Ordered Serene dining table back in October 2020 and delivered in January 2021 with 2 chairs out of 6 faulty. Store members took back the same with a promise of replacement and also acknowledged the same by store owner Amar - +[protected]. Till date they have not delivered or called with an update for replacement.

Visited store by myself, and still they are providing same old faulty chairs as replacement.

      I ordered a bed from royaloak and they said they would deliver the product by 2nd Oct 2021(15 days after booking), but still it shows only order received by tracking. I have already paid the money. But I'm not able to contact any customer care. No one's replying in WhatsApp and online chat. I don't want to receive my order late like others, that's why I am complaining now only. Please rectify this asap.

        We have purchased the 3+2 leather recliners (Morris recliner) order no SQ[protected], with the cost of 1, 25, 000 with utmost passion from royal Oak kadubeesanahalli 560037 banglore. On 9/21/2021
        But due to incompatiblity in seating in the sofa we experienced severe back pain, neck pain and head pain and complained of it on the fourth day after installation due to unresisting pain we complained in the office where we purchased, they told that they will talk to the authority and reply back but no action has been taken
        Look we Invest for comfort but siting in them is torture for us .managment please kindly consider our problem,
        Also very poor stiching the pealing of the leather is observedThe pealing and rupture details I have attached
        Kindly consider the points, as the back pain is more and unable to resist and the tear investing 1, 25, 000 and facing lot of problem

            We purchased office chair on 12-Oct having invoice number SI[protected] and order number SO[protected].
            The chair package was delivered on 14th Oct and they asked me that installation team will come in evening and will install it but nobody came.
            We waited for next day also but nobody came. Finally the installation team came on 16th oct and they found that main part of the chair (base) is missing. Then they told that they will install it next day i.e. 17th Oct.
            But even after multiple calls to their office/escalation manager, nobody visited yet with the missing part to install the chair.

                      Even after 3 months, they are not delivering the product. Not picking up our calls. And are not processing the refund.
                      Be aware and don't buy from this brand.

                              I bought this item just 2 months back in the month of July and the chair is broken within 2 months . Royal oak technician took the broken chair after one month of complain and now no one from the royal oak team is picking my call for the replacement. I really regret buying something from royal oak.

                              This is a fraud as none of them are replying over email or responding to the calls.

                                I purchased Queen size Audi bed online in royaloak Bangalore. It got damaged with in 3 months. I lodged a complaint for repairing it 10 days before. But nobody has responded, and very poor customer support, nobody is responsible for customer support, they way they treat customers it is very bad. we do not know how to contact as nobody is responsible.

                                I have been waiting for their support to fix the issue or replacement.

                                  Every time I called for the same I was convinced by Mr. arun (Turbhe Store) by saying that the unit will be delivered next week with same day installation. Finally I got the delivery yesterday but still I am waiting...
