      I had done an online purchase on 1st of April, the product was delivered on 6th of April. However the installation which was scheduled 78 hours post delivery of the product is not yet done. I have tried to follow-up with them on the customer care numbers, whatsapp helpline numbers and also sent an email, I am sorry to say their customer care does not exist at all, nobody has responded to any of my queries.

      The least I expect is someone from Royaloak follow-up on my issue and try to schedule the installation of the product I purchased.

        I made calls to different stores in the city and finally one kind person was able to share customer care contact person mobile number. After speaking that person, he cancelled my order and refund was processed later. Nevertheless they lost customer trust and i would never visit them again.

            I order 2 products the order no is ROY0099875. The date of delivery was 16th April. but till today 19th Apirl. i have no idea where is my product. Also no body contacted me for the delivery.

            i have sent several emails to the customer service team, but I have not got any response.

            Mr. Shiva from the online team asked me to buy online, I wanted to by the product from royal oak store, but he insisted me to by online. but after I placed the order I didn't get any support.

            i am really disappointed.

                      Hello,

                      I had placed online order for "Royaloak Nivar Office Table in Sheesham Wood" and it as per their committed date it was supposed to be delivered on 12th April 2021 but until now I have not received the product neither the callback from them updating the status either online or by call.

                      Customer care number which always says "All our agents are busy and please call later". I have send few mails asking for status of the delivery and I always get a standard answer with their internal reminder " Kindly look into the status and update"

                      Its been really disgusting and very unprofessional way of handling customers being such huge furniture stores.

                      Please help me on either getting the order status and delivery on the committed date and installation for my order:

                        I have order one office chair from Royaloak website on 10th April and on the website it was showing that it will be delivered by 15th April but till now I have not received the order and I am trying to reach their customer care but they are not responding to my emails and calls.
                        I want to cancel the order and need to refund. They are not keeping their promise and have worst customer support. Kindly help.

                          They have very poor service. I placed order 7 days back and paid full amount because they do not take ordered without actually making full payment. There isn't one single message to track the order. If I call the customer support number nobody picks. By chance they do, they keep the receiver aside and continue chatting with fellow colleagues while the customer keeps saying hello. Basically none of the numbers on google or justdial given or the ones on royaloak webpage work. It only rings and no-one answers your call. I have been trying to reach Banaswadi(Bangalore) branch in particular(as I made store purchase) along with customer support and no luck.

                          The reason I had to go for store purchase is because online purchase is not safe. After signing in and adding items to cart, I continued browsing for a while. When I went back to cart in 15min, my cart was empty. when I looked up if I was logged out, I noticed another name and phone number logged in. It showed user details and points he had accumulated even. I logged out of his account immediately and cleared cache. This is sad. Besides, they track your login and browsing. In 10min of me logging into account I got a call from them asking if I had finalised the product. God knows what all they have access to from our profile. I did not find it safe to make payment online and thus, went to store in person to place order. And, now I have another frustrating experience as discussed in former paragraph.

                              Hi,

                              I have ordered a queen-size mattress from the store When delivered. Got a different model with low quality, I have returned the mattress to the delivery guys. later the salesperson is telling me that they don't have the same model available anymore which was displayed and suggested me to check for another mattress. When asked for a refund, they are saying that they don't have a refund policy.
                              Why should they display products in store which are not available anymore. even the customer service team is not responding properly. after few calls unable to reach the customer service team.

                                  Failed to keep the promise

                                  I wanted to order queen size bed for my grandparents and when I was browsing in the website I got a call from smitha from royaloak who guided me to order the cot. But I was little hesitant towards the delivery on Wednesday (14th April 2021). As I wanted it latest by Monday. She said she spoke with the manager and it will be delivered on Monday i.e... On 12th of April 2021. Today when I called her she dint respond twice and also later when...

                                  I have ordered a lara recliner on 21st march which got delivered and installed on 25th march. Then we found the recliner was defective and we send a mail with the photo to the customer care and also inform them through call. Their engineer came to my house for inspection and after that they told us it will be replaced with another one. But it's been 12days nobody is taking any action. Even their customer care team and store manager are making false promises by extending the days. I wrote a complaint on twitter still no response. Please help me on this coz I dont know whom should I reach.

                                    Royal OAK Bangalore Tumkur road employees and manager are the worst employees of the unit where no proper response and really fed up with their service.

                                    I have decided to give a complaint near police on them because my product is not delivered and every day they are telling bill problem from the main branch its really bad service in India
