    I am truly and utterly disappointed with the service work undertaken for my Duster (AP09CN0774).
    Date of incident: 25/07/2016.
    Description: I have had bad experiences with Autologic Ltd for the service done on my vehicle during the past 3 instances. Unfortunately, Renault does not have many service outlets in hyderabad so customers are forced to get the service done from such pathetic service centers. Anyways, I had given my vehicle for service to Autologic Ltd, Hyderabad on 22/07/2016. This was for general repairs and not a full service. I was promised vehicle delivery on 23/07/2016 in the evening. No one bothered to call me and let me know about the status of the work done, whether the vehicle was ready or not etc. I called the service center rep (Tarun) on 25/07/2016 and had to followup with him atleast 7 times in one day and later was told to come the next day for collecting the vehicle.

    For the past few times I have given my vehicle to Autologic Ltd, I haven't received even a single call to check the vehicle performance and for service feedback.

    I am somehow now regretting being a client of Renault india thanks to the poor service and poor management.

    Feedback for Renault India - PLS HAVE SERVICE CENTERS OPENED IN PLACES ACCESSIBLE TO CUSTOMERS. NOT SOME PLACE FAR AWAY.

    Also, let me know if you have any service center located in and around area pincode 500010 (Secunderabad).

      Hi team renault. i have bought a renault kwid this july and the dealer i have bought it from is harassing us and not treating our case as important. the case number:[protected] is being treated very mediocrity. there is on update as to when i shall get an update on the same. i have bought a car with no number and the dealer has just created my first car with renault as a complete failure and disheartening. i am reaching out to you since if there is nothing that renault can do, i might have to take it higher. please, please help me out. renault case number:[protected] dealer: sprint cars delhi, bough on july 19 '16.
      The dealer has given me the car with a delay of 7 months, which is an april month manufacture of the car, and it is arranged from another dealer.

      With me repeatedly begging, literally begging to the dealer as to when i shall get my car. now when i have my car, they have charged me for a temporary number and permament rc... i have nothing, the car is number less and is not registered.

      Is this how renault treats its customers???

        I want to inform you that my renault duster up 80 cs 2315 which i purchased in last month of dec 2015 suddenly on dater 18 july 16 when i was on road its rear wheel jamed. I called the toll free number then they came and took the car to sevice station. Till date my car is still in car work shop. No satisfsctory answer.

        I have single car.
        Then tell me how i manage.
        My car is in warranty then why this delay.
        What kind of service you r providing us.

          Sir,

          I had booked one Renault Kwid (RXT) through your local dealer at Renault Solan office, on dated 13th April 2016.At the time of booking I was duly assured, verbally, that the vehicle will surely be delivered within a span of not later than three months.
          At times, after about two months, I gave calls to one Mr.Vinod Rana, General manager and Mr. Kapil Sahni, Manager to enquire about the delivery schedule of the car.
          To my great disappointment, I am continuously being given fake dates of delivery by the dealership. Initially I was told that the car will be delivered by 22nd June by all means and that the allocation has been done. After this I was told that due to some unavoidable reasons the delivery will take place by the end of June 2016.
          Later when I again gave a call to Mr. Vinod rana, I was told that it will take 8-10 days more but the vehicle will surely be delivered by 10th July.

          On 11th July when I called up Mr Rana he did not reply the call & neither gave a call back. When I called up Mr. Kapil Sahni he out rightly told me that he still cannot give any schedule for delivery of the car and that if I feel like I can cancel the booking to which he and the dealership have no objections. At this I immediately gave a call to Mr. Vinod Rana from some alternate cell no., to which he responded, and told him that if this is the way the dealership is going to promote the Renault products with the customers, it is really disappointing. He told me that he will talk to Mr. Kapil and call back after 10 minutes, which he did not.

          Sir, if this is way that top executives of the Renault dealership respond to the customer quarries, it is highly unprofessional & disappointing. All the conversations with the company officials are on record with me and can be made available, if required. Continuous false commitments by the dealership and taking customer for a ride definitely amount to invite some sort of legal action also.

          Such an unprofessional & high headed behavior by the dealership also demands a proper action on the consumer front also.
          I have lodged an official complaint with M/s Renault India, customer care, but of no use.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I had purchased a new duster 85 ps rxz car from your authorized dealer on 06th july 2016, and further they have communicated that all the documents (copy of rto tax receipt / invoice/ debit note / insurance etc.) will be handed over within 3 days of delivery. while follow up for the rto tax receipt we they have simply mentioned that, they will provide only after 30 days which means after buying car i cannot drive the same for a month. on sunday (17th july 2016) we have again visited their showroom and received a response from them that it will be given on 18th july, 2016.

            Further during follow up; we have received an e-mail attaching delivery note (attached for your reference) where they have manipulated the date of said documents. the dealer details are given below:-

            M/s crystal automobiles pvt. ltd.
            G-5, patel nagar –iii, ghaziabad, u. p. -201001

            Looking on the forged documents, now we are having a bid doubt on geniuses of the vehicle sold by your dealer. we are expecting that they have not manipulated the delivered vehicle but cannot believe. if a dealer can play with the signed delivery note then why he cannot play with vehicle engine and other parts. this will spoil the renault name by all means.

            In view of the above; we would request you to kindly resolve the above matter and re-verify the geniuses of the delivered vehicle.

              Hile taking delivery
              I was supposed to get my car delivery in feb 1st week. But when they asked me to take delivery.. Many accessories were missing like seat cover, many chrome parts, also it had many wrong accessories installed on car.. So i had to go back empty handed that day
              It was very embarrassing since i had my whole family with me that day.
              After 3 weeks they called me and asked me to come and take delivery but same story again there was couple of wrong accessories on the car and few were missing but i was so fed up wid this stupidity that i accepted the delivery.

              After driving for 4 months
              Now there are major problem with car
              1. It has a very loud noise of engine
              2. When i fill in fuel it doesn't show up on fuel indicator for 2-3 hrs
              3. Very loud and irritating noise is coming from breaks, in my first servicing i mentioned the same to service guy... But even after keeping car for whole day they were not able to fix the problem
              4. There is a noise coming from steering, like something is broken... This was mentioned to me by delivery manager before giving delivery but they said they have fixed it... But its surely not fixed
              5. Its giving me average of just 10.8 km/ltr...In very light traffic... My office timing is 7.30 am to 5.30 pm so its very light or no traffic at that time... But still average is so low
              6. Car is very jerky... Shifting from 1st to 2nd gear is worst... It gives u such a jerk that i get humilated in front of my colleagues.
              7. Last and most humilating thing is its reverse gear... I parked on a slope and tried to take reverse but car was going forward instead i tried everything it didn't work... Finally my car was dashed into car next to me damaging both cars..


              Please let me know if you can fix all my problems otherwise jus give me my money back

                I have renault pulse rxl purchased on april 4th 2012. i was experiencing problems with clutch, gear and engine noise during march this year. i have taken the vehicle to renault service center, perungudi (khivraj renault) and complained on the issue and asked for complete checkup along with some body shop work. when i receive the vehicle they said there is no issues and everything was ok.
                After taken my vehicle to home, i couldn’t get a chance to drive since i was travelling to us. after 1.5 months, i have returned from us and i was driving to my home town in car. i found that the issues i complained were still persists and service center haven’t done anything to check the issue.
                I have taken the car to service center again and complained again on the issue. this time they have given a big list of quote to replace the parts worth 1 lakh rupees. when i see the detailed list of parts, then i found that the service center was cheated me by not rectifying the issues i complained earlier since the car warranty was nearing to expire.
                So now they want to charge me for the clutch and fan motor for which i have complained during my previous visit and supposed to be covered under warranty.
                After my emails to service center they have accepted to bare the 50% of the slave cylinder which is inr 1675. but not accepted to cover fan motor. i have met the manager krishnakumar at service center today. there was no customer friendly approach and he declined to solve my issue. he said that he is ok if i go for legal. so i started working on legal compliant on this issue.

I was able to drive the care and the issue I reported is the some times the clutch getting locked inside when I press it. It is not completely down. So your statement on this is invalid.

                If the issues notified before the car warranty expires are not resolved, this will be taken to the legal for further resolution.

                Dear Mr.Abdul,

                This ref to your feedback to RIPL wide ref No[protected] dt 16.7.2016 for your Pulse bearing Reg NO TN07BQ9597. reported for clutch work.

                As per the same we would like to draw your attention on the support by us to the extend of 50 % on the cost on clutch sleeve cylinder.

                As informed by you the vehicle has reported in March for the clutch issue . Then on checking the vehicle . we didn’t found any issue then to suggest for replacement.


                Unfortunately after driving 1400 km and after period of 3 months when reported for the same issues we found find the oil leak now.. Considering your warranty which lapsed

                very recently we opted to support you as a Goodwill gesture to the extend of 50 % even though the said part is wear and tear item.

                When we checked the history of your vehicle service we came to know that the maintenance service is not as per RIPL recommendation.. .

                On inspection we came to know that the vehicle has undergone some outside service which is not supported by RIPL warranty policy .

                We regret for the inconvenience caused in this regard and please forward us your approval to carry out the job.

                This is purely a service deficiency by your service center and I need the justice for that. What did you do for my complaint on clutch, Gear and engine noise on 24th March 2016? Can you explain in detail? Provide me the report of your general check-up you charged me for INR 512 in the attached invoice. None of the complaints which I made verified by you and moreover it looks like there were many other complaints which I didn't know was there. How come now you are giving me quote for 1 lakh bill but none of them were found on your general check-up.

                For the noise issue, you suppose to replace the fan motor and self motor. Where is the response for that?

                I haven't given the vehicle to any other service center and I already received for warranty part door remote lock issue during last service. My home town is 700 KM from Chennai I found the issue while driving there. I was driving to your service center with driving condition. The nature of the problems doesn't stop to drive the car. It is intermittently block the clutch to non functional. Also the car was giving noise and it is bearable and didn't stop the car to drive. So there is no reason for you to escape from your service responsibility by showing all these.

                  This is to bring to your kind notice the very unprofessional attitude of avia service center in sector 63 noida. they have spoilt my car and are not taking the responsibility for it even after swift action taken by renault.

                  As per my mail earlier to you and your swift action to resolve my complaint; avia had sent a mechanic to my house to collect the car and according to him the disk of front wheel was broken and he showed me leaking oil from it. the car was taken to the service station and no action was taken to mend the front wheel. my complaint still exists.

                  They just did the general check up and sent it back. it is a very unprofessional and careless attitude. now mr. harpreet who is their sr. manager is not even taking my calls. i have attached the invoice as proof that no front wheel job was done. personally iam doubting a damage to the axle also. all this harassment inspite of my car being in warranty period.

                  You are company of international repute but your name is getting spoilt by your service provider. iam happy and proud owner of duster and was looking for long term relationship with renault but now even i have second doubts.

                  Kindly look into the matter and resolve my complaint as early as possible because being a doctor my commuting and hence my work is suffering a lot.

Since few months especially in heavy traffic with ac on in the first & second gears the engine doesn’t respond & the vehicle doesn’t move even we press the accelerator, this is really frustrating and irritates me as the vehicle doesn’t move, this is not only causing inconvenience to me but to other people who are behind my vehicle also gets struck in the traffic along with me, this is really an embarrassing situation which i can’t even explain you.

                    2. And sometimes with ac on in the traffic, the engine vibrates very badly. I have to shut the ac off and then take its pick-up.

                    3. Not getting proper mileage in the city condition, unfortunately its under 11-12 kmpl.

                      I gave my vehicle to service center near lb nagar, hyderabad on 11/6/16. its sri sri sri renault.

                      Complaint is gears are not applying and its hard to put reverse gear. after 4 days workshop people said there is problem with clutch kit and they changed it and the problem is solved. ipaid rs, 20, 000 (approx) and took vehicle from them.

                      After two days iam facing same problem of gear not shifting and reverse gear is not working, then i went again to workshop on 27/6/17 (i drove around 50km in this gap)
                      And after checking my vehicle they said its gear wire problem and it need to be replaced, and it will take 15 days to get the part from different city. i questioned that days if the problem is with gear wire then why did u change my clutch kit, any how after a regular followup they gave me a bill for rs 18000/- again and delivered vehicle on 9/7/16, as i tool the vehicle out and drove for 5km again car was struck with gear and it stopped, i called workshop people and asked them why did this happen, again car was drove back to workshop by them, after 3 days of checking they said again clutch master is gone and it will cost me rs, 4000/-
                      And my vehicle is in workshop for now.


                      This is my issue. now cumming to my questions

                      After reading my issue what do you feel? dont you feel iam been cheated by changing unnecessary parts to my car.

                      If my car has a problem cant your expertise engineers know that after a throw check, and are u trying to cheat people like this by changing to new parts if it is not required also.

                      Are you appointing two wheeler mechanics to do service in workshops as they dont demand much salary?

                      And now what i demand is a strong explanation on why this thing is happening, and i will publish my story on all blogs where people will be aware of how renault is cheating people by forcing them to change parts though its not required.

                      I will make my contribution in make people aware never to buy renault car because of their worst service work shops.


                      I have seen hyundai, maruti, volkswagan they are much professional in service delivery.

                      When come to renault, i cannot even compare them with a road side mechanic. road side mechanics are 100% better than a renault authorized service engineer.

                      I have noticed a good growth in renault sales. but when you see about online complaints about you pathetic service centers definitely sales will go down in 2-3 years.

                      My suggestion is better increase service centers and grow a competition between workshops so that you can even increase your sales.

                      Finally coming to my issue, do i still need to spend money in getting my gear issue solve and how many months will they do same.

                      We buy cars to drive it not to park them in workshops for weeks.

                      And your workshops will never have any part ready, when ever there is any part requirement it should be shipped from other part of the country. and in with today fast delivery shipments available it take 2 weeks to get a part.

                      Please first change your service centers then selling new vehicles.

                      Because once a trust lost will never be gained.

                      And i started making my friends aware never to by a renault car

                        Am using renault since november 2012... It's almost 4 years now... But till this given day ur service standards are same old very pathetic & unprofessional... U need 3-5 days to give appointment to take vehicle for service... And when you deliver back the vehicle... It's not that satisfactory as i get in toyota (I own fortuner also).& volkswagan.. Ur people are not trained well on customer interaction... U irritate the customer to the fullest... I had enough torture from u people... Becoz o[censored]r service standards... U are losing sales... Even maruti people receive well when we visit there showroom/service center... Its high time guys...Increase ur service centres & ur service standards...

                            I got a renault duster (85 hp model top of line) from sri sri sri renault in hyderabad. since the second service, i was having problems with the gears. sometimes the gear would not change from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd.

                            They tried adjusting the clutch, changed the gear lever, oil, worked on the clutch master, etc etc. still the problem is there.

                            The vehicle has been only serviced by srisrisrirenault service. it is been 2 years and almost 35, 000kms and the problem persists.

                            I have a backup camera installed by renault with the display for the camera which comes up in the rear view camera. since the first service had a complaint that the display has lines which is still present. i was told they ordered a replacement, but the replacement was not working and later told that model is discontinued.

                            The gear problem is seen when we try to put the vehicle in reverse gear also.

                            AS part of the fix for the gearbox, the changed the gear lever rod and the vehicle was fine for 4 months. Now the problem is seen again since November. As for the faulty display for the rear view camera it is still not fixed.

                            I am at a point where I am about to give up on Renault vehicles altogether.

                              On 01 may 2016 first time my car breakdown they repair aand for that i had paid 1598/- for it again on 12 june 2016 my car get breakdown they repair ii but on 24 june same problem appear they again repair it, then company staff told me that my car need serivce so i paid a bill of rs. 8640/-, on 9 july again car get breakdown and they take my to the serivce center for repair. they cant solve my problem or it can also say that they cant find the problem. no solution done by the company for that breakdown and i had paid 2 time amount for their repair which is not accuatly repair by them.
                              Whats the use of that company service which they are claiming.
                              Its like just a mental preasure for me to run a car like that.
                              Please sort my problem so i can enjoy my ride with renault duster

                                I dr shashikant harkood gulburga karanataka i given my veichle for repair in gulburga dealer vei no. Mh-24 ac 7077as it was showing indication as stop *suddenly pickup was slow since 40 days
                                Over still today they are telling that coudnt find out defects first they told timing belt &changed problem not solved then telling its because of clutch plate. Pressure plate & ply wheel we have to change it then it will okay cost 1-lakh 100 % i said ok changed but same problem then i asked are you technically fit they said we are diagnosing. From company technical team chenni it's defect with wiring & drm &you have to change cost around 2.5 lakhs. What's hold i do now. They are exprementing & learning on my veichle these people are changing unnecessarily parts & they are not calibre to do the job &i am going to take back my veichle get all details till today & legal action against the dealer. Can you suggest me or shall i go legal action &social media wating for reply

                                  This is in regards to my booking of renault kwid which i booked on 23rd dec 2015. Attached is the booking receipt which i got from your representative. I am completely fed up with the renault agency as this is the seventh month & still my car has not been delivered yet.

                                  If that is the case i would like my money back from you guys which i have already given 25000 inr, the reason is i am in touch with your agency situated in mandi himachal pradesh & "n" number of times they have given me future dates which is not acceptable. I don't know why there is reluctance in delivering the vehicle.
                                  I came to know about few cases where customers has got the vehicle from the same agency in 2-3 months only. So what do i extract from this?

                                  Are you guys favoring those customers who can shed some extra bucks from their pocket?

                                  Let me know by when i can expect my money back or the vehicle if i don't get any suitable response within 2-3 days i will make sure to drag renault to the customer grievance court & they can settle down the case.

                                      Company promised an average of 25 kmpl but it's hardly giving 13 kmpl. moreover, the pickup is pathetic when the ac is on and sometimes the car does not accepts accelerator when ac is on. one needs to turn off the ac first and then wait for some time till the car gets normal. this is highly undesirable when a person in driving on a busy road. please solve these issues.
