Dining table is damaged. Wood is cracked and broken.its under warranty.
Raised issue on Jan 25th. Very poor service. No step is taken to fix our issues. Always saying we need one more week or technician unavailable or technician not feeling well. We are not satisfied with your product or service. Very worst.

We need refund of our product or immediate action on our issue. we will escalate it to all social media possible....

Advance Order placed on 8th Jan 2023 & still I am struggling for my order. really very worst services of Royal Oak.

Expected Delivery Date is 23.1.2023 but after this no exact information given from their side. Last from 45 days they are saying that order is in transit. Very surprising to see this harassment.

I had purchased a kingsize bed on 12/02/2023 from Guwahati outlet.But the product on fitting was short of several parts.On contacting with the sales person Mr Krishna Koirala, he was not helpful.As I had to leave Guwahati the very next day to my workplace 360 kms away, the job remained incomplete.I am ashtonished to see this sort o[censored]nprofessional action from a reputed company like yours.As I am a doctor & I donot have free time, kindly help...

We already informed Royal Furniture in regards to our worst CUSTOMER experience...

I purchased a shoe rack in June 2022 along with a couple other items through the RoyalOak website and the other items pretty much arrived within 1 month but I still haven’t received the shoe rack even after 8 months. Tried contacting customer service multiple times but they just assure it will be delivered but nothing has happened. At least they could have refunded, which they haven’t done either....

Hello, we purchased a L- shaped sofa set a couple of months back. We are unhappy with the seat spring and support. The sofa seat is to sofa and causing problem with our back. The sample piece we saw was not like this. We ask for a replacement

Hi I had visited the Royaloak furniture showroom located at Kachohalli cross magadi main road bangalore and orders the computer chair by physical seeing the model and price tag on it and took a photo of the chair
Later sales person said they will deliver the product to my address and they had deliver the different chair and when we asked them to replace with ordered one they are asking for extra amount....

I have purchased a Sofa from RoyalOak / BerlinOak Bommanhalli Bangalore, while purchasing the item, I was told that the material of Sofa is Leather, but when I received the invoice just before delivery the material was mentioned as LEATHERITTE, not Leather.

When I raised this with store they accepted that I was a issue at there end and that they wrongly quoted about the material of the Sofa and the store manager confirmed that...
