Defective product returned but no refund

Ordered a wall mounted study table from RoyalOak order ID ROY0043440 on 15June2020 which was delivered on 19June2020. However the lower side of the desk came off and damaged the side of the desk. Replaced 4 times and all the times a damaged replacement was sent. RoyalOak's vendor Oposal took back the whole desk and agreed to refund the whole amount. After two month, RoyalOak said no refund but we can give any other product with same amount...

Queen Size Bed

Purchased one Queen size bed from Royaloak, Sector-10 Noida. They commit that in case of any issue they will resolve the issue immediately. But It is 5th day of calling everyday and they commit to come and resolve. But nothing has been done.

The product has scratches and gaps in the assembly.

No commitment fulfillment from Royaloak. Think before buying from Royaloak....

My Product not delivered

I have ordered product online on 3rd July. Track order showed delivery by 24th July. The product is not delivered yet. There are no updates from the seller. I have been contacting customer care since this Monday and everyday I get the same answer "We will update you ASAP but they don't get back to me." How long should I wait? I want an immediate reply!...

Installation of King size cot

Sofa delivery issue

Royal oak noida staff is fooling me since 15 days, the day I booked it, about my product delivery. Every time they are providing false information. Last week they told me product is in the way to Faridabad and now they are saying it is yet to shipped. Worst experience I had till date. No integrity at all. Company should take action against their staff.

Havent received order yet

Replacement of damage base is not getting done

On 18th July 2021, I placed order for Bonn Germany Black Marble Dining Table on Royaloak and it got delivered on 25th July. 26th July 1 man came for installation and found base was damaged they have taken the broken base of table on same day and said replacement will be done next day but their is no replacement till now we went to shop talked to manager he is just giving one and other reason even not picking calls not giving update on same....

I have ordered royal oak melina office
order no ROY00115290 table on 27 jun 2021, still I haven't received the table, no one giving reply on customer care number.if you are not able to supply this item then cancelled the order and refund the money...

Product not delivered - customer care not responsive

We had ordered a sofa online with Royal Oak on July 09 2021 and the delivery date was set for July 24. We have not received even one single updated tracking information.

The customer care has not been responsive at all and are not providing updates or ways to resolve the issues....

Recliner Sofa - 3 not working

I have purchased 3+2 sofa (with 4 auto recliner) at Bangalore, Old Madras Road Royaloak showroom in Feb and got installed in March 2021. Within 45 days the recliners started mal-functioning, and within a weeks time 3 out of 3 recliners stopped working. Chair repair Not being attended as per warranty

Purchased cupboard and chair in Feb 2021 from Royaloak JP nagar and chair wheels and screws came out. Communicated them to attend the issue july 3rd week. Asked to share mail with photos and invoice. Shared the details but no response for 1 week. Today when we called, there is no assurance and managers are not attending the call. Executive said that he followed up several times but no response....
