Reliance — Worst customer service-data card no [protected] | |||||
I have already filed a complaint here regarding worst service they provide. My problem is not resolved and reliance simply posted here that it is resolved. Apart from that, I have written 6 mails to [protected]@relianceada.com & manikandan.[protected]@relainceada.com I have received reply only for 1 mail. For the rest they either don't reply or mail says''The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect'.. I have never seen any customer care that do not reply to mail . But reliance does.. If I try to contact through call the call goes on hold till even 1 hour and never connects to customer care. I seriously do not know how to contact and solve all my problems...
