This is the worst survice from royaloak, I ordered dinning table on 24/4/2021 still I have not received the product and payment also done. I called more than 50 times to customer care. They were telling that will call you with in 10 mins. But still I have not my product. I will give you complaint against the royaloak. Let us settled in consumer court

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am very upset having received a damaged product by your kolkata warehouse. I never expected to receive such quality of product that too from a brand like ROYAL OAK .First I waited for the product to get installed then as soon as the installation started, weird things started popping up. Polish removed, broken chairs, inferior quality of wood being used all over, installation people arguing and throwing tantrums by saying that installation will be completed after 4 days as the table top is very heavy etc etc, however aftr argument they finlly installd, also in place of 3 they used 2 screws ( pics attached).Mostly all 6 chairs are cracked amd unevenly balanced.
    Despite paying 36 K, i have got a product like this and that too from a trust worthy brand, is utterly disgraceful. I am very sorry to say but this product is not acceptable to me.

    Therefore, i request you to take neccesaary action and get it replaced at the earliest and take the entire scenario into consideration for a logical solution.

          Dear Team,

          In reference to order number ROY00101177 . Product delivered and and the same has been installed yesterday (06-May-2021). But during the installation table got damaged and also table is shaking. Please interverse and inform the concerned person to rectify both the issues immediately or else please replace the table. Chair Also small damge is there.Please find the enclosed screenshots.

              Bought re liner sofa set but while simple usage after just 2 months one recliner system damaged, I complained even after 20 days company not resolving under guaretee or paid servicing they demand advance for spare part and not resolving.

                We placed an order for a dinning table with royal Oak Online on 10th April. One Ms Ranjeetha assisted us till we paid for it. After that she blocked our calls. Their other online helplines are useless as you only get automated responses. With much difficulty we managed to get another contact and they keep making false promises. Royal Oak is a fraud company and they are out to cheat unsuspecting customers of their hard earned money. only option people are left with is to take legal action against them.

                  I tried ordering sofa set from royaloak's official website on 4th May 2021, I paid the bill amount using Paytm UPI, Money has been deducted from my account but the order has not been placed despite order number getting generated, i have tried reaching out to the customer care innumerable times and the call gets disconnected everytime.

                  The whatsapp number provided is absolutely useless as they don't respond to queries, I have provided them the screenshots of the payment and the email received from royal which they can easily use to identify the issue from their end, however no action has been taken yet.

                  I am looking for full refund of 35, 718 that has been deducted from my account.

                    I have paid Rs. 54676 on 19th Apr 2021 to buy teak wood cot and fabric sofa. My order nos. ROY00100700 and ROY00100701. Next day i tried to cancel after reading getting transfer from. No option to cancel the order in that website. I mailed customer care and I got a response that order can not be cancelled. I tried to call customer care no more than 20 times but recorded voice message says our executives are busy. I need my refund. How a legal company can say cancellation is not possible? While ordering, company executives pestered me to place an order. Now company says cancellation is not possible. After my continuous complaints, I received a call regarding order cancellation. I am not residing in that address now. On 30th Apr 2021, I received email from company that order has been delivered. I called my previous house owner and verified there is no such order delivered. Company fakes it so that they wont refund me. I need refund of my money. Kindly take action against that company and get my refund back.

                      I have placed my order on 10-April and have been following up with the store(old Madras road) from 15-April everyday, each time I call up they said it will be delivered next day and different people pick up the call, till today 30-April I don't know what's happening to my order, my order ID is sq[protected]. I think everyone is trained to make false promises in this store.

                          Royaloak Geneva Glass 4 Seater Dining Table Set assembled on dated 25.04.2021 after assembling same day chairs found loose from sitting positing and screws came out from the frame of the chairs' base. Thats why it is requested to resolve the problem occured as mentioned.

                              Carpenter came opened the box and found the top plate is damaged. sent numerous emails to the customer care email id. No response till now. Also there is no phone number to talk to, for online orders. I am completely stuck now. RoyalOak completely not even responding. How to get the furniture replaced

                                We bought dining table on april 16 from Royal Oak website. They promised delivery on april 20. We tried to contact them, their phone numbers are not working, their are not working...no response from them.

                                Not yet, they are saying they will refund the amount as product is not available
                                Still waiting for refund as the product is not available
                                File a complaint through consumer forum india. I was the first to register there. Now they have started calling me and promised refund in 7. Log on to consumerhelpline.gov.in. call them keep all your details ready they will register your complaint. Then send a mail and snapshot to Royal Oak

                                  I have placed an order on 14th april for a chair - Order Number : ROY00100127
                                  in the payment page i have done the payment, the amount got debited from bank, but in your website it was stating payment Failed and order pending.

                                  I have called bank after 2 days and confirmed that they are saying the merchant received the money and it is converted to an Emi also .

                                  Could you please check what is happening?

                                  Because i cant pay the emi without ordering the product as well as i still dont know where the money is ?

                                  I need a clarity on this, please escalate and look into this matter ASAP

                                  I am trying to reach your customer service from past a week, but it always says line is busy ? i am totally frustrated please any one give me the correct update ?

                                    I have ordered sofa, study table, boss table, executive chair from Royal oak Airport branch and the products got delivered 19 April 2021. It's been almost 3 days and no one has turned up to assemble the products. I contacted the showroom but they are not taking any responsibility to send one.
