Hello,

I was purchased cot in Royaloak Banaswadi on March 21st 2020. but our Gvt Announced Lock down after next day. so Store opened in July month. I asked to cancel delivery but they didn't cancel and not delivered. I requested many times through mail, physically and customer care. still I didn't receive product or money

    I purchased Dining table set of RoyalOak in February 2020 and now the chair condition in this set is worsened. Chairs are getting broken one by one.. One of family member was injured because of the same as the legs got broken. Kindly send your Carpenter asap to fix the same.

        My wife who is 6-month pregnant was having breakfast in the morning and suddenly the chair broke and she falls down.
        Lucking no harm to baby.
        And Dining table is under warranty.
        The technician has visited today and after confirmation with his supervisor/manager, he said that it is a usage issue and I have to pay for this.

        For such serious issue which may lead to loss of life still company asking for money to do the modification

        Royal has replaced the damaged part and the issue is resolved. Took some longer time to get the stock but thank you for resolving the issues. I am closing this comlaint

          We have purchased 1 No. Zack Computer chair from your showroom located at Mylai Balaji Nagar, Pallikaranai, Chennai on 15th Aug, 2021
          (Ref Order No: SQ[protected] value being Rs.2990/-.

          At the time of purchase we were informed by your executives that the same will be installed at our residence positively the next day. But regret to inform you that no technician has turned up so far despite our repeated follow-up since 16th August evening.

          In this context, I feel very sorry to inform you that Royaloak being one of the reputed concerns is not fulfilling its promise to its valuable customers.

          We therefore request you to depute your technician immediately on receipt of this complaint.

          A line of reply confirming the visit of your personnel is highly solicited.

            I have purchased at navy study table with chair (SD416) on 7th Aug'21.
            The installation was done on 10th Aug'21 and Chair back rest joint open on 13th Aug'21. My son is used the product only 3 day and product was failed in normal used. Is this product quality supplied by Royaloak?

            I complaint to Royaloak dealer but he is denied to attend under warranty.
            Please collect the chair from my house because i want not suppose to use such type showpiece product because due to poor quality, my son would suffer any accident in future.

            Nobody call to me and chair was still in 2 pieces. Third class furniture & service.

              We made a purchase of a sofa set (1 THREE SEATER and 1 TWO SEATER) and a tv cabinet, the order delivery delayed by more than two weeks and finally on july 26 2021 we were told to expect delivery by evening 4-6pm, but the delivery van came by approx 10.30-11.00pm in rain and they delivered the two products a total of three articles (tv cabinet pending assembly) we were told that the service team would visit us the following day for the assembly, upon opening the packaging of the sofa, the three seater and two seater, both came in different packaging . on full unpacking the two seater sofa was not firm and multiple damages were noted, hinting towards that this was not a brand new product, we politely made the store manager aware about this particular issue and requested for a replacement of the sofa as we did not pay for a used/damaged article, the manager replied to us that it was company policy to make repairs once before initiating the replacement, we explicitly made sure we are not interested to take a repaired product, but they insisted that this was their protocol, the came the next day and the repair was made, the repair was not good enough, I initiated a refund and so far no one has replied or responded and furthermore they are pointing fingers at each other about who is responsible for the replacement of the product. kindly resolve this issue, I repeat I need a product replacement I don't need it repaired (I paid for a brand new and undamaged product) . complain ID RIPL-04445

                Ordered on 9th August. Was told that it will be delivered within 2-3 days.

                    The mattress is uneven and is also sagging inside. Kindly send somebody to look into it and get the issues fixed/replaced.

                    Raised the complaint many a times and even sent few emails but to no response from your side.

                        I booked a study table from Royal oak on 08.08.2021 at 7.50 PM. I paid down payment Rs8267.00. However, I realised the product is too big. I cancelled it on 09.08.2021 afternoon. The store manager is denying to refund my money and cancel the order. Also, bajaj finance loan was processed. As the funds were not processed. Bajaj finance cancelled the loan. But I'm not getting my refund. This is very unprofessional behaviour of Royal Oak such a branded company. I'm very much disappointed. Please process my refund at the earliest. -Bindu

                          I ordered a 6 Seater Milano Italian table with order no. ROY[protected] months back.

                          The first table that was delivered was defective with cracks on the surface.
                          This was confirmed by the fitter from ROyal Oak.

                          The replacement was also defective hence it was sent back.

                          Now Mr. Damodar is not sending a replacement at all. He sent a person from his office to inspect the table. He also confirmed that there is damage.

                          Inspite of this they are not sending a replacement. it has been 4 months now

                          I have sent about 12 mails to customer care but no response

                            Hi, I have ordered a centre table on 24th July with a expected delivery date of 9th August.
                            However there has been bo delivery and no intimation from royal oak about the delay in delivery.
                            Moreover there is no reply from them on the email nor does anyone picks up call on the number they have listed on their website.

                            Sir i want to know you that i ordered the two trinity rocking chair through online purchase by the RoyalOak site on the date of 4 August 2021 then after generate invoice was mentioned on the invoice that Trinity rocking chair will be deliver on the date of 12 August 2021 but chair has not deliver yet today 16 August 2021 so i humble request you to that please resolve my querry and i want to tell you that customer care is not responsible about this and the detail of order is below it-

                              It's been JUST 8 months of our Purchase from the Royal Oak Store on Mysuru Road, Bengaluru.

                              NAME OF THE PURCHASER: RADIANT INDUSTRIES, VIJAYANAGAR, BENGALURU.

                              DATE AND MONTH OF PURCHASE: NOVEMBER 16, 2020.

                              PURCHASED AT: ROYAL OAK FURNITURE, MYSURU ROAD, BENGALURU.

                              It's with deep regret, I'm writing this complaint to you mentioning that Most of the Screws, Fittings of Tables, Chairs have given way.

                              Even the Locks have defaulted and the drawers aren't functioning.

                              We were given very high value about the quality of the Tables and Chairs before we decided to purchase but regretfully, we feel are cheated.

                              Many calls to the Store manager and officials haven't been Positive and our calls are being ignored. No Support has been rendered.

                              Please Help us in getting this fixed IMMEDIATELY.

                                    We had ordered a 2 seater Electric Recliner from Royal Oak Kanakapura Road on 25th July.

                                    We were delivered a manual Recliner instead of the electric Recliner model.

                                    The technician who came for installation had raised a complaint about this to Royal Oak team.

                                    We have contacted the Customer care number as well as the Store many times.

                                    Till now the correct Model has not been delivered.

                                      I bought dining table Royal oak (Vanasthalipuram branch Hyderabad) on 13 April 2021. After a week I noticed that screws has loosen and alsowood started chipping off on the table. I complained about the same to customer service Royal oak. None replied / responded because of lock down might be. Later I visited branch and complained. A technician has visited and tightened the screws. Also he did acknowledge the issue of chipping on table top and said it is manufacturing defect. Since then till now, I have been desperately following with Royal Oak branch manager regarding the issue, and I see no prompt response. Thrice I visited the branch. Absolutely dumb response. Royal oak complaint cell will not acknowledge.

                                      Really frustrated with the service of Royal oak. Poor quality. Highly irresponsible.

                                      I am expecting my dining table issue to get resolved ASAP.
