Respected sir / madam,

I am Mohamadsaleem Gudgeri residing at Sa-4 Shakuntala Apts, First Floor, Near Ganesh temple, New Vaddem Goa.

On 06th October 2022, I had placed an order. order no.[protected] for Royaloak Muar Malaysia LCD stand (TV[protected] through online Royaloak site. Payment is done through Razorpay and Amount is debited from my RBL credit card of Rs.11, 999.42.

The product was Estimated to delivered by 20th October to my above address. But when I enquired about the product through their website customer service number ([protected]) they informed me that due to some transport issue the product will be delivered to me by 25th October 2022. Again it was not delivered.

When I called customer care on 25 th October 2022, they told me it will be further delayed one week, I contacted Royaloak Operation Manager of Banglore Mr.Praveen ([protected]) he told me that product had reached Goa and somehow it got damaged in Goa. I was shocked because I am continuesly calling customer care till 25 October 2022 the product was not dispatched only from Bangalore warehouse. But Mr. Praveen is telling it got damaged in transportation.

Now Mr. Praveen operation Manager Banglore informed me that it will take again more week to delivered. Time period is already completed but there is no Update of product.

I had thought Royaloak is genuine site for placing an order for furniture. Because they are linked with Amazon and Flipkart. I was about to place order through Amazon but bimistakely I placed order through their website and now I am helpless.

Customer care kept my contact number on Busy mode. Everyday m calling 15/20 times but they always keep my number online and it disconnected automatically.

Sir I am requesting you to help me out. Because I have already paid the amount through my credit card. EMI already started for the said product from my account.

If possible get my product delivered on my above address or Refund on my same RBL credit card.

I am attaching my payment slips, I'd cards, order invoice and photo of Royaloak operation Manager Banglore.

Please do needful. It will be highly appreciated.

    We bought sofa from royaloak furniture shop from nandyal on 22 October 2022 which is damaged they did not check and give we complained them on the same day that it’s damaged while we sit it’s bending they told as to check but we were not able to check as it is covered totally . They are not at all responding to our case it’s new one we did not even use it we are asking to replace them with new one they are not at all responding please do needful

      We bought furniture sofa form royaloak store on 22 October 2022 we complained to them on the same day that we received the product in this way but they are not even responding we bought sofa which is worth 73000 please do needful. We are asking for them to replace with new one they are not even responding

        Dear Team,

        This is to inform you myself Vivek staying in RR Nagar, Have visited RoyalOak Store near RR Nagar Next to Metro Cash and Carry, Kengeri Hobli, Mysore Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560060, Myself purchased 3 products from RoyalOak and surprise is all 3 products are defective.
        Purchased on September 11th 2022
        No.1 - Dining Table set received with 3 chair and 4th chair received is used one and different colour till today not replaced
        No.2 - Coffee table received a damage piece and returned same day Worth : Rs.22000
        No.3 Queen size cot purchased Worth Rs.35000, within 30 days Hydraulic is replaced 3 times and till today Hydraulic is not repaired with good ones and Mr.Poonaram from Service informed we cant repair it more and no one is responding till today.
        As they are treating customers very cheaply and im not satisfied with any of the RoyalOak products i want to return both defective Coffee table and defective Queen Size Cot and refund my amount.
        From past one month we are reaching out RoyalOak RR Nagar store no one is solving the problem instead they are forcing me to take another product which i'm not satisfied. As per consumer act if goods purchased defective and damaged within 30 days we have rights to ask for refund, But we are continuously following up store but till today they are just telling you can purchase other product but cant refund. I don't understand why are they forcing me to take other product which i don't like ?

        From day 1 we are following up from store sales person to service manager till today no one is ready to solve my problem. We have contacted Mr, Tharanath Sales person he informed me to contact Mr.Mohan, Store Manager, Then Mr Mohan was not available in store informed to Contact Mr.Shyam, Then again Mr.Shyam said to contact Mohan after 2 days, Then store agreed to pick my product and refund my amount and then again on 01/11/2022 Mr Sham is telling we cant help from our side please contact Mr. Joseph Jarad, Sales Manager, Bangalore. Trying to contact Mr. Joseph called more than 20 times till now he is not responding to the call or not calling back return.
        This shows the company is showing pure negligence towards customer once the product is sold and they are carelessly telling we can't do anything you should take another product.

        Please im requesting you to help to solve this problem and refund my complete amount of Coffee table and Queen size Cot.

          I have earlier raised a complaint (around 3 months back) on damage to the sofa i bought on November 19, 2021 from Royaloak furniture store, Neredment, Secunderabad. This is in one warranty and a service engineer visited to do manual stitching. He asked me to call him back if there is any damage again or if the stiches come off and he would have it picked for a proper stich at their service center. It did come off and since October 2nd week i have been calling the service engineer, service manager (Mr. Venkatesh, he had stopped answering to my calls), customer care email id and calls to the number listed on their website. All this in vain and it is soon going to near a month since i raised concern.

          No one here comes with customer service objective and least care about customer satisfaction. I was last given contact of Mr. Sai Prasad who seem to be Service Head. Unfortunate that he as well does not take calls. I could only imagine the team is as good as their leader. Everyone at Royaloak service center need to learn/realize importance of the customers. I would not think again of buying anything from Royaloak nor would recommend it to my contacts.

          Please help resolve it before warranty expires. Attached copy of invoice and pics of the damages on the Sofa.

          Last week Wednesday Royaloak representative picked the 3 seater recliner sofa for repair. However, they have not picked the single seater which as well has the issue as per pics that i shared. Although we insisted he wanted us again to reach out to customer care. After all this wait this is still unattended. Below needs attention.

          1. Royaloak to pick the single seater recliner for repair or atleast apply manual sticthes to it.
          2. Return of repaired 3 seater recliner.

          I am not seeing any update post raising compliant in this website. Not sure if this is really operational and i should expect some progress. Could anyone let me know?

          Update: It is nearing a month since Royaloak picked up sofa from my home for repair and since then i have no update and as usual no one is taking calls or providing an update.

            With regards to my Order #[protected], dated 08 Oct 2022 Order ID : SO[protected] || Products LUKE COMPUTER TABLE, - it was expected to be delivered by 24th Oct 2022 but till 31st Oct 2022 its not yet delivered.

            Further I am unable to track my order as it says my mobile number is not registered with RoyalOk (not sure this is weird). Last week I got a call after multiple enquiries from CUSTOMER CARE and they said my order will get delivered by 31st Oct 2022 which again was not met. Tracking my order is not working neither calling to CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER works as it always says all executives are busy. On whatsapp the executive respond in 2-3 hours which is ### to talk. Had very very bitter experience with such a brand.
            Requesting for full refund and cancel my order.

              We purchased sofa sets, cots and mattresses during pre-diwali sale from subject outlet of RoyalOak, We were attended by one Mr.Chetan and one Mr.Wenish (supposedly store manager). Based on value of purchase made by us they offered a complementary recliner worth Rs.24, 000 and we were asked by Mr.Chetan to choose the recliner type within this value. We chose a brown coloured recliner with rocking arrangement valued at Rs.24, 000 and e were repeatedly assured that the same would be given as complementart product. 9all the while we were kept in dark about any additional info on the terms and conditions of the complementary offers)
              The purchase was made on Friday 21st Oct, supply was done on Sunday 23rd Oct. To our utter shock we found a SUB--STANDARD RECLINER given in place of the selected one and assure by both Mr.Chetan and Mr.Wenish. They started arguing that they have sent what was committed and surprising produced a pamphlet giving details of complementary products (this was never shown to us during the 4 hours that we spent in their showroom)
              THEY HOODWINKED GENUINE CUSTOMERS LIKE US BY PROMISING SOMETHING TO LURE US INTO MAKING SOME PURCHASE AND THEN CHEATING US COMPLETELY
              ALSO ONE OF THE QUEEN SIZE COT WE PURCHASED AND DELIVERED THEM HAS A MISSING SUB-ASSEMBLY PART, HENCE REMAINS UN-ASSEMBLED FOR LAST 5 DAYS. THE TECHNICIAN WHO VISITED US FOR FITMENT PROMISED DELIVERY OF MISSING SUB-ASSEMBLY PART THE VERY NEXT DAY i.e., ON 24TH. EVEN AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS PART NOT SUPPLIED AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM ROYAL OAK, SHOWROOM OR SERVICE TEAM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

                I purchased a product from sarjapur outlet under one condition that the delivery should be on 25th October and installation should be on max 26th Of October.

                However the delivery was delayed giving FALSE information that I didn't confirm the delivery which is did after getting call on my alternate number.

                When I called on support helpline the advisor was so rude that she disconnected my call and was literally arguing with me.

                This kind of pathetic support &service was not expected.

                Looking for support as I am helpless on this matter.
                Royal Oak is No.1 Worst furniture store.

                  I ordered Royaloak Muar Malaysian Center Table in Sheesham Wood online. They didn't deliver my product but the status shows as Complete.
                  Their customer care is impossible to reach.
                  they don't receive phone call.
                  they never respond to email or complaint.

                    I purchased a sofa set from your showroom in June 2022 .It has not been six months that the product seats are compressed.The product is not even used on daily basis and the condition turned like this .
                    It has been a pathetic experience we had with the royal oak . After spending so much money this kind out service you offer to the customer.
                    Earlier you delivered the damaged bed which when we rejected to accept it then you changed it and now it has not been six months and your products are getting compressed and you offered 1 year warranty for this product it is highly disappointing .I want you to take back your product and provide me my complete refund for the same.
                    I want the resolution for this problem asap as we have been highly disappointed with your services as your customer care ID is also not reachable
                    Royal oak is No.1 Fraud company

                      Received 2 damaged sofa. I have sent several emails. Still awaiting firm information on replacement. Customer support only mentioning staff will get back. But 7 days have past and no calls received and details not given on email regarding replacement.
                      Pathetic customer service after giving damaged items. Not even bothered to reply by call...

                          I have ordered online a budha idol for about 9000 INR on 18-July-2022. A badly damaged/ broken and mishandled Budha idol delivered on 23-July. The initial complaint was raised on 23-july with customer service by sharing the damaged product pictures and videos. The response from customer service team was very sluggish.

                          After many reminders, The damaged product has been reverse picked up after a month. It's been about 3 months from then, i have been chasing this customer service team to credit the refund or reship the product. I have dropped numerous emials ( more than 20) and made many calls, till date there was no constructive solution provided by this filthy Team. The ruthless Team were just passing months by giving false promises.

                          I suggest all the people not to purchase any products from online

                            We bought the 6 seater Audi dining set a year and half back. Now one of table leg has come off due to screw loose or how it was installed and the table has become uneven and started showing gaps.
                            When we contacted the customer service, we were asked to upfront pay money and my question was can you please send someone and do a check on what all service is required rather than asking for money. Since I questioned them on the money till date I have been given a run around. Multiple calls and emails however it ends up with a frustration. I feel does RoyalOak really know what a bad customer service their people are giving to the customer and making them a ONE TIME CUSTOMER rather than giving us a good experience so we can keep coming back to purchase more product.
                            First I was asked to pay 700 upfront, later they said pay 300 for someone who will check the table and other charges will separate.
                            Really fed up and all I want is someone to come and check the table and get it fixed and tell me the cost so we are sorted.

                                Hi,
                                I have purchased Atlanta American power recliner 3 s on 22nd September and delivered on 27th sep, due to the size issue the transport person claimed that he can fit the sofa into the service lift and request to unpack the sofa to fit into the service lift, with no choice left he unpacked and delivered with the bubble wrapped item. The complaint are listed below,
                                1, all the package materials were taken back by transport person without our permission
                                2, when installation team came in next day they spotted power cable, connecting wire and manual are missing
                                I really suspect whether they delivered the new item if so where was the quality check happen to confirm all the items were in the package, despite of complaint made throught customer care, service head no response with resolution time. Hence bringing this matter to customer complaint.

                                  Really Pathetic service...I ordered Queen Size Bed on 18/09/2022...As committed i was delivered on 21/09/2022.Till now no update from company. even after calling customer care multiple times they are saying product will deliver in 1 week...that to not conclusive on delivery date...I had to travel to home town on weekend they are literally dumb not saying anything on delivery date.

                                    I have received a sofa which is defective and low quality of wood. The sofa sitting wood has 16 bits of wood attached together which started to split.
                                    I have reported this issue to the Thiruninravur branch manager Mr Danish
                                    Initially he agreed to replace the defective part alone and send technician for fix. Later he refused for replacement and started asking money to fix the issue.
                                    He did not properly answer my questions, rude, and asked money to fix the issue.
                                    I've got a very irresponsible answer form Mr Danish. He mentioned to complain the issue to any branch in India as he will have the authority to look into this issue.
                                    He mentioned to take any step and final answer would be paying money to fix the issue.
                                    As it is a manufacturing defect i requested him for replacement and I spoke to technician to get details about the issue.
                                    While I was talking the technician suddenly he grabbed the phone from him and told that technician left the place.
                                    Kindly please look in to this issue and do the needful.
                                    I will attach the picture of the defective product for your reference.

                                      I have received a defective Sofa. The sitting wood has 16 pieces of wood attached and now it started to break.when i contacted the Manager regarding the issue, he suggested for paid service. Irresponsible Manager did answer for any of my doubts. He told to complain about the issue to anywhere in India as he will be the person to look into this issue. Very very bad way of treating the customer. When technician came for inspection after long arguments and long days he told that company is not responsible for the issues. Very very bad experience

                                        Ordered a sofa on 15th August 2022 with a promise that it will be delivered by 18th August 2022. Today it's 22nd September. Neither sofa has been delivered nor refunded is given. A customer manager name Pravin Raj openly told me that I will not get my money refunded and I should wait until I get my sofa. He also told that he can't guarantee when the sofa delivered as it is not in warehouse. Royal Oak service is very pathetic, no business ethics and how to behave with a customer. I decided that I will never ever buy nor recommend to anybody to buy from royal Oak
