Chair are shaking from the day of Installation

Hello Team,

I bought dining table set Model "Royaloak Adana Turkish Wooden Dining Set 6S" from "Marathalli Store Bangalore" on 29-Nov-20.

From the day of installation the chairs are not stable, they are shaking. We told the installation guy the same moment but he said it will be fine after couple of days o[censored]sage.

We waited for a week to settle down but it looks like chair legs are not of equal...

My orderno. roy0071613 on 26th sep 2020 paid amnt online in full, regular reminders and complaints, but noteven single response from royaloak, fedup with them asking them to cancell the order and return the money, but no response, complained in this desk three four times, but no use, so finally decided to approach consumer court...

Recliner Sofa not delivered yet

We have ordered 3+2+1 Recliner Sofa from RoyalOak Koramangala Branch (bangalore) in October. They promised to deliver the sofa with in a month, Its december now and we still didn't receive it . When we are calling the store manager Sudarshan, he doesn't have any clue about the order and says it might come in January. We haven't faced such a worst service anywhere till now...

Refund never processed over a month now

We ordered product online on royal oak website with Order number - RoY0076854 and made payment through card with emi option immediately next day we cancelled it. The order cancelled email was sent by royal oak no product also delivered however they never processed our refund to us and our bank charged us with the amount. Now when we are following up no proper response and still refund is not processed we need justice and our money back...

Again I am in this forum to complaint against the same order id. With the help of this forum product got delivered but once Installed, the product found damaged.
