Dear Concerns
Am very sorry to inform you that, I had a very worst experience with Royalock furniture shop which is located in Mysore road Bangalore, one proper response, no proper communication and no commitment .
I have ordered and booked “BOSTON AMERICAN FABRIC SOFA 3S and 2S” Dated on 29/11/2020 and Requested for Delivery on : April 2021 month End .Order #:[protected], we have made the Full payment on the order date itself
Due to lockdown we are unbale to take the delivery till June 24th.so finally we have communicate to delivery on 26th June .
Still yesterday morning we are following up for the delivery, so finally they are delivered yesterday 5th July 12:45 Pm without any Documents. after 10 days of follow-up.
After delivering the materials we have verified, delivered materials was wrong, we have ordered “BOSTON AMERICAN FABRIC SOFA 3S and 2S”but they are delivered “2S and 2S” attached photos for your reference. Same as been communicated to concern person who is working in Mysore Branch That is Mr.Sayad Phone No:[protected] along with the evidence we have shared in the WhatsApp. He told will check and confirm, but he has not called me nor responded for my request, so I only called them again, he is telling it was wrong delivered to you will replace the materials by early morning, so I told ok, so that day is over.

On 6th morning again I only called him by 11:04 Am, no response, again and I have called for one more number [protected] he has spoken me like am not responsible and he doesn’t know how to communicate with customer, so again I only called to Mr.Sayad at 3:27 Pm he is telling it will take another 7 to 8 days to replace. What does it mean for replacing and delivering the right product again another 7 to 8 days are required for your team, Till the time where I need to keep you wrong product in my home.
We Really never expect from Royalock Furniture company such a big company giving a poor services, I feel that kindly please take back your product and re-fund my money. We are keep on calling for customer services no but no response. Attached Screen shot for your reference.

    We have placed online order on April 9th 2021 by paying 43k. Delivery date was postponed multiple times but still not delivered. Refunds request was submitted and shared my bank account details on June 19th and as per the mail the amount should be settled in 15 days but not yet settled. No response for our mails or customer support calls.

      I had raised a complaint two months back regarding my computer chair which broke just seven months after purchase. The cost of the chair is Rs.10000 and the most disheartening fact is that we have not recieved any information about repairing it even after contacting the company and support team for the millionth time. I had purchased the chair for my work-related purpose but now struggling to even get hold of a support executive to help us. Royal Oak has provided one of the worst support services possible for the consumer.

        Sir I had ordered cot vide order no.ROY00111781 on June 12th 2021.I received a message from [protected] that product cannot be delivered to your location. I said to refund the amount. Again I received message that refund was initiated on June 21 2021 it will be credited to account with in 15 days. Already 15 days completed but amount not refunded to my account

            I have bought a queen size bed Order Number : ROY00114585
            Royaloak Darius Queen Size Engineered Wood Bed with Storage.

            I am trying to reach Royal Oak since last 1 week but there has been no update. They have no idea when the bed will be delivered. They have a standard response to the query, seller is not responding. Royal Oak not sure if you have your own stock? I need my product by tomorrow else please refund the money back, else I will take this up across all forums on social media. Respond to me and call me. I can be reached on [protected]

              Hi I have ordered one dining table and one center table from royal oak on 20th June. Before ordering it from online we have seen the products in their Hosur road store.

              We were helped by Praveen raj while placing the order, after reading so many negative review about royal oak i asked him about the service, he assured that we will not face any problem. We felt very good when the products were delivered and installed before time.

              Then real problem started we noticed that, this cheater company delivered different products. the color of both the products are wrong and chairs for dinning table are faulty. after we raised this complaint to Praveen he stopped picking up the phone, customer care said that they will update next day but no revert from them as well.

              on 29th Praveen picked the call because i called him from different number, and he said since the offline and online are different vertical approval is taking time. he assured me that he will update on 5th July however he is not picking up the call and not replying to my messages.

              There is not revert on the email which we have sent to the Royal oak team.

              We need refund if they can not deliver the same furniture we ordered.

                Sir,
                Finally i received this product ROY[protected]Royaloak Tiyya Computer Table) on 23 Jun 21 after 1 and half month and installation was done on 24 Jun 21 without proper accessories and proper installation. The following points observed on that product:
                1. There is no Height which is mentioned online.
                2. There is no Middle point (Knob) for draw the side drawer
                3. No keyboard drawer for computer Keyboard
                4. There are only 5 Wheels given in place of 6 Wheels . therefore table swinging front and rear(Not Stable)
                5. Installation not done properly. Half of the Screws clearly visual outside
                Above all points observed and attaching all screenshots for your reference.
                On 25 Jun 21 I personally visited the Royaloak Office at Banaswadi(Bangalore) and the same complaint larged at the office. Also Talk with Customer Care and send all the images on Whatsapp also.
                It is therefore requested that, either replace my product or Cancel my order whatever required. I Ordered this product ROY[protected]Royaloak Tiyya Computer Table) on 12th May 21 and received it on 24 Jun 21.

                Royaloak is not good company.issue resolved after 4 months After roaming around their company . They will not respond to our calls messages. I never seen this type of company. I will not recommend anybody to purchase any item from Royaloak.

                  Hi Team,

                  This is regarding the recently purchased recliner sofa set.

                  Sofa set delivered to me was torn from multiple places after informing the store from where I purchased they did send an engineer to check on the same and he told us he or someone else will come from service department to fix the same however no one did till now.

                  Either you fix this sofa set and make it as new or send a replacement on priority.

Such worst service I need my money back. Almost one month completed. Kindly take action and resolve my query. Pls find the attachment of payment confirmation mail from royaloak furniture.

                        Hi Team,

                        I am trying to follow up with your team for the sofa installation and its so difficult to get them online. I never imagined this service from Royal oak .It is a brand and if this is how you you treat your customers then it is very bad.

                        I ordered 3+2 seater, but got only 3 seater delivered and none of them are aware why it is so.

                          We brought this computer chair from Royal Oak on 8th January, 2021 & we found it to be defective since the arm of the chair broke on 10th January, 2021 itself. Upon looking at it deeply, we found that one of the screws was not attached at all because of which this incident occurred. I believe this is very hazardous if we have older aged people at home who will utilize this chair.

                            We had ordered table size of 47.2x23.6x17 inches ( Big Table) and inspite of this we received 39x20x17 inches (Small Table)
                            We had contacted RoyalOak customer care and they ask to send mail, we had sent the mail and when now trying to reach them they are not replying whats blot msg nor by phone or email.

                            Feel like cheated from such a big company.

                              I had ordered the chair online and the delivered chair had an issue. The service guy had come for inspection after 10 days and conclude this requires change.

                              I have written an email for an exchange or replacement with another module if there is an issue with the module. I have called customer care, email no response. Request to resolve at the earliest

                              As nothing happened through this complaint, I needed to follow up with multiple times with Royal Oak support team and get the same escalated. Finally, approached an Royal Oak showroom and get the chair replaced after coordinating between online and offline store, it took more than 90 days to get this resolved on my own after paying additional money. I don't see any help on raising this complaint in this forum, I needed to work for the resolution. Raising complaint is waste of time.

                                    This is disappointing as we booked a sofa from the Laggere branch on April 2nd and it was told they have complete set of stock when bookee. But only the wooden sofa got delivered and till date the cushions are not delivered and everyday they lie saying they will send it today and tomorrow. None of the staff along with the branch head is transparent on the status. Please get this sorted or get the amount back and we would never want to buy anything from Royal Oak. It's a pathetic service

                                        The worst customer service ever...My husband booked a king size bed for in-laws. The Order number is ROY00103982, and was booked on May 12. The product was supposed to be delivered by May27th, and got delivered on June 14th. Till now the product is not installed...Probems...
                                        Delivery: In the name of lockdown they are bluffing that order could not be delivred in time...Pls understand that commodity movement is allowed during lockdown and all citizens know this...Finally after making many calls the product was delivered on June14th...The product was to be deilvered on First floor...the delivery person did it on ground floor when we specifically said its first floor of independent house...It was supposed to be FREE delivery but the person charged me 800 INR.

                                        Installation: This part sucks...the product was left out and its been raining...now they say due to weight they cannot take it to first floor...the installation person came with a kid (age between 11-13 years) for installation...its been 3 days and bed is not installed...The bed is stuck in the middle and lot of scratches are on the back of the board while taking it up...
