Purchased a Beds from Royal oak, Mysore road Bangalore, last October 2020, but one of bed edges are very sharp which is furnished in children bedroom caused serious injuries to the children . This bed was unused for long as the children lives out of town and this is happened during Holi festival when they visited first time after furnishing.
The same was complained with photographs to the outlet manager Mr.said, but till date no action taken nor any response received.

This is customer N. Govindasamy from for c-819 from brigade panorama Mysore Road, as we had discussed on the call about bed purchased from Royal oak.
We recently started using the Bed as it's was in guest room. It is very sharp and hazardous. Please take necessary action immediately and kindly do the replacement (replacement only) as it not safe to use in the houses, photos and videos are attached for your reference.

    Ordered dining table in the month of march it has been 3 weeks and received broken table, no further information provided on their website very bad customer service and now asking for refund nobody answers the phone. Just sending wrong and defective items making money giving misleading information. And now asking for refund so they need shipment charge from me only not ready to help or listen anything such fraud company and people doing business just to get money

          Hi,
          I had ordered computer chair, computer table, book shelf, 3+2 recliner sofa, coffee table. There was a year end offer that if you buy 1.20lakh goods, you will get 2 couches. So, they did lured us to buy all. And, post that, we recieved all the items except the recliner sofa. (Which is of 80, 000 rs). After too much of follow ups, they told me that, the sofa are damaged, so they pushed me to buy other sofa, they promised of extra discount. I wasn't happy with their customer service, so i had say no to it. They promised a refund within 30days. 40+ days crossed no response from them. Later they called me and said, they can only refund 66, 000rs only, as there was a blind fold offer, they would reduce the amount in the invoice and bill the couch it seems( what a blinded cheating, to force customer to buy). Also, sonce i had taken those on EMI, i would only be getting the amount post EMI completion ( another nonsense). So, literally they were trapping us to buy another one, so told them okay, but when i ordered day and todays price was almost 15-20% hiked, so told them this is too much. Give me some discount on other like you had promised other day, also the prices are hiked compared to the day i bought them. They said yes and get back to me and took 20 more days to come back and tell me that i only get 2% and forcing that i should take it. Later, the cluster manager told either take it or i can ship the product from Hyderabad as they have stock of the same in there. And get that delivered in 4 days. And again took another20 days and no one picks up the call.
          Later he got the product delivered today(27 mach 2021), which seems like a used one(demo piece or a studio piece, as it was already been opened and they had re-taped it). Also damaged one. This is a big cheating happening from royal oak.and very worst customer friendly.

            I have purchased a Recliner Sofa set from Royal Oak Kanakapura Road (Order number [protected]) on 20th March.

            They are yet to deliver the product and are completely unhelpful.

            There has been no email, message, intimation as to when the product will be delivered.

            It appears they don't care about their customers. Indifferent, Lethargic, Callous, Shocking behaviour by the company staff in this age in 2021 when other companies are trying to be customer friendly.

            Royal Oak doesn't believe their customers are important and can be taken for granted.

            Extremely disappointed customer having to undergo stress, harassment and mental torture, apart from waste of precious time.

            Request public to be vigilant about misleading ads by Royal Oak and not get cheated.

            There are other customer friendly brands in the market.

            The Royal Oak Store in Kanakapura Road Bangalore is extremely unprofessional.

            Please don't get fooled by the smooth talk while buying. Once the sale is made, the customer has to wait indefinitely. They just don't care. No sms, email, calls from the company informing customers on delivery date. Please buy from Hometown or Home Center who are far better even if they are slightly more expensive. It is worth it.

              We have ordered a tv unit from Royal Oak Velachery on 28th November 2020 . Initially the product was promised to be delivered in 10 days but did not get the product even after 1 month. When enquired they said the product was damaged and hence not delivered. And they were looking for the product to come into stock. Since we could not wait any further we requested for cancellation and refund.

              It has been more than 4 months since we made the order and 3 months since we requested for refund. No refund has been processed till now. I have been to the store 3 times and multiple calls to the store and multiple calls and emails to the customer care and no proper response.

              Recently for past one month the store has been saying that refund has been processed and I will get the amount ASAP. But it has been a month and no refund got credited.

              When I contacted customer care they said they did not receive documents from store (this was the same update they gave when I called them 2 months back),

              The store has been deliberately lying to us and there is no communication between the store and customer care.

              I paid the money upfront, spent a lot of time and effort and the royal oak customer care and store employees both have been very disrespectful and does not value the customer. They dont even treat us like humans.

              They dont respond to calls / texts and only when I visit them in the store I get some bogus response just to send me back.

              Atleast they could be upfront about cheating and I would console myself that I donated money to them.

              Really ridiculous people and company.

                    Purchased the furniture( 1 queen size bed, mattress and dining table with 6 chairs) from RoyalOak on 10th March 2021. The order number is: [protected].

                    I have received bed, mattress and chairs so far ( Dining table is expected to get delivered soon).

                    However, I am highly disappointed by the quality of furniture. I have the following complaints:
                    1. I was shown the bed with plywood underneath the mattress. However, I have got the bed with an MDF board. This is a complete breach of trust because I was sold something and delivered something else. Since MDF boards are of lower quality than plywood, I am not willing to accept it. I MUST get what I bought.

                    2. Out of 6 chairs, few chairs are having cracks and chipping. Some chairs are very rough and have been delivered without any polishing.
                    This is a highly dis-satisfying experience for me because I bought the furniture from RoyalOak for the quality of products and I did not expect such issues at all.

                    Even after sending emails to customer care, calling 100 times to the category manager, I am getting any response.

                        1. No one bothered to inform the chair is out of stock even after it was not delivered
                        2. I asked to do compensation as your team screwed up the original order (just 1000 bugs, your sales team already provided a discount for 500rs (5%) for the products above 10k). As the issue is on your side was just asking for 500rs discount
                        3. I informed your team to do a discount and deliver the product on the same day but it was dragging from the last 8 days, I am no more interested in the product. I am sorry to say, I didn't like how this was handled
                        4. On the top customer rep is saying, they don't have policy to refund money. How can they run ecommerce business without refund policy and can't force customer to order some other product if they are not ready to compensate for the mistake they did on original order

                          A very Royal [fraud] furniture company!!

                          Once you order, its considered as charity. So don’t bother getting any updates or tracking on your purchase.

                          Customer care is world class with no section for online buy and if you’re lucky you get to talk to representatives who don’t have a system to check any details and ask you to hold call on for 20mins with promise to call back.

                          So Glad for the receiving end of Royal treatment for my recliner order made just 2 months back and awaiting it.

                            I had purchased MT201-60X78 /BLOOMZ MATTRESS-EMS from Royaloaks. I have hardly used it as I cannot sleep on it as it gives me immense pain whole over the body. It looks like that it is because of lot of springs with very little form in it. Is there anyway that it can be replaced? Thank you.

                              I have received (king size cot and mattress) my order last Monday and installation is pending even after so many follow-up calls. Joseph (Horamavu branch- main branch) sales guy is telling everyday that installation technician will come today but not happened, same story since 4 days. Whom should I reach to this kind of issues.

                                  I have orderd tv unit on 1/21/21 thru online it was supposed to be delvired on 2/25/21 i called customer care so many times still not recvd noboday called back evry day the same thing will delvr it tomorw nxt week like dat they are telling.                                     I had paid for 3+2+1 recliner sofa from royal oak outlet in kukatpally Hyderabad in jan 2021...received the furniture in feb and was found to be damaged hence approached customer care and stores for a replacement and received another 3 seater on march 9th,

                                    1) the entire seat is moving side to side and front to back ..I have the videos of the same..can't upload it...

                                    2) the entire sofa makes awkward noise when ever we sit and get up and the leather stitched is not good with wrinkles all over..

                                    3) while sitting the seat dips down to the base ...which never occurs with the other 2+1 recliner..

                                    4) to add on to this, the 3 seater received for the second time was not delivered in a sealed piece instead just had a bubble wrap over it and it is very clear that colour of this 3 seater is different from the other two...guess it is a used one or some display piece

                                    I am totally unhappy and disappointed and cheated, having paid such a huge amount ( rs 1, 36, 000)in January 2021 and I am yet to get a good furniture delivered.

                                    Moreover there is hardly any response from the store people in kphb and the store manager (mr.Subba rao), despite trying to reach them over phone and directly in the store.

                                    I want this damaged piece to be replaced with a brand new one at the earliest or return back my amount else I would have to take this issue to the next level.

                                      They sent a 2 seater and the coffee table after a month. They had the stock. But the 3 seater still hasn’t reached me. It’s fine but the response is horrible. I expect them to respond after shelling close to RS 90, 000. Nobody knows when it’s delivered or where the product even is. Please stick with home center.

                                        Have purchased a trundle bed on 29th Aug 2020 a d was installed on 31st Aug 2020. But it was broken on 24th Feb morning when my daughter was sleeping on it. I've called the customer care number but no response. Then called to the store and also sent the pics and they assured for checkup and repaire. But after 15 days also there is no response from the technician team. Its under warranty period. But no response for replacement/repair. Please also find the enclosed pictures for your reference. I want it to replace the bed or atleast make it usable.
