order no ROY00115290 table on 27 jun 2021, still I haven't received the table, no one giving reply on customer care number.if you are not able to supply this item then cancelled the order and refund the money

    We had ordered a sofa online with Royal Oak on July 09 2021 and the delivery date was set for July 24. We have not received even one single updated tracking information.

    The customer care has not been responsive at all and are not providing updates or ways to resolve the issues.

    The customer care responded via email stating that the sofa would delivered today ie. July 28 and we had gotten a call from the delivery executive and the sofa was delivered at the requested time as well.

      I ordered queen size mattress on 28th June and amount has been payed,
      Still I I didn't received the product, they are not at all responding calls and messages.
      There is no tracking updates also.
      Please take action on this.

        I have purchased 3+2 sofa (with 4 auto recliner) at Bangalore, Old Madras Road Royaloak showroom in Feb and got installed in March 2021. Within 45 days the recliners started mal-functioning, and within a weeks time 3 out of 3 recliners stopped working. Raised complaint with their customer care in April 18th and around 20 follow ups done so far. Their service engineers visit the house and informed some or other reasons and go off (motor issue etc., ). The customer care team not responding to the mails and the show room people are no help. We need urgent help in this one, the recliners are not working for more than 3 months now.

          I have ordered in online one queen size mattress in rayaloak.
          From zestmoney. They are saying that they cleared payment everything their side.
          But from rayaloak no one is responded still. It's almost a month over. What should I do know.

            Purchased cupboard and chair in Feb 2021 from Royaloak JP nagar and chair wheels and screws came out. Communicated them to attend the issue july 3rd week. Asked to share mail with photos and invoice. Shared the details but no response for 1 week. Today when we called, there is no assurance and managers are not attending the call. Executive said that he followed up several times but no response.

                I have purchased King size bed from Royal Oak - Old Madras Show room on 15th Feb 2021 ( Order No: [protected] ) and noticed that there is issue with Head board fixing arrangement and due to which Bed is moving and noise also coming. Issue has been reported to Customer care on 23rd April 2021 and in the month of June 2021 one of their technician has visited and noticed that the holes provided on the head board are bigger than the bolt size and due to which bolts are got damaged. According to the technician, replacement of head board or bed is only the solution and confirmed that they will arrange the replacement shortly. Since than there was no response from the customer care or service team even after repeated reminders.

                Every time getting mail that we will address the issue shortly, but no resolution has been provided yet.

                  I had booked a muar malasian 3 door wardrobe on 31/12/2020 by paying advance amount of 2000/- at their Kanakapura road branch.Bangalore
                  They promised to deliver by 15th of January. But till date nothing has happened. I visted them and raised complaint several times to refund my amount. They give excuses that refund of advance is not there and we have to wait till delivery. It is already 6 months. I need my advance with damage costs

                    I am a chartered Accountant. I have purchased office chair in January 2021 from your Belagavi (Karnataka) show room. The said office executive chair spring has irritating noice. I had lodged complaint regarding the same in february, 2021. Your technician came and seen the chair, but resolved the issue. Then I contacted your dealer in Belagavi repetately but no solution provided. Thereafter due to lockdown the same could not be followed. The irritating noice still persists.

                    Will you be providing the solution...

                      Purchased materials on 29 th March and made payment in March and goods are not supplied for four months and 21 st July they just dumped packed Materails at home and again no one is turning up to set up the things . Manager is not responding and when called he will switch off his mobile, worse people manager Vamshi great person, such people will damage the reputation and company will close down soon, that is guaranteed. Nonsense and dump useless people

                        I purchased the dining table costing around 70000 inr from Royal Oak showroom, kanakpura road and as pet the scheme that time, I have been given the study chair and was told that some executive will come and fit in the same.

                        He cme but didn't fit in this chair properly and left staring he will come later and despite multiple calls, follow ups and request, there has been utter dissatisfaction and no one has turned back.
                        I would like to escape this to highest possible authority to take notice if this and ensure we have required reliable folks in our group who don't play with the reputation of the organization. Customer support doesn't seem to be at its place and would cause major damage to the reputation and sales and growth of this firm.
                        Can we do something now at least please?

                          Very bad experience in buying the product from royal oak online. The product has been delivered and but no one from royal oak has contacted for assembly. I called multiple times but no answer. This is last time and I will never ever buy any product from royal oak. Even I would recommend all my friends also.

                            You guys are taking 72 hours for installation after product delivery and the furniture is lying like a dead body in middle of the house.

                            Sales team person is saying that he is not having any contacts from installation team.

                            While purchasing they nicely smiled and said within one day they will do it.

                                I had ordered this chair on 17th June and was expecting the item to arrive on 2nd July. But not received till now. I have tried to contact the seller several times, very disappointed on the customer service. Once when I made contact. They then realised that the model is out of stock. And I asked for full refund. It has been more than 15 days but I have not even received any full refund. And now none of the customer care number are active. Solve this issue ASAP. Or I will have to move further to court regarding the same.

                                        However, they delivered defective bed.
