I had purchased kwid rxt 1.0 in august-2017. But after 1 month there is major problem of noise from front wheels breaks...

I have share this problem with renault service center every time. They resolve the problem and handover the car.
When i drive more 80 km then the same noise problem occurred again.

I had faced the same problem 5 times from date of purchased.

Please take a action...

    I am being mentally harassed by renault prashant vihar dealership. I booked a renault kwid climber manual electric blue by paying rs. 5000 through neft on 21st december 2017. Sales executive mr. Jagdeep is my consultant. Due to some document issues my loan has been delayed for 4 months. I informed mr. Jagdeep about this. On 27th dec 2017, i asked him to refund my booking amount till the time things get rectified. He said he would call back the next day. I didn't get any call whatsoever. I called him on 28th, 29th but he kept on saying i'll call you. However, i didn't get any call from him. On 30th dec, i called his senior mr. Mukesh, sales manager. I told him about my whole case. He said he would check on his part what could be done and would call back.
    Its been a week i haven't heard from them so far. Whenever i call at the dealership, operator says, mr mukesh is out for a meeting, he is not available, etc.
    Question is: when a customer is genuinely asking for assistance, should he be tortured like this? It clearly shows an esteemed company like renault is just making false promises and fooling their customers.
    All the time i have got same answers 'mukesh sir to abhi available nahi hain, vo abhi meeting ke liye bahar gaye hue hain '.
    This is my very first experience which has been such a bad one. I am surely not going to recommend anyone in my known to choose renault. Moreover i will escalate this to social media and consumer forum and let the world know how a brand like you mentally harass their customers.

      Don't buy renault kwid and don't waster your money. Renault and service center don't care about customers.

      7 times your service centre serviced for steering issue.
      Till now issue is not resolved. This car purchased only 4 months ago.

      Wheel alignment reading is not within a range. But, service centre personnel not accepted and replied that no problem found in steering. But, steering is hard compared to other kwid.

      Don't buy Renault kwid and don't waste your money. Steering problem in my new vehicle. Vehicle purchased only 4 months ago. 7 times serviced done in 4 months. Till now this issue not resolved. Renault customer care & service centre don't care about customers.

        Dear sir,

        Thanks for the reply mail from pps motors pvt ltd. I have purchased this vehicle in the month of june 2017 and after some time about after 3 months, i have noticed that my mobile charger has not been working and found that the inner mettle part was came out with my charger. Your service agent pps motors pvt ltd, narrated that it was mishandled by me and got damaged. But it was fixed inside and it is not possible to tamper and damage it by me. So, i am not responsible for the damage of the part supplied by you and it was damaged with in 3 months after the purchase of the vehicle which should covered under warranty period.

        Do you know that i am a favorite of renault product, since i have used first renault logan for more than 3 years, secondly i have used renault duster for about 4 years and presently again i am using renault kwid climber. Renault should identify a single person is using only single product of renault without changing the brand. I feel that i am a favorite of renault from last 8 years by using a single brand of renault alone.

        Now you are blaming your own favourite customer about tampering and insulting me is a mistake from your side. If you continue the same way your brand favorites may disappear very shortly. Think yourself with your brain and try to keep us with you.

        Any how i am requesting you to accept the warranty condition and replace the defective part immediately failing which i may not keep quit at decision, i may forced to approach legal forum for justification if you fail to do the justification. I am also ready to leave this vehicle freely with you if you are not justify. Please do not touch my ego.

          Further to the complain of mh12kj1536,,, i have replace a battery with new one but the problem did not solved... When i strart car in the morning power steering remains hard till i run the vehicle about 1 to 1.2 km appox. Then it becomes normal...

          Please note that the issue was taken up with service center while doing 40000 km servicing and advise me to change the battery.

            My kwid car hr 10ac 5765 is defective from saturday and i filled the complaint in the same day in morning to service center of renault in sonipat over a phone call to their executive. And then she told me that she will send the driver on monday to pick my car as they were busy on that day. Then after lots of phone call one engineer (Mr. Anand) arrived in the evening of monday and then he said you will have to take this car to service center as the defect was not repairable onsite and then i said, ok take it with you or arrange the pick up. Then he said no sir it's not my job you will have to call our toll free number. Then after that i tried to call the same and everytime the call was getting disconnected and then in the 10th attempt i think my call was assigned to mr. Gangadhar and then he generated my complaint no. Re[protected]. Then he arranged call to crane service also and then both of them said my car will get picked up at around 6:30 pm on monday. Then i waited till 11 pm but nobody came to pick my car. Then next day on tuesday again mr. Gangadhar called me and arranged a call and then again arranged call to crane service and then again they said we will pick your car at 6:30pm and again i waited till 11 and nobody came. Now it's wednesday 2:10pm. Till now there is no update neither from crane service nor from company. Now i just want somebody please pick up my car and give me after the repair.
            Renault engineer (Anand) also said that warranty will be rejected as i had installed the cng on last sunday. I got my car after repair on last tuesday for the defect of same spare part under warranty. How can it be rejected if the same problem is happening with in one week of repair.
            I want my car to get repaired within 2-3 days otherwise i am going to file a complaint against renault in consumer court that they have given me defective car in the office of new as it had been repaired 4 times under warranty within 6 months of purchase. Everytime the fault was different only this time it is same fault i am facing again.

              Have booked renault car on sep -17. Not clear information provided as i require, address proof of kolkata, i was new in the city.
              My 3 emi from sbi bank has been debited - from oct, nov & dec -17 respectively. And, still as of today car is not delivered to me.
              Again, asked me to open new account and pay bribe and they will settle the matter.
              I want to know how can i move to court? As i didn't get car & 3 emi already deducted by bank without proper address proof.

                First of all, i must congratulate renault to have beautiful cars with a good heart. Beautiful engines.
                I am using my renault pulse since 2012 and continuously serviced my car from divine renault nazafgarh road, moti nagar delhi. I was quite satisfied with the job. But this time i was not happy at all from the service centre, they have done routine service of my car in the month of dec 2017 and just 2 days after the service there was a problem of heating. Again i send the car and they told me there is a need of change of water pump, i agreed and paid 12000 inr to them after the repair. Just after one day, there is a jerk while starting the car, which was not at all there. I complained to the service center and they are now not agreed to anything and they misbehaved. Is this the renault management, i am very sorry to write this, kindly take action on this.

                My duster 4wd, TN 05 BF 3638 (Dr.S.Kayani) having frequent failure of fuel indication ( shows suddenly full indicator) with out filling the fuel tank. This gives me a lot of stress to take the vehicle for a long run. Almost this has happened sixth time. Please do something to rectify the problem immediately with permanent solution .

                  1. I have purchasedd renault kwid rxl a year ago and its the time of purchase issues like low kpl (14 km/ltr) and un serviceability on instrument panel/door locking as well as audio system is being faced. Details of the car purchased is as given below:-
                  (A) mode/type : kwid/rxl
                  (B) date of purchase : 25/01/2017
                  (C) chasis no : meebba003ga423054
                  (D) engine no : e115578
                  2. Recently while attempting to start the a/m vehicle after a week the car didn't start. Both the car battery level and the battery voltage was satisfactory. However, the car didn't start.
                  3. I tried calling the renault help line through out the day but couldn't establish contact.
                  4.in view of above it is requested that the defect of car may be attended to and a through check up on quality of product may be carried out as the car is still under warranty and is developed peculiar undesired signs of degeneration speaking volumes of the poor quality. Further, it appears that the quality of the product in in question and same may be attended to or alternately be replaced at the earliest before the lapse of warranty period.1st free servicing has been carried out and in order to take the car for 2nd free servicing in the car didn't start as per narration given here.

                    My duster (2013) mh 12 kj 1536 experiencing issues with power steering. Last month did 40k servicing that time, i had taken up issue with work shop and i was advised that my battery need to be replace and this may solve the problem as power steering run by electrics.

                    It does not work when you start the vehicle... And starts working after 5 to 8 minutes of running vehicle with hard/truck steering.

                    I am confused after reading above message whether changing of battery will solve my problem.

                    Can renault team confirm this issue will be solve by replacing battery.

                      Bought renault kwid amt in june 2017. After second service at khivraj pearl, vellore car starts giving beep sounds, immobiliser warning, gear oil leakage... Made a compliant and sent to service centre again. They attended and drive for 1 day only. Again immobiliser problem. Then towed to tirupati showroom on[protected]. So far no reply. All help line / service centre guys try to escape, but no real help at all. If any body wants to buy kwid amt, better take tow away vehicle number always with you.

                      Again the same porblem started on[protected] and i intimated to Renault helpline. Their advice is to change Service centre . So far i get it repair 4 times in 30 days at 2 service centres. Still problem is not rectified. I lost confidence on this sub standard company of Renault . I ask my broker to sold out at any cost ... F of this Kwid

                        I have taken my car from service centre on 30.11.2017 after service for steering hard & left side pulling issue. But the steering hard issue is not resolved. Till now steering is hard compared to other kwid. Steering is hard when the car running slow and it will be free when car start speed of 60 km at the time of service. On 16.12.2017 i had travelled melmaruvathur to tuticorin around 490 kms. Around 200 kms steering is working normal. After 200 kms steering was working very hard. Again i had travelled tuticorin to melmaruvathur on 17.12.2017. Steering is working very hard. 6 times this issue is attended by your service centre. Till now this issue is not resolved & now steering is hard even vehicle reaches more than 60 km speed. Due to steering hard, i’m experiencing shoulder pain from the date of purchase.
                        Expecting your prompt action in this regard, otherwise i will be constraint to seek legal action.

                        நான் கடந்த 3 மாதங்களுக்கு முன் புதிய ரெனோ க்விட்காரை வாங்கினேன். காரை வாங்கும் போதே ஸ்டேரிங் அலைன்மெண்ட் சரியாக இல்லாமல் க்ராஸ் ஆக இருந்தது. முதல் சர்வீஸ் ரெனோ தூத்துக்குடியில் விடப்பட்டது. அவர்கள் இந்த பிரச்னையை சரி செய்யாமல் திருப்பி கொடுத்தனர். பின் நான் கார் வாங்கிய ரெனோ ஓ எம் ஆர் சென்னையில் இந்த பிரச்சனைக்காக கொடுத்தேன். அவர்கள் வீல் அலைன்மெண்ட் செய்து கொடுக்கும் போது வண்டி இடது பக்கம் இழுப்பது போன்று தோன்றியது. அவர்களிடம் கூறிய போது சரியாக இருக்கிறது என்று கூறி வண்டியை ஒப்படைத்தனர். ஆனால் நான் ஒப்புக்கொள்ளவில்லை. எனவே என் கண் முன்னால் வீல் அலைன்மெண்ட் செய்ய கூறினேன். வீல் அலைன்மெண்ட் பார்த்த போது இடது பக்க கேஸ்டர் வேல்யு தவறாகவும், பின் பக்க கேம்பர் வேல்யு இரண்டும் தவறாகவே இருந்தது. எனவே அதை சரி செய்ய கூறினேன்.ஆனால் அவர்கள் அதை சரி செய்ய வழி இல்லை என்றும் கூறினர். இதற்கு ஜாப் கார்டு எதுவும் போடவில்லை. வேறு வழி இல்லாமல் வண்டியைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டேன். ஸ்டேரிங்கும் பவர் ஸ்டேரிங் போல் இல்லாமல் சாதாரண ஸ்டேரிங் போல ஓட்ட கடினமாக இருந்தது.

                        பின் சென்னையில் இருந்து தூத்துக்குடிக்கு செல்ல வேண்டி இருந்தது. என்னால் திருச்சி வரையிலும் கூட ஓட்ட முடியவில்லை. கையிலும் தோளிலும் பயங்கர வலி ஏற்பட்டது. எனவே நான் கஷ்டப்பட்டு தூத்துக்குடி வரையிலும் செல்ல நேரிட்டது.பின் கஸ்டமர் கேருக்கு மெயில் அனுப்பினேன். மறுநாள் ரெனோ ஓ எம் ஆர் லிருந்து போன் செய்து வண்டியை மறுபடியும் எடுத்து வரச் சொன்னார்கள். என் வீட்டிற்கும் சர்வீஸ் சென்டருக்குமான தூரம் 100 கி.மீ. எனவே நான் சென்னை வரும் போது எடுத்து வருகிறேன் என்று கூறி விட்டேன். பின் சென்னை செல்ல வேண்டிய தேவை இல்லாததால் நான் செல்லவில்லை. பின் தூத்துக்குடி ரெனோவில் இந்த பிரச்சனையைக்கூறி சரி செய்ய கொடுத்தேன். அனால் அவர்கள் வீல் அலைன்மெண்ட் செய்யாமல் ஸ்டேரிங்ஐ திருப்பி சரியான வேல்யு வருமாறு வைத்து பிரிண்ட் எடுக்க முயற்சி செய்தனர். ஆனால் நான் கவனித்து கண்டித்ததனால் இதை சரி செய்ய வேறு வழி இல்லை என்று கூறினர். வேண்டுமானால் முன் பக்க இரண்டு வீல்களையும் மாற்றி போட்டு பார்க்கலாம் என்று கூறி மாற்றினர். பின் வண்டி ஓட்டி பார்க்கும் போது சரியாக இருந்தது. ஆனால் அவர்கள் ரிப்போர்ட்டில் வீல் அலைன்மெண்ட் டன் என்று கையெழுத்து வாங்கிக்கொண்டனர். 2 நாட்கள் சரியாக இருந்து சென்னை வந்த பின் மறுபடியும் அதே பிரச்சனை ஆரம்பித்தது.

                        மறுபடியும் ரெனோ ஓ எம் ஆர் சென்னை கொண்டு சென்றேன். வீல் அலைன்மெண்ட் பார்த்த போது ஏற்கனவே இருந்ததை விட அதிகமான அளவு தவறாக இருந்தது. ஆனால் சர்வீஸ் மேனேஜர் அனைத்தும் சரியாக உள்ளது என்று கூறுகிறார். ஸ்டேரிங் ஓட்ட கடினமாக உள்ளது என்று கூறினேன். வேறு வண்டி ஓட்டி பார்க்க வேண்டும் என்று கூறி வேறு வண்டி வாங்கி ஓட்டி பார்த்த போது மிகவும் எளிதாகவும், ஒரு கையால் இயக்கும் அளவிலும் இருந்தது. பின் சர்வீஸ் மேனேஜர் ஓட்டி பார்த்து வேறு ஒருவருக்கு போன் செய்து வண்டி ஓட்ட கடினமாக இருக்கிறது. தீர்வு என்ன என்று கேட்டார். பின் ஸ்டேரிங் பக் செக் செய்யக்கூறினார். மெக்கானிக் செக் செய்து பிரச்சனை இல்லை என்று கூறினார். பின் சர்வீஸ் மேனேஜர் வண்டியை 2 அல்லது 3 நாட்களுக்கு சர்வீஸ் சென்டரில் விடுமாறு கூறினார். நான் அதற்கு பதில் சரி செய்யும் வரை வேறு வண்டி கொடுங்கள் என்று கூறினேன். ஆனால் அவர் மறுத்து விட்டார்.

                        கஸ்டமர் கேரிலும் இந்த வாகனம் வாங்கியதில் இருந்தது பிரச்சனையாக இருக்கிறது. வேறு புதிய வண்டி மாற்றிக்கொடுங்கள் என்றும் கூறினாலும் அவர்கள் பக்கத்தில் இருந்து எந்த பதிலும் இல்லை. புதிய காரை வாங்கி 3 மாதத்தில் அதை பிரித்து வேலை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றால் இதற்கு பதிலாக 2nd hand car வாங்கி இருக்கலாம். எனவே கார் வாங்குபவர்கள் தயவு செய்து ரெனோ க்விட் வாங்கும் முன் உங்கள் பணத்திற்கு ஏற்ற வண்டி இதுதானா என்று யோசித்து வாங்கவும். அல்லது மாருதி ஆல்டோ அல்லது ஹூண்டாய் இயான் போன்ற வண்டிகளை தேர்ந்தெடுங்கள். என்னைப்போல் வாங்கிவிட்டு வருத்தப்படாதீர்கள்.

                          My car duster hr 10 ab 0422 breakdown dated 08/12/2017, i call on renault customer care they toe my car and sent in renualt service center sonepar (Haryana). Till now today dated 16/12/2017 they (Sonepat service center) not serch any fault in my car and they are not told me that how many delivery time to my car. I ask to him for available me a standby car because i spent to taxi rs. 2000/- daily my house to office and other my local and offcial works are still pending. Due to all above i face a big loss faience (Rs. 50000/-daily) and physically and mentally.

                            Dear sir/ madam,

                            It is indeed unfortunate that you are not addressing the real issue to resolve the legitimate sales complaint, in spite of my repeated requests for the same.

                            I reiterate the relevant points once for your information and necessary action please. Also please refer to the mails appended below for your understanding.

                            The said vehicle was booked with advance on 20.09.2017, with 85% of the payment completed by 25.09.2017, and full 100% payment completed by 11.10.2017, with the assurance of delivery within diwali that is 18/19.10.2017, which was not met till even the end of october.
                            I verbally raised the issue with your sales team, of additional customer discount/ benefit of rs. 60, 000/- for the same model, that you were extending in november, which became payable to me as well. This was after having paid the 1st loan repayment emi on 05.11.2017, without of course the vehicle still not been delivered. I was assured that the same would be looked into at the earliest.

                            There was no revert from your end, in spite of repeated requests to address and resolve the issue, through the month of november, with the said vehicle remaining undelivered, wherein i documented my complaint through mail dated 28.11.2017.

                            I paid the 2nd loan repayment emi on 05.12.2017 with the said vehicle still not delivered, and the complaint unresolved. On 06.12.2017, i finally receive your delivery mail, wherein you refuse the additional discount/ benefit of rs. 60, 000/-, with the illegitimate pretext of having billed the vehicle in the month of october.

                            Now, please find below my legitimate claims, which i call upon you to discharge your obligations immediately, failing which i will be finally compelled to take recourse of available mechanism for consumer grievance redressal.

                            Rs.60, 000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only) as refund/ discount/ benefit, as extended by you in november 2017.

                            Penal interest @ 18% pa on the full payment received by you, calculated from 1st november 2017.

                            Compensation @ rs.500/- per day for each day of delay in delivery, calculated from 1st november 2017, till actual delivery after necessary resolution of complaint.

                            That i will instruct you to bill in october 2017, to get your delivery intimation in december 2017, with you refusing to extend the consumer offer of rs.60, 000, can be easily seen to be false and redundant, with the objective of refusing to discharge your legal commercial obligations.

                            I would once again request you to address the real issue, and resolve the complaint issue, without further delay, failing which i would be compelled to escalate the matter as per established protocol available to me as an aggrieved consumer.

                            This refers to the issue originally raised with you in november 2017 in respect of the complaint captioned above, recent telephonic discussions on the subject, and your delivery mail dated 06.12.2016 appended below.

                            Kindly note that your sincere apologies will not close the complaint/ issue that has been raised as per legal commercial norms.

                            As iterated earlier, please note the points below:
                            Date 20.09.2017 - you received payment of rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) on booking the renault duster amt model, on the verbal assurance of the vehicle to be delivered by diwali 2017, that 19.10.2017.
                            Date 23.09.2017 - loan from hdfc bank approved as per documented letter.
                            Date 25.09.2017 - you received payment of rs. 12, 26, 921/- (Rupees twelve lac twenty six thousand nine hundred twenty one only) as disbursement from hdfc bank in my favour, as per documented letter.
                            Date 11.10.2017 - you received balance payment in full of rs. 1, 79, 560/- (Rupees one lac seventy nine thousand five hundred sixty only) totaling full payment of rs. 14, 11, 481 (Rupees fourteen lac eleven thousand four hundred eighty one only).
                            Further, i have paid 2 installments of loan repayment emi of rs. 25, 635/- each on 05.11.2017 and 05.12.2017 respectively, with you having failed to deliver the car by october 2017.
                            However in november 2017, you have extended additional consumer offer of rs.60, 000/- on the same vehicle model that you been fully paid for, without having delivered the same.

                            Please note that you having billed the car in october 2017, is irrelevant in respect of this complaint/ issue, since you did not deliver the car in october 2017, hence not having completed the transaction on the same.

                            I hereby request and call upon you, to duly refund rs. 60, 000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only), as additional payment received by you, without further delay, before i need to escalate the matter further.                             Please note that i have not taken delivery of the said vehicle as yet.

                            I was encouraged to book immediately on my visit to your showroom on 20.09.2017, and all loan documentation completed immediately thereafter, for reasonably expected delivery of about a month. Loan was disbursed and balance payment made, completing full payment thereafter, as detailed in points above. I have also already borne the interest on the loan amount for more than 2 months already.

                            Much before your purported delivery date, i was shocked to find in your newspaper advertisements of additional discounts/ benefits of rs. 60, 000/- (Rupees sixty thousand) being given for renault duster amt, that is the same model i have booked and fully paid for, waiting for delivery from your end.

                            As would be fair, i would request you to kindly refund or extend benefit to the tune of rs.60, 000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only) along with immediate delivery of the said vehicle.

                              This is to inform you that my father have booked renault climber 1.0 from kolkata south branch. The representative named booked and took a cheque of rs. 10000. On 30th november, in evening 6pm he took another rs 10000 cheque for booking. The branch was closed at 5 pm. On next day morning, we decided to cancel the booking and called that representative morning 8 am to cancel the booking. According to the rule 1000 rs. Will be deducted from the total amount. But he is deducting 10000 rs from booking amount saying he already billed the amount, which is impossible. How he did he do the billing as the branch was already closed that day and bank was closed too. This is a huge fraud. My father went to the branch today with cancellation application and wanted to talk to the manager. The manager did not even meet him and that representative extremely misbehaved with my father saying that they have decided and they will be deducting rs. 10000. This is fraud, you cannot take someone's hard earned money.

                              This is to inform you that after I reported this complaint against fraud in cancellation refund money. A lady from Kolkata, West Bengal (South Branch) Renault Office called my father and extremely misbehave and threatened that why we lodged this complaint? My father gave a cheque on 30th November evening after 6 pm and the very next day we called the representative Saquir Khan and cancelled the booking on morning first hour. How the billing happened ? Instead of being apologetic now my father is getting rude and threat call. Another horrible incident happened, One person called my father in evening with Phone number : [protected] and told that they are ready to refund and asked my father to share My father's Debit Card / Credit Card number . This is definitely a scam call but how they got my father's contact number ? As per your rules and regulations all refund payments will be done in cheque. That person also asked my father to share my creadit/debit numbers if he is not using any? And this harassment continued . I am requesting you to look in this matter urgently.

                              Today I received one email from Kolkata South Branch stating that the car was billed on their DMS System. How the car was billed on DMS System before receiving the money. This implies that the car was billed after we cancelled it. IS the DMS System an electronic system? If yes, then I want to know the time of billing.

                              My father gave the cheque to the representative Mr. Saquir Khan on 30th November in evening around 6 pm and on next day 1 December at 8 am in morning we informed him to cancel the booking. As per my knowledge your office was closed at 5 pm in evening. How this billing was completed? Show us what time on your DMS System you billed it ? Did you billed it after we informed that person to cancel the booking? Within one night after closing your office and next day before opening your office how did you do the billing. That means the billing was done after we requested to cancel. If you want to keep that Rs. 10000 by fraud, you are welcome do so but accept it. This is impossible scenario as per my calculations. But you are forcefully doing it as that representative (Saquir Khan) also shouted on my father saying Rs. 10000 will be deducted (though by that time at 8 am it was not at all possible) when we wanted to cancel the booking. This is the kind of professionalism we received. Good luck with your fraudulent business.

                              Today I received another email with Invoice details from their system.

                              The invoice will be valid if the cheque is cleared from bank. The invoice shows the date and time as 30th Novemeber, 18:57 . That representative Akram collected the cheque of Rs. 10, 000 from my father after 6 pm on 30th November and he went back to office from Central Kolkata to South Branch Kolkata within 45 minutes in rush office hours and did the billing . I was just wondering What kind of transportation he availed because from central kolkata to Mominpur South is really far and takes more than an hour in rush hours. Also as per my knowledge, the offices were closed by 5 pm. Just wondering why it was that rush to do it that evening as the cheque needed to be cleared from bank and the bank was closed too that day. I have another question is this mentioned in your terms and conditions that Rs.10000 will be deducted for cancellation.

                              If this invoice was already present there from 30th November, when my father went to the branch in person last week to meet the Branch Manager why that sales person Akram shouted at him, misbehaved and sent him back and did not let him talk to the Manager. Why he did not show my father this invoice that day. Why he called my father "A liar" ? And adamantly told him this is what they decided and it will be deducted no matter what, nothing can be done. If you are able to show the invoice now, why they could not show the invoice that day? Isn't it little unusual ?

                                Not getting proper services from your authorized services centers.
                                I own two renault vehicles lodgy and pulse,
                                Alway whenever i visit to your service center they try to make fool and also delay in services.
                                Problems faced in last one year are as follows.
                                1) after reparing work vehicle is pulling on one side of road. This issue was solved after third visit, but still its not properly done.
                                2) ac reparing not done properly, and was solved afte 3 to 4 visits.
                                3) wiper not properly working.
                                4) dicky lock issue, they dont have solution and answer for it. Still m suffering from that lock problem.
                                5) major issue, : during repairing engine was dissembled but now its not assembeld and mounted properly in body.
                                6) now they are asking for money for assembling it again. (How can they ask for money as its their fault)
                                7) they take long time for solving and repairing of cars and still they are not able to do it fully and properly,
                                This was about lodgy
                                8) now coming to issues regarding pulse
                                Once i had problem regarding overheating of engine so i visited service center, they told its fan issue, fan is not working and cant ber repaired so need to replace it, costing nealry 6000 to 7000. I agreed for that, this was fact of 2 months ago but still they have not got that fan order till date, its more than 2 months.
                                When i just checked nad find solution on youtube, i changed fuse and fan starts working normally.
                                Funny thing is that, this fuse cost me only 40 rupees,
                                Now look how they make us fool,
                                I have many more things to say.
                                Please i need explanation on these things, or lse i have another option of consumer court.

                                  I purchased renault kwid tn 33bl 3127 last year from renault showroom in erode.
                                  I have been waiting for 5 months, showroom workers didn't care much. So many workers, but they are delaying even small work.
                                  Last month i booked for 3th free service.
                                  They took my car and brought only after 4 days. Car was not properly cleaned inside.
                                  I got sms from service to pay bill 6500. After i called and fighted they send me other bill, for 3300.
                                  I was told that it is free service, how can they make bill like this?
                                  After few days woman from renault service in erode called and asked me feedback. When i started say some minus points she could not tolerate and talked really rudely.
                                  It is very bad experience with anamallai's renault erode. There is no free service here, just looting from the customers and worst unprofessional workers.

                                    I had renault duster car which i have lost in accident,
                                    And since the accident took place my car was at renault work shop parking.. Till i get my insurance cleared.. And that took around 8 months to get it cleared,
                                    All the time my car was there and i kept it there.. Because i trusted them., but by the time my car was there, they took off some car parts like ac pipe, switches, tape, etc more few things..

                                    So if we trust this kind of big company in india and let them run on our roads, and they doing this kind of fraud then we are happy with other cars no matter how better you make you car "renault"..

                                    I truly loved duster and i still do but what people in your company does for greed you loose your respect of being "passion of life"

                                    Requested to put eyes on your workshop departments and people working under it..

                                      I purchased Duster 31 May 2017 just six month back.There was issue with power steering just in six month so they changed the whole steering rack. When I took the delivery and coming back to home due to glitch in steering I met an accident.
                                      The car went to Okhla New Delhi go auto workshop ( never go there ).
                                      They promised me to deliver the car 1 Dec with in 15 days . My trip was plan on 5th December from Delhi to Goa by Car so all bookings had been done.
                                      Then they told me the car would be delivered by 5th Dec. I logged complain in Custemer service but the response is pathetic just like Renault
                                      As per them there is one part which is not available in India it was just wiring . They said it will come from France I asked them to share or show me tracking details .
                                      But they didn’t show me any details.
                                      My booking has been canceled I had to lose more than 50k as some bookings were not refundable.
                                      I just regret the day when I purchased a Renault car in place of Maruti/Hundayi

                                      Never ever trust Renault commitment they don’t know what is commitment and treat Customer as ### after purchasing Car

                                        Please be advised that i bought a 1.0 l renault kwid in january 2017 from gennext motors khanda colony, navi mumbai.

                                        The car performed as per my expectations for the first few months. After my first service, the car started developing squeaking noises from underneath and to my surprise the squeaking noises increased to the point of it coming inside the cabin and became very irritable, unbearable.

                                        Since my car was under warranty, i addressed this problem to the gennext service center situated in panvel. The senior person at that place took a trial and said to me "this was a common problem with kwid cars" and returned my car back to me with the squeaking sounds.

                                        I am very disappointed with the approach of the gennext personnel in not resolving the noises coming from underneath my car. It is really irritating driving a new car which generates so much noise.

                                        I bought this car only on renault's brand value and credibility but i am really disappointed renault has manufactured a car which has poor parts beneath which generating so much noise. I have owned cars in the past, but none of them had noises like the ones i am hearing in my kwid.

                                        I request you to please address my issue. I am not happy with his car's squeeking sounds.
