Its been weeks since I have been following up with the customer care of Royaloak for the refund of the RoyaloakHomez Valka Study Desk with drawer that I purchased via order number 606580fde998 for Rs.14, 990/- on 1st of April 2021.

The table was found to not be as advertised on their website. I was told they would refund the amount and it was organised to be picked up.

Its now been almost 2 months. All documents have been sent to them by whatsapp as well as email. There is not even the courtesy to respond to any of my communication and to advise me when the amount due to me will be refunded.

    ROY0099610. Getting no proper response from customer service. Was shipped a defective product. Raised issue immediately and was told replacement will be done. It has been 2 months now, every time I reach out they say it will be done but never say when. Now are not responding either. There's no way to talk to someone on the phone directly for e-commerce purchases. Pathetic.

      I have placed my order ROY00110014 on 4th June and still there is no update, I have contacted customer care everyday and still there is no response. Such a pathetic service, I don't need your product anymore, please cancel my order immediately and refund my money.

        I have ordered on 26th may, they supposed to deliver by 9th June. But till now its not delivered and No status on delivery yet.
        Custmer care is useless. they either not revieve your call after your first call. and the whatsapp facility is waste too.. no respose from there as well. I am thinking to coplain in consumer court.

              I would like to start with royal oak has Pathetic customer support, litterally you will feel menatally tortured.

              Placed order on[protected], One six seater dining table, One king sizebed, one king size mattress and on offer with study table.
              on[protected] received products DIning table and king size bed along with matress installation done on[protected] on[protected] identified one chair is broken in side.
              Getting sqsueaky noise from mattress spring.
              Have not received the study table yet.

              There customer care number is least bothred about customers problem very rarely you will get response as we will look into it after that there will be no more processing.

                    Sir,
                    Number of times I mailed Royaloak team and number of times I contacted them through whatsapp and telephonic conversation but there is no response. Otherwise not picking the phone. Already confirmed from their team on 12 May 21 before booking the order. They told me that the product will be delivered by 16 May 21. Once item booked, 1st date showed me 18 May 21 once date lapsed then shown 24 May 21 by their web app. taking very careless. I am already informed I will not be available in station for some time. Almost one month gone, just they are passing time. I was expected and faith in this company and planned to order number of chairs and tables and furniture for my office. This taught me good lesson. They are not canceling my order or not delivering my purchased product...

                      This company sold me a fake leather sofa and is not responding to my email of complaint. This company is selling 100% fake products
                      RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I had purchased a 3 seater leather recliner sofa I purchased from Royal Oak showroom Calicut. I purchased ‘Naples Italian Leather Recliner 3s’ on August 30th 2020 from Royal oak Calicut showroom. I was intimated that the touchable portion of the sofa is made of genuine leather. But after two months I could see that the outer skin of the genuine leather was getting peeled off/damaged in multiple spots. If the product is made of genuine leather, then there is no chance that the outer skin gets peeled off this way.

                      I need a replacement of this product at the earliest failing in which I will move legally against royal oak furniture for selling fake products.

                          After a long no of repeated and dogged followups on phones and whatsapp, we finally received the furniture about 2 months late from the original delivery date. By the time we had bought replacement furniture. So we ended up with some extra unrequired furniture and a bad taste in our mouth. Thanks consumer complaints for your platform and svcs.

                            1. Royaloak Texas American Wooden king size bed
                            I have ordered for a King size bed and I have received a queen size bed, I have sent a message on you chat support sa there was no response I have called the sales agent whom I spoke to during my sales and he has connected me to a warehouse manager who accepted the mistake and promised me for an exchange. it has been almost 10 days no and no update on this

                            2. Royaloak Super soft Three Seater Sofa Cum Bed in Brown
                            I have received the sofa cum on 9th June, as per your rules the installation person will come in 3 days, but still now no one has come

                            3. I am yet to recieve 2 seater sofa I have place order 20 days back and I have to recieve this by June 12th, still no update on this.

                            4. I am yet to get one study table and a free study table as part of the offer. no update on this

                            The sales person(Wasim) is not responding to my messages and calls

                            No responce on the whatsapp number that Royaloak has provided for chat support

                            No responce to my email

                            I have tried calling customer care number and there is no responce from them

                            I am trying to reach them through all above means and no responce from them at all

                              I purchased a dining table with 4 chairs through the Royal oak online site. It was delivered on 23rd April. On May 25th we noticed a crack in the chair. Which starts increasing day by day. Never expected a low quality from Royal Oak. Expecting good customer service at least with a replacement as the product is in the guaranteed time frame.

                                I had placed the order for a dinning table #ROY00104622: Rs85k on May15th. It was supposed to be delivered by 28th May, I didn’t receive it on 28th so when I contacted the customer care, after multiple calls it was informed that the product will be delivered by 5th June, today it’s 12th June and the product is not delivered and nobody from Royal Oak are picking our calls and not responding to messages/emails. I have seen hundreds of such complaints online on Royal Oak. This looks like some online scam/fraud. Is This has to be reported to cyber crime department ?
