Royaloak Plaza Computer Table

This table had issues the moment it was installed. Its left leg joint opened up and was repaired through a complaint I lodged earlier. Now the right leg has got dislocated. Please either repair this product, or replace it. I am tired of getting it repaired again and again....

Pathetic customer service

I have purchased a product from royaloak online on 4th dec 2020.
After that waiting for near about 1 month my product was not delivered (Transaction Number : 5fc9f1c1eff1f) order status online shows : Warehouse processing from last 1 month I don't know what they are processing by the way.

When I checked with the service team they said sorry for the inconvenience product is in damaged condition and...

Sheesham Wood King Size Bed

1 year back we ordered this very expensive sheesham wood bed and it is already spoilt because of termite attack within these 13 months. Other old furniture of the same room is absolutely okay though of low quality wood .
But this expensive bed of high quality wood is spoilt
It should not be the case if they claim this bed is made from high quality wood.

Now when I tried to reach to them number of times on customer...

Order not yet delivered ROY0083684

Ordered on 10th October and not yet delivered the product. No proper customer care. After countless email chat follow up I got hold of a number [protected], this guy is now telling he will not deliver the product and I need to pay for the delivery charges to get the order delivered. What is happening ? After paying nearly 11k you want me to pay for delivery? Its nearly 20 days and no delivery yet. Please at least refund my money....

Defective piece not being replaced

I recently received a 18k worth coffee table I ordered from their store in Bangalore. The table had mismatching legs which made it shake, and it’s top has one corner with a dip which left a gap when a glass top is kept.

Basically the coffee table had an uneven non-flat top and mismatching legs, pathetic that basic features of a table are not met.

On raising Complaint ID : 44812, technician visited and confirmed...

Dining table not delivered, 50 days over

I ordered a dining table from royaloak website on 4th november. On tracking it only shows order received till now. There's no number to call to, no one replying at whatsapp and email.

They promised to deliver the product on 8th november and after that they extended the date to 25 december. Today (17 nov) i got another email saying that they don't have stocks in bangalore and are extending the date of delivery to 5th november....

New mattress damaged within 3 months of purchase

I have raised a complaint regarding this issue on 3rd December 2020 and till now there is now response from the store.I have visited the Attapur store branch (Hyderabad) atleast 6-7 times during the above mentioned period and there is no response from them.The concerned persons are not accepting the calls due to which I have to visit the store every alternate day....
