I had a exchange on the recliner product and the delivery was expected to happen 3 to 5 days..

But I didn't recieve the order in that time.

    The chair uplift is not working, I have had complaints from day 1 of the product and they send different technicians, and the issue is not resolved.
    Now the uplift of the chair is not working. Its been only 1 week and the product is not working properly.

    I wanted a replacement of this product

      I bought this chair during September 2020. It was ok for one year and Now suddenly chair is not functioning properly and hands got detached from the chair. Please help me out on this regard. Does your product only function properly during the warranty period and will start malfunctioning after warranty.

        Damaged product was delivered .store manager sent a mail for refund but refund has not happened till date .he buys time saying he will replace it. No furniture in stocks and the one he has is also damaged. Now when we visit store he s taking back his words saying he can't refund .when I showed the mail he has no answer .customer care is waste no one transferring my call to Manager .waste of money and waste of time .fraud ppl who don't stick on to words spoken or mail sent .such ppl will spoil the brand and the products are also damaged as certified by their own technicians who came in to fit the furniture .sad but truth .pls not buy and suffer like me

          I purchased sofa set of 130000 cost but felt very bad about customer service at electronic city, Bangalore hosur highway. No response for customer call they won't even update when delivery will be done...Fed up ...please don't purchase anything from royaloak...

            Chairmen - Royal Oak

            I had purchased a 6 seater dining Table from your Mysore branch1 Royal oak showroom, but the design is so bad, joints are too weak and delicate, my mother fell down twice and got hurt due to the chair broken.
            your person repaired it, but due to the quality or the slippery design its happening again and again, so I am request you to kindly replace/exchange it with a metal based another set.
            As I am not getting any positive response from your Mysore showroom people, so I am writing that you will do the needful for sure.

                We ordered Lounger sofa on 3rd Jan 2022, Initially damaged sofa got delivered and i asked for replacement and pickup after struggle they picked up it on 12th Jan and said that they will replace new one.                 I purchased a single seater recliner online on 24.01.2022 for Rs 24000 . Due to some reasons I want to cancel my order and called the customer care on the same day of the order, they said the order can't be cancelled. I wrote an email to the customer care to cancel my order, they asked me the reason and I told. After that I am following up for the status of my order cancellation but they are not replying.

                I request to kindly cancel my order and initiate refund asap as my money is stuck.

                  I have purchased a recliner worth 1, 20, 000 from royal oak furniture jubilee hills Hyderabad. One part is missing in that recliner, i have mentioned that clearly in the bill during home delivery also .
                  But those people are least bothered about that.
                  Received Furniture 1 month ago still no response from their end .

                    Sir/ Madam, I have ordered the product Royaloak Lucas Multi Purpose Table vide order no ROY00137010 on 13.01.20200 . I have received the product on 17.01.2022 vide invoice no SI[protected]. As per the description they have mentioned the product dimensions as Length 19.5 Inches and width 12 inches enclosing pictures of product description for your reference. Where as i have received the product with length 30 Inches and width 20 inches and quality of product is also bad .since the

                      I bought ‘Charger Wooden 6s Dining Table' from Royal Oak via order id SQ[protected] on 03/Nov, which got delivered and assembled during mid November (17/Nov/2021). Immediately post installation, i saw a crack on one of the chairs and i reported this to royal customer care.

                      I informed the customer care that i do not need repair of this product, since it was delivered defective and wood used in the furniture is also of very low quality. Instead i requested them for a refund or a store credit, so that i can buy a better product. I paid 42K for this dining table, and i feel i can get a better quality wood product for the same amount.

                      I have been chasing with the customer care team, but do not have any resolution yet.

                        Received the product : 7.Jan
                        Technician arrived and unboxed on 9/Jan - found broken and different colored parts are packed together (not sure what kind of quality check has been checked as said in customer care)
                        Technician mentioned he will raise a complaint
                        Until evening of 10th Jan, no complaint was raised by the technician. Got to know this after talking with the customer care. Hence i sent mail to customer care and later they responded that the complaint is raised it will be rectified within 3 days.

                        As i am NOT satisfied with the quality of the product received. Requesting you to share the procedure to return the product and refund.

                          We have ordered a 3 seater and single seater sofa from Royaloak on dec 17th and 20th of December 2021 and got it delivered on 23rd of Dec
                          service technician visited on 27th of December for fitting the legs and he observed that it's a damaged product what we have received.

                          (The technician opened the package).

                          Royaloak Furniture — Disastrous Service by RoyalOak - Taking one year for Paid Service

                          We have purchased the King size cot in RoyalOak Velachery Branch on 01/01/2020 and it got broken during gurantee period in same year. Due to Lockdown, we are not able to get it repaired then.
