you do not pay this much now I will put you in defaulter and you will not get any loan in future.
                                  Kindly help addressing this issue.

                                    Hello i am rohit,
                                    I have used Reliance dongal till sep 15 and paid all the remaining payments and requested to close the connection.
                                    But at the time of closure call I have got option saying that you can keep your connection in safe custody, which will pause everything and you can start again it whenever you want .
                                    Again my fault, I have shown loyalty to the company and chosen to keep it in safe custody mode.

                                    But I got bill again after 4 months .I am really shocked of it.
                                    I have not used single bit of data .

                                      My father is using this communication service from since 10-12yrs now he had bought a n android mobile htc desire 510 an logged an request to provide netconnection about an month ago but they had not resolved my complaint and every time i request to get net connection through an help line no. On *222 they have not been able to understand my complaint and provide me with new complaint no.

                                      I had even upgraded my sim card to diamond but still my phone was not able to connect to internet now i am totally harshed by the company.
