I had ordered the chair online and the delivered chair had an issue. The service guy had come for inspection after 10 days and conclude this requires change.
I have written an email for an exchange or replacement with another module if there is an issue with the module. I have called customer care, email no response. Request to resolve at the earliest

Complaint marked as Resolved As nothing happened through this complaint, I needed to follow up with multiple times with Royal Oak support team and get the same escalated. Finally, approached an Royal Oak showroom and get the chair replaced after coordinating between online and offline store, it took more than 90 days to get this resolved on my own after paying additional money.
I don't see any help on raising this complaint in this forum, I needed to work for the resolution.
Raising complaint is waste of time.
