I have purchased Dining Table at Royal Oak, Karmanghat, Hyderabad on 16th January 2021, The product is not yet delivered. Royal oak team and manager is so careless and irresponsible with no proper response to calls. Now they are saying that the product is not available and will be available on April month. Please find the receipt details and take necessary action....

Cancel My order

I made a purchase on jan 28 in ambattur chennai for Ashok table its almost 3 months not yet delivered .The incharge of the showroom told that the stock will come nearly in the 1st week of Feb based on this only we made the purchase. Within 5- 7days we received only chairs they told in next 3 days the table would be arrived, there is no proper communication from the store its almost 2 months over for the past 2 weeks they are saying product...

Product not delivered but tracking says installation in progress

I had booked a recliner from your online store on the 23rd night. 24th noon I got an update saying it’s out for delivery and within 2 hours the status said installation in progress.

But I have not gotten the delivery at all.

Defective product not fixed

Have purchased a dining table at one of your stores (Royal Oak Attapur, Hyderabad), refer to the copy of receipt.

During the installation we noticed two issues with the product.
1. Table shakes even at light weight.
2. Big Round marble table and small round marble table are not the same color. Also the Big round table is not the same color that was displayed in store.

Shaking issue is not observed...

The most pathetic, worst, horrible customer service and communication.
Please do not waste your money.
Firstly after two months of booking the product you get wrong communication of product already being delivered and installed.
The answer is a technical issue.
Finally, the product gets delivered with multiple follow-ups, installation not done even after a week.

Pay in advance, follow up for delivery...

Received a damaged sofa

Purchased a sofa worth 92k but looks like received a display piece with scratches on it and a big cut on it, never go for royal Oak I can say it's THE worst customer service any one have ....

No delivery of furniture and not refunding money

Hi, I had placed an order with royaloak. That was to be delivered on 2rd Feb. As per the website. On 2nd the delivery person informed the table is broken and hence they will come again with a new one.

However this item has not been delivered yet. To make things more irritating they call everyday saying it is out for delivery and then don't deliver.

I have spoken to the sales person serveral times but no use....
