Dear sir/madam

As i had purchased a new renault kwid rxl-2017 model bearing chessis no. Meebba001hb548579 on[protected] from nagshanti autocars llp, udyambag, khanapur road, belgaum. Aginst a invoice raised by the dealer bearing no. 606 dated 28 feb 2018. I was given an offer of free comprehensive insurance on purchase of 2017 model vehicle for which the insurance value would be 16052.00 (In words sixteen thousand fifty two only). But at the time of delivery my car was insured but at the premium value of rs. 8969.00 (In words eight thousand nine hundred sixty nine only) for which a policy bearing no. 3001/hi[protected]/00/000 was given.

Now i would like to know from the concerned person why i was given a policy amounting to 8969.00 when i was promised to be given a policy worth 16052.00 according to order booking form.

Please take the matter into consideration as soon as possible and find a best way of solution for it as it has already taken too long time to consider the case in local showroom and please don't give me a chance to claim it from the court of law.

    I think it would be first car in indian market which comes with plastic engine oil chamber and that too at very front of face of the car (Which is first point of collision at every speed breaker). I couldn't understand when i did broke my car's engine oil chamber without knowing about it and i had to 4000 rs unnecessarily. I think this cheap tactics from renault to send customers service centers more often and pay for their mistakes.
    Also built quality is very poor as if there is any dent nothing will happen to other car but kwid will lost hugely.
    I will never recommend a renault car to anyone.

    I will share broken chamber's snaps as i get them back from service center.

    Very-very sad feeling.

    I have messaged my contact details but I don't know how you will assist with plastic engine oil chamber (placed front of the car to face each and every speed breaker the car goes through) and sub-standard built quality (metal sheet of which car is made is very-very thin and damaged very easily.

      Sir, i have duster having engine no e034681 and chasis no meehsraw5d7032794 and reg no br06aj3901.
      One small part that is only cap of engine is needed. I have requested on last seven days to solve and i told it is available at jamshedpur. But till date there is no response.
      It is not expected the company like renault.

        I dr. Kalyani, purchased a renault duster 4wd in july 2016, from anna salai, chennai. Vehicle no tn 05 bf3638. Service station anna salai, chennai. Since then every month i am facing a lot of problems with your vehicle. No permanent solution been done so far. More than 10 time i have given service for the problem of fuel indicator gauze which shows full, which cause a lot of stress while driving and especially going for long trip. If anything happens to me due to this company only responsible for such incidents/accidents. I request you to take immediate attention to rectify this issue. I made a lot of complaint in this regard. Your management is very much negligent. Do pay immediate attention.

          Hello sir
          i am anand mishra a responsible citizen of our country. i have owned a car renault kwid. But few days ago my car meet with a accident due to which both side of the car is damaged. i droped my car at the warehouse and provide all the information they needed.and the person thier told they stating working on it in upcoming days finished that in 1 week but after 5 days a get a call using abusive language aginst me the name is sumit aggarwal. and they told they can only provide the claim over right side of the car. But i ask him why they do that then he talk like that he need bribe to do that.right now my car is standing in the workshop. and also on the purchase date of my car i insist the sales manager of RENAULT that i don't want the insurance of BAJAJ ALLIANZE but they forced me by saying that its a zero deb. insurance you get all and any kind of claim that you needed any time. But right know i am feeling very sad by seeing the action of company of renault and insurance both towards me so kindly try to resolve the case as soon as possible. my car no is UP78 EV 3129

          thank you for your support . i revived a call from Renault and finance sector to but they are saying the same that they cannot do any thing so i decided to get my car back from the warehouse without any work on it from their and going to fix it through any private shop. But i want to know why should they always try to give the insurance of a private company while there are nationalize insurance company. That's ridiculous.

            I have purchased a new renault kwid rxt (O) petrol on 27.11.2016 bearing chassis no: meebba000g8396953, engine no: e097699 and the same was registered as vehicle no: tn 03 t 8748 under hypothecation with nissan renault fin ser i private limited.

            From the date of delivery the vehicle has undergone many services due to failure of horn, engine noise, pick up issues, break failure and leak in engine oil, etc,. The vehicle was purchased only before 7 months, however had left service for more than 4 times.

            On 10.06.2017, i had travelled to coimbatore to attend a marriage function. On that day, around 10.30 a. M., a sudden fire was burst and smokes were oozed out from the front bonnet. I was shocked and immediately stopped the vehicle on the highway near avinasi road, next to udupi hotel. I have immediately informed the same to the roadside assistance by dialing[protected] and have also informed the highway patrol.

            One sekar from tvs auto assist (India) limited had come and towed the vehicle to the nearby renault service center and my vehicle was attended by one shudhan. It is found that the engine along with certain parts was found in molten state due to such fire accident.

            The attendant informed me that fortunately i did not turn on the air conditioning, which saved in emerging of fire inside the vehicle that saved our lives. However, till date, i was not informed the cause/reason of fire in the vehicle.

            I was also informed that the change in engine and other parts damaged in such incident is required for functioning of vehicle. It is to be noted that the said vehicle was purchased only before 7 months but had undergone several services due to manufacturing defects and failure of parts one by one.

            I did not want to change the engine and other parts that may affect the efficiency of the vehicle and may not be guaranteed in long run. But the engine was changed without my permission on july 2017 and still i'm not receiving original copy of ripl.

            I'm not getting proper response from both thirupure anamali service center and also from khivraj renault chennai.

            I was given my original rc book to khivraj renault chennai on november 2017 to update the engine number. But still i'm not getting any response from both anamalais service center and khivraj renault chennai.

            The above complaint get resolved after many follow ups but now again my engine got changed and the dealer did not shared the technical report. As a customer i should know why the engine got changed again but when i asked my service manager he said he'll not share the report usually. If he'll not share those report then who is my point of contact and who'll share those report. He ask me to give RC book to change the engine number but without knowing what was the problem in new engine and why it has been changed again i cannot give my RC book. Even how RTO will change the engine without technical report. Please help me to sort out this issue earlier. I feel so bad after purchasing this car. Most of time it's in service center only. I feel so frustrated i thought i made a big mistake while choosing the brand and dealer.

              Manufacturing defect of renault duster cvt rxs
              1. I am mr n m thomas and i purchased cvt rxs from renault calicut, tv sundaram iyengar and sons, mavoor rd, calicut -673004 on 04 jan 2018.
              2. Within a span of one month, i started observing ' clinging' sound from the rt door. This complaint was reported to the service manager at the time of first service on 05 mar 2018 and the same still persists, though they have agreed to rectify the same (Pls note :- i got a reply from the service centre that "such noises happens in suv model").
              3. Break failure. During many occasions, i experienced 'break failure' during morning hours and once while going down a slope in the noon hours. It is pertinent to mention here that an important feature of a vehicle is the break system. This is year 2018 and if i have to apply break by 'pumping model' like in early 'fifties' like heavy vehicle or willy's jeeps, i think that there is no point in calling duster cvt rxs a new generation vehicle.
              4. Apart from this, i also observed the 'abs led' was on, once when applied breaks and was 'lit' till the vehicle was switched off.
              5. The above anomalies shows that, your firm has given me a faulty vehicle and hence you are requested to take back the veh and deliver me a new and a properly functioning vehicle, as my vehicle after traversing just 2880 km, shows such major anomalies.
              6. An early action is solicited and a positive reply is awaited.

                1. I am n m thomas and i purchased renault duster cvt rxs from renault calicut, tv sundaram iyengar and sons pvt ltd, mavoor rd, calicut-673004, and the vehicle was delivered to me on 04 jan 2018.in the booklet supplied to me at the time of delivery of the vehicle (Media-nav-evolution) it is mentioned that the map have to be updated within a period of 90 days for doing it free of cost. Noone from the showroom had informed me abt this facility at the time of delivery. I am not aware of this facility and while going through the booklet today (03 apr 2018) it is noticed that this facility will have to be updated with in 90 days to avail the maps free of cost. Today when my son contacted the showroom manager of renault calicut, and discussed abt this, he informed that the facility is not available in cvt rxs and to avail this facility, i have to pay an amount of₹15000/-. This is a clear case of cheating the customer. Hence it is requested to provide this facility of maps as guaranteed in the booklet.

                  I am the owner of renault kwid bearing registration number tn 72 bc 7880. I have purchased the same from a. R. A. S., tirunelveli in tamilnadu. My vehicle is being maintained by the above dealer only and even just weeks back my vehicle was serviced by the above dealer for completion of 30, 000kms on road. While so, yesterday 30.03.2018 i happened to move to nanguneri with my family. On the move i was terribly shocked to feel that the accelerator of my vehicle failed. With no other go i stopped my vehicle in middle of the national highways road. Then i found that my car was even unable to start. Left with no other go i made a call to a. R. A. S., tirunelveli who was just 20 kms apart from where i was held up but in turn they refused to attend to my complaint that they will attend to calls only within 7km radius and advised me to call road assistance in[protected] who in turn answered that they could attend me only after 2 hrs. I was held up just 20 kms. Apart from tirunelveli and 2 hrs. Time for road assistance to attend me was really against natural justice. Then i waited for a period of 3 hrs. And since nothing surfaced left the place abandoning my vehicle. From the acts and deeds of the dealer a. R. A. S., tirunelveli and road assistance its quiet clear that you are not interested to maintain customer relationship with your customers. It is pertinent to note that private workshops are also at par equipped like you and is also ready to lend assistance 24 hrs. But on the other hand you meant to say that you can afford only regular services at high cost and quality but not responsible for any breakdowns irrespective of which ever place it might me. I am an advocate by profession and if this is the case with me then i could’nt imagine the quality of service which you would be rendering for a lay man. Kindly necessary action be taken and be informed to me at the earliest nor i would have to challenge your callous act before court of law and i would be thrust to expose your callous act to the general public.

                    I'm using 1.0amt since 1 year. I have long list of problems regarding car.
                    The ""plastic ""oil pan of car results in damage n engine get seized due to that plastic material. It results in 50000rs loss in this situation neither company nor insurance take responsibility.
                    2nd problem is the magical behaviour of car I said it because in drive mode running car changes D"" into N" and car stops suddenly on the way.such a bad behaviour it can results in acccident also.
                    3rd problem is regarding milage company said 24kmpl but in reality it's 16 to 17kmpl.
                    Company plays blind games with customer.
                    I request u to give proper n metallic oil pan.
                    Through the company .and gives the solution to all above problems. Thanks

Kamble was a manager to service station but problem not queered and kamble told me this problem is not quirable then i appear nashik service station but they are not proper guide to me then i appear ahmednagar service station 3 to 4 time and on dated 05/09/2017, 24/05/2017, 21/11/2017 ahmednagar service station told me timer cover, dumper pulley modified are necessary but on that day concern service station are not quired the same problem and told me appear some days then after some days i appear along with my care nagar service station on 05/09/2017 and on that day concern service station to service my car and told me problem is quired and change the dumber pulley and timing... But said problem was not quired then after some months i appear aurangabad service station and told details our service advisor gopal and also general manager sagar shinde and they are service my car and on that day i paid service amount and return to my house but immediately very next day that problem shown to me my car engine then after i appear along with my car to our aurangabad service station and told my car problem to mr. Sagar shinde i. E. Manager and kept my car 3 to 4 days our aurangabad service station then i approach to receive to my car and at that time i meet to mr. Sagar shinde and gopal and he told me problem will be quired then i came my house and immediately very next day that problem also shown to my care and immediately contact to mr. Shind and he promised to me sir after 23 march 2018 care sent to service station i quired our problem.
                        Sir i am suffering last 2 to 3 years from my car problem but non of the taking seriously and not quired my car problem it is very serious and to harass the customer. If major problem are going on then it is dangers to my life it is mandatory duty of our company to quired my care engine problem if failed i will take legal action against our company. This is my complaint. So i request so please quired my car duster car engine problem i kept and save time to time contact to our service station and also toll free numbers recording and documents to be saved my office.

                          My vehicle is in under warranty and around 6000 km run out in those periods and last month a sounds came out from engine side and they dismantle the engine o/h in full conditions after delivered the vehicle, asking payment and i ask how can its possible? The service manager saying they claimed in under insurance claim so you have to settle the deperision amount. Around 11000 rupees
                          So please kindly gave a suggestions for these issue and i am army person please don't treat like this. Expecting a good support. Still my vehicle is in service center i didn't took the vehicle from there without any solutions.

                            Its my bad luck i purchased your car renault kwid no. 7699 its my worst day i give my car on service on your rama road service center.
                            Driver come to my door step to pick my car i mention him 2 major issue 1. My batery and 2. One of my fog lamp is not working.
                            My service incharge is ashwini he told me that my breakbecame old and some other lil bit isue i asked him prices and order him to change that

                            They drop my vehicle to my place i m not their at tht tym. And i payed him ful amount when i reached my home i checked my vehicle everythinv is fine but fog lamp is still not working but i called ashwini regarding this. So he told my wiring is burn and new wiring wil cost around 10k to me... But when my car is work place he disnt told anything like that.
                            And second issue is i chdcked my petrol points (2points) when driver picked my vehicle nd when he drop only 1point is showing in neter but when i drive my car jusy in 2k. M my car comes in resver nd rana road is just 15-17 k. M to my house. I raise this isue to thier senior kuldep as well he also maks some lame excuses in front me... Plz pay your attention towards my issue

                            Petrol issue is not fake i m before after pictures in my phone. But images is too lafge for here

                              I dr. S. Kalyani, purchased a reynalt duster 4wd tn 05 bf 3638 from your show room, khivraj pearl, anna salai, chennai in 2006, since the time of the delivery of the vehicle i am facing frequent problem s. Recently last week i had given for fuel indicator problem which shows frequently full indication even i half tank and also not filling fuel. With this condition i am not able to take the vehicle anywhere. I am facing a great trouble. Take this issue seriously and do some permanent solution.

                                My brother bought a new duster car on 2/3/16 registration number hr12ab/ 3805. Vin no meehsraw5g109380 my brother also purchased extended warranty which he paid 15000 rs approx. I and my brothe was shocked when he run car and it sudden off. My brother can not understand whats happended my brother immediately call renault call renault helpline they told we are providing crane service to toe duster car to drop on rohtak service station my brother and my family also with us. After two days i try to find out what happened in my car. The service executive told my brother that it is a engine problem btt renault denoyed warranty why our car warranty is denied by renault if they deny we will take a legal action & friend i suggest you that please dont buy anything from renault as this is fourth time that my car suddenly off toe to the service centre

I have done my regular servicing on 12_03_2018 & on 14_03_2018 time belt has broken suddenly that causes engine fail now renault is asking me to pay rs. 235000 for repair without having any fault of mine.                                     I have a 110 rxz duster 2013 dec model.
                                    Since the starting i am facing the clutch hardness issue due to which car has been sent to the service center multiple times.
                                    But no permanent solution has been given till date.
                                    And now as the car crossed 47k kms, they are asking to replace the clutch assembly which is said to cost around 70k rs by the advisor.
                                    I have good driving habbits, my other cars go around a lac kms before getting the clutch assembly changed that too only the clutch plates and pressure plates.
                                    These people are saying to change the flywheel as well which seems too strange.

                                    I have already diverted many people from buying duster and asked them to look for other options.
                                    Not at all recommendable car.

                                      I bought kwid amt mh496012 from unnati vehicles, nagpur in january 2017 and since then the car has been sent to the service centre for about 8-10 times. Theres always a manufacturing default may it be cooling or accelerator or the gear shifting button. It always takes at least 4-5 days for the repair which causes immense inconvenience to me. This time there was accelerator issue and the car did not even move and i got stuck in the middle of the road, the car was towed to body shop and now they are saying it will take more 4 days to get the part. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and the vehicle unit too, i want a replacement for the unit as there are many manufacturing defaults. Kindly revert back as this is not what i expected from renault because i already own a fluence and its service is good.

                                        I have purchased the car from renault mysore road bangalore

                                        As per the article from cartoq.com handling charges are illegal in india.

                                        But i have paid 3.5k at the time of registration. I would like get a refund of 3500 rupees at the earliest.

                                        I contacted showroom & customer relationship manager (Sheril) for the refund. She refused to pay the money back to me stating we are not paying. Do what ever u want!
