I was Purchase Renault Kwid RXL Petrol Car On Date- 14/4/2016. As Per Company Price List Insurance Amount Rs- 21793. But As Per RTO Rules For Registration Process, Third Party Insurance Compulsary. but Ranault Co. Compulsary made full package insurance . There Is a serious matter. Reliance General Insurance Tie up With Renault co. I was Request For Only Third Party Insurance. But Renault sales Executive Not Agree For Third Party Insurance. Renault company Recovered extra money. ( Jigar R Patel )

    Dear sir/madam,

    I, undersigned mr. Kaushik a. Datar have bought the renault duster explorer edn. On february 14, 2016 for rs. 12, 70, 000/. We had the first servicing in first week of march 2016.


    Within few days that is on march 25, 2016 we faced some wiring problem in the
    Car while driving on highway. We lodged a complaint regarding the same. To our surprise the part which was detected as faulty had no replacement that time as it was not available at the service center. After 4 to 5 days our car was repaired and the faulty wiring was changed. Still we did not get any glimpse of the faulty part or the new part that was repaired even when requested.


    Secondly while on the way to nasik on april 18, 2016 we faced another technical problem. There was sudden and continuous noise from the engine. We went to the renault service center at nasik for resolving the issue. They assured the problem was resolved and while coming home from the showroom the noise started again. What a service and co-operation!!! They had not even had the car washed until we asked to do it.


    Then we lodged a complaint again against nasik service center and sent the car to kolhapur service center of renault. It took almost 3 days to resolve the problem. We were really upset that how a brand new car of such a renowned company can have so many technical problems within a month or two???


    And this was not enough as we faced the same wiring problem again on may 13, 2016. We also faced pick up problem, the car was not speeding up. We also have snaps regarding the same. How many time we are supposed to lodge a complaint and repair the car again and again?


    Please tell us why should we recommend or even show the car to any of our relatives or friends after going through such terrible experience? Trust me we were so proud to own the car but now we cannot express how shameful it is when such problems are occurring again and again in brand new car. It’s really awkward. This was not expected from company like renault.


    This is not worth for the money what we paid for the car. That is really highly disappointing. If it would have been 2-3 years and then such problems have occurred then anyone can understand. But within two months the car is having the technical problems repetitively is not at all justifiable.


    Why should not we take legal action against you?

      I booked a renault duster 85 ps - rxz - 12th march 2016
      Booking ref: fed/9/2069, choice of color is orange or green.
      At first i was told march end, then it became mid april, then end of april, then mid may, now possibly end of may and to add now they are not sure.

      Can someone help in contacting the head office, this is total unprofessional.
      The amt which was launched 2-3 weeks back is already being delievered, and the original 85 ps - rxz no sign of delivery.

        A thoroughly upset and angry customer due to pathetic customer care
        My name is p j k chaturvedi and i am the owner of renault duster rxl diesel purchase in august 2012 bearing registration number tn 19 h 4042.
        I am listing down chronological account of my experience with renault mount road.
        5th may 2016, thursday – afternoon: visit the above service center. The rear gate of the vehicle needs to be attended. Which the concerned person one mr. Abhilash (Mobile #[protected]) said will have to be replaced. He also said that the part is not available, and it would have to be indented which would take a week at the most to be received. It was agreed once the part is received mr. Abhilash will inform me.
        Days passed no information from mr. Abhilash, called him up, sent a text message, with no response. Once he responded, with no definite answer.
        13th may 2016, friday – finally could get in touch with abhilash, and he said that please leave the car on 17th may 2016 tuesday morning at the workshop, and it would be delivered within 4 working days.
        17th may 2016, tuesday: after driving for 4 hours and 30 minutes covering only 38 km i reached the service station around noon time. To my surprise mr. Abhilash was on leave and apparently he had also not left any instruction with any of his colleagues regarding my coming there, and the required repair.
        Finally mr. Dinesh (Mobile # [protected]) came forwarded to assist me. After a bit of wait, he said let us go to the car, and while i moved to the car in the rain which was fairly heavy, he under the protection of an umbrella decided to have a chat with some one sitting in the car which had just drove in, so much for customer care.
        Then the car was inspected, process for insurance claim was completed, where mr. Dinesh was very nice. Then the car inventory was taken, since the rear gate was damaged it could not be opened, so he said i cannot say whether the tool kit is there or not. (So i had to leave the existence or non-existence of the tool kit to the mercy of the service station people).
        I was given repair order copy # nil dated[protected], with the promised date of delivery[protected] @ 5pm.
        There after called up and sent the text to dinesh to get an update on the status. Needless to say did not get proper answer.
        20th may 2016, friday - called up to confirm the delivery on saturday, and got a reply saying that the part has still not arrived, and was told that it was due to reach by 3pm on friday, and thus now the car will be delivered on 23rd may 2016, monday. Point to remember is that this part was due to be indented by abhilash on 5th may 2016 and it was due to be received by 12th may 2016 ie within a week. But as i it turned out to be the part was not indented by abhilash at all. And i assume mr. Dinesh possibly started the processes.
        23rd may 2016, monday - called up mr. Dinesh to confirm the time of delivery, when he drops a bombshell, stating that the part has still not come.
        Now my concerns, anger, difficulty etc:
        • i stay at guduvancherry which is 40 km outside the city so commuting without the vehicle is a problem.
        • even while i had the car since the gate could not be opened going into hotels, offices, malls etc was an issue because the luggage space could not be checked.
        • i had to reschedule my outstation travel by car from an earlier date to early morning of 24th may 2016, tuesday. This was done with a buffer of two days.
        • now what do i do, mr. Dinesh says that he will deliver the car by 8:00pm on 23rd may 2016, monday. I get worried, the work that they claim will take 3-4 days to be completed, how will they do it 8-10 hours’ time. As it is the work quality is not the best, with this what will they give me? God only knows.
        • it really does bother me, that for an international brand and an iconic brand, this is what we get. There seems to be no care for customer, adherence to schedules is they are least bothered. Because while waiting there you do see the anger of the people for not maintaining the delivery schedules. And this experience is constant. What bothers me is that the company is very happy to increase the sales, but are not prepared to improve and expand their service facilities in terms of staffing and locations.
        • once the customer has bought the vehicle, it is pain to give and get the vehicle after any kind of service or repair.
        • i really appreciate the guts, when you put up that add asking whether you would recommend to other. I think my experience gives you an answer to it.
        • it is worrying factor that there seems to be no proper procedures, systems etc, otherwise how can the experience be so pathetic.
        I would like to hear from you that how are you going to take care of my concerns and ensuring that the vehicle is delivered on 23rd may 2016 monday by 8:00pm. With good quality of work.
        Failing which i may decide to escalate it further, to any level that is required. Do not damage your products pride and reputation by your careless and callous attitude.

          I've given my car for servicing three days ago and haven't got any response or update from the work shop. Whereas, i was assured of delivery by that very day's evening.
          I get a cold reply for each of the hundred calls that i make them every day.

            I would like to raise a complaint for the vehicle, renault duster, i
            Purchased on 05/04/2016. Within 20 days, i began to experience the
            Following problems related to the vehicle:

            1. On 25/04/2016, car stopped in middle of the road, its has been
            Picked up in lorry and taken for service. This happened at
            Kallambalam. They picked the vehicle in morning and got it delivered
            At evening.

            Issue reported from service center: ic spoiled.

            2. On 13/05/2016, power steering stopped in the middle of main road.
            This happened when i was travelling with my family to madurai. My
            Family was with me that includes my parents, wife and kids. At 7pm
            This happened. The people who were standing there helped to shift the
            Vehicle from main road. Suddenly we informed the customer service,
            They picked the vehicle next day morning and they took another one day
            To deliver the vehicle after repairing. We had to stay the whole day
            In one hotel waiting for the vehicle to get it delivered. I have
            Uffered a great deal of personal hardship and emotional distress.

            Issue reported from service center: after they checked the vehicle at
            Ervice center, they told that there is no problem.

            3. On 15/05/2016, at high range, while taking u turn at thekkady, the
            Clutch broken and the liver went down. This incident happened at
            5:30pm, no one was there to help us to move the vehicle to the road
            Ide. We managed to move the vehicle some how.Informed the customer
            Care and they reached to pick the vehicle at 12:30pm. Till that time i
            Was waiting in the road with my family. The place was unknown to me
            And no body was there to help us.

            Issue reported from service center:

            Service invoice:

            I was very excited to purchase your product, but my experience has
            Turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with
            Your product. I would appreciate it if you could organise to replace
            The vechicle or refund the amount. As i am sure you can appreciate, i
            Rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this
            Problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.

            I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the
            Matter is not satisfactorily resolved at the earliest, i will consider
            Taking further action to resolve the complaint through consumer court.

              Hi,

              I would like to raise a concern regarding the service with renault kwid showroom located at kailash colony, new delhi. Car is booked in the name of gagan deep.

              Renault kwid delhi ncr sucks!!!

              I don't want to do this but you people forced me here.
              1) we got our delivery late.
              2) car was not in a good condition. (Not like a new car).
              3) car delivered at 9:30 pm (Which is not allowed and unacceptable). Plus asked me to pay to the driver, which should be your expense not mine.
              4) we were informed of registration tat as 1 week. But its' been a month now, our car is not registered yet. Temp. Number is also expired.
              5) bloody liers salespersons. (They lied at every stage)
              6) no proper response.

              All these forced me to give feedback of renault on social networking website as well.

              I didn't wanted to name any single person, but my frustration level has reached to a height.
              Sales person is nitin sharma and the transport authority dealer is sameer. They are from kailash colony showroom.

              I need immediate and good response now.
              If you cannot provide good service, please don't call yourself a dealer and close your bloody showroom. It's of no use.

              You all don't have any business sense. You don't know anything about customer relationship management. I can never recommend anyone now for any car of renault nor am i going to buy another renault car.
              You people really sucks!!!

              Now i need my car registration asap.

              # heights of frustration.

                  As soon as renault india advertised for the booking of all new duster, with extreme trust and pleasure, we have booked for the model rxz 85 ps on 18th march of 2016 at khivraj motors - renault puducherry. They have assured delivery within 45 days and our family cherished in thought of making it for great trips in summer vacation, so that kids would enjoy.

                  Till now no concrete information about the delivery. It's shame on the part of renault india that it is not even able to quote a tentative date of delivery.

                  The irony is i have got registered at puducherry rto office for a fancy number by paying rs.5000/-, for which validity period ends by 24th may.

                  After several calls and lodging a complaint, i am now told that it might again take 2 more months, which is frustrating.

                  I went for an european company like renault, considering its maintenance of standards and commitment, known for them. But in my case, i could not digest what is happening now.

                  I wonder how renault india failed to assess the production pace and meeting the demands. Otherwise they should not have launched it now.

                  Who's is taking care of these issues?

                  It seems renault india simply diverts the blame on their dealers, rather not taking it on their own to resolve it actually. This is what i am experiencing, while i make calls to customer care. Their response mails are also not convincing and does not provide any solutions.

                  Please do attend such complaints (Not only mine, but others too) with utmost sincerity and fruitful.

                  I am in a similar situation, I booked mine on March-12, 2016 and still stuck with no idea when we will get delivery. It seems theya re concentrating on AMT and AWD, as I saw ready delivery for those, why the discriminaton.

                  I have already put in a complaint at customercare at renault, they diverted the call to the delaer who said he has escalated to Renault already, total shame !

                    They have shown me a basic price list which has all the break ups of their charges.In one column they have mentioned handling & logistic charges as 5000 rupees. I immediately reciprocated back asking them that this is illegal and you cannot charge me as per the government policies. I have got a very arrogant reply from their management saying that they have been honest in showing me the logistic charges as otherwise we would have included in the ex-showroom price and it would have gone un noticed with me.

                    By then my patience has gone and i informed them to call me back again after discussing with their higher authorities. This was my first visit.

                    Second visit

                    I again went to them asking if there is any update. They have given me one false number of their gm and asked me to call the next day (I went on sunday). I tried calling that number but unfortunately i could not connect and realized that was a false number.

                    Third visit

                    This time i spoke to their manager and i got a very firm reply that they cannot exclude the charges and he told me on my face that if i want to buy the vehicle i can, otherwise please leave. Surprisingly he told me that they have to pay the entire infrastructure for their showroom and hence could not remove those charges. I told him that i will buy the vehicle provided he gives me an invoice for handling & logistic charges to which he declined.

                    It seems they have sold around 1000 vehicles by duping customers with these charges and they are doing this very openly and don t have respect to the law passed by the government.

                    Hence i request you to kindly take up this issue seriously and solve this before they dupe more customers

                            I have booked rxz (At) orange color on 13th april
                            At the time of booking, renault's authorised dealer "active motors pvt ltd, a79, sector 2 noida" assured delivery within 3 to 4 weeks.
                            But till date am following with all the sales executive for my car delivery date and they are not giving me any convincing answer. They are telling renault is not manufacturing orange automatic rxz model and they are forcing us to buy lower model or different color
                            They have committed for the color while booking, as we asked for color assurance and we have clearly said if the same color is not available, we will not book the car.
                            That time they ensured us hence we canceled the ready stock of automatic creta
                            Am highly surprised with the false commitment of renault
                            Either they are targeting for hiked prices or they are favouring influential people with the color

Sundar 12days ago, he promised me, will deliver red color within 1week, but still no response, this is really unfair. We pay for the car to buy, its not something we get for free, and i don't like to keep on calling the dealer and to ask about car delivery, its their job to deliver it within the time frame they promised, please deliver the car asap and i am okay for either bronze or red.

                                Myself Dr Deepak from Kerala would like to share my displeasure and loss of trust in TVS & Sons the dealers of Renault in Kochi for cheating me relating to false entry of date of sale of the vehicle Renault PULSE car KL 01 BN 7863 .The dealer has falsely entered the sale date as 19/08/2013 when the actual date of sale of vehicle was december 26, 2013 ie 4months in advance.I came across the same when the service advisor asked me saying your vehicle is now 2years 4months old when the vehicle was taken for third periodic service in december 2015 at TVS KOTTAYAM, Kerala where i work.Shocked i contacted Beena Justine, customer relations, Kerala and she said sorry and that the issue would be resolved at the earliest.Now its 5months past and even after repeated reminders she has not resolved the issue.Renault india should kindly look into the matter and resolve it as the incident has made me loose trust in TVS and Renault.

                                  I own a renault kwid, and although I do not frequently user it but even then I have seen serious problems in car which make me doubt of it durability and reliability. here are few of the problems I have seen in my car

                                  1. Constantly driving in traffic in 1 and 2 gear with AC turned on, sometimes it makes car engine unstable, car beings to vibrate heavily with sound and engine shuts down these seems very serious technical glitch.

                                  2. Car brakes appears to be very unreliable it makes sound every time a brake is applied and braking system is not smooth at all even a little brake applied give a jerk feeling to all seating in car.

                                  3. Car suspension is not good at all, If car is by any mistake runs on pothole it make a loud bang sound, seems something heavy has hit beneath the car these shows suspension is very poor, highlighted these in first service but not resolved.

                                  4. Within 2 to 3 months one of the car audio speaker is showing sound problems, audio sound brakes which shows speaker quality is bad.

                                  The above mentioned Issues are not the one that is faced by me alone but many customers, many users has have complained of same Issue.

                                  Renault should seriously look above issues and try to fix for all those who have already purchased car, I am still awaiting for reply from service center of sorting these problems.

My car number is TN 03 R 6000, I want to make a complaint that, I have been registered for 2016’s model but they gave me 2015’s November model. I came to know this after when I took delivery and I saw the invoice. I took the delivery on Febraury month of 2016.
                                    They took 40, 1570.00 Rupees for my 2016’s model but, the rate for 2015’s model is 11, 000 Rupees less than that. They took 11, 000 Rupees extra from me, About this I talked to the Manager- MANIKANDAM and Assistant Manager-M.VINOTHRAJ and Sales man- KASINATHAN, JAI KUMAR. They conformed that they will return my extra amount 11, 000 Rupees. This was happened before three recently, then they told that, they will not retuen my extra amount 11, 000 rupees. Now Iam going to consumer court that they were cheated me. When booking I told that I don’t want the old model which was washed out in rain, Now my car was under repair that self motor was washed out when driving. And the car also under problem nothing is proper in that car from the delivery. Still now they did not clearly anything and no proper reply. My car is under fault and repair for two days once if I take the car to the Renault service centre there is no proper service, all customers saying that there is no proper service providence in (Khivraj Pearl)Renault service centre(My car they gave was washed in rain car and its fully damaged) . Now iam going to consumer court. I have often when to the Khivraj Pearl showroom there was no reply and no proper services, because of them the whole Renault company was getting bad name. I will also forward this complaint to all media over India. So please take action over them as soon as possible.
