Received 2 damaged sofas. I have sent several emails. Still awaiting firm information on replacement. Customer support only mentioning staff will get back. But 7 days have past and no calls received and details not given on email regarding replacement.
Pathetic customer service after giving damaged items. Not even bothered to reply by call.

    Hi,
    I have Purchased a Product (LAZZER OFFICE CHAIR), ITEM code: CR817 from Royaloak, Bellari, Karnataka, 583101 on[protected]sunday).
    But installation of the product is not yet done after 72 Hours also.

    If I contact the store number - [protected] they are saying it will take two more days for the installation of the product.

    According to Royaloak terms after the product is delivered installation should be
    done within 48 to 72 Hours.

    So kindly look into the Issue and complete installation by EOD.

    I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND ROYALOAK TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS DUE TO THEIRE POOR SERVICE AND STAFF NOT PROPERLY RESPONDING TO THE CUSTOMERS.

      Respected sir/madam, I had bought 1 cot with 1 mattress, (whose specifications are in attached file) on 8th July 2022 from royal oak store kanakapura road, Bangalore. Store authorities had given commitment for delivery by 11th July 2022. It was delivered on 14th July 2022. It's been 3 days, still no one has called or come for installation. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND ROYAL OAK TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS DUE POOR SERVICE AND FALSE COMMITMENTS.

        I ordered a "Royaloak Tivoli Italian Queen Size Bed with Hydraulic and Headboard Storage" having order Number[protected] dated June-26-2022 from their website, whatever image was displayed does not matches with what has been delivered. I raised this over an email and they kept on lying over it, neither did they give a resolution nor they are replying over it.

        Initially they said that the colour has been mentioned in the product details section but it was not there i sent them the screen shot also i snapshot the html for their page and send it over. They later added the colour on my complaint.

        Initially i was requesting to change the bed as per the displayed image on the website but now i want the refund.

            The mattress is damaged and looks like the same is a used/second one. The form of the bed has come out to the side of the bed and the springs of the side of the bed are dislocated. The actual size of the bed is 10 inch but on the side of the bed it is 6 inch.

            I reported this to the customer care of Royal Oak but they are closing the complaint stating that their service manager reported that the issue is resolved. Till date the issue is not resolved and nobody attended the complaint. Its a company of cheaters without having any ethics and integrity to its business. Never buy anything from this frauds. They loot money by giving used damaged items. They do not have any value for the hard earned money of the customers. We are suffering with the damaged item for the last two months. No curtsey to listen the grievance of its customers.

              I had booked a 3+2 Seater Sofa from The Royal Oak showroom at Nagaram Hyderabad on 01 June and paid Rs 68400. The Sofas were delivered on 05 June and I had complained that the 3 seater supplied was damaged and not the one we had seen in the showroom. This piece had a large stain and the leather was shredded in the bottom, The company salesmen had thereafter visited my home to see the sofa on 8 June and promised to have it replaced. They also mentioned that the Sofa seen by us got damaged during packing and was replaced by this one from their Depot. Thereafter I have been getting daily messages that the sofa will be replaced, I have even agreed to bear the transportation cost if that was causing the delay but till now there has been no action from Royal Oak. I want a replacement.

                I have received wrong sofa On Tuesday 5th July 2022, so I immediately informed the store manager but still no replacement has been done and no one is taking any responsibility from royal oak to help the customer and to correct their mistake which has been done from royal oak side. Need someone to immediately take up this matter and do the needful.

                Adding images of the product received.
                Product received is with matt finish shabby quality and wrong dimensions and in different colour. What we had seen in showroom is entirely different from the one we have received.
                Kindly provide the replacement of the product at the earliest.

                      Booked Garnet bed from Sarjapura store on 9th of June 2022 and while booking we have been promised that will get the delivery in a week time but its been 3 weeks now no delivery and no refund. customer care saying to talk with store manager and when i call to store no one picks the call. store manager saying to talk to customer care for refund. So far we have been treated as we have booked the bed from local shop. Pathetic company and pathetic employee.

                        Side table is damaged(Drawers are not working, table is shaky).
                        Queen Mattress damaged(Forms bulged out and the springs are damaged).
                        Crockery table door magnet lock is not working and the table is having scratches.

                          Royal oak delivered very poor quality Sofa, sofas are not sitting properly on ground. 3 seater sofa is having manufacturing defect. They are keep on delaying for replacement or refund. I lost trust in royal oak on providing good quality. Please refund my amount or Buy back at discounted price.

                          I am not good, they have delivered a scrap piece again. Which is having termites in it. Which is spreading all over my house and damaging other products also. Opened down side sofa and came to know such a cheap quality wood they have used.

                            I received a defective piece for my online purchase order #Sale Order: SO[protected], even one part(#25) is broken.
                            Please see the pictures attached, the same has been intimated to the installation engineer while he was installing.

                            I have been sending emails asking to fix/replace the defective item, however there is no response after 5 months. The last email response was as below and now they are not responding to any emails or calls.

                            "We are sorry for the delay in attending issue, we have escalated the issue to the service manager raised a request for part replacement by this week the part will be replaced by this week ."

                              I purchased Queen size Audi bed online in royaloak Bangalore. It got damaged. I lodged a complaint for repairing it . But nobody has responded, waiting for royalok support, nobody is responsible for customer support, the way they treat customers it is very bad for online purchangers. we do not know how to contact directly and get their support.

                              I have been waiting for their support to fix the issue or replacement.

                              Team Royaloak, please provide your support to resolve my issue, i hope it will be fixed asap.

                                This is to inform you that on 8th Aug 2021 i had bought a Venice Italian leather Sofa 3S for 69K. It was said that the sofa would last long as it is made up of Italian leather. But i was totally disappointed to see the sofa parts are not completely made of leather due to which the inside back of the sofa is getting peeled off from the outside back which is made up of cheap rexine. I was shocked to see that just the inside of the back pillows and top cushion alone are made of leather and all other parts are made up of cheap rexine material. Wonder how a reputed company like Royal Oak could attach a leather material with rexine and sell them as branded venice italian leather. Request your intervention immediately. Either do a replacement or get the entire sofa leathered. Please find attached photos for ur reference.

                                  We booked and paid for a sofa with Royal oak furniture sarjapur road, Bangalore branch on June 19th . ( ORDER NO: SQ[protected] ...They took the longest time to process the payment into EMI. which was still ok with us. We moved to Blr recently and did not have any furniture, they promised us the sofa would be delivered by wednesday or tuesday, i suffer form extreme back issues which is why the day of delivery was promised and we made the payment.

                                  Suddenly they call and tell us that the order is delayed by 2 days, after requesting so much and informing them about our condition. Finally after a lot of arguments, they have the 'audacity to call us back and tell us to what ever we want and go and book else where and cancel my order'

                                  After this attitude thrown at our faces, they said they will not give our advance amount of Rs.26, 200 for the next 15 days or more. They are clearly trying to get rid o[censored]s .

                                  My wife spoke to them and she was insulted badly from their end aswell.
                                  We want an apology from the most badly behaved ' MR UDAY KUMAR ' .. he insults a women trying to question their process very rudely. Everyone were rude and badly behaved.

                                  We need help from the concerned officials to take this matter seriously and avoid this kind o[censored]nruly managers to avoid insulting people and stop their arrogances and learn to respect women.

                                  Desired solution : An apology from Uday kumar and our sofa as soon as possible. we do not wish to settle if not.

                                    Hi I've bought a bunk bed n it's so fragile n delicate the parts of the bed is broken n i need a replacement of those parts. N it's already 2 month I've raised a complaint n still thy r telling the parts r not available. I've paid 50000 for ur cheap bed n now not able to use also. It's my hard earned money n it can't go waste. I need a replacement of the damaged product immediately.
                                    Ur customer care people are the worst people on earth thy don't ve the face to speak, coz thy know ur product is not of good quality so thy hung up my call everytime. Mannerless people ur, close the company n go instead of cheating people with cheap products n horrible service.

                                      Hi,
                                      One bad day, I visited Berlynoak (Royaloak company), Sarjapura Bengaluru showroom, it was just window shopping and then sales person came to me and said there is very good offer going, buy 2lac worth furniture and get 25k worth recliner chair.
                                      As I was not sure what to buy but sales staff suggested to make deposit of 2 lac now and latter you can select furniture but u will still avail offer of free recliner chair.

                                      On next day, I came to know my company is moving me to other country on long-term, hence I went back to Berlynoak Sarjapura showroom and said, due to unavoidable circumstances I need my deposit money back as I dont intent to buy furniture now as will be moving out of India for long term (4+ yrs).

                                      To my surprise they said, they can't refund money, but then asked why, but there was no response and said its company's policy, if that's the case why was it not made aware to me and why I was not given document to sign, it was not a small amount and it was my right to know this if company had any such policy in place. Showroom staff can't take money like that without informing customer about companies rule.

                                      Its been 5 months and have been following continuously but every time got false hopes. Almost a month back Showroom sales person asked me to buy some furniture and then will refund rest of amount, I did that also, but after that, now agains saying they cant refund my rest of money.

                                      What is this going on, is RoyalOak a fraud company, on what basis you are holding my money, did I buy any goods from u, did u gave me any invoice for it ? did you gave me any document and asked me to sign which says amount is not refundable, then on what basis you are holding my money.
                                      This is fraud and if not resolved, will take this matter to consumer court, its not small amount, its. 1, 31, 000/-
