This table had issues the moment it was installed. Its left leg joint opened up and was repaired through a complaint I lodged earlier. Now the right leg has got dislocated. Please either repair this product, or replace it. I am tired of getting it repaired again and again....

I have purchased a product from royaloak online on 4th dec 2020.
After that waiting for near about 1 month my product was not delivered (Transaction Number : 5fc9f1c1eff1f) order status online shows : Warehouse processing from last 1 month I don't know what they are processing by the way.

When I checked with the service team they said sorry for the inconvenience product is in damaged condition and...

1 year back we ordered this very expensive sheesham wood bed and it is already spoilt because of termite attack within these 13 months. Other old furniture of the same room is absolutely okay though of low quality wood .
But this expensive bed of high quality wood is spoilt
It should not be the case if they claim this bed is made from high quality wood.

I have purchased a dining table on 20th december, 2021 which consist of one dining table, 4 chairs & one bench.

The dining table that i received is not the one that we had seen

The chairs are not aligned properly and is broken at edges

The bench is missing from the product...

As a replacement to defective marble dining table top, Royal oak sent me old and reburbished marble top . The delivery people also damaged my floor tiles during first delivery...

Even after paying full payment product not received yet and lame response on Enquiry...

Order No ROY0084476 - No visibility to delivery date even after 15 days of booking. When i post my message to customer support the only response is we will get back. Am loosing trust now ....

Purchased this dining table from Indira nagar bangalore show room.
But was delivered with chip out marble top.

No Response from RoyalOak, Please file a case ....

Ordered on 10th October and not yet delivered the product. No proper customer care. After countless email chat follow up I got hold of a number [protected], this guy is now telling he will not deliver the product and I need to pay for the delivery charges to get the order delivered. What is happening ? After paying nearly 11k you want me to pay for delivery? Its nearly 20 days and no delivery yet. Please at least refund my money....

When we sitting on sofa the cussion spring feeling and the other plastic box end feeling backside. Please rectify this problem.

I recently received a 18k worth coffee table I ordered from their store in Bangalore. The table had mismatching legs which made it shake, and it’s top has one corner with a dip which left a gap when a glass top is kept.

Basically the coffee table had an uneven non-flat top and mismatching legs, pathetic that basic features of a table are not met.

On raising Complaint ID : 44812, technician visited and confirmed...

I ordered a dining table from royaloak website on 4th november. On tracking it only shows order received till now. There's no number to call to, no one replying at whatsapp and email.

They promised to deliver the product on 8th november and after that they extended the date to 25 december. Today (17 nov) i got another email saying that they don't have stocks in bangalore and are extending the date of delivery to 5th november....

Complete fraud done by royaloak electronic city shop at bangalore, taken money 18 days before & product not delivered called the customer care emailed them no response attching the email thread & invoice product which was delivered was completely broken & only half delivered playing with customer sentiments...

I have raised a complaint regarding this issue on 3rd December 2020 and till now there is now response from the store.I have visited the Attapur store branch (Hyderabad) atleast 6-7 times during the above mentioned period and there is no response from them.The concerned persons are not accepting the calls due to which I have to visit the store every alternate day....

I have purchased Max 6 seater dining set on 29/11/2020... Today is 19/12/20... Its already 20 days over till product is not yet delivered..but while purchase, stores person said that with in 15 days product will be delivered...still no response from them and they even don't know the status ...
Pls Consider this on priority and do the delivery immediately..
