We bought office chair from Royal oak, Chennai and hydraulics in one of the arm was damaged. We complained to the store and they took our invoice and said hydraulics will be replaced. Repeated calls to them were in vain. So complained to customer care number and they mentioned that they will take immediate action. Even after close to 2 months, i dont see any calls from them. Their warranty is useless and are taking customers for a ride

    It feels like there is no point in buying from RoyalOak online. Waste of time and money. My order (queen size bed) was not delievered. It is already 2 days past the delivery date. I have been trying to contact their customer care team. No one lifts the call. Whatsapp chat is useless. No update from their delivery team. No response to any calls from anyone. Some of the customer care numbers are just invalid.

    The only response I received was from their email customer support team and they said
    "We have highlighted this concern and we have advised the online team to take this up on priority.
    You shall soon be notified on the same "

    Well nothing after that. It almost feels like a scam at this point to buy from RoyalOak.

      We have just purchased two sidetables from you and both the tables are having scratches .. inspite of repeatedly telling the carpenter he said these are due to thermacol and didn't pay much attention ..it is very sad to get this type of service from u n that I will rating it as one star in your site .I need this to get done correctly or give a new piece or refund .

        The quality of the product is very bad.the product got broked within less than 2 months I am trying to complain it from last 2 months but there no proper customer care too after sales.i hope ull contact soon for support

          I have purchased a TV Stand in RoyalOak in March 2021, I have asked them to deliver it in August as I was shifting to a new house however, even after multiple calls and followup I have only received multiple false promises and the product still stands undelivered.

          Still the product is not delivered, Someone called and asked me to close the complaint and the product will be delivered, however nothing has happened till now
          No updates from Royal Oak.. can you let me know the next steps.. looks like they have just taken the money and not interested to deliver the product

            Hi Team,

            I purchased the subjected products around 1 month back and received & installed Yesterday and observed that all products are Damaged/used products. Find the attachments for your reference. Kindly check and replace the products, if the new products are not available kindly cancel and refund my amount at the earliest.

              We purchase sofaset of 3 seater quantity 1, 2 seater quantity 2, 1 seater quantity 1, but they delivered one set of 2 seater sofa set instead of 2.
              After that the Manager of that Branch not giving any response and he is not attending phone also by such attitude your company goodwill will be lost

                      My Order ID is [protected], I have raised a complaint on Jul 27th 2021 and still did not resolved. Every time whenever I call customer care, they are saying in 2 days this will be resolved. It's been more than a month and still no resolution.
                      I would say the customer service is not at all good.

                          Dear Royaloak Team,

                          This is to inform you that i have booked a leather sofa set of Rs. 150, 000 at your sarjapur store and they confirmed to deliver a box packed piece at the time of booking as i have paid for a new product not a used damaged one.

                          But i am very much shocked to see that you guys have delivered a used and damaged product at my home today and once i denied taking the delivery they just kept in the door and ran away …

                          Is that professionalism and the way you are running your company ?

                          Immediately i called up sarjapur store manager Mr. Surender and informed that i am not going to accept this and need my money back…he asked me to keep it for the time being and he will return the money.

                          Guys, the way you have shown your unprofessionalism today. I am not going to deal with you guys in future and I am going to socialize my experience with others also so that others should be aware while climbing the stairs of your store.

                          Also one recliner is missing and not delivered yet…

                          Please take this damaged product back and refund my money asap.

                            This complaint is about non delivery of online purchased item on Royal Oak Online order number #ROY00122809 . Promised delivery date was by 24th August at max .
                            Now day by day it is getting extended . Starting from 24th August moving the date to 26th then 27th then 28th then 30th and today someone from customer care responded with 31st.
                            It is very much disappointment that Company is not cancelling the order and simply delaying after payment. Need help in resolving the issue.

                            Customer support team is not at all co-operative and providing false information .
                            If company is not able to deliver, Please cancel and refund my money so that I can purchase somewhere else.

                                  My booked product was delayed, and it’s ok. It’s understandable in this time of pandemic and transport issues.
                                  But there was no proper response from the royaloak store, salem district,
                                  Tamilnadu. My product was booked and it was more than a month, the people from the store did not even picup the call,
                                  I finally contacted the store manager “Samsudeen” and understood why there was no response. He was such an irresponsible person, who doesn’t even have the knowledge about the products in his store. He also did not respond me properly when I reached the outlet. He “Samsudeen” the store manager is a kind of person who doesn’t fit for the position as a manager. Even the sales people were in a good communication with the customers.

                                  The manager “Samsudeen” did not even know how to communicate properly with the customers. The sales men at the sales outlet of royaloak are more capable and efficient and knowledgeable then the manager of that store.

                                  The outlet manager contacted me and apologised. Im marking this complaint resolved.

                                      I was purchased cot in Royaloak Banaswadi on March 21st 2020. but our Gvt Announced Lock down after next day. so Store opened in July month. I asked to cancel delivery but they didn't cancel and not delivered. I requested many times through mail, physically and customer care. still I didn't receive product or money

                                        I purchased Dining table set of RoyalOak in February 2020 and now the chair condition in this set is worsened. Chairs are getting broken one by one.. One of family member was injured because of the same as the legs got broken. Kindly send your Carpenter asap to fix the same.
