Ordered a wardrobe online and should say such a lifetime waste of time. Can’t even say poor, it’s worst to the core. Call me [protected]. Even store manager doesn’t bother to take ownership and help.

    My Order Number : ROY00118953 and two more orders were delivered on 15th July but haven't been installed yet, inspite of repeated requests. At the time of purchase I got 3 calls during that period, but once the payment is made, there is no one to assist for installation. Never expected such poor customer care and after sales service from such a reputed brand. To add to it your customer care number is permanently busy or maybe non functional. Please get the furniture installed as soon as possible.

          We orderd 3 products with this order .
          after many followups and calls as of now recieved 2 orders(dining table and sofaset)

          3 months over still the cot is not delivered.
          we have done online payment with our credit card and paid 3 months intrest too but the item not delivered more over no response when we send mail .

          when we call not even picking the call, when we whats up to the person who initially reached us at the time order placing, not even getting any reply

          not expected this much unprofessional service and response from Royloak.

          we have our own work and inaddtion to that mental stress by paying our money to you .

            Bought on 14th Feb 2021 from Viveks vadapalani show room, Order Number -[protected] and got repaired on 1st July 2021. I have called several times the customer service executive of BERLYN OAK team person - Saravanan - [protected] and Asif regional manger[protected]. Following up for last two weeks. Not even picking up the call. Request to repair this chair as it not crossed 4 months of life.

              I have purchased a single cot online and the product was suppose to deliver by 7th July. I have been trying to connect to customer for more than a week and not able to connect. nearest store doesn’t care about my request since it was purchased online.. All phones lines are switched off and no one is responding… Pathetic company, website broken, no customer care, nearest store agents. phone switched off all the time.

                My order ID is ROY0099389. I have placed order online on April 9th 2021. The delivery date was postponed by the company multiple times but product was never delivered. On June 19 the 2021, requested for refund and shared my account details as per their email. As per their communication the amount should be rufunded within 15 days but still not returned. The customer care numbers are not responding. For email, the response is we will get back to you. But they never responded or called back.

                  After long back and forth discussion, finally got it delivered. It is really a pain dealing with Royal Oak customer care. Anyway got it after 1 month 18 days. Amazon or Flipkart is much better

                    I purchased recliner 2 + 3 sofa in January 2021. Its only 6 months old. Its skin has already started peeling. I was promised a genuine leather sofa. Even a good quality letherite cannot peel in such a short span. I feel really cheated. 2 nappies sofa 1s beige came along with it. One leg of the sofa is already broken. It is made of some cheap quality wood. There are no children in the house. Furnitures are hardly used. How a so called reputed ROYALOAK can cheat people like this. Even after repeated call no help from your sales team. Mostly they don't pick the call. My customer code is RMS318564. I am JYOTHI E T. Payment date 16.1.21. Customer Ref no. 1122. Branch . MSR.
                    I want an immediate replacement of furniture or refund of money. Else I will be forced to take legal action against the company. Get back to me immediately and sought out the matters

                      Either replace the left hand or replace the entire sofa.

                        I have purchased queen size bed. ID: ROY0039340. After few weeks o[censored]se it started making horrible noise and the finishing of the product is utterly bad. So far many times i have tried contacting the customer support but not getting any response. The product looks like they have made bed using waste out of materials and waste of money. I want immediate response for my issue. If not will take action against the company.

                            I ordered bed from royaloak website on 15th June. My order wqs supposed to be delivered on 29th June. Till today there is no update on the order dispatch or any details.
                            RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            I need update on my order ASAP. Otherwise i will raise a case in consumer court.

                              I had booked order vide no.ROY00111781 on June 12 product was not delivered. Informed me no delivery to my location. I request for refund but till date amount was not credited to my account. I contacted customer care they said amount will be credited on 07082021 but not credited till date please refund the amount immediately

                                1) Repeatedly i asked for refund but no luck from Royaloak. Royaloak told me no refundable policy available. AFTER few days somebody asked to share the cancellation request with cancel cheque but after that no update on refund.I am Struggling from 27th April to till today on this matter. Attached all email communications with Royaloak.

                                2) After 4months wait I got the product which was not what I had selected at the Royaloak Electronic city Bangalore showroom. The color of that product is 70% different.
                                2) I found the size(of the Dining table) is also not accurate to what I have selected. Why is the Royaloak team given this type of false and fake commitment?
                                3) Dining table weight is less and Royaloak Logo is not available.
                                4) I have wasted my costly time on follow up on this item to deliver but still did not receive the proper solution yet, need compensation on this as well.

                                  My Order No. is ROY00103121. We had ordered an office chair on 7th May 2021 & we have not recieved the chair yet. We have tried to reach out every no. of Royal Oak available on internet but unfortunately we are unable to reach. We contacted Mysore Road (Bangalore) showroom for help, but they denied saying it is an online order & they can't help. There is no option to cancel the order too. Our family has bought so many furnitures from Royal Oak showroom & we hadn't faced such a problem as we have faced now by ordering online.

                                    I have received defective sofa set delivery. Very Bad experience no response for my complaint, No reply for complaint raised till date. Store Manager is very careless in attending customer complaints.
                                    I have paid 1.7 lakhs for Sofa set Dining Table and Coffee Table.
                                    But no satisfaction.

                                      Am very sorry to inform you that, I had a very worst experience with Royalock furniture shop which is located in Mysore road Bangalore, one proper response, no proper communication and no commitment .
                                      I have ordered and booked “BOSTON AMERICAN FABRIC SOFA 3S and 2S” Dated on 29/11/2020 and Requested for Delivery on : April 2021 month End .Order #:[protected], we have made the Full payment on the order date itself
                                      Due to lockdown we are unbale to take the delivery till June 24th.so finally we have communicate to delivery on 26th June .
                                      Still yesterday morning we are following up for the delivery, so finally they are delivered yesterday 5th July 12:45 Pm without any Documents. after 10 days of follow-up.
                                      After delivering the materials we have verified, delivered materials was wrong, we have ordered “BOSTON AMERICAN FABRIC SOFA 3S and 2S”but they are delivered “2S and 2S” attached photos for your reference. Same as been communicated to concern person who is working in Mysore Branch That is Mr.Sayad Phone No:[protected] along with the evidence we have shared in the WhatsApp. He told will check and confirm, but he has not called me nor responded for my request, so I only called them again, he is telling it was wrong delivered to you will replace the materials by early morning, so I told ok, so that day is over.

                                      On 6th morning again I only called him by 11:04 Am, no response, again and I have called for one more number [protected] he has spoken me like am not responsible and he doesn’t know how to communicate with customer, so again I only called to Mr.Sayad at 3:27 Pm he is telling it will take another 7 to 8 days to replace. What does it mean for replacing and delivering the right product again another 7 to 8 days are required for your team, Till the time where I need to keep you wrong product in my home.
                                      We Really never expect from Royalock Furniture company such a big company giving a poor services, I feel that kindly please take back your product and re-fund my money. We are keep on calling for customer services no but no response. Attached Screen shot for your reference.

                                        We have placed online order on April 9th 2021 by paying 43k. Delivery date was postponed multiple times but still not delivered. Refunds request was submitted and shared my bank account details on June 19th and as per the mail the amount should be settled in 15 days but not yet settled. No response for our mails or customer support calls.
