The mattress is uneven and is also sagging inside. Kindly send somebody to look into it and get the issues fixed/replaced.

Raised the complaint many a times and even sent few emails but to no response from your side.

One set corner furniture completely damage d

I booked a study table from Royal oak on 08.08.2021 at 7.50 PM. I paid down payment Rs8267.00. However, I realised the product is too big. I cancelled it on 09.08.2021 afternoon. The store manager is denying to refund my money and cancel the order. Also, bajaj finance loan was processed. As the funds were not processed. Bajaj finance cancelled the loan. The first table that was delivered was defective with cracks on the surface.
This was confirmed by the fitter from ROyal Oak.

The replacement was also defective hence it was sent back.

Hi, I have ordered a centre table on 24th July with a expected delivery date of 9th August.
However there has been bo delivery and no intimation from royal oak about the delay in delivery.
Moreover there is no reply from them on the email nor does anyone picks up call on the number they have listed on their website....

Wrong Product delivered. Yet to get the correct product

We had ordered a 2 seater Electric Recliner from Royal Oak Kanakapura Road on 25th July.

We were delivered a manual Recliner instead of the electric Recliner model.

The technician who came for installation had raised a complaint about this to Royal Oak team.

We have contacted the Customer care number as well as the Store many times.

Till now the correct Model has not been delivered....

Dining table which I bought

I bought dining table Royal oak (Vanasthalipuram branch Hyderabad) on 13 April 2021. After a week I noticed that screws has loosen and alsowood started chipping off on the table. I complained about the same to customer service Royal oak. None replied / responded because of lock down might be. Later I visited branch and complained. A technician has visited and tightened the screws. Also he did acknowledge the issue of chipping on table top...

Product quantity issue

Damaged product delivered and no replacement till now

Ordered 6 seater dining table and it got delivered within 4 days. Installation took 4 days post this. While unboxing came to know that 1 chair has broken log, 2 chairs are shorter by 1 inch! compared to other chairs and are not matching with the dimensions mentioned on website.
Technician took pictures and book entry was made for replacement on the same day as per him to the warehouse.
I am writting this on 3rd day of complaint...

Person not coming for assembly

Good evening. I had purchased furniture from Royal Oak furniture shop at Kirti Nagar New Delhi in 31 Jul 21. 03 days had passed and none of the rep from Ur shop had contacted me for assembling the furniture till todate i.e 04 Aug.

Request take the matter seriously and send the person today to avoid any inconvenience to me.
