Renault Kwid Purcahsed on date 24.12.2015 Reg no. PB 11BY 1184 from Delhi Azadpur

In 5 months car engine damaged, informed by NCR service centre gurgaon duirng 2nd free service, replaced damaged engine assembly, but still the problem of engine oil leakage is same. During servicing they damaged sound system display system pathetic noise is coming from engine. gear shifting is pathetic.

In four moths car is a piece of engine.

Service centre declared it is manufacturing defect, my car is till under warranty so pls recall this piece of iron & give me car hope you understand the meaning of car.

    My veichle number tn 38 cb 6357 duster

    I given my car to service in anamallais motors p ltd on 31.05.2016. Today 22.06.2016. Still now my car was not ready and i had not get any proper responsible. They are saying no man power and sometimes insurance issues.

    Daily i am using cal taxi for transport. I spend a lot of money for that.

    I am not totally satisfied. They not at all worried about my feelings. Please look this issues very seriously and solve this issues soon.

    Not only me when ever i went them showroom lot of peoples worrying about them service.

    One important message is my car had crossed 10000 km but they are not taken service at that time. After two weeks back only i given my viechle.

    Pleas look very seriously and call back to more updation.

      Renault team,

      I purchased a renault duster car on 05 may’16 from crystal renault ghaziabad.

      After reminders, as of on toady date, i didn’t get any information & assurance for rsa (Road side assistance service) details/card after purchase of car. (It is part of deal on which i have taken this car)

      No any support for confirmation of icici bank car loan details till date.

      It’s a feedback to renault team, how after selling car there is no responsibility/assurance to customer from dealers.

      Hope any action would be possible from renault team on my issues and all details kindly furnish to me as requested in trailing mail.

        Dear sir/ madam

        I went to renault ghaziabad workshop (A-13/17, meerut road indl. Area, ghaziabad) for service of my renault duster where i feel the worst experience of service in my life. No body in the agency was ready to listen. I am totally unsatisfied from the service.

        = ac is not working proprerly even after two services.
        = bonat is still in the same condition.
        = there is no proper washing/ rubbing.
        = there is no timely delivery of vehicle.
        = bumper is not fixed.

        No body is ready to listen if i go to complaint to the manager/ senior in the agency.
        They charged me for the full service even after my complaint regarding all these pending works. If asked continously then their behaviour was totally ruthless and immature.


        Looking for a positive response and effective solution. Thank you.

          I booked a renault duster rxz model on may 15 from sikka mayapuri, new delhi and was told that my car will be delivered in 2-3 week but it never happened.
          After multiple followup and complaint to renault customer care i got the update in email that my car will be delivered in june 3rd week.
          Today is the last working day of 3rd week of june and after multiple follow-up with renault customer care and showroom i got the update that "car is not available in plant and it may take some more time".

          Renault has clearly cheated me and has not full filled the committed time line to deliver my car.

          I have been harassed as they could have told me the same at the time of booking so that i could have taken a new car.

          I am planning to take legal action.

            I wish to introduce to you as alok singhal (Chartered accountant) and i am writing this mail with huge disappointment and the reason for the same is that i believed on the name of "renault" but finally left with a poor (May be faulty) product.
            i bought a renault kwid for my wife; i booked this car (Rxt model) with renault patparganj, new delhi on 5th september, 2015 (Even before the booking for kwid was officially open) as i was too excited. I was following up each & every bite about kwid since long time.
            i got the delivery of this car on 30th october and i found few glitches in my car, few of the same are as follows:
            1. If the ac is "on" and car is standing (E. G. On red light), car doesn't get pick up at all. Further cooling of the ac is well below par level in comparison to other cars in the same segment.
            2. The gear box malfunction too often.
            3. Fuel cap could not be opened from the cabin.
            even after 7 visits (Details of all visits are at the bottom of this mail) to your noida service centre (Avia) only the last problem could be resolved. Though the pick issue on ac on mode is resolved a bit but the pickup & cooling is still very poor; needless to say gear box malfunctioning still continues.
            i am not able to understand that whether your service people don't want to understand the problem or the car itself is a faulty one. I have tried my level best to get my problems resolved through the service centre but all went in vain. Last your service manager spoke to me 10 days back with no solution.

            I wish to inform that based on my last complaint registered with the reference id[protected], my kwid has visited your workshop in noida on 8th may and delivered to me next day but this time your engineers made foll o[censored]s in very innovative way; my complaint was that if the ac is "on" and car is standing (E. G. On red light), car doesn't get pick up at all. Further cooling of the ac is well below par level in comparison to other cars in the same segment. Hence this time your engineers did some tuning in such way that as soon as the car is on standing position (E. G. On red light) the ac's compressor stops running and only blower runs and the compressor starts running immediately after the car starts running. Its so troublesome to sit in the cabin in this scorching heat with the blower only mode but renault has no concern with it.

            Let me very candid & straight forward that i think either your team is completely reluctant/incapable to provide any solution or the car itself is faulty. If i get a solution to this in next 7 days then it fine else i would have to file a case against the company in a competent court in india.

            I wish to mention here that i never expected such kind of poor product/service from the compant like renalut, i always maintained that european car are always better than rest of the world and have been using cars like palio & vento only but renault has shaken my confidence completely. I have lost my hope and if it continues like this i would be forced to change my plan of action.

              Kwid car noise & quality issue also service issue.

              Renault Kwid new car purchased cost is around 4.6 Lakhs with on road price,
              1.Engine more noise & after the first service noise level is increased (Before is 20 % after the service 80%)
              2.Millage is around mention 25 km/l but i achieved around 18-19 km/l highway mileage condition.
              3.No pickup some time if press the full accelerator pedal complely engine dead.
              4. 5 person seating also problem full chase body touching...

              See this is the quality of work done by your reputed team at Atul Kataria chowk gurgaon service center. Car sent 2-3 times for service to get all issues rectified, but everytime its same result. Managers call and assure that we will get that there will be no issues further but story is same again.
              There other issues too like engine sound, wiper issues and steering wheel issues.
              Really very frustrated after buying from renault.

                I rajit kaushal writing this letter with great disgrace. I want to bring in your knowledge that i have purchase kwid rxl, reg. No.- hr 99 yg temp. 0689. From you gurgaon show room. Ncr motors india pvt. Ltd. Dated. 27. 4. 16. But since then it has some or other problems continuously till date it is in service center today also dated 8.6.15 it is service center.Since its purchase in the span of this period the car is going third time to service center ncr motors, a-10, mohan cooperative, mathura raod, new delhi. In near span of 15 days with one or other problem.

                First time their where some problem promount in display broad with a wire like indication and their was too much noise and vibration in engine. Also their was problem in clutch and accelerator not ruining smooth with sound on releasing paddle. On delivery service provider mr. Nitin has no such this will occur in future.

                Second time the problem re occur promount in display broad with a wire like indication again comes and ac not functioning after 15 days first weak of this mouth and their was too much noise and vibration in engine. Some improvement was in clutch and accelerator tuning on releasing paddle. Again on delivery
                mr. Vikash commented with me no such problem will occur in future and car was delivered to me on sunday 5.6.16.

                Now third time i have to send it to service center on 7.6.16 with again was too much noise and vibration in engine. Also their was problem in clutch and accelerator not ruining smooth with sound on releasing paddle. This time mr. Nitin is telling he has undated the software for in clutch and accelerator and engine sound will be same.

                The mileage for is also comes to be very less the the company promised its only 10 -15.

                I just want to know from you as i had made mistake by purchasing your vehicle in the span of about 45-55 days. This is third time i am getting vehicle to service station that means major problem in car and with no guarantee for future problems.

                Sir i have send my hard earning on this kwid car. I want you to re call my car reg. No.- hr 99 yg temp. 0689. And replace with another car. I will not accept this car nor will pick my car from service station on assurance for the service provider. I only want from you to take action and re call my call and replace.

                  I've send my newly purchased renault kwid rxt in mundka bodyshop for a minor damage. (There was a dent in front bumper and problem in bonnet). However, they took three weeks to repair it. Their words have no value as first they told me it'll be ready on 6/06/2016, monday. Then they said thursday it'll be ready. On thursday, i've managed a leave from office and when i was on way, they said it is not ready yet and on saturday, 11/06/2016 it'll be ready. On saturday morning when i called them up, they said on monday 13/06/2016 it'll be ready. However, today i went there and i found that they left the car in open air keeping windows open and the interior is very dirty. I've very bad experience and never recommend anyone to visit there. They are destroying the brand name of renault

                    I met an accident almost month and a half ago and i had given my car to sprint car pvt ltd in okhla new delhi. And it's really good to know that what they said they did almost month and a hal[censored] Hatttssss offf[censored].
                    I have noticed that you keep yelling but they will do what they want. To save them and i should close the complaint they gave a duster a week ago but that doesn't say that the harm what i had faced has come to an end!!! This doesn't compensate my harm.


                    I am reallllllly disappointed with this service of renault. Who will fullfill my loss what i had been facing for such a long time.


                    I had spoken to the north head, thank god they had forced them to complete the work. I had written in my early mails that summer break had started as everyone knows i had made my booking for the hotels in goa and all my booking had gone into drains as i couldn't reach on those dates as i was going on road trip.


                    Who is going to compensate my lossssss!!! Please i need an answer.


                    I am really tired of requesting and being kind but i believe until or unless you don't shout you won't be listened.

                    Pleasssssssssssseeeeeeeeeee solve this i had wasted thousands and thousands of my money just because of this delay.


                    I need to know who will compensate and what compensation i will get???
                    I will not close the complain and take the car in hand until i get justice.

                        I am Ajay Kumar, I booked Renault Kwid on 29 November 2015 at sprint motors MG Road Gurgaon.
                        I am really frustrated with the services from showroom.
                        First of all showroom shifted to Delhi due to that I had to visit Delhi from Gurgaon 4 times to complete the formalities, which was really very hectic. If I would have known that showroom in gurgaon was being closed I would never have booked the car from Sprint Motors.
                        Now come to the real issue-- I was promised to get the car delivered in the month of April when booking was done.
                        I followed up n numbers of time, then got the email from AGM Sandeep Balani saying car will get delivered by 7th of may but it never happened. Then sales consultant Gaurav and his manager gave me the date of 20th May but again i got nothing but disappointment. I made all payment and RC formalities on first week of May. I have paid around 73000rs as down payment.
                        I raised a concern in the last week of May regarding the same issue, Mr Sandeep Balani called me and assured saying 100% car will get deliver by 10 of June. Now i called sales consultant Gaurav on 6th of June he told me that they will deliver it by 20th of June, he gave me the reason that they have 700 cars to deliver first then they will deliver it, also he gave me the number of his SM who never picks the call.
                        Also I tried to call Sandeep Balani today but he did not pick the call.
                        Now my question is why should I know how many cars have been booked. ONLY I WANT IS THE PROMISE DELIVERED WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING AGAIN AND AGAIN.
                        NOW IF I DO NOT GET THE CAR DELIVERED BY 10 TH OF JUNE THEN I WILL NOT WANT THIS CAR.
                        I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT, ALSO WILL USE EACH AND EVERY MEDIUM TO SPREAD MY MESSAGE TO MASS REGARDING SERVICE ISSUE BY RENAULT. I WILL ALSO RAISE THIS CONCERN WITH CNBC PEHREDAR AND OTHER TV PROGRAMS.
                        Request you to take it seriously and try to fulfill the promise as promised.

                          Many time i told the service team of duster that ur duster not giving enough mileage and which it should be given as told by the team while selling time
                          Now only 12-13 per km avg giving.1st service has been done, still no improvement in mileage, also getting some noise while pressing the clutch of car, also fuel tank giving some noise

                          I have very similar issue on the new duster. Weird clunk sound on using clutch (not sure if it is really clutch, CV joint of wheel drive shaft or something else) and getting very poor mileage around 13kmpl even in highways. Was your issues addressed by Renault team. Can you please throw some light on the diagnosis and fix done.

                          I have raised it with Renault team and they had promised of proper service after failed attempt of visiting the service center for 4 times. Will be very helpful for me mate if you can share knowledge on the fix provided and if you are happy on the resolution provided.

                            I had given my scala for regular servicing on 17th may 2016. At sprint okhla. The car had no fault only the 30k km servicing had to be done.
                            After some days i noticed the ac was not working and the driver side window switch was not working.
                            I again went to the service station on 26 th may and left the car overnight for the ac to be fixed. I told them specifically that iam going out of town and to make sure that it works properly. I got the car back on 27 th evening assuring me that the air conditioner is working properly.
                            On 28 th when i left delhi the air conditioner stopped working and i faced a lot of problem.
                            I again called them today after coming back to repair the air conditioner. They are requesting me to bring the vehicle on saturday.
                            The service is pathetic and they don't have any parts also available.

                              Hi bought a Renault Kwid from NCR Renault Gurgaon bearing registration number HR26CV3317 and ever since its the beginning of an ordeal . Right from day 1 there have been problems with the car and it has been with the workshop thrice there were unable to fix the issues . Now again the car is at the workshop. Even the feedback calls to the Renault team have not helped .
                              - The car gets heated up and the ac stops working on long drives
                              - The radiator / engine makes strange sounds while driving and get heated up
                              - The engine emits smoke if driven continuously for long
                              - The power steering too has to be manually pulled back sometimes as it gets stuck
                              Last week it got so heated and there were fumes from the engine I had to stop the car mid way to let it cool and it was very scary as well driving such a vehicle . Seems there is some serious issue with the car which even after repeated check ups at the workshop these are not fixed . Did not expect this quality of the product from RENAULT . Very disappointed ! Since the car is still with them and they have not been able to fix the issue have requested for a return for the same as driving such a vehicle can be hazardous . Request you to please help with the refund as even after paying so much for the top variant I feel cheated and have been in a life threatening situation because of this faulty Renault car. Seems they are not concerned at all with the customer safety as they are selling such defective pieces in the Indian market .

                                I Abhijeet Vitekar purchased KWID RXL ( white) car from your Unique Auto Sangli Showroom. I have paid four lac three thousand five hundred and sixty one Rs. ( dated May 30, 2016) Your showroom Manager committed to deliver the care within three days after the payment of amount. I followed all procedure by rules. Now the Manager conveyed me that your showroom would deliver the car approximately in one month. They didn't keep their commitment, I feel your local showroom deceived me. I have taken loan from IDBI bank Sangli and paid it in your showroom for the car and its installment deduction has been already started.
                                I request you to do needful for my application and try to deliver my car as early as possible.

                                  Recently I have purchased Renault Duster 110 PS, it is just close to 2 months old and 5KM's driven, I started getting this issue after covering few Kilometers gear goes to lock state only neutral works, not able to move the car, it stops suddenly, It happened when I was on my way back to Bangalore during 10.30 PM in Highway, I had to call up Reno Customer service to tow the car, service was very poor, I had to wait hours together making repetitive phone calls every now and then in the highway, after dropping the car to Trident Yelahanka next day they say everything is OK and it is under observation and it is just clutch airlock issue.
                                  I am extremely dissatisfied with Reno India service and the car is just a 1 and half months old, they are not able to diagnose the issue, what happens if the same issue repeats in the middle of the highway or some remote places.

                                  I need a quick response and fix from Reno India.

                                  I am sorry to say, but your 'Genuine' parts are so faulty that even after clutch replacement, I have the issue recurring. It's just 20k post the replacement. I have had a string of quality issues on the parts and have got them replaced under warranty but it's unacceptable that a 2 year old car can have so many problems. Never ever again a Renault

                                    Sir, I bought a new Renault kwid in November, 2015 and since then this car is having too many issues such as low pick up and low very low average.POOR QUALITY, getting switched off when you start air-condition. I have been to the service Centre more Than four times but this Renault company is not able to fix all the issues. i am very disappointed by this Renault kwid so I want to file a complaint against them.

                                      I have purchased kwid Feb 2016 this car performance is very poor I have facing many problem pick up is not good car ac is on pickup is gone I fell like that use to CNG car no pick up is ac on pick up is very poor I have go to Mathura my car is not start I have many complaint but no response fuse problem car engine sound is very loud like this diesel car plz but company are not solution this car
