They have very poor service. I placed order 7 days back and paid full amount because they do not take ordered without actually making full payment. There isn't one single message to track the order. If I call the customer support number nobody picks. By chance they do, they keep the receiver aside and continue chatting with fellow colleagues while the customer keeps saying hello. Basically none of the numbers on google or justdial given or the ones on royaloak webpage work. It only rings and no-one answers your call. I have been trying to reach Banaswadi(Bangalore) branch in particular(as I made store purchase) along with customer support and no luck.
The reason I had to go for store purchase is because online purchase is not safe. After signing in and adding items to cart, I continued browsing for a while. When I went back to cart in 15min, my cart was empty. when I looked up if I was logged out, I noticed another name and phone number logged in. It showed user details and points he had accumulated even. I logged out of his account immediately and cleared cache. This is sad. Besides, they track your login and browsing. In 10min of me logging into account I got a call from them asking if I had finalised the product. God knows what all they have access to from our profile. I did not find it safe to make payment online and thus, went to store in person to place order. And, now I have another frustrating experience as discussed in former paragraph.
