3 months back i'm buy a new renault kwid in renault omr chennai. My vehicle issue is steering cross aligned from the date of purchase. After one month this issue attended by renault omr service center. After service car tracked in left side. But, service center personal told that car not tracked in left side. So, again service center person wheel aligned in front of me. Left side caster value is showing red indicator. I'm escalated this issue to mechanic he told that caster adjustment is not available in kwid. So, i'm not responsible. So, this issue is manufacturing defect issue. 10 days before this issue attended renault omr service center and told me caster adjustment is not available. So, he interchange front wheels and checked working fine. After 2 days this issue again raised. And i'm unable to drive long distance. I'm saw a video if caster not aligned correctly vehicle track in left or right side. So, clearly this issue is caster issue and manufacturing defect. After that i'm send lot of mail to renault customer care. Till now customer care no response. So, car buyers don't buy kwid. And don't waste your valuable money. Service center and customer care also sleeping.

Yesterday I had delivered my vehicle to Renault OMR Service centre, Chennai. Service Manager Informed technician to check the wheel alignment. Service manager after verifying technician report, informed me that wheel alignment is normal. Photo attached for your reference. (Alignment is not within specified range and showing in red indicator). And also informed that steering also hard. That also checked by the service manager informed me that it is also normal. I’m not satisfied and ask him to check with the other vehicle, its steering is smooth and free and not so hard like my vehicle. He informed other official thru phone about the condition that steering was hard not normal. He adviced to check the steering bug.

The technician who checked the steering bug informed us this steering is normal. I have checked other vehicles and my steering is so hard. He informed me to come on 19th Nov 17. On that day I request your concerned engineer to visit the Renault OMR Service Centre to solve my problem.

Due to steering hard and left side track, it is very difficult for me for long distance travel by using this car. Previously I have used Hyundai santro xing and not faced such a problem. I am 100 Kms away from the service centre and request you to solve the issue permanently within 2 to 3 days. In case there will be delay for servicing. Kindly arrange for standby vehicle till completion of service. For this problem I have travelled 3 times (Chennai & Tuticorin) to your showroom (Consumption of fuel and taking more leave) by using this vehicle.

3 Months before this vehicle purchased. 3 times this issue attending by your service centre. Till now this issue not resolved. I’m very disappointed for your vehicle quality and service. My Colleagues and friends advised me to purchase maruti or Hyundai and not go for, Renault kwid as this vehicle is new and not proven model. But, I choosed Renault, because Very old and trust of this company. But, After purchase of Renault kwid my trust on your vehicle has changed.
In service centre service manager is silent for providing me standby vehicle, when my car is under service for 2 to 3 days.
Pl take this vehicle and provide me new vehicle. It is new vehicle went on continuous repair within 3 months. Nobody will accept this quality. I won’t recommend your vehicle to my friends and colleagues.

    Kya sir, engine m sound tha, service centre m bolte thak gaya, after change of three plucks in forth servicing, my engine is vibrating, engine is race, soucer is not working properly. Darwaza awaz karta hai, mileage is 16/17. Now one more problem my mobil chamber broke from one brick which was on road. I was disappointed. Is it renault vehicle, i can't believe. Maine 4.47 lakhs pani m baha diya.

      On 26th oct 2017 i got my car delivered after servicing after which i noticed that cars grill was not been fixed properly and engine cover is also missing, i contaced mr. Tejas form renault service station jogeshwari regarding the issue but their was no response, i contacted nearly four to five times but their was no satisfaction
      So please do the needful...

        We r very unhappy and poor service from sri sri sri renault, uppal. We have given car for service. They changed swith for lights and before delivery we rechecked its not working. We waited almost 3hrs for bill payment. Very long for us to service our vehicles. No feedback call or no service due calls from renault. We are having 3 vehicles of renault. But due to poor support from sri sri sri motors we r very much unhappy.

          My car with no: rj01 cc 5211,
          The below person sold the old model car to me
          Mr vishal (Sale person) - [protected]
          Mr pathak (Sale manager) - [protected]

          Lots of complain through email done at renault customer care but no satisfactory reply received.

          They both sale the old 2014 car model (See attachment) by telling benefit of buying old model, that you will get 4 (2+2) yr warranty with 4 year road side assist.
          Mr pathak also told warranty will be automatically done by company online system as sceme is there in 2014 model. (Listen it in recording attached below dated[protected] pathak renault).
          Also mr pathak was telling that this warranty scheme is their, he is not refusing that you (Customer) have buyed the car in 2015 feb, so you will not get the warranty, in any of his recording till november 2015 (Even after 9 month after purchase).
          Mr vishal, also not refusing that you will not get the warranty, instead mr vishal is forwarding it to mr pankaj (Service person) and mr pathak to contact for warranty punch in online system (Even after 9 month after purchase).
          On asking warranty paper they told no need of paper, on insisting about warranty paper service person found extended warranty not punched on system. Mr vishal (Sales), previously told about warranty will be given by him, but later he told warranty punch in system will be done by mr pankaj (Service person) and mr pathak.

          I am unable to attach here as no audio attachment option available.

          On listening the audio, you will understand why i buyed old year 2014 car model in new year 2015, as mr pathak & mr vishal, both told by buying old 2014 car model customer will get 4 (2+2) yr warranty with 4 year road side assist, as this scheme is their in old car model.
          (Kindly put yourself in place of customer, your will not buy old model (Car, mobile, anything, etc.) until unless you will get extra benefit from company), it is sales person fault that they are saleing old item by telling lie.

            My name is vineet mohan owning a duster car for the last 5 years i stopped giving my car at the servicing center 3 years back as the service times was pathetic people at the service center were non responsive and no assistance at all.

            Today i walked into the service center again asking for a change in my silencer as it has almost cracked and the customer service manager or executive clearly said the part is not available will take 10-15 days with no empathy at all and just plain words not bothered about the customer.

            I seen so many customers waiting in queue who had given their car 10 days back & it is so disappointing to see that the saga still continues.

            There has to be a literal fix to it else would be like there are a lakh cars sold in india and no after service at all.

            Main problem is people over there at the service center are so non - responsive.

              I have purchased my kwid 800cc car two months back in kattupakkam branch chennai. Power renault. On the second day itself my cars horn gone. And i have a serious pickup issue the car doesnt raise on 5th gear beyond 120. I visited service centre more than 10 times. They keep on programming the ecu but still the problem occurs. And there is bad smell when i reach 100kmph inside the car. I took the car again and again they refused accept the fact. They are very stuburn about the smell.. They were like "there is no smell coming" when i was in test drive. Very very poor service people in renault. Even the service manager told the same reason. Am totally unsatisfied with the car and the service team.

                    I am using your renault duster rxl dl8cz 7999 reg dt 7/11/13. It was bought and serviced by your rama road dealer, and all the service records will be there. Last evening i have to use stepney and found that it was of your base model, cheating on me. Even same bolts cannot be used for both type of tyres. The loan was finance from chennai branch on rnif so i have cleared the loan amount. By exchange in maurti suzuki. Because i didn't want to keep the car after that i have to submit form 35 and noc for the kiwid car because the dealer has to get the proper documents for selling the car after applying...

                        I was booked kwid 1.0 on 10 th june 2017 from spna car pvt. Ltd, solan, himachal pradesh.
                        But they are not able to provide me this car even i am waiting for 2 month after that i have to decide cancel this car booking.
                        The booking amount is 10000/-.
                        But till date they are not able give me my money back even they are rude and unprofessional people.
                        Please take follow up otherwise i am going to consumer court.

                        Find the attachment copy of booking receipt.
                        I was cancelled this booking on 1st august but they are not credit my amount in my account.
                        Even I have already send mails to this agency and lot of calls on daily basis to MR.sanjay Chauhan.
                        They always give me excuses.

                          This complaint is regarding my vehicle renault scala – which i gave for repair and servicing to their jogeshwari service centre in mumbai on 25th september, 2017; repair order no. Romujs18005324
                          I brought my car to the service centre with a problem in the pickup, on 25th september, 2017. Initially, i was informed that there is some water lodged in the gearbox and it will require pouring 10litres of transmission oil through it, which will cost inr 12k. After 3 days, the technician, santosh, stopped responding to me. On 2 occasions, he answered my calls and said that he’ll call back within 30min, which never happened. This went on for couple of days. For the next 3 days, he just did not answer the phone by when we had to register a formal complaint with renault’s central complaint department; complaint no. –[protected].

                          After 24 hours, we called the central no. Again and they said they are not able to reach the service centre as they are not responding. We then took the mobile number of the service centre head, vishnu, who answered our call and said that they are working on estimation and will get back shortly. That was on 5th october. We then receive a mail 2 days later on the 7th october, with the worst possible outcome, i. E. An estimate to replace the entire part, along with other costs, totalling up to inr 376487.

                          I do not accept these charges. My car has only been driven for 7228 km. Renault boasts of providing exceptional and free service for up to 80000km or 4 years, whichever comes first. Our 4 years have barely been expired for 6 months and the car has not even driven 9% of 80000km. Not only that, i take great care of my car. It hasn’t even so much so been scratched in the last 4 years and i send it to an authorised service centre, in working condition, for a problem in the pickup, 6 months out of warranty, and they send me a bill of almost 4 lacs?

                          Either the car, which i was promised was far superior than the competitors, has turned out to be faulty, or renault's service team has shown total incompetency and utter lack of transparency.in either of the cases, i do not accept the charges as i’m really feeling cheated and harassed. I'm 65 years old and not having a car in working condition has forced me to take public conveyance everyday to work and with my back and shoulder problem it is severely affecting my health. Renault is a great brand and as a marketing head of an mnc myself, i always believed that companies of the stature of renault consider customer service and customer satisfaction to be paramount. But to my utter disappointment this experience has caused me nothing but stress and a lot of distress and i urge you to please take the necessary steps to help me

                            I am owning a renault duster rxl 85 ps, which has run about 71k kms. I have personally encountered this problem thrice. Twice it was escalated to the service team (Khivraj renault - omr).
                            1st time - they told me, its a bleeding problem (Some kind of airlock).
                            2nd time - i informed them through phone, as i eventually forgot to inform in person, when the pickup guy came.
                            3rd time (Last time)- this is were, everything got worse. Driving to office with much more gear struck, i managed to reach the office parking area. After my office hours, when i started the car, i was unable to engage any of the gear, and the car did not move a bit.
                            I got frustrated, and knowing this is some kind of airlock, i tried pumping the clutch pedal in the hope of engaging any1 of the gear, so that i can come out of the office area to roadside area. I tried many times, nothing moved. At last, 2nd gear got engaged and i brought the car out of office premises, with the same gear. (Slow speed). It was already 8.00pm, i decided to call the road assistance (Tvs road assistance - really appreciating service). Since i need to travel some 40 kms from there, i need to go some nearby hotel to have my dinner. To my surprise when i started the car, every gear was engaging, the car acted like everything was ok (With little struck). I really don't know what was happening.
                            When the recovery van arrived, that guy was not able to engage any of the gears again. And with difficulty, we moved the car, and it was set on to the van, to carry to the service center.

                            Sad story to be continued..
                            The service person told me, i did not come to service my vehicle for 40k & 50k, so i may miss the warranty for certain parts that needs to be replaced.
                            But i left my car for 60k service, which was a complete service for rs 25k.

                            My estimated bill from service person is 36k now. He told me, the clutch may be worn out, or some bleeding problem. Master cylinders for clutch assy has to be changed.

                            My query to service personnel
                            Is it that if we miss any service, i cannot claim warranty? I cannot pay every 10k kms 30-40k. Service person should drive the car and inform me that so and so parts may impose problem in near future, and he should have given me a initial warning. How come in 60k service, the car showed me no clutch problem, and in 70k, the clutch gets worn out completely.?

                            If you people don't give any proper reason for this problem, (I knew it is common in mt transmission of all dusters). I am definitely gonna give a big comment.

                            Renault loots money in the name of service.

                            My thought of buying renault captur is shattered.

                              I have purchased renault duster amt diesel 110 rxz dci from aseem auto renault dealer, sonipat, haryana on 09/09/17
                              Delivery date is firday 07/10/17 @9pm
                              Details of car;1. Chassis no-meehsrcfkh7005192

                              On friday @9pm i took the delivery of my vehicle details which i have mentioned above, after they hand over the kyes, i checked the fuel which was not even showing the dte of 5 km, i asked the delivery person about fuel whether its enough to reach the nearest petrol pump then the salesman told me that its 5 litres. I reached my home which was on the way to petrol pump and is hardly 3 km from the showroom meter reading went from 77-80 km). When i tried starting the car again it did not start at all and showed me dte of 1 km. I called up the sales executive who was dealing with us mr. Sandeep nain, he denied any assistance or help and told us its not his liability we can do whatever we want to but he wont help. I called up on the toll free number for the assistance mr mukesh came for the same and after a conversation with your company he agreed to give the 5 ltr fuel. Finally the car started again at 11 pm. So clearly it was the fuel issue which was not provided to us in the vehicle by aseem motors and i had to face extreme trouble cause of their mistake.
                              Now coming to the incomplete paper issue which we have not recived any documented paper or mail proof by the assem autos, on deliver day i. E 07/10/17 they charged us
                              1. Rs 12235 for 2 yrs extended warrenty, without any paper documantation
                              2. Rs 12910 on account of tcs, without any paper documantation.
                              3. Rs 8272 on account of zero depreciation insurance which erlier they had said to be free by the renault company, also i have not received any phone call from the insurance company regarding the confirmation of vehicle and address neither any proper certificate or paper of insurance company.
                              4. The address of mine which i have mentioned in the beginning of this mail is of kaithal-08 rto but without my consent or information they applied in the sonipat-10 rto which is illegal. I have attached the concerned photographs of vehicle and documants provided by the assem auto renault dealer.
                              It is very unfortunate that its my first renault vehical and facing this issue o[censored]n professionalism and shrewd behavior, i owned cars of different companies maruti, ford, vw, hyundai but never faced this kind of indifferent behavior even after buying the car of your most expensive range in india, this experience is highly disappointing, and if my issues didnt resolve within time then i will not hesitate to proceed legally against your company and the renault aseem auto dealer.

                                My name is pankaj vashisht

                                I bought insurance renault assured alliance with "reliance renault assured" from pmg auto pvt plot no. 47, industrial area phase 1, chandigarh, 160002.

                                My policy premium is rs 17571.00 and i make the payment through credit card. My concern is this if i am buying renault insurance product from renault authorized dealer still pmg charging 2% extra as bank charge fees for credit card. So i have to pay rs 17, 922.00. I bought this vehicle from renault in 2013 and loyal customer of renault from last 4 years. But this way of ripping money from customer is unacceptable from renault. Also if this for real that we have to pay 2% extra bank charge then moving forward i will not buy renault products. Bank have provided these machines to dealer to facilitate customer or to enhance sale but they don't to increase sale. They cover 2% charges and want to loose 80% sale. If renault is wants to continue this approach then good luck.

                                Had same argument with pmg auto pvt ltd but they said its management decision you have to pay.

                                In RBI's own words – “…merchant establishments levy fee as a percentage of transaction value as charges on customers who are making payments for purchase of goods and services through cards. Such fees are not justifiable and are not permissible as per the bilateral agreement between the acquiring bank and the merchants…”

                                RBI further adds that any such instance can be used as a strong argument by the bank to terminate its POS-linked relationship with such merchants.

                                    After we changed our plan and cancelled booking... We informed cancellation to salesman he told us take one month to get back money..
                                    We wait for one month and called they told come over there n collect..
                                    We went there and sales man saying we paid only 1000 only.. He saying check ur brousher recipt inside.. That time realize even he not filled anything on that space and it was only a copy...
                                    He saying he have recipt...
                                    See i am a ex central government employe.. Why should i say wrong amount to them.
                                    Also my son with me when i was booked...

                                      As i have given my car for service in renault duster service center in sikar 332001. Acc. To service incharge they have told me that some thing have to repair and changes required so i have given permission to change them like oil, diseal filter etc but nothimh is changed as i am sending you some attachment photos that will tells you that from last 3-4 months engine is not even touched.
                                      Its a clear case of fraud from customer. I am sending you the bill & photos of real things.
                                      I request you sir please do needful for my satisfaction otherwise this kind of happening will again to other customers.
