Your executive yogesh doesnt know how to talk to customer and immediate action should be taken against him. There was no communication from his side at all. Also the car was smelling when delivered back to me and a clinging noise also developed. The overall cleanliness is worse. Plus the aftersale service is hopeless. I will never in my life recommend anyone to buy a renault car.

    I have given my renault lodgy vehicle to renault work shop which is in uppal (Hyderabad) on 1-9-2017. Regarding key damaged. They said it will take 40 days to get ready. I said ok, given my vehicle to them. After 50 days they said keys has came to us we fix it, come and take ur vehicle. After reaching there, they said, only ignition key came, door and dickey keys not came. They reorder the keys again they taken 45 days, total 90 days. Now they are saying sorry sir we received keys but not fitting in it so we have to reorder all the key which will take 45 more days. My vehicle is taxi, i paid 3 months emi with out using it. Due to negligence of work shop people i lost three months emi. On[protected] work shop people saying it will take 45 more days for keys. I dont know what to do, all i lost 3 months emi, again 2months emi, total 5 months emi i am loosing. All this was happen just because of renault service center. I got loss. Please help me.

      Gear shifting problem, gear get struck while shifting gear, took to omr they replaced the clutch pedal under warranty and i was unable to replicate the issue... Now i have booked appointment with there another service center power, hope the fix the issues... The issue started when i meet with accident, after taking my car to omr service center en number of times they were unable to fix the noise,, at least i had to escalate to renault and renault following was pathetic...

      Now this gear issue... This service center guys make as think that "you have made a wong choice"

      Its been a week and Service Center ordered second set of parts for gear assambly, Thank god they did confirm there is an issue after test drive.

        Incident with renault-india raising questions on the ‘make in india’ national campaign

        Manufacturing defects, bugs along with severe rusting that are so far being found on the obd connector, stepney, wheels, chassis etc. From the very date-of-purchase. Renault-india, its leadership, management & staff found to be cold-hearted, unthoughtful, unapologetic and customer unfriendly.
        Company’s name from whom the car was purchased : renault india pvt. Ltd. I. E. Ripl (Related to worldwide brandname ‘renault’)
        Model name : kwid climber 1.0 rxt
        Vin/ chassis number : meebba003h6510795, registration number : dl1cx3231
        Date of purchase : 27-september-2017
        Company showroom from where purchased : avia auto pvt ltd, renault-delhi east showroom, patparganj industrial area
        Complaint ids :[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protec... that were logged in renault’s customer service system since 28-sep-2017 for the defects / bugs started coming in the vehicle from day-1 itself
        The ordeal translated for us into severe hardships and sufferings. Our diwali festival turnout into a ‘diwala from renault’, we had to cancel our holidays & hotels bookings for the family trip planned in new car, paying rent for the ‘parking’ with vehicle not being used.
        1. Uptil the delivery date of 27-sep-2017, this car was lying at renault’s dealer’s premises for 3 months.
        2. Car delivered with lot of dust on the day of delivery. Manufacturing date of car as per the records was 22-june-2017.
        3. Sales teams were incompetent & found unaware of the key features of the product they were selling.
        4. A consistent loud rattling noise from the steering column was experienced. The cause of which was identified as a screw left loosened by renault’s staff.
        5. Severe ‘rusting’ has been found in the ‘car’ on the obd connector/ diskey, stepney, front-wheel-hubs, chassis etc.
        6. Clutch noise found during starting, sound increases with woo-woo sound on changing-of-gears and sound increases on putting the ac on. During the visit on 29-sep-2017 at renault’s service centre it was found that their technical staff was incompetent in diagnosing the cause of problem.
        7. This car was found to have low pickup & low performance as per renault’s any other kwid climber 1.0 rxt.
        8. Mil ‘fatal warning’ light flashed within 24 hours of the ecu firmware upgrade (From 7.7.9 to 7.8.0) at renault’s service centre on 29-sep-2017.
        9. Statutory number plate and extended warranty papers pending for last 3 months and not delivered by renault till-date.
        10. Renault & its product have compromised with the safety & security of me & my family.

        I want renault to take full ownership of their misdeeds that are ongoing and take back their defective and rusted product.

        Please stop making such irresponsible communications now. So far, you still haven't owned the Manufacturing Defects identified on Day-1 (i.e. 27-Sep-2017) in your KWID Climber . The vehicle was taken to your Dealership the next day on (29-Sep-2017) and we had camped for more than 5 hours . Resulting in more & more issue thereon .
        Refer to our last eMail dated : 1-Dec-2017 to your Sumit Sawhney (MD, CEO) with a copy to Renault' s Chairman. RIPL was supposed to respond back to that eMail by Tue 5-Dec-2017 .
        Replay back in Y or N for the following -
        1. Have you responded to our last eMail dt: 1-Dec-2017 uptill now ?
        2. ‘Rusting’ has been found in the ‘Car’ on OBD Connector/ Diskey, Stepney, front-wheel-hubs etc. ?
        3. Steering column was found loose on the 1st day, leading to dangerously severe vibrations & noise from the Steering side. ?
        4. Uptil the delivery date, this Car was lying at Renault’s Dealer’s premises for 3 months ?
        5. Vide Renault’s Order Booking Receipt dated 18-July-2017 (3 months before the date of actual purchase of Car), we had confirmed to RIPL about the date of delivery as 28-Sep-2017 ?
        6. Clutch noise found during starting, sound increases with Woo-Woo sound on changing-of-gears and sound increases on putting the AC ON ?
        7. MIL light flashed within 24 hours of the ECU Firmware Upgrade (from 7.7.9 to 7.8.0) at your Dealer’s workshop on 29-Sep-2017 ? Refer the point ‘Stored DTC’ in the Observation List prepared by your Senior Technical Team.
        8. This Car was found to have pathetic Low pickup & Low performance as per Renault’s any other KWID Climber 1.0 RXT ?
        9. Have we made the full & complete payment to RIPL/Renault prior to the date of delivery towards the Purchase of a brand New Car with new Parts and desired Performance ?
        10. Hasn’t your Product in question, compromised with the Safety & Security of me & my family's life ?

          kwid car engine immobiliser flash light

          I bought the kwid 800 last year but soon it start flashing warning light of ingine immobility i contacted the renault service centre mandi himachal pradesh but they denied to help as have no spare parts with them iam feeling very helpless and regretting to purchase renault product. Although i have purchased the car from same dealer of mandi himachal pradesh

          My renault duster's brake pedal jammed while driving in highway near to pondicherry and was not able to apply brake. Luckily managed to stop the car immediately & noticed smoke from bonnet. When opened the bonnet, a mat kind of car part was on fire inside; we put out the fire & the car was towed to nearest service centre in pondy.

          The service advisor explained that the part which caught fire was firewall mat which stops engine heat from coming to cabin and it had melted the brake vaccuum tube which runs closer to it, thus jamming the brake pedal.

          They are not able to confirm how the firewall mat caught fire while running. This is compromising the basic safety of renault duster car & i have decided not to use the car until i get to understand if this is a manufacturing defect & is there any permanent fix for this.

          Note: khivraj renault perungudi service centre had done my 70000+ km service & delivered my car 4 days before this incident. They had replaced the brake cylinder claiming that it was jammed, though i didn't have any issues with my braking before this.

          Its very embarassing and also very difficult to stay down on road for a car breakdown several times.
          After first servicing of car i m facing lots of problems. Even after a car pull by breakdown vehicle the problems persists but they said the problem was solved.
          For this car Kwid...i and my family once faced the difficulty at midnight too...

            Your toll free support number[protected] is not working are playing games with customers giving fake and frauds numbers in web site
            Customer from kakinada having renault kwid which is purchased on 2016 may we completed one year service in rjy service center they are not rectifying the problem of my car we went to service center for more than 5 times every time they are repeating the same problem which is occured at 1 st time in the mean while we have also registered a complaints on 4 months ago they are not taking any necessary action til now.
            We had problem in suspension, clutch, body vibrations, sound is coming when we are going, alignment, steering, etc problems are facing since 14 months they. Are not taking any action, we are giving to showroom they are simply give the same and problem is repeating again and again, we very much bothering why we buy this car from renault.
            Take necessary and severe action this is the last time i am giving you complaint by next time i will file a complaint in consumer forum.

              Hello my name is ex-army colonel pramod wadhe
              I wanted to buy kwid car by csd method by now it's been two months from booking they still not handover the car.. And making some foolish excuses (Our bond with csd has been dropped we applied for it. It will take time u can buy car in plain amount i[censored] want.. I said ok then i called them after 15 days and still the reason same..)
              If i wanted to buy car in plain amount why would i applied for csd or if i wanted to buy in plain amount why they hold my money for 2 months.. Why they force me and called me again and again to submit your money to csd account.
              Now i want my money back so i told them and they said in rude language u have to collect your money by your self we don't provide that service..
              And every employs says am the manager wtf

                With due respect, my name is doctor mohd rashid owing kwid since april 2016 from renault dealer bareilly. I am facing many problems from last 6 month in my car. My vehicle number is up22 z 9742. I am very disappinted by the attitude of mr arpit and mr ansar of moradabad service centre. Very pathetic and unprofessional behavior of mr arpit and mr ansar. It was sort of intimidation at the service centre. Mr arpit has no sense how to speak with customer, he was acting as my brother was interacting with a street goon.

                He totally spoiled renault image in my mind.

                Yesterday (24/11/17) my brother went to service centre of moradabad (Zero point rampur road, moradabad, u. P.244001)

                As my car has the issue of battery discharge on standing after switched off the car for a few minutes on standing so he went to service centre of moradabad where he met a concern person. Instead of checking car issue staff had given him a indent for battery dealer (Amaron) which was far approx 15km from service centre but he went to the battery dealer where they checked the battery but battery was ok and they told the issue of 29% earthing in my car again he went to the service centre he told the issue to the staff but no one is listening to him and give exuse with each other no one taken my car for resolve the problem and he waited for 2 hrs then mr ansar had make the car issue card. And after 5 hrs problem has been resolved but again the same problem of battery discharge has been seen. The battery discharged automatically again and i am facing the same problem again.

                I request to you plz resolve my car issue.

                    Dear renault india,

                    This is guru madhav from chennai! I’m also renaultian since december 2015 where i made my first mistake. My few of friends has recommended to get a renault and they explained about brand value and their services in europe.

                    But in india, i bought new renault kwid 0.8 liter version on dec 2015.
                    When i gave my second free service to renault omr khiviraj show room, i mentioned the following problems.

                    • gear sifting issue while shifting the 1st to 2nd gear some heavy noise is getting generated — not been resolved
                    • clutch noise — not been resolved
                    • glove box not closing properly-earlier replaced 1 times — solved not surety for the future.
                    • brake shoe noise — not been resolved
                    • the horn doesn’t sound well while travelling above 50km speed. — resolved
                    They were not rectified all my problems.

                    They called after the service for rating i gave good rating but i said about unresolved issues too, so they said next service they will do better than previous service.
                    Then i gave the third service they can't able to resolve the above mentioned issues.

                    Hence i changed my services center omr khiviraj to power renault.
                    I gave 30 + services to power renault. Same issues i mentioned to the service team. They can't able to resolve my issues. They are indirectly mentioned these problems will not be resolved kind of.
                    So asususal they sent back my vehicle to my home because of my needs.

                    Now, 2 nd of the november they took my vehicle from my home for 40 k service.

                    I mentioned the below issues,

                    • clutch noise issue.
                    • gear sifting issue while shifting the 1st to 2nd gear some heavy noise is getting generated - second gear shifting noise
                    • horn doesn’t sound well.
                    • fog lamp is not glowing.

                    They identified some synchronization issues found in gear box so it is making noise while changing the second gear. So they decided to change the gearbox.

                    1. My question is why they can't find the issue when i raised initially?
                    2. Why it is occurring so early? What is the quality standard is maintained by firm?

                    I gave my car on 42749 km. From my home to service center-21 km. Now the car odo meter shows 42814 as per the service person statement.
                    Literally, they used 44 km for testing purpose.

                    After changing the gear box service people need to travel 40 km to check gear box efficiency?
                    So why should i bear the fuel cost for gear box inefficiency?
                    Now they are ready to send back my vehicle to home. But fuel level is very low. So they are saying that, they will fill the fuel and add the fuel cost into bill or service executive asking for petrol cost separately.

                    I said i can't bear any fuel cost for change of the gear box. Then he said he will discuss with his manager mr. Keshav rao from power renault kattupakkam.

                    After discussed with his manager he said, if i won't bear the fuel cost i have to go there and get my vehicle. This is ridiculous.

                    Is this level of the worst customer service how can the organisation can liberate the customers.
                    Even how can i suggest my friends, colleagues and families etc.

                    And another part is i got the bill through whats app. Labor cost is more than spare part cost.

                      Cannot believe Renault being a brand, is having running a lackluster customer service centers:

                      I am suffering from last 2 months, from the day 19th Sept, I have handed my car to Sri Sri service center in Madhapur. I am pasting below some of my communication emails to [protected]@renault.com. And till date after 2 months, did not receive a concrete update from Renault customer care too. They dont seem to have any control on the service center. My complaint ID :[protected], in case any official resources of Renault are seeing this write up.

                      On Oct 20th:

                      Dear customer service Team,

                      I gave my vehicle Renault Duster with the regn num AP28DQ **** (Registered with my wife's name) for servicing on 19/09/2017 at Sri Sri Sri AutoCars India Pvt Ltd Plot no 17 to 20 & 29 Servey no 10 Parvat Nagar, Near Ayyappa Housing Society, Madhapur Hyderabad as I want to fix the AC for my car.

                      The Service Adviser Nagaraju CH filled the job card (Please see the attached document). On the following day 20/09/2017 evening when I called him he said he didnt check the vehicle and yet to verify the status of complaint. In the following days I have been repeatedly following up ;with him to know the status of my vehicle..Many time he didnt pick up my calls and once he said there is some issue with my vehicle due to over heating.. and it will take a week days time to fix the issue. Later no body picked my calls ( [protected])

                      I personally visited the work shop to know the status. As I couldn't find Nagaraju, I spoke to Ratnakar Reddy about my vehicle and he said as the work involved is with the outside vendor he will get it fixed in a week days time..

                      I have been in touch with Ratnakar Reddy for my car for the last 3 weeks he kept telling me every time my car will be delivered in next few days. After multiple negotiations he said he will deliver my car today (20/102017) Friday evening.

                      Today (20/10/2017) I called him on his mobile [protected] repeatedly and he did'nt pick my calls. Then I called the servicing center number and Raful Singh (DGM ?) answered my call. He kept telling me that he joined recently and doesnt have much information on my vehicle and cannot a give concrete date of delivery

                      As I am not getting any concrete information from the Service center personnel I am highly concerned about my vehicle condition. I want to formally lodge the complaint and want to you to inquire about the status of my car servicing and the delivery date.

                      My car is not delivered to me as of today 16/11/2017. I got a call on 11/11/2017 from the local servicing center person telling me that my car injectors are not working. When I gave the vehicle to Sri Sri Sri service center two months back I myself drove the car and handed over it to them. After couple of days of follow-up I was told that some issue with the Head and its need to be repaired. Ratnkar (Service manager) mentioned that approximately it will cost me 40-45 thousand for the entire repair over the phone. As this is a bigger amount I asked him to verify the re-confirm the required repairs and then only proceed with the repairs..He re-confirmed to me on the call that it is absolutely required and needs to be reparied

                      Now nearly after two months and multiple follow-ups different service person says that the injectors are not working and needs another one lakh or so to fix them.. I dont believe that injectors was issue when I surrendered the car. I strongly feel that due to the mis-handling of my vehicle repair now they are saying that I have to pay for the injectors. I completely think that this is caused by the wrong handling or mis-management of the vehicle repair. I cannot pay for the service center mistake and their wrong way of handling the repairs. I am committed to pay for the initial amount of 40-45 thousands for the repair and not beyond that.

                      I request the Renault customer service team to involve in this matter and help me to get back my vehicle with the proper repairs in good condition.

                      So far I haven't got any call from customer service providing me the specific updates on my car.. I got a call once or twice, asking me to wait / be patient which are very generic in nature and not with any specific details regarding my service issue..

                      Please talk to the local service center and help me to get back my car..

                      If customer service is not ready to involve and resolve the issue, as a suffering consumer I have to approach the consumer forum to resolve the issue..

                      Please help me to resolve this issue.

                      Today I got a call from one of your team member from your team at about 3:11 pm from the phone number[protected]. I forgot to ask for the name of the person spoke to me.

                      He gave me very generic update like "My complaint has been forwarded to the concerned dept and they are looking into it.. He will revert back if there is any update". When I started asking the questions like why I am not getting any specific updates about my case like who is looking into the repair.. Who from the local service center is being contacted.. why so much delay and why you are not promising about the return date of the vehicle.. He didnt answer my question and simply disconnected my call.. For a minute I thought the call got disconnected accidentally and waited for the person to contact me again.. I never got any call after that today..With this I can say he intentionally disconnected the call

                      Its very surprising to me to go thru such behavior from the customer service person..

                      I now request you to provide specific updates (like when the car will be delivered) regarding my car service.

                        I have raised complaint at 9_45pm for vehicle broke down they said service engineer will come in 45 minutes and keep on responding same again and again. Now time is 11:30pm still no one has come and no response for renault. They said guy is coming from mg road but no response at all.

                          Hi sir/mam i want to inform you that today 21 nov. 2017 i sent my car (Hr35 4625) for service and the driver came to give me back the car in the evening, we found that car has oil leackage so me and the driver inform to workshop manager but he did not accept and argue, suddenly driver on his instruction get back the car without my permission as like a their.
                          We procure the car behalf of the rapo of ranault but now these service center cheating and misbehaving with the customer

                            I own a duster rxe petrol and i purchased this vehicle on 3rd may 2017.in a couple of months vehicle started getting problem, vehicle is having pick up problem.in the month of june vehicle gave a engine indicator. This i reported to service station and they rectified the problem saying it was fuel problem.

                            Next within span of 10 days, duster started giving jerk in 2nd or 3rd gear. This i reported to service station and they replaced throttle body and gave assurance that problem is resolved.
                            After running 300 and odd kilometers same problem relapsed, i have done video of rpm meter and same sent to the dealer. Now from 26th october till today vehicle is service station and people there giving some casual responses to my phone calls.

                            First i would like to remind renault that, you dint give me vehicle free of cost.

                            Now almost 4 months now, i am facing problem and frustrated due to poor quality of service. And for your information vehicle has run approx 6000 km.

                              My name is chumsan owing a duster 110ps since 2013. I am very very unhappy by poor response from renault dealers gangtok sikkim due to non unavailability service centre from at gangtok sikkim from 2013. We are facing many problems from last 5 years.
                              Complaines like maruti, ford, hyundi, mahendra and mahendra. But never faced this kind of problem in gangtok sikkim. Despite of several times verbal complaint they did not take my complain seriously. I strongly requesting you to take my complain seriously.                                 My vehicle no. Rj51ca0055 delivered by my son at jaipur service centre on 11.11.2017 and returned back by your service personal on 14.11.2017.
                                While checking the vehicle after servicing, front glass was found broken and vehicle bottom plate was also delivered in damaged condition.

                                We immediately go to service centre and they quoted the following;

                                1. For front glass : job will be done from insurance claim
                                2. Bottom plate : it will be replace immediately.

                                Please clarify that following;
                                1. Why my glass damaged?
                                2. If damaged at your end, why not replaced immediately.
                                3. Why i filed claim for glass
                                4. I suffered badly at the time of family marriage due to car damaged.
                                5. I was promised before making the service payment that bottom plate will be replaced and after making the payment, it was denied.

                                You are requested to arrange to replace my both part and make 3 days taxi payment.

                                I will not bear any expenses in this regard.

                                    Summary of the issue : i am feeling depressed and cheated by the behavior of the workers here. Mr parveen and mr binod who bluffed me by saying that the issue is resolved. When i started my vehicle again it had the same issue for which i came. My car is stuck not moving an inch.
                                    Detail:
                                    Since morning 9.30 i am facing issue that my vehicle is not moving forward and back ward. A zigzag sign in my dashboard and my kwid amt sticker on the middle of heavy traffic road. It have been toed to a nearest service center at okhla goauto services, b-25, o khla industriaal area phase 1 new delhi 110020 at 11.30am since then i am waiting at the service center. At 12.30pm mr parveen said sir your driving style has issue. The brake and accelerator pressed at the same time due to which issue came dont worry. It will never come again and he reset the system in my renault kwid and shared me the gate pass. While leaving here i faced the same issue for which i came. After that they came again and opened a job card. But how would i make sure now that this issue will not come again and i can go home. Simple is that they are not even allowing me to leave service center. They are repeatedly saying that please wait and take a test ride and take your vehicle back. What will happen when i leave here and call again to customer care and all service center's are closed by that time.

                                    Now i am scared that if i use my car and again the same issue comes tg3n what should i do. I don't have so much time investing in resolving or cooperating with your issue.

                                    It's 3:31 pm and 20 minutes ego i had submitted the grevience and no one attended me yet from the grevience team.

                                    Hoping any one from renault understand and solve my issue.

                                      renault duster amt - major issue with transmission

                                      I bought a renault duster amt rxl in nov 2016. Love the car for its handling, drive quality and road presence but 1 major problem and few minor annoyances. I expect more for something worth 15lacs on-road.
