Dear sir,
I have purchased renault lodgy in may 2015, ( mh20 dj 8088) since day of purchase i am unhappy about the doors noise. Further the local dealer at aurangabad maharashtra india has assured for service and tried multiple times but couldn't resolve till date.
Further would like to mention about multiple failures of shockups and wirings etc. Which has took almost 40-60 days in total for vehicle in garage. Even idle running setting is impossible for the agency and till date i am managing with my own judgement and feared to have anybody else to drive.
Paid huge amounts on account of taxi charges during the vehicle repair period.
Many times i have paid huge amount to the dealer as the agency denied warranty service or out of warranty parts.
Non cooperation, asking for cash payments and not issuing service documents is common problem with this dealer, today we are realizing importance o[censored]n issued service bills to claim the warranty.
Many follow-ups with the service agency of aurangabad are in vein, nothing helpful other than false promises to do better next time.
Now my vehicle is at the end of the warranty period and i am worried with these false promises and expect cooperation and help from you.
Expect earliest revert on my mail and instructions to your service agency to attend my vehicle to my satisfaction or otherwise i may need to take up with local customer forum.
