I bought a teak Morris Queen bed. After installation we observed that the bed's head board is was damaged from the corner as if it was dropped. I want this to be replaced as i don't want to accept any damaged products.

My customer code in RMS[protected] and it was purchased on 11th January 2021 from Bangalore, Outer Ring road, Kadubeesanahalli.
Update: They are refusing to replace the product and will only repair i didn't raise the concern while installation. This is unacceptable. Very poor service. The delivery executives a damaged the product and r refusing to accept it.

    HI RoyalOak,

    I booked Computer Table and Coaster Chair. it has been almost months and it is not delivered yet.

    No response from customer care.

    A good way of cheating people using Brands and this is the reason Amazon/Flipkart are growing.

      There is no proper communication from customer service.No one will lifting the call.
      After getting the product deliver we have to wait 10-15 days to fix it. We wont get any response from anyone. No standby words.please dont buy any products from this company because there is poor quality of customer service. If management seeing my review please respond back to me. I dont know how many days I have to wait to get reply for this compliant. Hope the management will sort my issue ASAP.

        Hi My name is Zubair I have bought Meleka malaysian sofa set (3+2) from Royaloak - attapur Hyderabad they delivered only 2 seater and its 14th day running still they are not answering correctly. when its going to deliver, very reckless behavior from staff.

          Hi,
          I recently bought a Melaka Malayasian 3 seater sofa from Royaloak Attapur Hyderabad store. I visited the store, and there was a display set, which I inspected and bought it, as it suited my requirements of soft back comfort. It was delivered & installed for me on schedule. No complaints there.

          Post installation, when I sat on the sofa, it was very stiff and after 15 mins of sitting on it, I had a backache. Immediately in the evening I went to the store and escalated the issue to the sales executive. Then, I had a chat with Mr. Keshav and he assured he would look into it. He assured me that he will arrange a reverse pickup to the store to look into the issue.

          After a week, the pickup was done. Then I went to the store to talk to them. I clearly showed my concerns. But, according to the store executive there is no issue in the sofa and a brand new sofa will always be so. They were adamant that daily sitting on the sofa will resolve the issue. I argued that, to use it daily I have to sit on it continuously, which I am unable to do because it is causing a backache due to stiff back, which is not providing proper lower back support. Hence, I requested them to get me something softer or exchange the same for an upgraded sofa. Acc. to Keshav, they are not allowed to do so, and also they cannot allow an upgrade. He also gave a "very good rationale" to justify his stand - 'if we order food from a restaurant and after consuming, if you get food poisoning, you can't blame the restaurant for it. The only solution to it is to get admitted to hospital and stop complaining about the restaurant'. This opinion of him, really did not go well with me.

          I asked to compare the one in the store (which I had looked at earlier before purchasing). Then the argument came from store guys that, I should not compare the one in store, because it is an old piece placed there for 6 months and it will obviously be softer. Later, it was blamed that it was the fault of the sales executive that she did not communicate to me properly that - "a new piece will be stiff". They were ready to exchange the old display piece with the new piece, but not ready to resolve the problem/concerns that I had with the new one. I was not ready because, after paying the price for a new one, why should I take an old display piece. I requested them that I will go for an upgrade instead and also ready to forfeit 10-15% of the price on the Melaka sofa. They did not even consider that too.

          They said, they will keep the sofa in the store, and daily sit on it to make it softer as the old display one and then send it to me. It's been more than a week now, my new sofa is there in the store and I have been following up and begging them to address my concerns with a proper solution. But, they are in no mood to address it.

          Hoping that you guys from the corporate have understood my concerns and surely help me out with it. Though I had options to book online, I chose royaloak as I can't trust an online store, and a physical store is much more reliable and I can get good after sales support. After a friend's recommendation, I went to your store and booked the sofa. I am really facing a genuine backache problem with the sofa I received. I am expecting some sort of a realistic solution for my concern that would make both the parties happy and we keep up the relationship to thrive in the future too.

          On 21st Dec 2020, I received a call from the Attapur sales executive that my return request was accepted and there are raising return request (ARC), which will be approved by RoyalOak corporate Bangalore, which takes around 20-30 days max. And Mr. Azeem assured me that I will be able to make a new order for an upgraded replacement.

          I have been in continuous follow up with the sales executive on the progress of ARC, and she kept on updating that everything is on track. Couple of mins back, I received a call from the sales executive telling me that ARC could not be raised as there is a change in management and the new manager is not allowing it.

          For a change in management at royaloak, I am kept being a sufferer. Its almost 2 months now, there is no sofa in my house. I really appreciated RoyalOak for really understanding my pain and moving forward with ARC. After 15 days, I am bound to start this chain again.

          Now, there is no answer from any of the services. Neither the store nor the customer care.

            This table had issues the moment it was installed. Its left leg joint opened up and was repaired through a complaint I lodged earlier. Now the right leg has got dislocated. Please either repair this product, or replace it. I am tired of getting it repaired again and again.

              I have purchased my entire furnitures in Roayloak on 26th october in their bangalore marathahalli show room. they delivered partly and cot was supposed to be delivered by mid nov2020. I struggled lot to get my cot and many mails, calls, no one is really bothered to respond. they said end nov, then first week of dec then mid dec then end dec then beginning jan. finally, i got my cot delivered yesteday and they communicated that someone called chandru will install today. Till now, no communication from chandru and no contact details and roayal doesn't give any contact numbers.
              very unfortunate and why the organization doesn't care about customer.
              their customer care number is worst, always you need to be on queue and minimum hold timing would be around 14 to 15 minutes then it will get automatically disconnect. you need to again call them and wait in the queue.
              looks like they don't look at the call waiting report of call centre to help their customers.
              no customer focus and looks like money is their important aspect in business.

                Hi,

                I have purchased a product from royaloak online on 4th dec 2020.
                After that waiting for near about 1 month my product was not delivered (Transaction Number : 5fc9f1c1eff1f) order status online shows : Warehouse processing from last 1 month I don't know what they are processing by the way.

                When I checked with the service team they said sorry for the inconvenience product is in damaged condition and we cant deliver the same (P.S. I don't know how they keep the status of the products and sell to customers)

                Best part is when I asked for my refund they said it would take a very long time for (more than 1 month) to refund the amount, also right now I don't know whether I will get my money back.

                Now to all other consumers please stay away from such fraudsters don't even think to buy from them not even from physical stores.

                @royaloak please stop this business of harassing people at the end its customers who suffer.

                    1 year back we ordered this very expensive sheesham wood bed and it is already spoilt because of termite attack within these 13 months. Other old furniture of the same room is absolutely okay though of low quality wood .
                    But this expensive bed of high quality wood is spoilt
                    It should not be the case if they claim this bed is made from high quality wood.

                    Now when I tried to reach to them number of times on customer care, it is not reachable or busy

                    Such poor service 😞 from such reputed brand.

                    Worst experience. I am not going buy any product from royal Oak henceforth. Period.

                      I am Golla Bheemanna, I have placed an order on 18-Oct 2020. My order ID is ROY0076014. The expected delivery date was 01-Nov 2020, but It wasn't delivered and the date was extended to 16-Nov 2020. There was no delivery on 16th November 2020. On contacting your support team I was informed that the order was misplaced and delivered to another customer. So they informed me that my order will reach the nearest warehouse by 20-Dec-2020 and will be delivered thereafter, but there's no delivery till date. I've mailed the customer care many times but they didn't respond and their WhatsApp support is also not responsive, only an automated electronic reply is generated. I paid Rs: 1, 09, 012.5 through liquiloans to Royaloak India Pvt. Ltd. My order is not delivered, but 5 EMIs are already deducted.

                      Why are they taking orders if they don't have any stocks available? They don't give any proper date of delivery. They extend the dates again and again. No proper customer care number. They are just taking the money and later no sign of the product. Is this a fraud company?????? They again said that they'll deliver on 20th Dec 2020, but still no sign of the product. It's the worst customer service and highly negligent, I'm mentally disturbed. So I want to cancel my order and refund my amount.

                      My complaint has not been resolved yet, Royaloak team(ACEO Bangalore) called me and informed me that they could deliver a different product to the one I ordered. I refused and told to refund my money. They are not responding properly. Their customer support team is dead. Refund my amount within 48 hrs else I would like to take legal action against you.

                      Royaloak India Pvt Ltd. Bangalore not responding to refund my amount they have cheated me. They want to deliver a different product than what I ordered from their online website, which I didn't like. It's been more than three months. So, I cancelled and asked to refund my amount, but they are not responding and ignoring my emails. Please help me in this regard.

                          As a replacement to defective marble dining table top, Royal oak sent me old and reburbished marble top . The delivery people also damaged my floor tiles during first delivery

                                  Ordered on 10th October and not yet delivered the product. No proper customer care. After countless email chat follow up I got hold of a number [protected], this guy is now telling he will not deliver the product and I need to pay for the delivery charges to get the order delivered. What is happening ? After paying nearly 11k you want me to pay for delivery? Its nearly 20 days and no delivery yet. Please at least refund my money.
