Invoice generated 9 days before, Office chair is received but chair back cushion was missing while delivering, i have raised a complaint 5 days before still is not yet resolved, If this a case if you can't deliver kindly refund my money i will return the chair, I found this service is very pathetic, am very disappoint with Royal oak service. even if call managers they will not pick up a call, kindly refund my money by tomorrow am coming to your store by tommorow.
