Dear sir,
Sorry for bothering as i am really compelled to inform that i had bought renault fluence vide vehicle registration dated 15.05.2013 and regd no dl13c 5934 with as usual company fitted continental tyres. Now the problem is that within a span of two months two of my tyres got burst while on the move on clear smooth road particularly from the side that looks unusual. Your kind intervention is sought in this regard as my tyres looks pretty new and the vehicle only travelled 20000 km only within delhi city only, means not much movement please.

    Myself *virender kumar, * very disappointed to inform you some serious
    Issued that i face with my *renault kwid (Rxt)* that i booked in *26 oct.
    2015* and the dealer delivered the car *(Kwid rxt)white colour* in 11
    January 2016 from *“aruna motors pvt. Ltd, vijaywada (Andhra pradesh)*. But
    I am very sorry to say that within two mounts itself the vehicle is having
    Lots of complaint. That i am mention here for your kind acknowledgement and
    I hope that you will take necessary action to recall the vehicles for solve
    The problems with *reanult kwid (Rxt)* *model 12/2015.*

    1. The main problem that i face *(2 time (1st on date 26/03/2016 and next
    Within few days later 21/04/2016)*, that is starting problem, first i
    Occur in dated[protected] i call to the dealer about it and they reply
    To call customer care for road side assistance then i call to your r.S.A
    With *complaint reference(Renault 30592)* about this matter they sent
    There service on 12:30 pm night time to toeing the vehicles in service
    Station . Next day the dealer said that it is “battery problem” and we will
    Recharge it (Not replaced) and make me assured that the starting problem
    Will never happened again, even i asked to replace it but they refused *(
    Here i inclosed the service certificate issued by the dealer or service
    Provider i.E battery recharge only)* then it is again happened *(Date
    21/04/2016)* within few days later when i was in a remote area during night
    Time around *(09:00 pm )* with my kids, suddenly during running condition
    It stop ignition (Staring problem) and problem occur, it was very pathetic
    Situation with me (What to do) i try to call the dealer or service
    Engineers those who attend my vehicles on dated *(28/03/2016 copy attached)*
    When the starting problem occurred on *dated (26/03/2016)reference number
    Renault 5799) *. It is clearly showed the dealers are not serious about
    Customers.

    2. The glove box in the car was having problem with looking system within
    Two months after delivery of the vehicles that i put in the notice to the
    Dealers during first service of my car (Kwid). The copy enclosed with the
    First service details by the dealers.

    3. The clutch is generated sound, and not only this was i surprised to hear
    Multiple sound while applying the brakes. It could hear clearly. I already
    Inform to the dealer r service persons during the time of first service of
    My car but they did not take it serious and still it could hear clearly.

    4. Some time i feel that the braking also having some

    5. System shut down issue is quite common .

    6. Engine noise is leveraging more while a/c on.

    7. Panic breaking and having sound.


    So, i hope that you will take the necessary steps to solve the problem that
    I mention above and you will take your customer fair positively. I am here
    Attached the details of all the documents of my vehicle (Renault kwid rxt).

    Even i visited in service center on saturday(23/04/2016) in vijaywada, but they asked me two more days to check it, i don't think they will make me assured so i think to go on other hard step that is cutomer court.

    I also read number of issued about the model but renault also not serious about the customer .
    I want they company should recall all the model and check the fault bcz it is technical fault with reanualt kwid

      Dear Sir/madam,
      i have booked a kwid car with receipt no:: 3577 at the location:: Dee Dee Cars Pvt Ltd, 1-C, Tyagi Road, Dehradun- 248001(Uttrakhand) and at the time of booking they told me that they will deliver the vehicle on January end or Mid February, but i have't received any call from the sales person or even from show room, after making calls to sales person and show room.. they keep on saying differents dates that too not proper. they are cheating customers that too with careless words.
      I am hoping that you will help all the customers whoever facing the issues like me and take necessary actions again Renault and its dealership with rude behavior and cheating of customers...

        Hi, i had booked a Renault Kwid in Nov'15 and I cancelled it & submitted refund application with all required documents on 2th Feb'16. Since Feb'16 i called up so many times to dealer but still they are fooling me and everyone says that we will check and call u back shortly but till date i did not get any single call from dealer, few days back i visited the dealer showroom than they committed that you will get your payment anyhow by Wednesday and than i called up on Wednesday they again fooled me and told that by Friday you will get your payment. I had a word with their staffs Neha, Gaurav, & Agrawal Ji & 2-3 more guys. They all are not responding.
        I booked & cancelled car from Address: A2, Coporate Towers, Besides Fortis Hospital, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017.

        Kindly look into it and refund my booking amount.

          I purchased a Kwid RXT on 4th March 2016 from Bhubaneswar dealership.

          On 19th april when i was driving, just after driving 4-5 km the coolant alarm displayed and with in a minute smoke started coming out of the bonnet, the air from the AC also started smelling . I parked the car on road side and registered the complaint with road side assistance at 7:40 PM with the complaint no.56767. They assistance team came at 11:30 pm.

          This is not the only issue that i am facing with this car, there is problem with Bluetooth connectivity, there is issue with the paint (Colour is coming out of the body automatically near the front head lamp.)

          After checking the car the dealer replaced the faluty cooling Fan.

          I am worried about my car, if such issues are coming even before 1st servicing then there must be some manufacturing defect with this piece. Just replacing the fan is not a solution to such issue, its a safety issue.

          To reduce the price the manufacturer has compromised a lot with the quality and safety. There is no door open alarm, there is no seat belt alarm.

          If anyone is planning to buy a car then just say no to kwid.

          Mileage Issue not resolved by the company

          Many time I told the service team of duster that my duster not giving enough mileage and which it should be given as told by the team while selling time
          Now only 12-13 per KM avg giving.1st service has been done, still no improvement in mileage...

            I am Rahul, kottyam, kerala..i bought renault kwid from your showroom at adichira near ettumanor.kottayam kerala .an accident occured on feb 25 .and all papers are cleared for insurance claim and the surveyer of insurance company checked and verified and claim sanctioned to showroom on march 1st and they give us delvery date on march 23 .but not even now no progress occured and the service maneger one Mr Mahesh ph:[protected]
            not responding my call. Is this ur companys way of dealing with a customer. Now i am totally unsatisfied about ur service relative process. They give us tommorow the devery date.it is the last date If it does not happens no excuses i will accept i will go to consumer court sure .so u should take necessary action for my problem k.

              Car audio and dashboard damaged when returned after servicing

              Had given the car for servicing at jogeshwari highway renault centre mumbai . Found audio not working and dashboard damaged. Had given a complain the next day itself after noticing it, call the car again to resolve the same, but returned back saying it was already damaged at the time of giving for servicing.
              The car was checked and was in good conditon at the time of giving for service

              Bought a new Pulse car from Roharsh Motors Pune. The service as well as the product are poor.
              1.In spite of 100% advance payment, made us wait for an hour in the showroom and no delivery.
              2. When they delivered car @ home, no Tax papers/no RTO clearance/ no number plate- not even a tempoarary one.
              3. Finally after going and getting the temp plate after 8 days, when finally took the car out, it started making a loud screeching noise.
              4. Finally the number plate fixed after 11 days.
              5..Again dropped the car to showroom, they said some loose part was grating against the brake liners which they say they fixed. However when they got the car back today, I find the front carpet splotched with black stains! The stains are on the all over but more so in the front!
              6. What do you call this-Disservice to the customer for buying your car?

                I bought kwid rxt-o on 18.02.2016 in the name of sumit aggarwal from divine motors, azadpur, delhi. No issues with the dealer.

                I have driven about 2700 kms and have got the first service done at divine auto workshop.

                The problems i am facing:

                01. There is abnormal sound from engine once the clutch is applied. Service adviser has marked this as normal.
                02. There are serious issues with the brakes of the car. The stopping power is almost nil in sudden stops or in bumper to bumper traffic in delhi. I am not sure whether the car will stop or not. Service adviser has done the update received from the company but they are still not upto mark & gives abnormal thud noise in emergency braking.
                03. The slow speed drive is very jerky & irritating. It is a problem in handling the car or maintaining the motion of the car in slow traffic. Sometimes it jumps and sometimes it bumps in you with a jatka. Service adviser has replaced the throttle body but it ran smoothly for a few hundred kilometers only. Again it is as jerky as before.
                04. The most important problem in the car is its air conditioner. It is surely not up to the mark. It trips a lot and since the blower flow is very high, the cabin immediately gets hot & sucks at 40* c in delhi. I dont know how will it work in delhi's summer. I have driven alto 800 & i am driving alto k10 cng now, which i would recommend renault to refer for air conditioner. Alto"s air conditioner is more than excellent even at 45*c.
                05. As for the mileage, the problem is not with the car's engine tuning rather it is with the fuel tank. At the time of delivery the tank was empty with the fuel warning lamp blinking & lower red warning light blinking but fuel came was only 18 ltrs. My kwid has never taken fuel more than 15-18 ltrs even after fuel warning light glows & blinks. Renault should look into this and i guess the fuel average problem can be sorted out to the satisfaction of most of its buyers. I can be satisfied with 15-16 kmpl in city & 20-22 on highway which i guess its giving.

                I own an ertiga, honda city diesel, dzire diesel, alto k10 cng & have recently acquired kwid. All our cars are self driven.

                For me, the comfort comes first which i look for in driving pleasure and performance of comfort features mainly air conditioner. If renault is able to rectify these and make the air conditioner atleast at par with alto and can make this car pleasurable & confidence inspiring to drive (Jerkyness at slow speeds & braking) then only i will be able to hold its ownership otherwise i will sell this car with out a regret.

                  I booked a renault kwid, which was to be delivered by wednesday ( 13th april, 2016)
                  but the loan procedure couldnt complete on wednesday followed by 4 public holidays, it got disbursed on monday which was the next working day, payment was realised at agency end, when i approached for delivery on tuesday, the sales executive in a very rude manner, denied the commitment and made false claims of intimating with no records as such and threaten me to delay the delivery even more if i spoke to anyone about this .

                    Renault — Renault kwid rxt - misrepresentation of product details and inferior quality product provided

                    Purchased the Renault Kwid RXT (Red) from Gurgaon - NCR Moters Sohna Road Showroom in 10 October 15 (Paying the Initial booking amount). After many delays and arguments on the date of delivery finally received the Vehicle in the last week of January 2016.
                    However after the delivery of the vehicle many features did not seem the same as how they were Advertised and Portrayed. The following are some of the features

                    1. Misrepresented Side Rear View Mirrors: The Side Rear view Mirrors as mentioned in the brochure and other online websites is not the same quality or type. The Mirrors are flat and non-aerodynamic which at higher speeds (80 Kmph) close automatically, they need to be manually adjusted which is extremely dangerous if driving at such high speeds. (Defeats the purpose of Safety).

                    2. Malfunctioning Glove Box: The upper Glove box does not close once it’s opened. The lid needs to be pressed more than 4 times (Average) to close. This happened on the same day when I had to take delivery of the vehicle and also warned by the technical people there not to open it at all (defeats your comfort storage feature), but finally the lock is not working


                    3. Improper Insulation: The cabin noise is extremely loud even when the engine is just turned on.

                    4. Mileage is not as promised in the advertisements as 25 KMPL. It's coming only 13 -14 KMPL in city & 15 - 16 in Highways

                    Please look into this matter as early as possible and also if I need to take this up legally.

                      I am writing this mail as i am very much aggrieved with the renault dealer at guwahati . The details are given below

                      I have booked a reanault kwid car in the month of october 2015 and it was informed to me that car will be delivered by dec 15. But the car was not delivered in time due to allocation delay and production delay from company side as informed by dealer over phone and in mail also. Now on the day of delivery dealer asked for hike price . The fact of price hike was also not informed to me by dealer or by company .The delay was due to due to company problem .Also dealer charged logistic charges which is illegal if am paying ex showroom price why this charges should be charged. Also brokerage charged from me is illegal as held by delhi high court, transport commissioner telanga order, & also the delhi transport department public notice
                      Due to this i have to pay the hike price by rs 11689, paid rs 4000 for handling charges, rs 3320 for brokerage for registration, totaling to rs 19009 and also the car is making huge noise when i said about noise problem to dealer he asked me to visit the workshop i did but noise problem still persist due to hike price i have to pay extra amount for insurance also
                      All payments are under protest

                      Relief

                      1 refund of entire rs 19009 with interest
                      2 refund of excess insurance incurred due to hike price of the car
                      3 removal of noise in the car and make it defect free if any
                      4 compensation as may deem fit to your honor for this type of harassment to me
                      5 also dealer has charged logistic charges and brokerage for registration of car which are not chargeable high court order transport commissioner telangana state public notice issue by delhi transport department
                      6 it is requested to please save me from this unjust levy which i have to pay under compulsion to the dealer

                      As per delhi high court order, transport commissioner order, public notice issued by delhi transport depart the charges collected are unjust levies by dealer .

                      Requesting you take my case on priority & resolve it to my satisfaction as i am a small consumer & cannot bear the price hike & unjust levies which is also barred by government.

                      Also car is making huge noise like anything. Please don't buy this car as it is a total defect . Renault service center is saying we cannot do anything regarding this noise.My point is if you cannot do anything then stop selling this car.

                      I have raised the complaints before core.Nic.In (Government based complaint forum)but nothing has moved.

                          I have purchased Renault duster in 2010 optional model and in first servicing i.e 2000km I did it in chandivali service centre since then I'm facing problem in headlight focus and from that day I hav been complaining to the Renault service centres I have complained about it in chandivali by calling them n now I get my car serviced in navi mumbai khairne MIDC and they also failed to solve my problem from three years I'm been telling them I hav also complained at Renault customer care still the problem is not solved now I have given my vehicle for 5th servicing in khairne workshop plz look into it vehicle no.                             On tuesday 1st march 2016 i booked new car, renault kwid from gen next motors, thane and got car delivery on last thursday 7th april 2016 evening. There was lots of mess created due to negligence from the sales person regarding payment made by bank. And now unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because there is loud engine noise which disrupts during driving. My husband had deposited the car yesterday 13th april 2016 at same service center. Today we got to know, the bonnet needs to open & some issues need to rectify which will take another 2 days.

                            How irritable this would be, when you buy a brand new car & within 8 days of it it is for repairing for 3 days. As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost for me and my family. I look forward to settling this matter amicably.

                              I have purchased new top end kwid on 20th jan 2016. Till first service, it went well. After 1st service i use to hear a abnormal noise with vibration sound. I spoke to the service person and lodge a verbal complaint. He said bring the vehicle to the show room, i will have a look. After three days i went out and came back home and taking the reverse to park the vehicle the engine is switched off. I try to start & it did not. Luckily it happen near to my home, i push the vehicle to side with the help of my daughter and lodge the complaint to service person and to the call center too. Now the vehicle is towed to the service center and heard from the service person is that the starter motor is gone, i ordered the same from the company. It may take three more days to get it done. He also says that these type of complaints are coming from some of the customer. It is a serious issue, knowing these things the dealer is not keeping the stock of the motor at his end. If it is a manufacturing issue the renault need call back these batch vehicle and replace the same. Found, it is nothing but cheating to full fill the order demand by putting faulty components. Before getting the bad name in the market renault should wake up take a call to replace the faulty one.

                                With in a month after delivery of a brand new kwid i had to visit renault service centre twice.

                                1st for faulty clutch pin & now for knocking noice while applying breaks when ac is on.
                                On faulty clutch they service centre said that there is a clutch pin which got dismentaled and same was fitted again.For this they have

                                Not mentioned the reason of the fault in any receipt from service centre.

                                After that there was no clutch generated sound, but was surprise to hear mutiple sound while applying the breaks. It could hear clearly

                                When air conditioning is on. To rectify this thay are still in process and my car is still in service center.


                                Very very disappointing to know that brand new renault kwid has to visit service centre again and again for the some or the other reason

                                With in a month of delivery.

                                Its really questioning on the quality & performance of renault product

                                  Air conditioning of my car as per other renault cars(duster) is not working properly . fan speed is quite slow and temperature is not even maintained for 2-3 kms it stays good but after sometime it goes very slow which cant meet the temperature requirements of atmosphere .

                                  so please get this problem solved as soon as possible

                                    I have booked renault kwid with the authorized dealer of renault, pmg autos. Pvt ltd- 47 industrial area chandigarh. On 7 th of jan-2016 . I had paid rs 20, 000/- advance as booking amount. Pmg had given me customer order form no 150 dt 7-1-2016. They had given me time of delivery for 2-3 month. Today 3 months have over and when i visited the show room pmg auto pvt ltd. And checked the status of my booking i got surprise when they told me that this booking has not done. They told that sales consultant mahi arora & sales manager amit sharma has left the show room & they did fraud with me. Pmg is saying that advance money which is rs. 20, 000/- will not be refunded to you.

                                      I bought a kwid rxt for jan 2016. The built in quality of the car is very poor.
                                      I never seen a worst a/c performance in my life in any of the small segment cars. I didn't know how they designed such a worst car in all aspects for indians. I wanted to see the team who worked on the design. I gave my vehicle to the service center on apr 7th with below complaints.
                                      1) the door light is switched off even the door is not closed properly
                                      2) the a/c is very poor, i didn't know how you designed such a worst quality a/c for indian hot summer.
                                      3) break is hardening often.
                                      4) the quality of plastic is very poor
                                      5) the car is not worth for money what we paid off
                                      6) engine is very noisy and its a kind of diesel tractor
                                      7) millage is very poor inside the city will be around 12kmph

                                      Not have enough words to explain about quality of the cars.
