I bought Duster RxL 85 PS optional pack in July 2013 and found that the gear stuck a lot. Whenever i drive my car in first gear and want to shift it to the second gear it stuck. I need to go hard on gear to shift it to the second. Moreover after driving it for a good distance when I come to halt or in traffic picking car in first gear is much problematic. I went to Renault service center from 2nd service but they were not able to detect and solve the problem.

Dear sir/madam,

According to your suggestion, I gave my car to service center to resolve the problem. They took 4 days time to delivery my car. But there is no use.

I am facing some problems with my car.

1. Whenever I drive my car in first gear and want to shift it to the second gear it stuck.
2. At the time of second service, they found that the power steering oil was leaking from the steering pipe that was a manufacturing defect, it replaced under the warranty. For that they took my car for 3 days. At that time they aligned my tyres.
3. On that time onwards I am facing one problem that was getting a humming noise with cabin sound. At first I thought of it as a bearing issue. But when reported it to the service centre, they found out that the noise is coming from all the four tyres.
4. Sometimes AC is not blowing air. On that time when I put speed step as 4, blowers are running speed but air flow is not coming.

Above problems am already intimated to service centre, but they are helpless. Now I am preparing to apply case on consumer court.

    Hi,

    I had booked a renault kwid on 30th nov from vibrant motors pvt.Ltd kolkata. Due to huge rush, they said they'll not be able to deliver within feb, 2016. So in jan, i finalized mahindra kuv100 and went to renault for cancellation of kwid.

    Then they asked to me wait for a month and promised me they'll deliver it by the end of feb. In feb, when i tried to reach out to them they said it will be delivered by mid march, i asked them to cancel my booking. Again they insisted me not cancel and promised me they'll deliver it within 4th march and asked me to do the payments and complete the formalities. I did the payment and all the finance related things were completed.

    Now, its 14th of march, still they are asking for a week. I am not sure what's happening there. 20th march is my installment date and i haven't received my car yet.

    This is not at all acceptable. I am tired of calling people at vibrant motors everyday. Could you please escalate this to someone who can look into it?

      I booked the Renault KWID on 8th Nov. I was told that the car will be delivered by Mid Feb, then it was told in fist week of March.
      Yesterday the dealer called me and asked to come and submit the document for loan processing.
      Today when I went, I am told that it would be delivered after 1 month. If you want you can get some other model and some other color.

      I could not imagine wat a useless company and its dealer network.

        I have purchased Renault Kiwid on 19/01/2016 from Basudev Motors, Jorhat. My complaints are listed below.
        1. There is a noise coming out from Front side Left wheel.
        2. I suggest to proper train the Dealers ALL Staff how to behave with customer.
        3. While others car company give a rebate to cooperate employee your company do not give the same.

          I have faced two times starting trouble (Self start) in Renault Kwid. 1st time they have replaced fuse of the self start.But within a month same problem happened. It caused me much problem as i struck in traffic. I am so embarrassed it a new vehicle have to toe this one to the service station. The road side assistance technician also told me that he has registered many complaints regarding this issue but the service station people / Dealer disagreed on this. It is requested to company look in to this & solve the issue & replace the vehicles have such a serious problem.

          not getting my kwid 1.0 booked on 26 december 2016 booking reference kapp164182 dealer renault mandi sapna cars, they promised it to give in february and after in march and now on 12 march i mailed and messsaged renault mandi they dont reply to my email and msgs, can i know when i will get my car delivery. my receipt no is 726-s.

            This is a Email I have sent you and i would request answers from some responsible person in Renault
            Hi Team,
            With reference to the Complaint Ref ID[protected], I am very sorry to inform Renault that I am a very Dissatisfied Customer of Renault.
            I had Very High expectations when i bought the Duster from you and even recommended many friend to buy dusters from you who in turn have bought them, in fact I have a friend who will be taking delivery of his duster this month.
            Coming back to the Complaint Issue, I had written a mail to Renault Whitefield on the Second of February 2016 for which i got a prompt call and a reply saying that my concerns will be addressed if I come to the showroom and meet Mr. Jaykumar, Service Manager Mobile +91 [protected].
            I took my vehicle to Renault Whitefield on the third of February 2016 as directed and was assigned a service adviser by name Shiva Shankar Mobile +91 [protected] with whom we went for a test drive and he noted the problems in the Car and I was told that the Main ISSUE ie "RUSTING OF ALL THE FIVE DOORS " would be addressed after the matter is escalated to some department, there were some photographs clicked by the members of the showroom of the affected area who told me that the issue will be escalated and they will let me know "AT THE EARLIEST" . I waited for two days and when I did not receive any call or mail from anyone in Renault I called back first to Mr Jaykumar who did not pick up my call and later to Mr Shiva Shankar who told me that it might take some days as some parts had to be replaced, I agreed and asked him to call me when ever he started the job so that i may see what was going on, he agreed for the same and i waited for a week again when no one called me i had to call Mr Shiva Shankar only to be told that the parts had arrived and he will have them replaced and call me after the work is completed. when I asked as to what parts were replaced he said the DOOR BEADING'S had to be replaced. I did not understand why the door beading's had to be replaced for a rust issue and i could not go to the showroom due to my commitments I told hem to finish the Job and call me when they were done with the Job.
            Please Note that every time i spoke to Mr Shiva Shankar I told him that i want the job to be Very Precise (A Neat JOB), for which he assured me that he will in person take all Precautions and get the job done.
            After another three days as usual when i did not get a call from the adviser or showroom I call Mr Shiva Shankar and he tells me that the car will be ready the next day and i can pick it up. As I had already done about 17000 Kms and had some problems with the vehicles Brake pads and was very near to my Third Free Service (The second free service was done at around 9000 Kms) I asked him to go ahead with the Free service and change the Brakepads. He gave me a estamate od around 7000+ for the service and 3000+ for the brake pads for which I agreed and asked him to go ahead with it. The next day Surprisingly he called me and asked me to pick up the Vehicle in the evening. I Could not go to the showroom that day and I called Shiva shankar that I would be Picking up the Car the Next Day for which he Agreed.
            The Next day I went to the Showroom around 4PM and was taken to the basement where the car was parked I checked the car and first found that the small black rubber/Plastic "bushes" on the door not replaced on the door and asked him to replace them he agreed on further inspection I found some black marks on the painted area, Mr Shiva Shankar told me that it was the "rubber solution" (which they use to stick the door pads on to the door), I was not Convinced and as it was a bit dark in the basement I asked Mr Shiva Shankar to get the car out to the delivery area which he did. In The delivery area when i checked the painted area I could find a Very Bad Paint Job done and many areas on the painted part had the Rubber Solvent and could see that they had painted the car over the Solvent.(First applied the Rubber Solvent and then Painted on it). Later on inspecting the front Right Door I SAW RUST ON THE DOOR I checked the Back Bonnet and could find Rust on that Door as well. I asked Mr Shiva Shankar what that was he He said he will correct the fault.
            The Next Part is the Best Part in the whole episode Mr Shiva Shankar Calls a Painter and asks him to get some paint on a Brush to touch up the area, This led me to rethink about the whole process and asked him to call Mr Jaykumar, Mr Jaykumar does not come near the car but I could see him in his cabin from the delivery area, Mr Shiva Shankar Brings another person saying that he will look into the issue, He tries convincing me that it was indeed a fault from Renault and he will get the Job Redone.
            I told them that if they have to redo the Job I need a Written Assurance from Renault that "Renault will be Responsible if the RUST REAPPEARS on the cars Body in Future" They were just telling me that they will repair the part even when i asked them many times about the "assurance part " they were just saying that the parts will be repainted . I told them that i will escalate the issue to their higher ups and also told them not to do any more repairs on the car until and unless i direct them to do so .
            I escalated the issue to rnaipl and I got a Call from Mr Arun Nair Phone+91 [protected] ( Who I suppose is the Head of After sales in Renault ) we had the same discussion for a few days and he had also conferenced one call with one Mr Matthew ( Who I suppose is In charge of the body Shop), They Both Agreed that it was a fault from their side and the repair would take place again according to the Norms of Renault, But when I asked for a assurance they were ready to give me a oral assurance and nothing in writing from Renault as it was not in "Renault's policy" to do so. In the process of the Calls we had Mr Arun Nair has Confessed that it is a "MANUFACTURING FAULT", even after he said that he is not ready to give me anything in writing but only oral assurance. I have also Told Mr Arun Nair That if Renault does not give me a written assurance (Specifically OF THE RUST ISSUE ON MY CAR. I am not asking for anything else but I just need a written Assurance from Renault that if Rust Reappears on the car Renault will take full responsibility ) I may have to Escalate further and go to the media and Approach Legal Experts.
            I do not get any mails from the Authorized workshop of the status nor from Mr Jaykumar .
            Most of the communication was by phone except for one mail which i asked the service team to send me of pictures taken before the paint job was undertaken and one in this chain which i received after I escalated the issue in the Renault Global Site.
            I Wish to know from someone with some responsibility in Renault if you can give me a written assurance
            " That IF RUST REAPPEARS ON MY CAR RENAULT IS RESPONSIBLE"
            as it is a manufacturing fault as agreed by a senior person in your company.
            If that is not Possible I am afraid that I may have to take help of the media and also take Legal Action on
            1.Renault
            2.The Showroom that sold me the car and
            3.The Authorized Service station where my car is still parked from the 3rd of Feb 2016

              Hello,
              This is to inform you guys i am tired of my just 2 months old duster driven 2400 kms only .
              Whereas from more then a month in ncr motors gurgaon, there was a issue in my car that it automatically goes towards left my car has been to diffrent checks of allignment, wheel balancing 6 times still the issue hadnot been resolved they have try to change parts like, arm, shocker and now they want to change my whole steering mount i am not at all happy either you get my vehicle replaced or i am going to file a case i will take you guys to the court .

                I have booked my Renault Kwid RXE(O) car from NCR Motors Adhchini, New Delhi on 13/12/2015 First they said that car delivery will be in End of February, Then they said March 1st week. Now I haven't received any call from dealer and they are not confirm me any date of delivery. I have made many calls to the dealer but of no use. Still I don't know about the delivery date of my car .they should provide me with fix delivery date of getting my car. there are many people I have come across who booked car after I booked and received car before I received it. I have a serious doubt about black selling of car being done Renault New delhi. Even they don't give any booking number might be so that they can carry malpractices. Renault should look into this matter with high priority. Now i feared about the after sell service of the car. Such is the situation before getting the car, i fear to imagine then what will be after getting it. concerned people please look into this matter.

                  This is "shobh nath gupta" renault's customer. I bought your company's new car "duster" in july 2015 with registration no. Hr29 ak 4021 and chassis no. "meehsraw5f5089303" and i was suffered from an minor accident on 20/12/2015 so i transfered my car to your service center "renault gurgaon" (Sprint cars pvt. Ltd.). My complaint i. D. Is "1458688" and mr. Sanjay would attend & promise to delivered the car in 10 to 15 days but they refuse to done, they start making escuses like:-
                  Parts were not available
                  Holiday
                  Rade of excise department on showroom
                  Etc.
                  And your customer executive also promise to take action against them and also promise to make me call back with positive response but they didn't call back till yet
                  Then after too much struggle they make commitment to deliver my car on 20/02/2016 but as u know today is 04/03/2016. Even today they are saying that we are trying to deliver the car in next 4 to 5 days.
                  I naver seen this kind of irresponsiblity from any other company. Now i m decided to case in consumer court
                  I am very upset with your dam service.
                  I am too much hurt in that days by physically and financially only because of your poor service and irresponsiblity.

                    I have booked Renault Kwid in the month of Nov, 2015 at Renault Karnawati (Ahmedabad) and with the promise that delivery will be made in January. Now, after so much struggle, they have managed to allot me One Kwid but when I go for the final discussion they said pricing is increased and I have to pay as per current structure. Earlier basic pricing was Rs. 3, 68, 504 and now they are asking basic price as Rs. 3, 79, 747. All respective components have been increased and total difference at the time of booking and delivery time is almost Rs. 24, 000/-

                    Boss, when I have booked this car and all bifurcation has been mentioned then how can you asked price hike.? This is really unprofessional and unethical practices by Renault / authorized dealer. Even, they are not able to justify why the pricing has been increased.

                    I have finally decided to cancel my booking because Renault / authorized dealer is not interested / bother to satisfy their customer but they are interested in taking new booking rather than retaining them.

                      I want to highlight a serious issue of clutch and braking system, which i am facing from the very first day in my car, regarding this issue i have visited 3 times in renault service station.
                      where my car was kept for around 6 days to rectify the issue.
                      but i am highly disappointed that still some issues are remain same. car clutch and break system not respond some time while driving.
                      i feel highly unsafe while driving the car as i observe renault have compromise in several important features for cost cutting in car. Eg.
                      1. Car clutch and Gear system is not refined and clutch not working sometime while driving.
                      2. Car braking system is not working.
                      3. Car front door window vibrate while driving
                      4. car rare view mirror are of cheap quality i am facing high reflection during night driving.
                      due to these problem it is very difficult to drive the car safely. and i feel highly unsafe during car driving.
                      i request renault kindly look the matter on priority and urgent basis.

                      When i drive my kwid, the Doors Window vibrate, i already update this issue to your dealer from where i purchased Kwid but no response come yet.

                      One More issue is that the side mirror quality is very poor, i can't see the vehicle properly which is running behind to my vehicle.
                      and if i am talking about mileage that is also not same as committed by Renault.

                      I totally upset by the poor performance of Kwid RXT model on common inclined roads that i usually drives with my Alto800 before.Which delivers only 48 PS of power.But you are claiming that kwid having 54 PS of power but it wouldn't climb up even in 1st gear, where Alto800 usually do with 2nd gear and it also having low pickup compared to Alto800.

                      I had a strong doubt about its Engine, Transmission design and its manufacturing.

                      I totally fed up with the car.I loosed my money and time by purchasing and waited for the car delivery

                        Dear Sir,
                        i have booked a kwid car RXT(o) on 29/10/2015 with receipt no:: KP/OMR15CH/654 at the location:: Renault OMR, No:18, Developed Plots, Electronic Industrial estate, Perungudi, chennai and at the time of booking they told me that they will deliver the vehicle on January end or Feb 1st week, but i havent received any call from the sales person or even from show room, after making calls to sales person and show room.. they keep on saying different different dates that too not proper, later i have lodged a complaint with renault customer services[protected], but they are also not providing the proper response and all are giving fake news. even whoever booked a car after me got their vehicles delivered but not mine. they are cheating customers that too with careless words stating that you can go and file a complaint against us that doesn't matter.

                        i have got a mail(mail attached) stating that please make payment vehicle will be delivered on 04/02/16, so i have made the full payment by cash, but yet to receive the invoice copy and also didnt sign the Form 20 as well... then when they will get delivered???
                        Really am fed up with these kind services, response and behavior of the dealership and sales persons.
                        if i dont get vehicle delivered by tomorrow then will precisely lodge a complaint in chennai court against Renault.

                          Respected Sir,
                          Renault people and their dealers are overloaded with so much of bookings. They weren't prepare for such huge bookings . And this is reflecting in their service. No one is bothering to give any response. I booked my car from Renault Thane(Mumbai) more than 3 and half months ago. First they said that car delivery will be in mid January, Then they said feb 1st week. Now its last week of Feb still i haven't received my car. I have made 100s of calls to the dealer but of no use. Renault Thane is in pathetic condition. Still I don't know about the delivery date of my car .they should provide me with fix delivery date of getting my car. there are many people I have come across who booked car after I booked and received car before I received it. I have a serious doubt about black selling of car being done at Renault Thane. Even they don't give any booking number might be so that they can carry malpractices. Renault should look into this matter with high priority. Now i feared about the after sell service of the car. Such is the situation before getting the car, i fear to imagine then what will be after getting it. concerned people please look into this matter.

                            We booked a Renault Kwid in the name of Mrs. Laxmi Thakur from Sapna Cars Pvt Ltd- Mandi (Himachal Pradesh) on october 14th, 2015 with the expected date of delivery to be in last week of Dec 2015. When we call the dealer in Dec 2015, they assure that we have deliver your kwid in Jan 2016, and when we call them in Jan 2016, got the same answer that your kwid will be delivered in Feb 2016. In the first week of feb 2016 when i called the dealer they replied to deliver the kwid on March 2016.
                            They extended the delivery period upto next month whenever we call. Then we lodge a complaint in your Sales Complaint department under complaint no.[protected] and got satisfactory reply that we have deliver your kwid on the last week of this (Feb 2016) month and they assure me that your kwid has alloted on your name in the upcomming lot. but when i call the dealer today to know the actual date of delivery to ready with whole documents the dealer is now delaying the delivery explaining that Cars have not been delivered from the Renault India. . I am totally disappointed with your service. If you are not delivered on time then give me a strait forward answer.

                            I am Ajay Kumar, I booked Renault Kwid on 29 November 2015 at sprint motors MG Road Gurgaon.
                            I am really frustrated with the services from showroom.
                            First of all showroom shifted to Delhi due to that I had to visit Delhi from Gurgaon 4 times to complete the formalities, which was really very hectic. If I would have known that showroom in gurgaon was being closed I would never have booked the car from Sprint Motors.
                            Now come to the real issue-- I was promised to get the car delivered in the month of April when booking was done.
                            I followed up n numbers of time, then got the email from AGM Sandeep Balani saying car will get delivered by 7th of may but it never happened. Then sales consultant Gaurav and his manager gave me the date of 20th May but again i got nothing but disappointment. I made all payment and RC formalities on first week of May. I have paid around 73000rs as down payment.
                            I raised a concern in the last week of May regarding the same issue, Mr Sandeep Balani called me and assured saying 100% car will get deliver by 10 of June. Now i called sales consultant Gaurav on 6th of June he told me that they will deliver it by 20th of June, he gave me the reason that they have 700 cars to deliver first then they will deliver it, also he gave me the number of his SM who never picks the call.
                            Also I tried to call Sandeep Balani today but he did not pick the call.
                            Now my question is why should I know how many cars have been booked. ONLY I WANT IS THE PROMISE DELIVERED WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING AGAIN AND AGAIN.
                            NOW IF I DO NOT GET THE CAR DELIVERED BY 10 TH OF JUNE THEN I WILL NOT WANT THIS CAR.
                            I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT, ALSO WILL USE EACH AND EVERY MEDIUM TO SPREAD MY MESSAGE TO MASS REGARDING SERVICE ISSUE BY RENAULT. I WILL ALSO RAISE THIS CONCERN WITH CNBC PEHREDAR AND OTHER TV PROGRAMS.
                            Request you to take it seriously and try to fulfill the promise as promised.

                                As you may kindly be aware that on 18.02.16 I had sent my Renault Duster no. HR10Y 6966 for service and necessary alignment to your service center at Maya Puri, Delhi. I received an estimate of Rs.9500/- from your service center, the copy of which is enclosed for your ready reference. Later, I got message that break shoe also need to be changed and the cost of which would be Rs.3000/-. I agreed and asked them to change the same if require.

                                When I got the delivery of the vehicle from you on 18.02.16, I was told that you had carried out “full service”. The bill for this work was Rs.14250/-. After checking the invoice, I came to know that the charges for break shoe was charged twice. At one place it was mentioned as Rs. 3200/- and at other place it was mentioned as Rs.3800/-. I returned the invoice to the man who brought the car and immediately rang the adviser Mr. Anil Kumar to define the mistake done by their billing department. He ensured that rectified invoice will be given shortly.

                                To my utter surprise when I drive the car after the service being done by you I found that no proper service was done and no alignment was made at all, the problem is still persist. I do not understand initially you had given me wrong estimate later submitted wrong invoice and above all, delivery of car was given without proper service & alignment. I tried to contact the adviser many times but not able to get the satisfactory answer.

                                I am really disappointed with the service provided by you. First the inconvenience caused was immense because of wrong estimate & wrong invoice provided by you. Secondly the car was not delivered in the proper condition request you to look into the matter on priority & confirm.
