Compaint :Renault Noida 63 Service station
Unethical Practice :They drive my car upto 2000 KMS with out my knowledge
I have given my car for dry clean of seat and carpet cleaning and also for damage in back Portion
I have given on 2 aug and return back 9 aug 2016 as guy said not delivery of car befor 9 th.
When i have given my car than its reading 4084 KMS when I return back than It was 6054 KMS
They have drive my car around 2000 KMS with out my knowledge
May be they have used for personal work may be for unauthorized or may be criminal act I can not missed out.
When I get the car it was not doing the all work which I have told to adviser.
They have Damaged my Gear lock and put the part on my car front box and not intimate me.The have not fix mu back light after coming 8 days.My insurance claim also not getting full in claim amount 14127 I have to Pay 3396.They don't tell me the reason say talk to insurance company.
The service station person so unprofessional they have given me uncleaned car.They have also not doing the anty rust and anti coating which I have purchased and second time do that .I have asked it is done or not they have no idea ??

How to claim back my 2000 KMS cost of Patrol and My car engine and without my knowledge they drive my car.

    I booked my car on the 16 may 2016, day : Monday, from padam motors ferozepur road Ludhiana . The dealer will promised to give a car within 1.5 month to 2 month . Till now my car is not come . When we called a dealer they will gave a excuses we will given a car with 10 days . I don't know when their 10 days is completed and our car finally come in our home . My father gift this car on my wedding my wedding held in next month . But due to poor dealership we can't getting our car . One of pathetic service given by Ludhiana dealer.Please resolve are issue as soon as possible .Otherwise we will cancelling our booking soon and taking another car with good services providing by dealers. Hope you will resolve our issue and give positive feedback with our car as soon as possible .

      I sanjay ganesh chavan had purchased kwid vehicle in my wife's name from unnati vehicles pvt. ltd. on 09/08/16 from aurangabad (maharashtra) dealership whose invoice no. is invvura[protected] & chassis no. meebba003g6370133. chanda patil ([protected]) is the sales representative who was co ordinating with me, the dealership has collected rto charges of rs.41289/- from me against the registration charges of vehicle. the owner i. e. my wife kiran pawar is resident of jalna district and the rto location is jalna, when we came to jalna for registering the vehicle we found nobody at jalna rto representing unnati vehicles. when i asked to chanda patil for the registration process then she replied that we have to do the rto work at our own. if the dealership is taking the complete charges of registration from me then it's the dealership's responsibility to get the vehicle registered.

        Sir, it is to kind intimate that i have purchase renault duster on 9/11/15. That the a. C adjusting knobe was not working properly i had made complaint at ncr renault workshop at gurgaon three months before for the same. Now the complaint of the same arise i send my vehicle to ncr renault workshop at sarita vihar on 8/8/16. But they have not solve the problem which i mentioned to service adviser mr vimal and returned my car on 10/8/16 without solving any problem. No problem is solved. I would request you to please solve the problem as early as possible. I am also not satisfied with the behaviour of the staff. Please send the status of my vehicle.

          I would like to say that i had booked my renault kwid rxl ice cool white in the month of april 2016 from sapna motors kumarhatti distt solan with their head office at sapna motors mandi (Hp). I was being told that i will get the delivery of my vehicle in the month of july but regretfully it dint happen. I wrote a mail to your office and lodged a complaint with your office with no[protected] for which i got a reply from the dealer stating that i will get the vehicle in august.. Its 10 august today abd i have not got even a single word from the dealer yet about the delivery of vehicle. I would like you to look into the matter and get help me in getting the delivery of my vehicle at the earliest. I expect a promt reply from your office.

          I have lot of problems with my KWID from the day I purchased. Heating problem, problem with brake, clutch, gear, speaker, ignition. vehicle went for service three to four times the problems not rectified.

            Sir, i had given my car renault duster up374432 5 days back to crystal automobiles pvt. ltd. (a-13/17, meerut road, ind. area, ghaziabad-201001 (u. p.) your authorised service center. for ac and car service as on 5/8/16. but at that time they said that they will deliver my car with in 2 days days, but for the last five days they are saying that the car will be deliver by evening, but till now they didnt deliver my car. and today when i called them just to ask about my car then now they r saying that your car ac is damaged but we dont have parts nd when i asked tham that i[censored] dont have parts than why you keep my car for the last 5 days in your center. and why you dont tell me about this before. and when i said tham that i will going to complaint aginst your bad service than they started misbehaving with me and they said that these type of complaint i use less and your any complain c'ant harm me any service center. more over my car is parked outside the showroom with bad conition in the rainy season. sir their are two person in the service center those name is ajay and mukesh. these two staff members missbehaved with me.
            I m trully disappointed with the staff andservice provided by crystal automobiles service center. and this is my request to you to give your distributor ship to some reliable agency.

              When we suppose to go for service we handover our vehicle to your service station, what we expect that kind of service they are not delivered.

              You should improve good skills and having knowledge about vehicle that kind of manpower you should recruit, otherwise sooner you loosing your market

                  I kommi sivakumar purchased a duster 110ps top-end model in 2014, but it met an accident after one year and with all formalities i handover the vehicle to showroom at tirupati in 2015 for repairing. After a long time that is 1 year 3 months later the vehicle is ready with all duplicate parts and they changed the original and manipulated with some brake down vehicle parts and making the bill with new parts and at last the vehicle is delivered. So many parts are missing in the vehicle and if we ask them they are not replay and saying that that parts are not available in this model. If the parts are not available in the top end model in which they are available? The brand name of the company is loss because of the maintenance. My change parts are not at return till now and the original bill is not given till date. This is the bad part of the company.

                    First of all i advice general public not to purchase the duster cars, because it is hell of a car.
                    Regarding my complaint, i would say that i purchased my problem from renault mangalore (The very showroom and the service station in mangalore is a dirty place to be in with its shabby ambiance and shabby representatives). Soon after the purchase of my problem, it started giving problem and i had taken the same to the renault surgeon as it had braking issues as loud noise would come on applying the same. The renault surgeon to me that the brake liners have gone. I told him to replace it and he took the vehicle inside replacement of liner and minutes later appeared again saying the radiator assembly had collapsed. I was shocked and inquired how could the ra would collapse. His reply was that it is the normal case scenario as the ra is mounted on fiber shrouds. He further told me that the company has changed the ra system in the new problems as they had received number of such ra collapsing issues and the solution was to replace the ra at the cost of rs. 30, 000/-. I told him to replace it under warranty as only 9 months and 19000 kilometers were passed with my problem. He refused to provide warranty replacement. Then i queried whether there is a guarantee that the same would not collapse again if i afford to pay for it. He replied there was no guarantee as the it is the manufacturing defect and only option left for me was to exchange my problematic dust-carrier to a new dust-carrier. I refused to listen to him and refused to pay for it. Then the surgeon suspended the collapsed radiator assembly on two plastic ropes which are normally used in packaging! Irony is that till now i. E. About another 28, 000 the very same ropes are holding radiator assembly on those ropes! My other issues with my dust-carrier (The words and expressions problem and dust-carrier means duster) were that the a. C. Leakage issues wetting the cabin carpet whenever i travel about 100 kilometers at a go, the dust entering the cabin through the doors and from the boot door, wearing paints, wearing door frame rubbers. On narration of issues to the renault surgeon at mangalore renault service station i was told these problems are normal with all the dust-carriers of initial stages which is beyond rectification and they have changed all the issues in the new dusters by proving steel brackets to the radiator assembly, rubber beading on the doors and boot doors, replacing the problematic ac brands and the quality of paint used. The sincere advise given by the renault mangalore was to exchange my problematic dust-carrier with a brand new problem free, dust free duster. I was shocked to such an advise being tendered to me by renault mangalore. As a temporary solution the renault mangalore advised me to stop the vehicle for half an hour after travelling about 100 kilometers to stop the ac from leaking and wetting the cabin, to keep the radiator assembly suspended on the plastic ropes as the same are much stronger than the plastic shrouds and not to travel on dusty roads.In the initial months i had continuous health issues due to dust allergy and after i listened to the rather strange advise of renault mangalore my health improved as i had a resolution not to put the dust-carrier on dusty roads. However the other issues with the my problem continued till date and eventually i had to file a consumer case before the dakshina kannada consumer redressal forum, which is pending for disposal for last one and half years. The renault or renault mangalore never bothered me to query me regarding the issues with my dust-carrier and the consumer case and after selling the vehicle to me till date no service back up calls were made to me on their own as being done by maruthi, hyundai and other contemporary companies.
                    After i filed the consumer case the renault mangalore had made a resolution to provide any service to my dust-carrier and whenever i gave my vehicle for periodic service to so as not to waive the so called 4 years, 80, 000 kilometers warranty, they have charged me handsomely. The brake shoes were changed number of times and even the brake drums were replaced.
                    Ultimately a rather strange situation has arisen at present and for last 10 days my car is renault mangalore for no fault on my part. The front shock absorbers have gone and i visited the renault mangalore for replacement of the same under warranty as my vehicle had traveled only 47, 000. Their representation is that they can't give warranty replacement as per my service records. This fact was officially told by one mr. Uday through his email addressed to me for and on behalf of renault. When i asked for the cost of paid replacement they demanded rs. 14, 000/- for replacement of front shocks and rs 6000/- by way of labor charges. When i told them that the online cost and cost outside renault authorized service station is only rs. 2, 850/- per shocks and rs. 500 labor charges, they turned a blind eye. They even refused to take my vehicle for replacement of shocks. They i had to lie saying i would keep the vehicle for periodic paid service. Immediately they assured me that they would take the vehicle for periodic service (50000 kilometers) within 2 days. The very next day i. E. On[protected], the renault mangalore sent its driver to my office and took my vehicle for service. On taking the vehicle for service, i was told by the service representative that i have to bear about rs. 14, 000 for replacement of front shocks, rs. 6000 labor charges and about rs.10000 for periodic service. I replied saying that i do not want periodic service and i will not pay for the front shocks replacement and i want the replacement under warranty. They refused and i refused to pay and represented that i will not take the vehicle back without warranty replacement. After that i have lodged official complaint with the customer care and my complaint was given a number and after that the renault mangalore are virtually threatening me that i have to pay for the replacement. Now they are orally demanding the rent for parking the vehicle at their premises without instructions to replacement of shock on payment. The customer care representatives have called me few times and i have explained the problems in detail. Thereafter the renault mangalore called me and told that they will replace the shocks free of cost if i withdraw all my complaints including the consumer case. I refused to do so and till now my car is with the renault mangalore, who have not re-delivered the same despite me asking me to return the vehicle without service and with a permission to repair it outside authorized service station. I have sent several mails in last 3 days and the same are unanswered. I have hired a taxi on a daily rent of rs. 1000/- since[protected].

                      I had given my car renault duster no. Pb10ew1718 to the padam motors, ludhiana for repair as on 15/07/16. They have to fit new digy, rear mirror and rear bumper at that time they said they will deliver the car with in 8-10 days, for the last ten days they are saying the car will be deliver by evening. Earlier they were saying they don't have digy, on 01/08/16 they said they don't have painter. Today they are saying they don't have rear mirror. And more over my car was parked outside the showroom with broken glass in the rainy season loaded with spare parts of some other cars. I am travelling in taxi daily, mine business is suffering just because of non availability of car.

                        This complaint is regarding the bad services of service center in malaysia. Renault malaysia give a lot of empty promises during the time before you but renault car but all this are cheating after you but renault car. And you will get back the things only after you make an complaints. I really don't understand a international brand will provide this kind of service.

                          Water gets inside the car in rains

                          It's rainy season now and i am praying god not to wet my kwid more. Whenever it happens rain water gets inside the car and i stink very badly. When i saw water first time inside my car i assumed not to lock the window or doors properly and i pulled out the water by my own after 1 hour of struggle, with assumption that it was my fault. But, on very next day when i was driving my car and rain was started again, water started coming on floor...

                          Hello,

                          I had purchased a renault kwid car from kerala – pathanamthitta showroom on 08-july-2016 but i find lot of discrepancy & am unhappy with the vehicle current performance as well.
                          Please find the details below:
                          Payment done to renault showroom panthanamthitta - tvs:
                          1. 19/04/2016- rs.10, 000/- for booking (Online)
                          2. 30/06/2016- rs.329, 000/- (Online)
                          3. 04/06/2016- rs.98, 943/- (Cash) final amount for releasing the vehicle

                          Grand total of rs. 437, 943/- was paid for the renault kwid top end model as per dealer communication via internet banking & cash.

                          But, on comparing the detailing specified from the dealer, the following are the breakups:
                          A) vehicle cost-ex showroom - rs. 386, 399/-
                          B) road tax - rs. 23, 584/-
                          C) insurance - rs. 17, 686/-
                          D) extended warranty - rs. 4, 670/- (No doc received yet, based on quotation)
                          E) registration charges - rs. 850/-

                          Grand total of rs. 433, 189/- has been summed with the above breakups with respect to the receipts & documents received from the renault dealer.

                          It is clearly noticed that an excess amount of rs. 4, 754 has been taken by the showroom without any justification from the dealer.

                          On the entire process of purchasing a renault vehicle, the following issues we have faced:
                          • no price list provided
                          • no demo shown
                          • nothing explained by renault representative during delivery of the vehicle
                          • as communication received from madras renault team there was no pooja done for the vehicle, no perfume provided, no photo taken during delivery.
                          • on delivery of the vehicle, dealer demanded for a sum of rs.6000/- claiming additional accessories causing arguments, demanding for money and also causing stress during the delivery of vehicle.
                          • excess amount demanded was portrayed as tool kit charges by the sales manager - tvs renault
                          • insurance company was changed without any notice to us even after highlighting the preferred insurance company.
                          • idv value of the vehicle specified as rs. 367, 079/- instead of ex-showroom price of rs. 386, 399/-, where we are being cheated of rs. 19, 320. We are not even sure if the insurance covered is bumper to bumper as promised.
                          • till date we have not received the extended warranty for which the amount was collected.

                          On vehicle performance front, the following issues are also noticed:
                          • door opening indicator not working in the instrument cluster
                          • drive window noise observed during driving & opening of door
                          • heavy engine noticed within cabin, not sure if the noise shields are in place
                          • low mileage of 15 kmpl in city drive
                          • gear shift is very hard, shifting to reverse gear requires 3-4 times try
                          • lock key not functioning properly

                          Experiencing the showroom’s representative behavior on delivery, we have got the vehicle to bangalore.

                          I therefore earnestly request you to kindly look into the matter personally and directives may please be issued to reimburse the excess amount collected, pending documents & also to ensure the vehicle’s current issues are rectified.

                            Iam owner of renault duster 2015, still in warranty period, my car got brake down while driving 2days back, it was taken to workshop, people reported that my clutch plates got burnt, and these are wear and tear items, for that i need to pay, how can a car clutch plates be burnt, in less than a year, i hav been making calls, no one is helping me out, customer care center people have very poor compliant, its ridiculous on the part of renault, that you are not dealing with ur customers in a proper fashion, i just want, ur manager to look into the matter, i really want to talk to concerned person, so that those clutch plates could be replaced, other wise this is making a wrong impression on ur part and won't be suggesting, any one to buy these car, as u all people put different things and sell different things,

                              This is to inform you that i bought kwid on 3rd july 2016 and on 4th door handle got broke. I contacted the aseem autos yamunanagar (Haryana) but still not getting any reply from them.

                              Its very uneasy for me to drive the car as driver side door handle broke and it creates too much uneasiness for me to drive the car and seeing the service level of your company in comparison with maruti.

                                Hi i purchased duster in jan 2015. its registration number is ts03ee5556. about 45 days back i noticed the power steering is getting heavy. took the vehicle to service centre in warangal. problem was rectified and again it recurs. service personnel tells me that there is a fluid leak in the power steering and they said they need to contact the company for remedy. take this as complaint and please help me to rectify the problem.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I bought renault duster 110 psi last november 2015 (about 8 months ago) from nanavati renault motors bharuch gujarat.

                                  My vehicle number is gj - 16 bk 3996.

                                  Last month my vehicle met with an accident in surat due to which it had to be sent for repair. for which i contacted nanavati motors bharuch and they picked up the vehicle on next day. after that my ordeal started.

                                  1) i was told to collect my vehicle from their surat service centre which is about 90 kms away from my residence, in a far flung and remote area not accessible by public transport.

                                  2) the repairs took about 14 days, which were certainly on the higher side, as the damages were not substantial.

                                  3) during these 14 days no one from the company bothered to inform me when my vehicle would be ready.

                                  4) i travelled about 90 kms. to get delivery of the vehicle, and even though i had informed them early morning that i will be coming to receive the vehicle, they did not provide me any bill for the repair amount, as their"computer was not working for the whole day."

                                  5) all the attachments of reverse sensors and back camera were removed supposedly to fit the back bumper but never re installed, on asking they say that they wont refit it as they have not installed it.

                                  6) from the day i have bought the duster home, it is behaving very badly, the whole vehicle starts jumping and the ride quality has deteriorated very fast.

                                  7) the vehicle is touching the ground even when the smallest bumpers are negotiated, this was never so earlier.

                                  Kindly solve my vehicle problems at the earliest, as i am very depressed with the whole episode post servicing.

                                  I have high hopes for my duster and i had bought it with great faith and after reading plenty of favourable reviews everywhere.

                                  I request you to please help me solve the whole problem asap.

                                    Pathetic service given by renault india (nagpur) - really very bad experience. (company as well as staff)

                                    This is relating to my experience with the renault service lately. honestly this has been a terrible experience. this has affected me sentimentally and inconvenienced me to no degree.. i cannot explain my pain in this email and hope someone reads and acts on this email.

                                    Well to start with i would request renault india to give their distributor ship to some reliable agency not the fake agency where only unexperienced people hired.

                                    I would like raise a concern regarding the service with renault showroom located near old bhandara road, wardhman nagar, dawoodi bohra jamat trust buliding, opp. mehara petrol pump - nagpur.

                                    Being a loyal & genuine customer since july 2012 (earlier i was having a renault pulse rxz model purchased in july 2012), it's very disappointing to say that never expected such a low level service from renault.

                                    It was my biggest mistake to upgrade my vehicle with the renault duster...

                                    I booked duster rxe on june 25th, 2016 and i was told delivery will be given on 6th july 2016 as i had a "muhurat". so, i planned everything in advance to surprised my family for that special moment but renault spoiled that moment by giving horrible experience which affected badly on me & my family.

                                    So, as per the plan i visited to the showroom early in the morning at around 10:45 am to ensure that all the accessories should kept ready before the delivery ceremony ("muhurat") which was scheduled before 3 pm and already communicated to them with prior intimation.

                                    Now, the actual trouble began from here:

                                    As per the plan i had to install custom music system so the guys from accessories department initiated this process but the sad part was they carry out my new vehicle to outside the showroom and started fitting music system on road (yes, it is unbelievable that how can a brand like renault do this).
                                    I already raised a concern for this but nobody was professional in that showroom who really understand.
                                    They took around 3 hrs. to complete the accessories part and i was taking continuous follow-up with them cause i don't wanted to miss the "muhurat" with my family.
                                    Around 2:30 pm, i shown my frustration with the guy who helped me to booked this vehicle but he was totally helpless and the best part is that the crm (customer relationship manager - ashwini gosekar) was roaming around but she didn't come to me and asked about my frustration.
                                    Finally, the "muhurat" time had come and vehicle was not ready so i requested them to do the ceremony as i don't wanted to missed that auspicious time ("muhurat") and rest job will be done later.
                                    Now, manager came up with the key to do the ceremony but at the moment he said "sir, i am extremely sorry but this is not your vehicle as you have booked petrol variant and this the diesel model so i need to dropped here." it was a big surprised for me cause i had lost the auspicious moment ("muhurat").
                                    I had decided to cancelled the booking as i was really disappointed then manager request me to come in his cabin and started giving silly reasons which were totally unacceptable. then, he offered me greed in the form of seat cover to not cancel the booking but i was not in mood to deal with such.
                                    Later, the guy came who helped me to booked the vehicle and requested to not cancel the vehicle or else his job may be discharged.
                                    In the end, just because of that guy i had to receive the delivey of that vehicle beyond the "muhurat".
                                    At last, when i received a gate pass of my vehicle i got to know that there is indication of empty petrol for which i asked then he replied like an that you need to fill the petrol...:) when i call manager for this then he send someone to the petrol pump which is located just opposite to the showroom and he fill the petrol of rs. 180/- can you just believe how embarrassing that moment was on petrol pump that the person is carrying a car of rs. 11 lakh and filling the petrol of rs. 180...:)
                                    Next day, i got call from showroom to bring the vehicle for registration at rto office for which i had to take a leave from my office but again i faced a horrible experience and the vehicle was not registered due to communication gap at their end. as a result my vehicle not registered till today and running without a registration and till date they have not provided any document which will help to bring my car on road.
                                    I would just like to know what kind of delivery is this. i think this company deserves the worst company award of india who cannot manage the pre booked order on time.

                                    In view of the above, i would like to know the following points from renault because they are claiming a world class organization:-

                                    As you delivered the vehicle on 6th july only for name sake; since delivered vehicle cannot be derived without rto receipt.
                                    I had spent @ 11 lakh for buying the vehicle and keeping the same in my garage.
                                    Poor service experience.
                                    Lack of communication
                                    Lack of management in service area
                                    Wrong in commitment
                                    Very bad experience and very poor quality of service centers
                                    This is very insulting to a customer who buys a vehicle spending lakhs of rupees and such dealers behave in a insulting and disgusting manner with customers ruining renault's reputation world wide.

                                    Appreciate if renault marketing department and customer care takes note of such dealers with unprofessional behavior with customers.
                                    Please keep some trained employees who knows basics of customer handling.

                                    The biggest mistake was to buy this car and would advise everyone never to opt for renault product.

                                    I am not getting any satisfaction with this vehicle and never felt i am owning a brand new car. i regret myself in choosing the renault's duster & never expected this from such a reputed brand.

                                    I lost all the confidence from renault brand and doubt on the durability & reliability of this product as i am facing one or the other problem with this vehicle since the beginning of my purchase

                                    I really want someone to hear my pain and do something about the service of renault. trust me i am filled with regret in purchasing a renault product and most definitely would not be doing so in the future.

                                    Maybe renault should learn from other japanese companies who treat their customers with respect.

                                    I don't like this to say, but i will head to social networking sites to spread awareness about bad service by renault and tell the world about your incapability of handling your substandard dealers..

                                    This isn't our first car and surely not the last either but never again a renault as the experience has been distasteful and a suspect as to their quality control and honesty.

                                      My car renolt duster - (2013) unfortunately brake down tody 26/7/2016 at 9 am in front of my office. i have informed renolt dealer tv sundaram iyengar & sons ltd., nh by pass, mannuthy, po ollukkara, thrissur mob. [protected] and requested them to visit and check my car, but they refused and and told me to take the car by recovery van to them. the staffs of dealer tv sundaram iyengar & sons ltd., nh by pass, mannuthy, po ollukkara, thrissur are not giving proper service to the customers. it very sad to say the services from the above dealer is unsatisfactory. please look in to the matter seriously.
