In 2013 i have booked an renault duster against the booking amount of rs10000..in the waiting process... It will take some more months for my turn to get my car... But in the year 2014 floods ramp all over city and everything got disturbed and halted for months together... Now from last 1and 1/2 yr i am following my case with renault srinagar for my money but till date they are giving me dates only but no money... Even though i talk to mr amit sharma at jmu he also dribbled me many times... N at last i am requesting you to solve my matter n return my money as soon as possible... It is already too much delayed now... This kind of practice really affects your reputation and marketing... L am waiting for your reply..

    Dear custom care,

    I would like to inform you that i had purchased a vehicle no. Dl1cv2756 renault kwid rxt 1.0 (In the name of gagan kumar s/o durga prasad r/o c-37 sanwal nagar new delhi 110049) from renaul showroom situated at east of kailash (In the name of screen cars pvt ltd.), director name - anuj kapoor.

    Our agent was - mr. Harish and his numbers are [protected]/[protected]/[protected].

    Now, there is a refund amount of rs. 36, 940.00 (Which was paid extra)

    I had paid them following part payments in cash and in cheque.

    1) booking amount - 10, 000.00
    2) down payment - 170, 000.00 (Rs. 140, 000.00 by cheque and rs. 30, 000 by cash)
    3) ohter payment - 275, 000.00 (By hdfc bank ltd, as loan taken)

    Total amount was - rs. 455, 000.00

    Now, the vehicle value was rs. 399, 576.00
    And the road tax was rs. 18, 484.00

    Total vehicle value was = rs. 418, 060.00

    Here are enclosed the scan copies of vehicle documents, road tax, rc and loan documents.

    Requested to you, kindly refund an amount of rs. 36, 940.00 at the earilest.

      Following are the problems faced in cars which might be common for you.
      1) the first visit i did on 5th of april 2017for the ac problem where it was solve than and there.
      2) the second time i visited on15th may 2017 where in i informed about fuel consumption it was unresolved and said average once you drive more it will increase.
      3) the third visit was on 29th may 2017 where in they came to know there was issue where in a part by name canister evapo was faulty due due that there was vacuum created in fuel tank so the fuel tank was also replaced along with flexible reserve packing and clip.
      4) the fourth time i visited on 1st august 2017 for the problem i was facing for the fuel indicator where in i use to fill the tank full but the fuel indicator in proper and i came to know i need to move the car while filling the fuel.
      5) the fifth time i visited on 14th september 2017 where in there was problem in battery and it was change.
      6) the sixth time i visited on 19th jan 2018 where in your cont - gearbox and sen accel pedal was change.
      7) the seventh time i visited you service center where in we had taken trial and after diagnosed came to know there is problem in one motor which has to replace.

      I have all evidence in writing please be aware before buying cars from renault is least bother about customers.

      Kindly understand the problem of customer I need the history of my car from the date I purchase i need to know why some parts were changed twice on mail if you cannot give on mail that means there is big problem .i have right to know the detail I cannot waste my time by visiting your service center mail the details.
      I Hemant. Behere Had purchace Your Renault Kwid Live For more edition Kwid RXT 1.0 SCe Easy R on my wife’s name Shraddha .Behere on 24th of april from Dombivli Gen-next motors dealer of renault.
      Following are the problems faced in cars which might be common for you.

      8) today i revisited the service center where in they said they cannot say how much time will it take to repair my car.

      This is really frustrating when i asked them they are not ready to give any contact detail to whom i can speak and can get solution whenever i had given my car in service center i had filled the petrol but when it is delivered its in reserve they say they need to take trials why i need to spend every where, now i feel they had removed or had changed my genuine parts from my car.
      please find the attachment for the same i believe this is enough to understand that i had done mistake by purchasing Renault Kwid .they said they don't replace the car neither they give in writing so for the public awareness i want to warn the citizens that they should think before buying this car and want to make them aware these might be big scam.I also requested them to give renault owner contact no as the managers are helpless and say what ever you want to take action you can take it they never think about brand they might be use to to it and pressure customer to surrender in front of them they behave as if they are doing favor on me and they forget they are in service department sales people say they don't have any concern once sold they do not take care. they say to drop my car at their service center to do check all the problem but now i am really scared to hand over my car and its really frustrating.

      Know they have changed more two parts when asked for history of car on mail they refuse and ask me to visit service center but not ready to replace the car or take guaranty of car I believe this will be record of changing 8 parts Within a year. If anything happens to me or to my family while driving Renault will be responsible as they had provided me a faulty car.
      @Hemant, we are facing the same problem, the Kwid is barely a few months old and there are issues all the time. Renault just tells us the issues have been resolved, but the car comes back with the same issues. When we ask them to tell us about what the issues were in detail and why the car needs to be jumpstarted so many times- they refuse to say anything apart from it is a software update.
      And when you contact customer care, they say they will escalate the issue, nothing else.

        I bought the kwid 1000cc in sept 2017 at malappuram, since then i am facing the mileage problem, in the city mileage is 11 - 13 kmpl max on highways it is somewhere 17-18 kmpl. Almost 2 times i gave my car to the service station, and they give it back claiming the problem solved but still i am facing the same issue. -

          This is to bring to your kind notice that i had booked a captur rxe –
          Petrol version suv (Silver) on 24 december 2017 with your gurgaon
          Dealership m/s ncr motors (India) private ltd, ground floor, platina,
          Mehrauli road, opp. Hotel bristol, gurgaon and had paid a total of rs
          25, 675.00

          A waiting period of about 3 weeks was told to me at the time of booking as
          Such i sold my personal car & since then i am without a car and using local
          Taxi service for commuting. *in the meantime i have been contacting the
          Manager of dealership, mr. Davinder kataria, sales manager mr. Devyank
          Gulia and salesman mr. Pardeep walia who first gave the delivery date of 24*
          Th* january, 2018 then ist week of february and then mid *february* and
          Now they say the delivery shall not be possible before 4*th* week of
          February, 2018 which is not at all acceptable to me* *as i am very much
          Handicapped & spending almost rs. 1000/- per day on taxi services as i have
          To travel a lot for my business work. Also the staff is disconnecting my
          Calls & not even making an effort to call me back which is even more
          Shocking. Very rude & arrogant behaviour from them which is really very
          Disappointing.*

          In the meanwhile, i have tried to contact your customer care tele-service
          On 26th january, 2018, which is totally useless except giving assurances
          That they shall get back to me very soon they are non committal & totally
          Unhelpful.

          In-view of the extreme inconvenience *i serve you this notice to deliver
          My ordered car within a week i. E. Latest by 5th february, 2018 and refund
          By advance booking amount with any further delay or otherwise i shall be
          Compelled to report the matter to the appropriate authorities viz the

          I am also at loss & very much confused that if you are not honoring your
          Booking commitment before selling your product how i would be able to get
          The after sales services from a company who is so insensitive that it does

          Any kind of problems with these companies. I tried to trust renault but to

            I am just not satisfied with the service and the manufacturer, feels like using an 10 years old duster.

            They do not know how to service, i have sent my car 5 times with same problem and all the time they do not work efficiently. Not only the service centers but the model is also very disturbing. Duster rxe 85 ps no. Dl 8c af 8494

              Hello,
              This is ajay kumar sharma from jaipur (Rajasthan) i have a car renault duster, my car number is rj14cy0256.
              Actually my car is going for service in your service station, always they estimated the wrong price. I am not satisfy this serivce.
              It always give me wrong estimated. Very poor service.
              Attitude is not good, the sale executive name is ramrakesh nagar. He has no sense how to talk with customer.
              First he is giving me 14000 rs estimatedm, then he gives us 18000 rs. This is rediculus for us. And he is not giving my car. I said him please send some guy at my home with my driver but he is not giving me proper answer. And he is not giving my car. And i have an important work at home.

                Bought the vehicle in april, 2017.

                Model - kwid climber, auto transmission
                Dealer - autologic, kondapur, hyderabad
                Service center - kondapur, hyderabad

                Complaint regarding - the engine will all of a sudden stops while driving in middle of the road.

                The issue was there from first month o[censored]sage itself.in this regard talked to service person over phone and i was informed that once the software gets updated in first service, the issue will be resolved.
                First service done on 27th may, 2017. Went well for few months and later same problem continued. Hence drove the vehicle with utmost care.

                During jan, 2018, informed about the issue at the time of second service and told that it should not be repeated since it is very much prone for accidents (As engine automatically stops and we can't even notice it).
                I was informed that the issue was there with most of the kwid auto models and will be resolved after software gets updated. At the time of delivery i was assured that the engine will not go off suddenly.
                Second service of my vehicle was done on 20th jan, 2018.

                On 29th jan, 2018 again i faced the same issue and a public transport bus was very close and fortunately missed the accident. I was very much frightened due to this incident. Despite of just 9 days elapsed from date of service where the software was updated, the problem was not resolved. I am not having confident to drive the vehicle as i am not sure when it will be stopped and where it will be stopped.

                If this is the problem for all of the kwid models, and if it is a manufacturing defect, please call back all the vehicles, and replace with vehicles with don't have this issue.

                  A very bad experience with Renualt :
                  I bought Renualt Sandero in Sep. 2015, my battery get flat in July 2017, after 1 year and 10 months, as my car was still in warranty, Renault had replaced it and I didn’t pay anything, the new battery efficiency started to decreased after 5 months, after 1 mouth later, the battery became completely flat, so the new one with Renualt’s name last just 6 months !!! Which is impossible, unless it is DEFECTIVE one or USED.
                  so I called the call center to complaint and went to the service center on 14/01/2018, they refused to deal with the case and told me that it's not their problem and i shouldn't complaint, they give just one year warranty if i pay for it but as i got it for free as my 2 years warranty has ended i don't have the right to complain!!! (Although that the battery itself written on it 3 Years Guarantee, the photo attached )
                  They told me that this is the policy of the mother company, when I asked them if giving standard and high quality services and items are one of their policy, they said NO .
                  As my battery was flat, I had to buy another one to use my car, and surly I didn’t buy it from you, because I was so worried to waste my money
                  A week later, Renault called me and offers me a new battery which was so late, as I had already one in my car, I asked them to give me a refund or a voucher for a new battery, they refused, they told me this is not compensation, it is just a good well from Renualt!!!
                  So how is Renualt gives a customer a defective or used battery with its name and one year warranty less and have no courtesy to handle their fault, and brag that they are trying to satisfy me although it is not their problem, how i trust your center again if i need to buy, fix or even maintain my car, how the customer service is so unprofessional and act as this is normal.
                  Is this what your policy says, is this what you want, losing customers, you are just getting a bad reputation because of some employees
                  i was so happy when i bought my car, now i am so disappointed with what happened, I can’t imagine that a big company like yours treats the customers in this way.
                  This is the case; I don’t know how you’re going to make it up for me, not just for the battery but also for taking actions so late, you forced me to buy another battery to use my car and now you don’t even want to give me a refund.

                    Booked a duster cvts from gurgaon haryana in 1st week of july 2017, with a promise of getting it by 3rd week. Got the said duster on 6th october 2017, the delay was never explained by renault after n no of complaints.
                    Duster is yet to be registered as renault has made a mistake in my dusters chasis no and engine no// a homologation problem as per rto sonipat. This rectification is at snail speed with renault totally silent.
                    The company has no shame at the delay and on the erorr of homologation.
                    I as a consumer am sufferring both mentally and financially.
                    Can renault explain that why should we not meet in the court of law.

                      Purchased renault kwid from hitech city outlet.
                      The dealership has not provided proper information to me thus resulting in paying an extra 2% (10000) of charges towards rta. When spoke to the customer support and other teams, their response was not proper and the dealership started blaming the rta server for their problems and not even bothered about the customers pain.
                      Totally rude conversation from the customer support cell and the local csm, finally offered me accessories worth 1500 which is not even 15% of my loss and they spoke as if they have no mistake from their end and as if they are doing me a favour. Totally not acceptable.

                      This issue is still open and I am still waiting for the company to call and get this issue resolved before people start loosing their hope on the company's service to the customers and the way customers are wrongly treated.

                            I have given my renault duster to kottayam renault service centre and i went there for some paint works and after two days they have given my vehicle back after finishing the work and when i went to home i have just make a look to my vehicle and i noticed that the paint have spread all over the vehicle, and i make a call to kottayam renault service manager and he told me the very next day a service boy will come and collect my vehicle and waited for the whole day and no one contacted me and the next day again i called the service manager and and he send a service boy to collect my vehicle and he collected my vehicle. He told me that he will bring my vehicle that evening and i waited for that, evening he called me and told that there is no drivers available there and the next day is sunday, he told me he can bring the vehicle on monday only, i called the service manager and he also told me the same words, the main problem is that the service centre is 60 away from my home so it is not so easy to collect my vehicle from kottayam showroom at that time, but there was some hospital issues so i need my vehicle that day so i went kottayam. Up and down there is 120 km and i need 1000 rs petrol to cover that distance, kottayam renault showroom have to fill my vehicles petrol but they are not willing to do that, all happened due to their fault. Now i again noticed a complaint about the painting, this time i need a proper solution for the fuel and painting works. I fed up with this renault company service

                              This has been found very disappointing for me in the midst of purchasing a renault kwid amt 1.0 (O) from your renault kolkata central located at 225c, ajc bose road, kolkata - 700 020.

                              There are certain services which i expect as buyer from dealers during purchase. But it has been very unfortunate for us to get such incomplete information from renault side. I had certain requests from the date of
                              My booking and till date i haven't received any response from your end.

                              My final payment was made on 30th dec 2017 and after receiving the payment renault team had completely turned back for responding any of my requests. The following brief is in details:

                              1. During my conversation with the sales executive along with the sales manager that i have been quoted a kwid amt 1.0 (O) with nov 17 manufacturing but its today (19/01/2018) on the day of delivery i was surprised to know that it is in fact aug 17. For the manufacturing month/date i have been following up for an official information since 30th dec 17 - which includes me calling the above mentioned personnel 4/5 times along with messages and my personal visit to your showroom, 3 times after 30th dec.

                              2. There is a difference in insurance quoted by company and show room - reason of these difference was not been explained neither policy documents (Including t&c) were ever shared.

                              3. Renault secure benefit was not completely describe to me

                              4. It took them about 20 days to arrange for a test drive which finally happened yesterday (18/01/2018) after my followups

                              5. For accessories, the price list which was shared as a excel sheet print out without any authentication of company name or authorized price list. This raises severe concerns of overpricing in haul.

                              Looking into these scenarios o[censored]nprofessional responses, i are unable to accept the terms and conditions along with the pricing what renault had offered.

                              As of today i have request renault to kindly consider in one of the below mentioned proposals which i put as best alternatives to this parody-

                              1. Current vehicle, may be not old more than 60 days from my date of booking or if you allot me 2018 manufactured, i am willing to pay the price deference (Hike in price) if any.

                              2 cancelling my booking and process for my refund along with the pertaining interest.

                              3. Or for keeping your words i can accept this aug 2017 vehicle after considering the depreciation value as on the date of delivery.

                              On theses request renault kolkata gm mr sailesh khatri had completely refused to entertain and offered me a rs 3600 of accessories.

                                I have purchased skoda rapid form the renault selection. The members were very at the time of purchasing bat as soon as i transferred the amout of the car the picture changed.
                                The car's front light isn't working. And one of the sensor also nkt working.
                                We were told by them to "trust" renault selection, which we did.
                                They told us that you examine the car 2 weeks and if any problem occurs we are there to help you out.
                                But now when we are calling them on the 2nd day itself they are not answering our calls and giving rude and inappropriate answers.
                                There is some reputation of the company which needs to be maintained. And there are some promises.
                                Kindly take note of this and tell the some truly responsible person to handle customers. It is very sad to be dissatisfied the very second day of purchasing car.
                                The manager of renault selection of sikar road jaipur is not using appropriate language.
                                I request you to give me positive result. They are not giving answer properly. Entire team is not picking up the phone. Is this the reality of renault selection? That after the money has transferred you just don't know your customer?
                                This was not expected from this prestigious company.

                                  my name is abdul latheef from thrissur, kerala. I am writing this email because of the dissatisfaction caused by the renault service centre, tvs renault, cochin, kerala. My car is a renault duster 2013 model purchased on may 2014 reg no: kl 47 d 6491. I was satisfied with the performance of renault duster and recommended to many people. Two of my friends bought the car on my recommendation. I myself booked a second duster automatic version on the third quarter of 2017 and made advance payment at tvs renault, cochin. The service of the duster which i am currently using was serviced at 71000 km few months back. That time i clearly specified about the clanking noise while driving. It was unable to identify from where its coming. It surely is from a mechanical part. It is heard mostly on clutch application at lower gears. May be its because of a loose bolt or something from engine part. The vehicle is running smoothly but the noise makes us uncomfortable to go for long journeys fearing a breakdown during those drives. but the service people were unable to identify it and did not fix it. After service i got a feed back call and asked about the service. I told them about the clanking noise issue and they told me they will get back to me and will do arrangements to fix it. Thats it... There was no call back and the noise issue kept on increasing. They never did the follow up. And finally after some time i called service centre and told them my dissappointment. They told me to bring the vehicle to fix it and i did it. By that time the vehicle has covered 8000+ kms (79600+ km at service time). My son went to service centre and took a supervisor with him to show the issue and did a test drive on the vehicle to make him understand it. They changed some parts and delivered the vehicle same day 5:30 pm. My son asked for a supervisor to go for a test drive again to check if it is corrected or not, but they told me that no supervisor was available that time. The thing is, the issue still exists. My vehicle has covered 80000+ km and my vehicle warranty has expired. I am still facing an issue which started at 70000 km (In warrenty) and did 2 services to fix it (In warranty) and the issue still exists (Warrenty expired). Whom should i blame?? Renault?? Renault service??? Or me??? Because of this incident, i would like to inform you that, i am no longer interested in taking delivery of the renault duster automatic which i have booked.

                                  since am still using my vehicle, i need a solution to fix the issue with my vehicle. Please do the needful.

                                    My kwid vehicle purchased on 29.07.2017. Steering hard and cross problem started at the date of purchase. 8 times thisissue attended by your service center but, this issuenot resolved. I will surrender the vehicle to you kindly arrange for refund the money. Please give the formalities for surrender the vehicle.
                                    Complete history follows.
                                    29.07.2017. New kwid car received with steering cross andsteering hard condition.

                                    26.08.2017. First service done by renault kwid tuticorin. Steering cross problem attended by service center. Wheel alignment not done. Techinician try to refix the steering wheel. But, not properly aligned. Hence, steering issue was not resolved and manager told that this vehicle coming fromfactory at this condition only. So, they are not able to correct the problem. So, i had taken my car from service center.

                                    23.09.2017. Steering cross problem attended by renaultomr service center. Wheel alignment done. But, left side caster value showing in red indicator and not within a range. So, i had escalated toservice manager and he replied that caster adjustment not available in kwid. So, they are unable to correct thecaster value. Steering auto center also not working. After wheel alignmentvehicle pull in left side. I had drive this car around 500 kms with shoulderand back pain due to vehicle pull in left side and hard.

                                    17.10.2017 vehicle pull left side issue attended byrenault tuticorin. Service center not done wheel alignment. Service center technician set all alignmentvalues using steering cross position. Vehicle problem is caster value showingin red in not in a specification range while steering center position. Allvalues showing in green and within a range while steering slightly crossposition. So, technician try to set steering cross position and try to takeprint out. So, i had escalated service center personal and he replied thatcaster adjustment not available. So, he had interchange the front two tyres andtried to solve. Steering left side pull issue resolved at the time ofinterchange the tyres. After few days left side pulling issue again started.

                                    04.11.2017. Left side pull issue attended by renault omr service center. 3 reading showing in redcolor. But, service center manager told me that all values are in normal. But, left sidecaster, left and right side toe showing in red color and not within a range. So, i have not accepted. So, we have checked another one kwid and steering is very smoothcompared to my kwid. So, service center manager call to x person and told thisissue to them. He replied that to check steering bug. Technician checked andreplied that no bug found. But, steering pull and hard issue not resolved.

                                    18.11.2017. Again this issue attended by renault omrservice center and hand over the same condition.

                                    25.11.2017. Oil leak found in steering rack. They hadchecked and replied that this is electric power steering. Hence, this is notpower steering oil. After few days they had replaced steering rack. Afterreplaced the rack steering left side pulling issue is resolved. But, steeringhard issue is partially resolved. I had realised steering hardness, whilevehicle speed upto 60kmph and steering free more than 60kmph speed.

                                    16.12.2017. I had travelled around 500 kms. Initial 200kms steering working normal and good. But, beyond 200 kms steering very hardand unable to drive. I had experiencing shoulder pain due to steering hardissue. Next day again travelled 500 kms and experiencing heavey pain. So, i’munable to drive my car. So, i had call to renault road side assistance, and he repliedthat we will arrange for tow vehicle and sent to nearest service center. So, ihad drive this car around 500 kms with heavy shoulder pain.

                                    29.12.2017. Second service done by your service center. But, steering issue not resolved. 2 other kwid users drove my car and repliedthat steering turn left side is normal. But, turn right side steering play andhardness occurred. But, your service center reported in invoice steering playinstead of steering play and hard. So, clearly your service center is hidingthe steering hardness issue to renault.

                                    04.01.2017. Car taken to service center due to rat smell, steering hard and continuous beep sound coming from engine. After service i hadreceived my car on 10.01.2017. Continuous beep sound problem not attended byyour service center. After received my vehicle, i had escalated this issue toyour service manager through phone, hehad discussed with delivery driver to check the issue. This clearly indicatesyour service center not checked thisbeep sound issue at service center. After the discussion manager said thatthis sound is normal. But, i had not hearing this sound before 2ndservice. I had checked my friend kwid vehicle also this sound is notheard.

                                    12.01.2017. I hadtravelled around 500 kms. Initial 300 kms steering working normal and good. But, beyond 300 kms steering working very hard and unable to drive. After 2 days i hadtravelled again 500 kms steering working very hard. Till now steering hard issueand beep sound issue not resolved. Your service center not given propersolution.

                                    Last 5 months 8 times this issue attended by your service center. Every time i had taken leave in my office and i got loss of pay. Service center around 100 kms away from my home. So, around 1000 rs fuel consumed in every time visiting in your service center. I’m very disappointment for your car quality and service center kindly send one technician from your factor your steering manufacturer to attend the issue else i will surrender the vehicle to you kindly arrange for refund the money. Please give the formalities for surrender the vehicle.

                                      First time:
                                      Two weeks before, while switching on the car, the engine doesnt get ignited.
                                      I tried again, for a second, the car is completely turned off.
                                      I tried again, it got switched on.

                                      The changes which i saw after switching on the car:
                                      1. Audio system doesnt open, it asked for an authentication code, after putting it, audio system worked.
                                      2. Saved kmpl, kmph, trip meter got reset
                                      3. Audio system sound doesnt come up. So i switched the car again and turned on, then it worked.

                                      Second time:
                                      While driving in traffic, car turned off.
                                      I tried to ignite it, but it doesnt. The car is completely turned off.
                                      On the next time, it got turned on.
                                      This time, only one change the saved kmpl, kmph, trip meter got reset.

                                        I am really fed up with this redundant task of writing and dropping emails to renault before things swing into action. Till now i have realized that renault is the worst service provider. This is not the first time i am dropping a complaint. Last time i had an issue with my car i was made to wait 3 long months before that issue was resolved, such a bad experience. Sometimes i feel like the way your company treats a customer is as if they think i have won this car in a lucky draw and not have actually paid my hard-earned money for it.

                                        I am complaining because i have been facing an issue with my car, so in order to get a resolution on that i contacted the customer care support and had a word with one of the customer care representatives. Mr. Madman informed me that the service center has been closed in my city and in order to get my car serviced i will have to take it to another city which has a service center. The city which mr. Madman was talking about is approx. 350 kms away from my city and it takes nearly 10 hours to reach that place due to hilly terrain. I fail to understand how mr. Madman could even think of bringing sense into this. According to him to get my car serviced i would have to take a week off at my job and drive all the way to another city, rent a room and then take the car to the service center and all this at my own expenditure, even if we keep the expenditure aside why the hell am i supposed to drive my car to another city to get it serviced if i bought it from my city. This is the worst service one could ever get. Buying a renault car has been the most terrible and pathetic experience i ever had with any brand.

                                        I need a response of your company on this asap or else i ll have to go ahead with my complaints on other consumer forums.
