Order #ROY00131936 supposed to be delivered on 15th nov and till now neither they bothered to deliver the item nor bothered to provide an update. Customer care is absolutely rubbish. Seems like a fraud company.

      I am amazed at how this company functions.

      Its like you order an item and then pray to god that it reaches you.

      They have these offline stores which say something and then online the story is entirely different.

      Till now there is no update on the website, No customer support number is available to check the status. Like really this is my last purchase with this company. Unfortunately have paid 25000 otherwise would not have gone forward with this. Please Royal Oak have some shame.

        I am mr Pratik bhatt from mira road pin code 401107 I ah e visited one of your branch in location mira road I have selected the Turkish Italian fabric sofa the cost was Rs70000 and they are giving 20 % discount at diwali time but due to some reason I am available on that time but yesterday one of the employee name Mahesh he called and also message me that sir the sofa which you were looking was in 40 % discount that Turkish Italian fabric sofa I said seriously I am coming for payment he told me that yes soo today I visited branch I and asked him let me check the sofa I check the sofa it was alright I said why this much discount he said it's and last product that's why I come with my family that I am booking the previous decided sofa but at the time of billing his boss Sanjeev said sory we are unable for this product to give 40% discount it was mistake by Mahesh so said is this joke I have come here to book even mahesh confirm me the same sofa discount in the store but this kind of pathetic service I was not expecting from royal Oak brand now It was insulting for me that I have come with my family and they have disappointed me for all this thing .           This is my second order, my first order came somewhat in time and hence that motivated me for purchasing a second time. But this time no regular status updates are being provided in regards to whether the item has been shipped or is in progress.

          Royal Oak really needs to up their game in regards to providing status updates.

            As per the discussion at Royal Oak furniture store, the store person had told me that the item is available in stock and I could order online.

            This is not exactly a complaint but a request for expediting the order -

            Requesting the Royal Oaks team to check all warehouses as the store member had said that the item is available in their warehouse.

              Item got delivered but now have to beg the technician to come to fix.

              As if it is our responsibility to keep requesting for assembly.

                    Never knew that Royaloak Furnitures is such a bxxxxx sxxx company.
                    Very bad experience of buying a single seater fabric recliner sofa from bannerghatta road/bilekahalli Outlet.
                    Rs.19, 000 gone to drain. Unable to use the recliner for the purpose meant.
                    Totally unprofessional sales team, unable to guide customer properly.
                    Better to avoid Royaloak Furnitures, online or offline.
                    Small non branded local standalone outlets can give you better service and products and value for your money.
                    An aggrieved customer.

                        I purchased a wooden sofa on[protected] for 46, 000. We have stiched kushiyon cover for 9, 000. Totally now the value of that sofa is 55K. From the date purchased within a month the sofa got broken. NOTE: We don't have any kids at home or any heavy weight person. So it is totally the manufacturing defect. We have informed the sales man and a officer. We asked for a replacement of that sofa and we don't want a repaired one. We need a new one as a replacement. After their visit and inspection, they have confirmed it that it was a manufacturer defect so they will repair it. But we are not satisfied with that decision because we don't Royal oak anymore. For one person that sofa got broken, what if 4 people are sitting in that sofa? We should have be scared to sit on that sofa. It's been 25 days now we didn't get any solution for this. It shows the quality and service of ROYAL OAK. Better ROYAL OAK should atleast retain their reputation by replacing a new and good one to us. Contact me for any more information. Need a replacement ASAP.

                        We have been responded from ROYALOAK after 15 days saying they will repair the same sofa but we are not satisfied with that. So we asked for a guarantee through email for atleast 5 years that the repaired sofa will not get broken anymore. But ROYALOAK is refusing to give it as a written proof. Why does ROYALOAK does not trust it's furniture? If they don't trust on their product then how the customer will trust on the repaired sofa? What is the resolution for this? Looking forward to book a case against ROYALOAK.

                            Worst service never seen before.Dispatched damaged dining table following up since six months not resolving issue.Deepa and subramanyam is following up but no getting proper support it seems.Nayeem is saying day and next day for dispatching new product but days are passing not delivering the product.please resolve issue with in a day other wise need to log complaint in police station.

                                  King size cot

                                  Purchased king size cot worth 32000 months before. There was unnecessary delay in delivery and assembly.
                                  The product has many assembly units, makes it difficult to move and reassemble.
                                  There is a plate near head side which is not fixed and slides both right and left creating nuisance everything.
                                  In addition this free plate slides down blocking the functioning of hydraulics.
                                  Not a useful product and design...

                                  I have purchased an Audi six seater dining table with 4 chairs at your Royal oak outlet at Ramanathapuram Coimbatore-641045 (Invoice enclosed) on 09.10.2021.. I was given delivery of the said item on 16.10.2021.. Two chairs were damaged, hence it returned it to the showroom on 17.10.2021. I was given an acknowledgement for receiving the damaged chairs and assurance of delivery before 27.10.2021( copy enclosed).But till date I have not received the same. Everytime when I call the outlet I will have to narrate the entire story to all the people who picks up the call. THEIR STANDARD REPLY IS "We will check and get back to you. But I will have to call them again.. At last one person promised to deliver it within 11.30 AM on 28.10.2021.. When I called in the morning people started asking the entire story again.. Is this how a pan india showroom will function? And do they expect us to beg for delivery of a defective product? I need a solution for this issue and also delivery of the item by today.. please do the needful and tell them what is customer service..

                                      We purchased 3 dining chairs. One of the chair is damaged and the service people has taken the chair on 3.10.2020. And they have not replaced it till today. Called the service Center called the furniture shop where we purchased the chair. But there is no use. They will give one phone number when we call they will give another number. Ultimately no response and no one do anything. We are fed up with this. So I request you to replace the chair immediately. Thank you
