I have purchased a study table from Royaloak:

Total Amount :Rs. 1999
Date/Time :13th May 2021 11:09 PM

They could not deliver it so they called and said that they will refund the amount. They took the account details but are not refunding. Customer care says that it has been refunded but is not even sharing the reference number for the refund.

        I have ordered Dining Table on 15th Aug 2020, The dining table is not delivered and money also not Refunded. .

        Its been more than one year the guys are not answering the phone calls not replying to the mails .

          I had booked an Aster Dresser vide Order No:ROY0028166 on 15/01/2020 Price 12340.50/-. It is almost one - half year I have not received the consignment. Either refund my money with interest or deliver the consignment immediately. Consumer court. Is 3.5 km. from my residence.

            This is regarding the order ROY00108362 which I had placed with Royal Oak.

            When I was ordering, the delivery date was shown as 2nd June, 2021but after placing the order I got an email from Royal Oak which displayed delivery date as 28th June, 2021i.e. almost after a month.

            So, I sent the mail immediately the next day to cancel my order as there is no point for me to wait for such a long time.

            But I didn't get any response for my cancellation and moreover amount of Rs. 40k was also deducted from my account by Royal Oak without even getting the product.

            I sent many emails and also contacted customer care number several times but they don't have time to reply to my emails or calls. They denied to provide any resolution and didn't refund my amount.

            So, I am filing the complaint here as I have been literally cheated by them. I can't let them to run away with my money.

            If you have understood RoyalOak, then refund my money 40k ASAP.

              First I would like to share my online purchasing experience. It is one of the worst part I must share. I paid the amount on 22nd May 2021 however I got acknowledgement only from payment gateway but not from Royaloak. I called to customer care multiple times and got cold response and sent many mails your team has responded after 8days saying that you received the amount. Product delivery time is too much and had no option to cancel the product as I can do it in Amazon and flipkart.

              Worst part of my experience is, I got one unbranded product it has no name on it, you hosted a vendor product in your website and he is delivering a foot path quality product and marking huge money. Just for packaging material he charged RS 1000 (included in the product cost). My overall experience in buying a product from Royaloak is very bad and I suggest others to be cautious while placing any orders from Royaloak.

                My Order number: ROY00103950 date: 12 May 21. Confirmed expected date of delivery was 15 May 21 through telephonically before booking. Once booked expected date shown 18 May 21 later showed another date 24 May 21. Then after no dates shown. Number of times talk with customer care executives and number of times mailed to Royaloak Team. There is no response. Somebody saying that this is responsibility of online team and someone says offline team negligence. Now I am asking for cancel my order if you are not able to deliver. Almost it taking 1 month, now I am planning to travel out of station just waiting for this issue. I trusted this is prestigious company and product quality and response would be good and I think to ask for Budgetory Quote for 12 chairs and some furniture for my office purpose but it gone wrong direction

                  I have ordered a office chair worth ₹8000/- on 16 March 2021 as per the company promised that was 15days from date of delivery 31 March,

                  They failed to deliver the product, I made calls to the number provided on the website a numerous times, mailed them many times, finally I got a response and they asked me to wait for one more week at same time I got a call from their service team which said that the product I ordered was out of stock but they have shown it was in stock, hence I asked to cancel the product, they are now saying there is no cancellation but the terms and conditions in the website say that we can cancel our order

                        I have placed an order at Royal Oak website on 22nd May and had a discussion with the team regarding delivery, they have informed that they will deliver by 8-10 business days, but I didn't received any shipping update also on my mobile/email after 7 days, so I asked them to cancel my order and return my money on which they are not replying on the mail, I tried contacting the customer service multiple times, but no one is replying.

                        I called the customer care again for the cancellation and they are saying that cancellation is not possible, on asking why she could not give me any answer and told she will arrange a call with some managerial team same like everyday, I have been waiting for the managerial team's call from last 3 days, and I don't think I am gonna get one, I feel completely cheated here

                          My order no- ROY00102400 had to be cancelled as it was mistakenly placed through bajaj finserv platform the order was placed on may 3rd, 2021 and since then i have been following up with royal oak team but got no response. tomorrow Bajaj finserv people will present a cheque in my account for the emi. The product has not even been delivered, and still i will have to pay or if it gets bounced i will have to pay charges also. Please cancel the product. I cannot pay the EMIs.

                              I Ordered a work from home chair, before ordering I checked delivery time. it showed 3 days in your website, So I ordered on Order Date/Time :24th May 2021 03:08 AM
                              After Ordering I got a email saying it will be delivering on Arriving: Sat, 29 May 2021, that means 5 Days of delivery time. I called your customer care [protected] 2 today and 2 days before but no use.. They are pathetic and big liars.. they told me that they will check the status and call me back, but no body called me back.

                              If it is not delivering by tomorrow(Monday 21th), I want to cancel my order. In your pathetic website, I dont find an option to cancel the Order and cant track my order also..

                                Bought an office chair online from Royaloakindia. The max seat height from the floor is mentioned as 23 inch in the website. But the delivered product measures only max 19 inch from the floor.
                                They are not taking returns or replacement for their own mistake.
