We have purchased recliners 3+1+1 for the cost of 1.7 lacs but very bad quality not working properly, initially they delivered damaged one, partial replacement done but again product not working properly, advise cha we get solutions or not...

Purchased king size cot worth 32000 months before. There was unnecessary delay in delivery and assembly.
The product has many assembly units, makes it difficult to move and reassemble.
There is a plate near head side which is not fixed and slides both right and left creating nuisance everything.
In addition this free plate slides down blocking the functioning of hydraulics.

The technical people have put some nails below the head board which I believe is temporary solution problem lies in design. Anyways thanks to royal oak for addressing the issue I received a call from royaloak and miss deepa from royaloak was handling the issue. Service and customer care from royal oak is fine like mentioned above it is the design . Putting nails is layman solution i think.

    We purchased 3 dining chairs. One of the chair is damaged and the service people has taken the chair on 3.10.2020. And they have not replaced it till today. Called the service Center called the furniture shop where we purchased the chair. But there is no use. They will give one phone number when we call they will give another number.     Invoice generated 9 days before, Office chair is received but chair back cushion was missing while delivering, i have raised a complaint 5 days before still is not yet resolved, If this a case if you can't deliver kindly refund my money i will return the chair, I found this service is very pathetic, am very disappoint with Royal oak service. even if call managers they will not pick up a call, kindly refund my money by tomorrow am coming to your store by tommorow.

      I have ordered a office chair in May 18th 2021.Second day itself i noticed the improper function of the hydraulic piston and keep on raised the complaint with Royal Oak mail Id and CUSTOMER care number. Till now there is no response and now the problem of the worsened as such the chair will be automatically get set with the highest height everytime we adjust the same.
      This is the worst level of the CUSTOMER care, i have seen in my experience.br...

      Ordered Serene dining table back in October 2020 and delivered in January 2021 with 2 chairs out of 6 faulty. Store members took back the same with a promise of replacement and also acknowledged the same by store owner Amar - +[protected]. Till date they have not delivered or called with an update for replacement.

      Visited store by myself, and still they are providing same old faulty chairs as replacement.

          I ordered a bed from royaloak and they said they would deliver the product by 2nd Oct 2021(15 days after booking), but still it shows only order received by tracking. I have already paid the money. But I'm not able to contact any customer care. No one's replying in WhatsApp and online chat. I don't want to receive my order late like others, that's why I am complaining now only. Please rectify this asap.

            Even after 3 months, they are not delivering the product. Not picking up our calls. And are not processing the refund.
            Be aware and don't buy from this brand.

            Tried contacting customer support too multiple times. It was not helpful at all.
            They don't help in anyway and are not reachable AT ALL !
