Dear sir/madam,
I complain about the renault representative and customer service in iran-tehran (Negin khodro) for unresponsive to the problem that has arisen for my car. The instrument panel of my car have shown the error of the gearbox overheating and check gearbox. It also works with noise when driving. Regardless of how many times i came to the customer service, no one is accountable.
You are kindly requested to take a decision to solve the issue of my car gearbox.
My car specifications are as follows:
Fluence 2014
Full-m4
Auto gearbox
Chassis: 282763
Some photo shown the mentioned errors are as attached.
Please deal with mentioned matter. I expect a reply from you.

You have used plastic oil in the Oil Chamber that is given to you, which is full of many risks, which are likely to worsen the car, wherever you are guarding it, do not worry but you lose the plastic chamber of the Guard and damage and annoy the customer. You are the business to deceive a customer. I have a quote in which I am afraid that the vehicle should be taken by him or not, Arun Singh Parmar Vadodara

    I was complain lodge mr pakaj kumar call to me that no [protected] unke duara mera atm no manga gaya fir uske baad fake transcation 3000 aur 1000 ki jise mujhe aur meri miss ko bevkuf banaya gaya jab account check kiya to no any amount creadit my account. Sir pls my problem solve than otherwise i am going to the court. I am not able to provide my atm card no withour atm card my problem solve

        Not yet resolved still under process. The vehicle is in service centre
        But it's more than 1 month but my vehicle problem persist
        How can you say it as resolved?
        As you have failed to repair it in 1 month
        I want to get my vehicle to be replaced.
        I don't want a vehicle which is been repaired frequently and still problem exist.
        When i have paid completely i deserve a car which is new and not faulty.

          Dear sir,
          We were purchase our car last year but engine of this has been damage and then we submit our car there before 2 month but after they replace the engine and 13 k extra from us. We give but in between they done electrical fault in my car and now rhey say that your battery has been damaged. You have to change this batteryby giving money but there is not our fault so why shoul i give money to change the battery. I become so tired from the renault service.
          Please help as early as possible.

          Sir,
          I m user of hr19am 7014, ramnaresh. I suit my car before two due to damage of engine after that i replace engine of my car my in 68 k. And in doing this they do electrical fault in battery and my not started yet. After that i again submit my car back they say that u have to replace this battery but when i not damag that battery then why i pay for it. That's not correct. When problem is your side then whiy i pay. I become so tired with he service of renault.
          Please help me as soon as possible. I request u.

            Requisition team taken the vehicle on tuesday dated 17.09.2017 at about 7.30 pm for hitting a dog with the vehicle but till now no information or any action taken by the service center bhubaneswar. Even the insurance team has not taken the proper action till now. Till now no information form the service center. But why they taken so much time for a minor rearing. And the service center service and management is not so good. Pl. Do the needful for early release of the vehicle.

              Dear sir/ma'm/manager,
              I, sanjay patel, have a your company's car model duster (Gj24k1047) with year dec-2012, engine no d008890, and vin meehsra36ca008475. My car had problems with jumpers, front wheel bearings and got time for full regular servicing. I have given my car for any kind of service in renault showrooms only every time (If you need details then i can provide). I did not face any issues since i bought this car even after all services except the last one.
              I handed over my car, for above mentioned problems with full service (Package of service annual maintenance contract), in the showroom of himmatnagar (Sk, gujarat) in the month of jul-2017 (Invoice date: 17-jul-2017; attached as well). The observer observed the car at that time and told me to change some parts. I told them to change the parts whichever required to be changed. My car was in the showroom for 4-5 days and then they gave me delivery. I took the car directly to the ahmedabad on that delivery day in the morning. Though i have strictly told to change the parts whichever required, still i found the problems like ac not working properly, one head light was off and vibrating of front wheels. I called the showroom poc immediately on the way and informed them about these problems. I gave back my car to the showroom on that day only in the evening. They kept my car for another 3-4 days and delivered after resolving those additional problems after first delivery. Though i informed about head light problems, the car had no eyes working (Both head lights off), i immediately informed again but the person told me that the wiring was local, we cannot touch. Is this the way of replying to costumers or is these the way that you are giving service to your costumers? I resolved this issue by myself as wanted my car at that time and i did not have time to give it into showroom.
              I drove my car around[protected] kms then and now i found another problems of engine and/or its oil indicator started blinking and lower control arm of front side started having itchy noises. I showed these problems to local garage to identify problems and the foreman told that the car's turbo got failed, engine's rings failed (To make new engine) and also told there was no oil in the car. And my car is now like salvaged and scrap. So could you please tell me, how the similar kind of service that you have given to me? I think you people are just making customers stupid to earn money. You guys thought like we got a customer in the name of scapegoat. Did you really? If no, then how could you do this kind of irresponsible work?
              The big concern from my side is, despite i told to change the parts whichever required, why did i face these many issues even after first service/second service. Despite i spent the amount of inr 81318, i did not get my car in the condition which i want. This is a big dissatisfaction from my side. I am going to complain this issue to the consumer court this monday and even if i did not satisfied then i will also take the necessary actions further to shut down your showroom.

                I am harender yadav and i have a renault duster car 85 ps car registration number is hr 26 cu 9645. I am gear stuck problem from last four months than i go to your service centre ncr renault kataria chowk than they will the clutch cylinder in warranty but today i will face the same problem and i go to the service centre today service team tell me car clutch burnt and flywheel also damage so we need to replace the clutch. And cost for this part is 35000 inr. I bought this car in 22 january 2016 & my car is run 41000 km only. Why the clutch burnt is so early or i also facing this problem four months ago. And in my car many many part replace after 6 months of my purchasing. This time also part manufacturing defect according to my experience. And i asking the service manager please provide me the service history of my car he denied and tell me this is not our policy to provide you the vehicle history. Please do the nessessory action and revert me.

                    Renault service centre people always fools their customers. This company is not to be trusted anymore. When my car was in warranty, service centre manager said all the parts are fine working and as soon as the warranty expired he made a bill of 1.5l and made a report about like 10 parts which needs to be changed, i mean seriously? A car's parts are so much wear and tear that they get damaged like this soon! Frauds these people are. And helpline is doing nothing except for saying we have forwarded your feedback. Duh!

                      Good day sir/madam

                      Myself kuljinder singh from patiala, punjab. I had given my accident car to renault jalandhar branch on 02-september-2017 and survey for the car was done on 07-september-2017 by surveyor appointed by the insurance company. The required spare parts for the car had already been ordered on 11-september-2017 as said by technical manager. Till now my car is in same state as handed over to renault jalandhar branch by me. Till now nothing has been done on my car. Whenever i called to renault jalandhar branch everytime they told me that we will start work on car today. I am not sure it is due to less man power or due to more work load at renault jalandhar branch. It's already been 20 days since i had given my car for repair works to renault jalandhar branch and till date the work has not been started on my car. Kindly have a look into this matter and do the needful.

                        I am the proud owner of renault duster since jan 2013, residing in bangalore. Unfortunate, i met with an accident on 8th june 2017 & my duster was hurt badly, saving me completely. Since trident auto enterprises, are the only one authorised dealer of renault in bangalore, i dropped my duster @ renault mysore road (Trident mysore road branch) on 10th june 2017 (Job sheet no. 26409 dt 10/06/17) for the repair. The estimate was done on 13th june 2017 for a whopping value of rs. 4, 86, 352/- & further informed that the estimate is done on a higher level & assured for a lesser final bill amount. With repair cost on a higher end, i had to go for my insurance claim. To add to my misery, the repair was postponed to july 1st 2017 citing gst implementation from the govt.
                        The repair went on for a long period and with less response from the dealer. The final bill was done on 31st aug 2017 (Invoice no servbajg[protected] for a much higher value of rs. 5, 20, 042/-. Till date, the difference in the amount has not be explained. Further, the claim amount has still not been processed till date from the dealer.
                        I insisted on a test drive, as the impact was on the higher side & was not proposed from the dealer.
                        On the day of test drive (16th sept 2017), only driver accompanied, who had no knowledge of the repair. There was no one to attend our complaints, after a much wait, i left disappointed.

                            Subject: complaint against the accessories not given in new car purchased on 30th june’17 till now.

                            Dear sir,
                            This is to inform you that i had purchased a car vide invoice no a4wpl/ri/135/17-18 dated 30.06.2017 from m/s aphrodite 4wheels private limited, adityapur (Model: kwid rxt 1.0 sce optional chassis no. Meebba007gc449869). They had promised to provide accessories of rs 19000/-. They did not provide accessories at the time of delivery of the car saying that right now it is not available in our stock and after few days we will provide it preferably in a week.

                            I and also my father made several follow up over phone and personal visit twice with my car till now regarding the accessories fitting in my car with mr. Anirudh contact no. [protected], he informed us and given several date to complete it but every time they given next date and we are awaiting for the same. Mr. Anirudh also sent some massage to complete the task but failed to do so till now. I don’t know why your people are harassing us after taking full money for the same. It was your duty to provide all the accessories at the time of delivery itself.

                            Now i personally feel that they do not want to provide the accessory and harassing us like anything even after taking full money for that.

                            Therefore, i request to you please complete my work immediately without further delay or else you may refund my money for the accessories immediately.

                            I further informed you that reduced price due to gst were also not credited to my account till now.

                              I got a problem with my fuel indicator.. Even if i fill the fuel tank to it's full capacity, the indicator shows it's just above half a tank... It makes trouble while i fill fuel and i am not being able to calculate the fuel i used or the quantity of fuel to be filled... So i want to get this problem resolved...2nd service is on 10, 000 kms, i have just 7000 kms now...

                                I purchased duster in the month of april 2017, the vehicle they have given me was defected from day one.ac is defective, door glass is making noice once you use it under body notice and break noice. I had given the vehicle for repairing on 2000kms but they were unable to resolve the problems. And i have marked a mail to renault customer care but they are also sleeping over it.
                                Pls suggest if there is any other way out.

                                  मैं यतीश सिंघई मेरे पास dustar है जिसकी सर्विसिंग मैंने khatwani motors मैं 10/09/17 को कराई सर्विसिंग के बाद से मेरी गाड़ी मैं चलते हुए बन्द हो जाती है जिसकी complant लेकर मैं khatwani motors आया हु यह पर कोई नही है जो मेरी complant सुन सके क्या आपकी company गाड़ी sale करने के बाद किसी प्रकार की सर्विस नही देती है अब यदि कोई renault company की कोई भी गाड़ी के बारे मे मेरे से पूछेगा तो मैं कभी भी इस company की गाड़ी लेने से मना कर दूँगा

                                    I have been mistreated by
                                    Mr. Shivam service manager in renault aseem autos pvt ltd yamunanagar. He has no sense how to speak with the customer. He totally spoiled renault image in my mind. Now i understand why your cars are less in market irrespective of their quality it is due to such type of staff.

                                    Please just give a strict notice to mr. Shivam. Hope you will look into the matter.

                                    Also i am going to complain for that in every website possible.

                                      I use to give service regularly to your renault dealer mysore
                                      M/s vidhatri motor pvt ltd and from last 2 service they are insisting to change all the parts which are in good condition and on 07/09/2017
                                      I had given vechile for regular service and i told service advisor just regular checkup and service he accepted my vechile.
                                      Around 10.30 am he called over phone stating that vechile suspension has to replace and its oil is leaking and i told dnt not to replace wait until i check it and i went their and i checked their was no leak and he argues it is inside the suspension u cant see.
                                      I warned him and told him that i have to complaint renault and he doesnt bother about it and again he is tell me to replace the vechile suspension..
                                      Renault plz look into this type of issue or other wise renault will lose the market..

                                        I had booked duster cvt red color on 14th july. I was promised the vehicle first in a week, then in 4 weeks and then subsequently was told that the production schedule has come and i shall get the vehicle on in first week of september. It is already 15th septemeber and i do not have the vehicle. The price of the car has increased due to cess and yesterday the sales rep told me that he has no idea when the vehicle will come. The reason i booked duster over some other vehicles in the same category is that 1) price was lower post - gst 2) i was promised the vehicle in 1 week initially and then 4 weeks.

                                        Now i am in such a poor situation. Having faced so much inconvenience for two months, i still have no idea when i will get the vehicle and that too i will have to pay 70, 000 more than what i booked the vehicle for. I have booked many cars in past, but never ever faced such problems with any company other than renault india!
