I recently received a 18k worth coffee table I ordered from their store in Bangalore. The table had mismatching legs which made it shake, and it’s top has one corner with a dip which left a gap when a glass top is kept.

Basically the coffee table had an uneven non-flat top and mismatching legs, pathetic that basic features of a table are not met.

On raising Complaint ID : 44812, technician visited and confirmed both issues and talked to his manager. I could hear his manager making an absurd comment to the technician “both issues are because I have a kept a glass top”. That’s technically absurd and I was told service manager will call me.

In 2 days, I was informed that my complaint is closed ( for no reason, thanks to service manager who is so “honest” to his work).

Now they have reopened the complaint after multiple mails to customer service team, and after 5 days after reopening, there is no response. I’m left with a defective coffee table. Didn’t expect this from a famous brand like Royaloak with their 1 year warranty. Still waiting for a replacement.

    I ordered a dining table from royaloak website on 4th november. On tracking it only shows order received till now. There's no number to call to, no one replying at whatsapp and email.

    They promised to deliver the product on 8th november and after that they extended the date to 25 december. Today (17 nov) i got another email saying that they don't have stocks in bangalore and are extending the date of delivery to 5th november. What's the problem with this company????

    Why are they taking orders if they don't have any stocks available. They don't give any proper date of delivery. They extend the dates again and again. No proper customer care number. They are just taking the money and later no sign of the product. Is this a fraud company??????They again said that they'll deliver on 20th dec, but still no sign of the product. Please help me.

        I have raised a complaint regarding this issue on 3rd December 2020 and till now there is now response from the store.I have visited the Attapur store branch (Hyderabad) atleast 6-7 times during the above mentioned period and there is no response from them.The concerned persons are not accepting the calls due to which I have to visit the store every alternate day.

Its already 20 days over till product is not yet delivered..but while purchase, stores person said that with in 15 days product will be delivered...still no response from them and they even don't know the status ...
          Pls Consider this on priority and do the delivery immediately..

              purchased TV803 BOSTON AMERICAN MARBLE LCD STAND from ur Ambattur branch chennai .. delivery was given on 4th Dec after several request ..ur carpenter found that the marble top was broken in transit..he had informed to one Mr Saravanan..since then trying to contact Mr Saravanan/ Mr Gerald/ ..ur store in Chennai is definitely the best in price and varieties..ur after sales service seems to be very poor.. kindly do the needful .if necessary i can share more details..

                I am asked to gather all the information, along with terms and conditions of products under commitment of warranty by Royal Oak.

                Please expect a written complaint by this weekend. I am assured that I will be helped to recover the actual cost and cost of time I had to spend with you scamsters by claiming indemnity.

                The delay in written complaint is only because I am gathering information of others from city of Bangalore, that way this issue of the scam you people are doing under the banner of Royal Oak is exposed globally.

                I will reach out to you for further details on which address to physically mail in the notice, the soft copy will be delivered on email.

                Seventh Email
                Mr Sunil Mathew, Mr Nayeem, Mr Sai

                This is just some timepass your team is doing with me. Till now no one came. No pick up no replacement. Daily I call them and they tell me we will come today for sure. No one really cares. I prepaid and got cheated in broad daylight!! I will get my money's worth, I am not going to surrender to the harrassment I am put through.

                Mr Sunil Mathews made 2 calls to me and said everything will be taken care, he will handle it personally. Nothing anyone did here

                I first demanded a replacement of the hopelessly damaged products for a different products. Later I got compromised for a replacement. No one comes, nothing happens.

                Sixth Email
                Update as on 12/15 - Issue Still not resolved. Did not have a technician visit my place till today, Complaint raised and being followed with pictures, emails, calls almost everyday since 12/1, that is 2 weeks.

                Mr Nayeem from service department assured that the damaged table top and legs will be picked up today, 12/15 and replaced in 2 days by 12/17.

                Request team to please, please look into this!!!

                Fifth email

                Got on more bubble today, no one is checking, or even attempting to call to understand issue. I am sending one mail almost every day. No customer care number. No response on emails. pathetic service!
                1) It's highly unfortunate that I paid fully. But it's under warranty.
                2) I will not keep this product. Period!
                Within a span of four days the whole top is showing bubbles from all sides. I am given a used/repaired/replaced product.
                3) All the conversation I had is in emails and recorded phone calls. Please don't think I am power less because I paid whole amount, if need be I will go to consumer court as this deliberately being not serviced

                Second email:
                It's such a mess, we did not even use since yesterday and see one more bubble today. A bigger one. I did not expect quality will be this bad. We die not use the table also past whole day. Attached the pic. Unbelievable!

                After placing fully paid order on Nov 17, and after repeated follow ups with chat bots and some person who assisted me in placing the order, dining table worth 38000 rs was delivered and assembled on Dec 2.

                Today is Day 2 o[censored]sage, that is Dec 4, already the wood is getting swollen. Just unacceptable! I need this item to be taken back. Please do the needful at the earliest! Call me, email me or meet me and address this issue ASAP

                I was assured the table top and left leg will be REPLACED (New) and NOT SERVICED and will be delivered by 12/21. I have taken a written commitment on the same.

                    Hello Team,

                    I bought dining table set Model "Royaloak Adana Turkish Wooden Dining Set 6S" from "Marathalli Store Bangalore" on 29-Nov-20.

                    From the day of installation the chairs are not stable, they are shaking. We told the installation guy the same moment but he said it will be fine after couple of days o[censored]sage.

                    We waited for a week to settle down but it looks like chair legs are not of equal height due to which its not stable. Raised a complain with complain ID -44515 which is not yet resolved.

                    Called customer care multiple time, but they were not able to provide proper update, instead of escalating the ticket.

                    Request you to please resolve the issue ASAP.

                    Looking forward for some action from RoyalOak.

                        I have purchased a recliner from Royal Oak, Coimbatore stores and during my visit and while selecting the product, it was told that, they will be delivering the brand new product and not a display unit . Further after making full payment they told that, the product has come from Bangalore and it will take 10 days of time. After lapse of 15 days they driveled used/old recliners. The product was not packed and brought in open condition and had lot of dust/dirt. The cushions are also in good condition. when the issue was taken up with show room, they told that, they will come and inspect the product. With continuous followup, after a weeks time, they sent a person for inspection and after that, the stores person agreed to replace the recliners and assured to give brand new product. However till date they have not taken back the old recliners and not responding to my calls. i am totally disappointed/dissatisfied with the product and service of the stores. They are giving false assurance and not responding properly. hence i request you to take up with the company and arrange for replacement of the product immediately.

                          Booked an order for Corner set with Kanakapura Branch on 6.12.20.Paid full money of Rs40, 000 by cheque same day .The company presented cheque only on Wednesday, 3 days later .Cheque paid on 10.12.20.Proof od Passbook debit given on same day to branch

                          On 12.12.20 I visited Kanakapura br, met Manger Madhu and explained .He assured the sofa set will be delivered today .Calls to his cell number went unanswered from morning .Now in evening atlast he piched up and said delivery will be by 6 pm .Now at 6.10 pm he said I will contact Headoffice

                                I m writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with your service.

                                Two weeks ago I ordered a Royaloak Aletta king size bed. According to your website, delivery would take three days to arrive, however, It's been more than 10 days after which the cot was delivered, it wasn't as I ordered, It came incomplete and parts still not been sent after raising a complaint by both customer and installer.

                                I was told to write a letter of complaint if I had any problem, so here it is. We expect a Letter of explanation As well as full refund of money. I am sorry to say as we can't further wait for any delay in your service, so u please take your incomplete delivery and refund our money back..

                                We trusted u more and done our payment in online.. once the payment is done.. why are you not responding to our mails? Or calls.. please call me ..

                                  We have ordered 3+2+1 Recliner Sofa from RoyalOak Koramangala Branch (bangalore) in October. They promised to deliver the sofa with in a month, Its december now and we still didn't receive it . When we are calling the store manager Sudarshan, he doesn't have any clue about the order and says it might come in January. We haven't faced such a worst service anywhere till now

                                    I have placed an order of a sofa from RoyalOak Furnitures on November 8th, 2020. After 2 days I was called by a representative of the shop and I was was about the dimensions of my front door. After giving the front door measurement to them I was informed that they will not be able to ship the furniture since it will not fit through the front door. They asked me to cancel the order and request for a refund.
                                    I contacted the customer care through Whatsapp chat since they don't have any voice customer support. They informed that they will initiate a refund and I will receive a refund within 10-12 working days.
                                    Today it is one month since I had placed my order and still I have not received the refund from RoyalOak Furnitures. Whenever I have asked for an update they keep saying that it still waiting for management approval.
                                    Please help me in getting this amount refunded.

What a irresponsible people RoyalOak is!!! on 12th december 2020, I received a call and i asked for refund. then by 15th december 2020, RoyalOak confirmed my cancellation of my order and said to refund the amount paid within 15 days in my bank account. Till today, no money received. Again i am spending time by texting msg by msg, no one replied.
                                      Please notify Royaloak to contact me and to refund asap.

                                      my personal advice : please do not purchase things on Royaloak !! Very wors customer servicet!!
