      I tried reaching them but no response.
      No response from chats also.
      It's around a month since I placed.
      It's in out for delivery status for 2 weeks.

      No response. No way to cancel the order.

          Hello, i have ordered tv unit on 1/21/21 it is supposed to be deliver on 2/25 befor that date ua customer care rep called asked about the delivery then i said i did not recvd she said she will call back but no one called again i called so many times some rep's are telling item is out of stock some rep's are telling vehical issue and it will be delvring on this thursday or friday again on friday i called they said i will ask on this i will raise a ticket and fake promises no body resolved the issue nobody contcted me its been 50days nothng has delvred such a bad company bad service pls don buy anythng for god sake calling custmer care is bcmins my daily routine nowadays

            I have purchased Dining Table at Royal Oak, Karmanghat, Hyderabad on 16th January 2021, The product is not yet delivered. Royal oak team and manager is so careless and irresponsible with no proper response to calls. Now they are saying that the product is not available and will be available on April month. Please find the receipt details and take necessary action.

            Adana Turkish wooden dining table mentioned in receipt was promised to be delivered within 2 weeks, now it is almost 2 months and they are still extending. Please request the team to take action, and resolve my issue.

              I made a purchase on jan 28 in ambattur chennai for Ashok table its almost 3 months not yet delivered .The incharge of the showroom told that the stock will come nearly in the 1st week of Feb based on this only we made the purchase. Within 5- 7days we received only chairs they told in next 3 days the table would be arrived, there is no proper communication from the store its almost 2 months over for the past 2 weeks they are saying product shipped its in unloading then again they say it's in warehouse about to be delivered, It's not necessary for a customer to each and every time reach the executive and check for product in spite of being paid full amount. When i reached the customer care they said the product is out of stock in warehouse we do have 3 tables which we can check the condition and arrange for delivery if needed and time line to check is again next 3 days, I really don't know what kind of team and stock management you do, Why do you make a false commitment to the customer when the stock is not there, and what is the time around to delivery the product once the order is made, what does your order management process does.

              Extremely not satisfied with the Royal Oak, very poor management and you people are not ready to address customer concern.
              Have attached the copy of the stock status to what they shared, thinks so which is completely false.

              1. False commitment on purchase.
              2.Stock Update is False
              3. Timeline to deliver is false.
              4. No information about the status of the product from the day the product purchased.
              5. Not worried about customer satisfaction
              6. Store person says stock is available and sends a screenshot whereas customer care says no stocks available.
              Have forwarded mail on feb 28 almost a week still no proper response, Area manager reached and informed will arrange other table which is available stock and deliver shortly but the specification of size of what we ordered is not matching with this so kindly cancel my order immediately.

                Order number.[protected]. dt:03/02/2021 fully paid.
                Till date, Undelivered one - Penang Malaysian Fabric Sofa 3 seater. Knowing well and without holding stocks sold the product. Secondly, continue to promise, delivery by 20th February 21 also not kept.
                In the same order other purchases like 2 numbers- Penang Malaysian Fabric Sofa 1 seater, matching Dothan coffee table, Trinity Rocking chair and Alexa computer chair are delivered on 5th February 2021.
                Royal Oak to deliver the said 3 seater sofa immediately or refund full money of Rs. 85, 500/- and collect back partial delivered items at their cost.

                  I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I had expected more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but send this message hoping for fast and adequate resolution.

                  We had ordered Italian Marble Dining table, Order No. [protected] in the name of Mr.Raghav Belavadi, along with few other furnitures recently from Royal Oak Bannergatta showroom. The delivery men along with few service guys delivered it to our address. Upon the arrival they realised that one of the table leg's is missing and the box has been misplaced and promised to get back to us the same day and fix it.
                  It's been two days since then, nobody has reverted back to us. Upon visiting the store personally and giving a complaint, No complaint is filed nor any effort is made to resolve the issue.
                  Also The store manager wasn’t very approachable and helpful. Neither did he follow up on the issue nor was he friendly towards us.
                  Such rude behaviour towards a customer is highly unappreciated. No customer would go back to the store if this is how you approach your elite customers.
                  I’am really very disappointed with your company’s service and carelessness.

                  I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion and take necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in future.

                    I had booked a recliner from your online store on the 23rd night. 24th noon I got an update saying it’s out for delivery and within 2 hours the status said installation in progress.

                    But I have not gotten the delivery at all.
                    My order number - ROY0094137.

                    I am looking to speak to someone at the earliest, and hope your earliest is the same day, however I highly doubt.

                      Have purchased a dining table at one of your stores (Royal Oak Attapur, Hyderabad), refer to the copy of receipt.

                      During the installation we noticed two issues with the product.
                      1. Table shakes even at light weight.
                      2. Big Round marble table and small round marble table are not the same color. Also the Big round table is not the same color that was displayed in store.

                      Shaking issue is not observed for the display product in the store. I agree that there may be light variation in color, but here color is very different and also two stones are of different color.

                      These problems were explained to your service agent named. Despite several follow ups problems are not fixed. Then I personally visited the store and explained everything to the Store manager. He came forward and took initiative to resolve the issue, thanks to him.

                      However I am not seeing any resolution happening on this issue. It has been almost 30days.

                      I shared them invoice copy, notes given during installation and whatsapp communication with the Store manager..

                      I have been looking for these answers since day 1.
                      1. How is RoyalOak going to fix these issues?
                      2. By when RoyalOak is going to fix these issues?

                        I ordered a office chair worth 7000 on 17th feb 2021 and delivery date was on 21st, we complained and asked but no one replied, when i check track order it shows order successful but not delivered since so many days now, when we call the customer care it goes to whatsapp nbut the nobody replies, request you to take immediate action against this.

                        People are calling us regarding the chair, they are asking for different color, we want only grey color chair, if not, please cancel the order and refund the money. We want delivery on or before 26 feb 2021 or cancel and refund.

                          My prepaid order for a book shelf not delivered.Its been more than 2 months.Inspite of raising concern 6-8 times I haven't received any response from your side. But below are our concerns with respect to this product and delivery. 1) We received the product 10 days later than the promised delivery date. 2) We had no proper response from the Royal Oak team and there was no proper contact info to check the status 3) It's been 7 months since we bough this product. But the screw is weakened and the table is not strong enough. It is ok for us to close the case. But please make sure to overcome the above issues next time.

                                  Its really unprofessional to see what i found while searching the net, i found royaloak using cheap and worse techniques to attract customers and may fools of the customers.

                                  Today i was being done by one of there cheap technique as i ordered a sofa by visiting a website and thought its a royal oak brand but to my disregard it was locally available brand ..

                                  Before i booked the sofa i got a call from one of the agent of online promotion, he called me he guided me and made me do the booking .
                                  After wards he did not entertained my call and behaved with me like a stranger, after calling him continously he told that he cant help out in this matter and you need to raise a complain with customer care and they will help me out in that.

                                  But again unlucky i need to wait and he told he cant cancel the order from his end and i need to raise a complain to customer care .

                                  Now after showing him the price difference of what i am getting it on amazon, he was speechless and just started ignoring me and my conversation and telling me to communicate with the customer care.

                                  I request you to kindly process my refund and cancel the order.

                                  Refund received on Sept 30 after contacting lot of persons.

                                  Everytime the same issue was reported to new managers and finally it is resolved now...

                                  But the amount refunded is less then what i was charged for

                                      I am very sad to say.. after i raised this complain i got call today and said they are calling from Royal Ok furniture. They said will refund money completely and given UPI ID as [protected]@icici. Initially they asked to mention refund voucher id in Gooogle pay. Like these three times amount deducted around 50 thousand rupees. I got cheated very badly. I don't know how cheater got my mail id and complaint information from this website.

                                      Please suggest is any way to get my account back.
