I booked my duster car on 21.03.2016 for new model of 2016 -85ps rxz for rs.10000 (white color), on 31.03.2016 people from renault company came to my house for down payment (rs600000) at evening 5.00pm (so eagarly)
after taking money they said white color is not available & we could not deliver to you saying you take silver car, how could they do this at elevnth hour.
Very much harrassed by this & rude behaviour from executive...

I have book a car renault kwid for marriage purpuse. Renault dealer commented me to delivered this car at sutable time . Than i have go to tha renault showroom to purchase my car the showroom will be closed .

After gauging 30000 km; I am facing gear shifting problem. It's very hard to shift gears fro 1st to 2nd or any gear. Sometimes I cannot get out the 1st gear. Imagine the horrifying experience. I get stuck in traffic. Unable to engage the gear. I complained the same to the Works Manager.

Renault bhopal is doing fraud .They are asking extra 3500 rupees. 2000 for some city transfer and 1500 for driver charge.
This is open fraud by them.When i called to chenni team then they took bhopal renault dealer on con-call with me.After lengthening our conversation, chenni customer care executive told to bhopal executive that you are doing wrong with customer and should not pay you extra 35000 rupees, please handover...

I purchased Duster in Apr 2014. I love the car. After clicking 30000 km, I faced gear shifting problem. It's very hard to shift gears fro 1st to 2nd or any gear. Sometimes I cannot out the 1st gear. Which I doubt the routine service and they told they replaced the clutch wire, etc p. But still the problem is persisting....

I have purchased duster on 27 sept 2010 from dealer jay-vijay motors pune ( mh 12 3650 )

Since then every servicing or issue has been addressed only dealers, jay-vijay or pashankar or new dealer at sus road pune

We have never ever handed over car to any other mechanic or local service deck.

Now, car horn has an issue, whole conduit needs to be changed because the one in my car is spurious dealer...

I booked the Renault KWID on 8th Nov. I was told that the car will be delivered by Mid Feb, then it was told in fist week of March.
Yesterday the dealer called me and asked to come and submit the document for loan processing.
Today when I went, I am told that it would be delivered after 1 month. If you want you can get some other model and some other color.

I could not imagine wat a useless company and its dealer...

I have purchased Renault Kiwid on 19/01/2016 from Basudev Motors, Jorhat. My complaints are listed below.
1. There is a noise coming out from Front side Left wheel.
2. I suggest to proper train the Dealers ALL Staff how to behave with customer.
3. While others car company give a rebate to cooperate employee your company do not give the same....
