    Dear Sir,
    This is regarding the callous attitude of the staff and the management of Royal Oak NEW DIMOS furniture at Meveram Kollam to my complaint registered via whatsapp on 27/07/2021 regarding the poor quality of the office chair purchased from the shop.
    I had purchased a DENZO OFFICE CHAIR ELITE along with other items on 21st Aug 2020. The backrest of the chair broke while under warranty and the chair started developing rust even though it is kept in a secure atmosphere inside the house..
    Though I repeatedly complained to the shop, they kept promising me that some action would be taken, however, there has been no concrete response from their side.
    Please do ensure that justice is done and trust in your brand is retained.
    I am attaching pictures of the bill and the broken chair.

      Dear Sir,
      I had registered a complaint on whatsapp with Royal Oak New Dimos Furniture, Meveram, Kollam on 27/07/2021 regarding a Denzo office chair Elite which i had purchased on 21st Aug 2020.
      It is under warranty and its back got broken and already it has started rusting though it is kept in a secure place inside the house.
      Every time i called I was constantly promised that some action would be taken and they would call back.
      However, i have received no positive response from their side.
      Do ensure that justice is done.
      I am attaching photos of the bill and the chair.

                It is with displeasure towards completeness of buying new products from Royal Oak that we are writing this mail. We purchased a king size cot, single seater, three seater sofa, tv unit from Royal Oak vide order no - SQ[protected] on 25th July 2021. As informed by the shop person except for three seater sofa we got all on 27th July and the fitting and assembly is expected to contact within 3 days. Subsequently the sofa also came on 30th July 2021. While contacting the dealer who prepared the bill he informed that it was decided to do the assembling all at once and I need to wait for three more days from 30th July. If that’s the case, I should have already got the person on 30th or 31st which is 3 days from 27th and not from 30th.

                Very poor customer service and laid back attitude of bringing to closure.

                  Ordered a wall mounted study table from RoyalOak order ID ROY0043440 on 15June2020 which was delivered on 19June2020. However the lower side of the desk came off and damaged the side of the desk. Replaced 4 times and all the times a damaged replacement was sent. RoyalOak's vendor Oposal took back the whole desk and agreed to refund the whole amount. After two month, RoyalOak said no refund but we can give any other product with same amount paid for desk. Again after two weeks they say the vendor Oposal has to give the refund as they have taken payment. Oposal agreed to pay 80% and asked RoyalOak to refund rest amount. Shared bank details to both, but nothing happened. Have been following up with RoyalOak and Oposal for the past 8 months but none of them are now responding. Have all emails of conversations but seeing no end to this.

                    Purchased one Queen size bed from Royaloak, Sector-10 Noida. They commit that in case of any issue they will resolve the issue immediately. But It is 5th day of calling everyday and they commit to come and resolve. But nothing has been done.

                    The product has scratches and gaps in the assembly.

                    No commitment fulfillment from Royaloak. Think before buying from Royaloak.

                        I have ordered product online on 3rd July. Track order showed delivery by 24th July. The product is not delivered yet. There are no updates from the seller. I have been contacting customer care since this Monday and everyday I get the same answer "We will update you ASAP but they don't get back to me." How long should I wait? I want an immediate reply!

                              Royal oak noida staff is fooling me since 15 days, the day I booked it, about my product delivery. Every time they are providing false information. Last week they told me product is in the way to Faridabad and now they are saying it is yet to shipped. Worst experience I had till date. No integrity at all. Company should take action against their staff.

                                    On 18th July 2021, I placed order for Bonn Germany Black Marble Dining Table on Royaloak and it got delivered on 25th July. 26th July 1 man came for installation and found base was damaged they have taken the broken base of table on same day and said replacement will be done next day but their is no replacement till now we went to shop talked to manager he is just giving one and other reason even not picking calls not giving update on same. We are feeling trapped after making full payment, they are not listening not giving replacement of base nor refunding amount paid.

                                        We had ordered a sofa online with Royal Oak on July 09 2021 and the delivery date was set for July 24. We have not received even one single updated tracking information.

                                        The customer care has not been responsive at all and are not providing updates or ways to resolve the issues.
