I have purchased King size bed from Royal Oak - Old Madras Show room on 15th Feb 2021 ( Order No: [protected] ) and noticed that there is issue with Head board fixing arrangement and due to which Bed is moving and noise also coming. Issue has been reported to Customer care on 23rd April 2021 and in the month of June 2021 one of their technician has visited and noticed that the holes provided on the head board are bigger than the bolt size...

I had booked a muar malasian 3 door wardrobe on 31/12/2020 by paying advance amount of 2000/- at their Kanakapura road branch.Bangalore
They promised to deliver by 15th of January. But till date nothing has happened. I visted them and raised complaint several times to refund my amount. They give excuses that refund of advance is not there and we have to wait till delivery. It is already 6 months. I need my advance with damage costs...

Purchased materials on 29 th March and made payment in March and goods are not supplied for four months and 21 st July they just dumped packed Materails at home and again no one is turning up to set up the things . I purchased the dining table costing around 70000 inr from Royal Oak showroom, kanakpura road and as pet the scheme that time, I have been given the study chair and was told that some executive will come and fit in the same.

He cme but didn't fit in this chair properly and left staring he will come later and despite multiple calls, follow ups and request, there has been utter dissatisfaction and no one has turned back. br...

Very bad experience in buying the product from royal oak online. The product has been delivered and but no one from royal oak has contacted for assembly. I called multiple times but no answer. This is last time and I will never ever buy any product from royal oak. Even I would recommend all my friends also....

You guys are taking 72 hours for installation after product delivery and the furniture is lying like a dead body in middle of the house.

Sales team person is saying that he is not having any contacts from installation team.

While purchasing they nicely smiled and said within one day they will do it....

I had ordered this chair on 17th June and was expecting the item to arrive on 2nd July. But not received till now. I have tried to contact the seller several times, very disappointed on the customer service. Once when I made contact. They then realised that the model is out of stock. And I asked for full refund. It has been more than 15 days but I have not even received any full refund. And now none of the customer...

I have purchased a desk from OMR showroom which was delivered 2 days back and no one called for installation .And when we call customer care no one is picking up...

Its been two and half weeks still my furnitures are not fixed, i have to beg the royal oak team for everything, i have purchased for a total of 1.3 lakh .. i feel like a stupid because i brought from royal oak .. i will never recommend it to anyone. I ordered King Size bed online via https://www.royaloakindia.com.
However, they delivered defective bed.
Now, no one is responding and helping. Sent email to customer care but haven't received any response yet. Also, called customer care number [protected] but no one is picking up the calls....

Please read mail trail as the company has not only delivered a defective product twice, but now wants me to pay for repairs. Upon repeated calls ([protected])and whatsapp messages ([protected]) - no one responds.

Order # ROY00114878 placed via online on June 25th, expected delivery date was July 7. Till now there is no proper response from anyone in Royaloak. Visited shop as well, there are saying they are not responsible for online orders and customer care doesn’t even bother to give a call. God only knows what the heck is wrong with these guys, never buy from Royaloak, pure cheaters....

Ordered a wardrobe online and should say such a lifetime waste of time. Can’t even say poor, it’s worst to the core. Call me [protected]. Even store manager doesn’t bother to take ownership and help....

My Order Number : ROY00118953 and two more orders were delivered on 15th July but haven't been installed yet, inspite of repeated requests. At the time of purchase I got 3 calls during that period, but once the payment is made, there is no one to assist for installation. Never expected such poor customer care and after sales service from such a reputed brand. To add to it your customer care number is permanently busy or maybe non functional....

Hello Sir, we have placed order for 2 beds. But the features & quality assured in website is different and actual receipt is different...

I have placed an order on 10-Jul'2021, the amount was deducted & order was not placed, I am not able to connect anyone on customer care no. provided on their website...

We orderd 3 products with this order .
after many followups and calls as of now recieved 2 orders(dining table and sofaset)

3 months over still the cot is not delivered.
we have done online payment with our credit card and paid 3 months intrest too but the item not delivered more over no response when we send mail .
