I have received a defective Sofa. The sitting wood has 16 pieces of wood attached and now it started to break.when i contacted the Manager regarding the issue, he suggested for paid service. Irresponsible Manager did answer for any of my doubts. He told to complain about the issue to anywhere in India as he will be the person to look into this issue. Very very bad way of treating the customer. When technician came for inspection after long arguments and long days he told that company is not responsible for the issues. Very very bad experience

    Ordered a sofa on 15th August 2022 with a promise that it will be delivered by 18th August 2022. Today it's 22nd September. Neither sofa has been delivered nor refunded is given. A customer manager name Pravin Raj openly told me that I will not get my money refunded and I should wait until I get my sofa. He also told that he can't guarantee when the sofa delivered as it is not in warehouse. Royal Oak service is very pathetic, no business ethics and how to behave with a customer. I decided that I will never ever buy nor recommend to anybody to buy from royal Oak

      Two months back I purchased a dining table from royal oak furniture velacherry branch but the dining chairs (2chairs) broken sooner.Regardings this I contacted them directly Mr.Sathya branch manager and sales women Manibarathy but no proper replies.Worst experience had before

        I had placed an order for 3 seater recliner, king size bed and mattres on 22 August 2022 under the Order Number : SO[protected] from Royal oak store kukapally hyderabad . The same got delivered to me on 27th August in morning.
        After assembly, I found that the item is defective and not matching the one that was seen in the store and informed about it to the fitting man Mr.Ramesh on the same day, he said he will post in their whatsapp group and will get back to us.We waited patiently but no response from their end, neither reply to our calls then we called the customer care on 31st August 2022, and informed about the defective item she said to document the same and so sent a mail on 1st september with complete description of issue to [protected]@royaloakindia.com (Complaint Id - RIPL-29201).
        They sent a person on 2nd September, he came with used right back support of sofa and attached the same, we even told him then only that its old and gaps are still there.He said he will check and will send a sofa technician, then Sofa Technician Mr.Siraj came on 3rd September and replaced with the old previously given back support and still no resolution of gap and sofa moving and making crackling sounds, and he made sofa condition more worse than before and unable to even sit on it as its scary because it sounds life it may break anytime.
        From then we are continously trying to reach and follow up with Store Manager- Mr.Rakesh, Sales Person- Mr.Nagaraj, Service Person- Mr.Venkatesh and Sofa technician - Mr.Siraj and we even went to store couple of times but no response and still we are facing difficulty with Broken, Defective Sofa.

        Please help me in getting my refund money of Rs.49979.

          Dear Team,

          I order 77k recliner sofa on Aug 28th 2022 and suppose to deliver by 2 days. But till now dated 3rd sept not received my delivery. And top of that no proper response from the team or shop.

          This is humiliating us by giving false promise by royal Oak.

            I ordered many products including bedside table from royaloak. As they did not have stock of the Gypsy bedside table they said they would deliver it in 15-20 days, it has been more than a month and no one is bothered to provide a right update. The contacts of the showroom contact don't pick the call as well. Please help get the delivery . Bann

The store manager promised me that he would deliver the product by 2nd September, but as of now it is 3 September and still no delivery and not picking up the call. I will be having my exams soon and you guys are giving me mental torture.

                Royaloak Furniture — rome italian leatherette recliner 2s and 3s
                I purchased 2seater 3 seater Rome Italian LEATHERITTE Recliners vide invoice dated 30.10.2020. Right side hand rest lower part of 2 seater recliner is pealing out. The area, where LEATHERITTE is pealing out is made of sub standard product. I complained on Aug 24th 2022 to Dilip delivery manager. After a protracted discussions, a technical person from Royal Oak need to yet make a visit. I have also seen a previous complaint on similar lines and seems like they admit the pealed area part is a sub standard product.
                Please get the Recliner repaired at the earliest. Photo of the pealed part is here by uploaded.

                  I bought a recliner worth Rs 38, 000/- from Royal oak, new airport road showroom .
                  After 7 months it got damaged, even though warranty is for 1 year the company is not responding do the complaint i raised regarding the damaged Product.

                  When I directly visited the store, they told me they would rectify the issue within next 2 days.but it's been more than 2 weeks and they haven't responded and not even picking the phone.

                    I have ordered Frozen office chair on July 23, 2022. The delivery date was for August 02, 2022 and its mentioned free delivery . I didn't receive the product on that date and I called up and came to know I have given a wrong number which I have corrected on 4th August, 2022 with the manager Mr.Praveen raj. he promised to delivery it within a week time, later on he is asking me to collect the chair myself from a store which is located 15kms away. There is a store available in 4km radius from my place he is not delivering to tat place and there is no response from Royal oak. I have purchased already from the store I liked the product so I wanted to gift another chair so I ordered online as it was mentioned free delivery . The trauma I am going thorough is immeasurable. when I track the order it shows order complete but its not delivered to me. The manager number Praveen raj [protected]. I need a refund

                      Till now, even after multiple attempts, RoyalOak has not been able to properly install the product due to a part fitment issue. Images are attached for your reference.

                      If you don't have the proper parts available and are not able to install the bed properly, then you should not have sold the incomplete product.
                      I want a refund since you don't have the parts available for this product. Bill is attached.

                        I had made a purchase of Furniture (Bed, side tables, dining table with 6 Chairs, coffee table and Dresser)

                        One of the chair and Dresser has manufacturing defects, a crack in the chair and alignment of the dresser was correct. The products were collected, polished and returned, that to with few items missing, they did not replace it as promised, when called the customer care they connected to the service manager "Kunaram", he was rude in the response saying that is how all the dressers are, so we polished it and sent it back, I didn't know until he said that, that Royal oak has faulty products like issues with alignment and cracked

                        They are not ready to provide a replacement or to take back the product's and refund, they claim that is how the product is.

                            Got termites in a month and spreading all over house and affecting other furniture. Customer care doesn't value to customer issues. Technical team is worst team even after sending clear pictures of termites they say no issue with sofa. It needs multiple mails and followup, you can do only if you don't have any other work other than this. It's like mental torture.
                            I Regret choosing Royal Oak. Please be aware and choose your brand wisely.

                              Hi i booked coffee table in royal Oak online, being my booking number[protected], It was supposed to deliver on 16.8.22, but till now no response, tried calling customer care 100times connected one she said, it's out for delivery 2days back Very much negligence in delivering. SO I REQUEST NOT TO ORDER ONLINE, ELSE OUR BP WILL RISE UNNECESSARILY FREE OF COST..

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered a bed and bedside table (Order#[protected] on 29th June'22 and till 17th August'22 I have not received the Bedside Table. I have called their customer care every day and they say they will check with the warehouse and call me back which they never do.

                                I had to literally call them every day to get the bed delivered and installed to realize they did not ship the bedside table and now it is really frustrating to follow up with them everyday and not get any solution.

                                CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ROYAL OAK IN MY LIFE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW TO DO SO.

                                Since the product has not been delivered since months and after repeated follow up, I was told by your manager Praveen Raj ([protected]) on 20th September that i will get a refund of 6, 000 rupees in 1 week and it is 10th October today and no refund and he does not pick up our phone. Please share your legal teams Email address and physical address as i will be taking a legal action against Royal Oak for fraud and cheating their customers.

                                  I have bought Sofa recently I just used it for 4 days, the quality of the product is worst, just for sitting 10 min it is sinking back spine slowly and causing back pain, actually the store having same product but quality is different which is good but my delivered product quality is bad, this is really big disappointment, my product installation was done on 4 th August, I reached out to the customer service on 8th August complaining about the same but they are just saying no returns and no replacements, i didn’t expect such a response from the Royaloak customer team, being the leader in furniture business you shouldn’t disappoint your customers, please help me to resolve my sofa problem, order number Order : SO[protected]

                                      Bought a dining set 6 chairs a month back with 2 chairs having cracks on them. Raised complaints with the support team of royal oak but haven’t heard from them. It’s been more than a week since our complain for the exchange has been raised.

                                        I had ordered Malaysian Muar Sofa online on Royaloak website 17th July. The delivery date was 30th July. The status on the order page started showing Out of Delivery around 25th July but there wasn't any shipment tracking no.
                                        Called at the customer care, they said it's dispatched but, they can't provide any tracking no. Was told to be rest assured for delivery on the specified date.
                                        On 29th I get a mail to my 2nd reminder on this issue from customer care mentioning that the delivery would happen on or before 10th August. When asked the reason, they just said to keep patience and the delivery would happen on or before 10th August.
                                        In the meantime when expressed the concern to customer phone, I was assured to get a call back from the e-commerce team. However no calls yet.

                                        I am worried to have chosen a wrong product or company. Need delivery of my product with an assurance of no further delay & if not possible, then return my money with compensation.
