    The order was place din April 2021 and we haven't received any delivery, we have been following up with customer care and this is still not resolved, its been 8 months of constant followup and still nothing....

    Order No. SQ[protected] Received broken and old product, even the screws are not fitting in the screw holes as they are misaligned. The Technician visited on 2nd Dec'21 and took photos of the horrible and broken product, the sofa set is lying in my house in disassembled, as the technician was also unable to fix this product. PLESE NOTE Royal Oak, i need a replacement of the whole product or refund of my money. This product was ordered from Royal Oak Store in Hosur Road, Electronic City (Opp. Dmart)

      I have purchased this cot from RoyalOak on 14th August 2021 in Yelahanka store, Bangalore. The issue with the cot is, it makes squeaking sound while rolling over the bed. The issue was raised with Royaloak after a month and a technician visited to check the issue and the reason for the squeaking sound given was that is because of the cold weather and there is no resolution for it. We have to bear with the same squeaking sound until it automatically...

      Very poor installation team and organization structure to install an item after buying.

      - Royal Oak management, please have the look of another fast-moving company to re structure your process.

      - tortoise is bit fast in the race when compare to Royal Oak Installation team

        Hi Team,

        This regarding my order which I placed in Royaloak, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. I ordered a cot on 5th Sep 2021 with the EMI option. They gave me false commitment like the product will be delivered within 2 days which was not the case. After waiting for 2 weeks, I had to cancel the product on 16th Sep 2021 and asked them to refund my Rs 660/- which I made as advance payment. Its been more than 2 months still I haven't...

        1) Johor Malaysian Fabric 2S Sofa
        This one was not packed properly. I doubt if it was a fresh piece. Because all of my previously purchased items have always come in proper carton boxes, be it my 3 seater recliner sofa, study table, coffee table, bed, or other living room items. But this one came wrapped in a white plastic sack (check photo attached)! Moreover, when the installation person opened the item, it came out to be defective...

        Really this company is pathetic. No care for customer.

        Have called 10 times, requested their technician guy - Santosh to send someone. They don't have people then why are you running a company....

        Royaloak Furniture — Delivered Damaged Item

        Booked product on August 19th, 2021 and received damaged product on 30th Aug. After repeated follow ups with store people and customer care, it finally got replaced with another damaged item on Sep 8th. Now it is Nov 26th and still there is no resolution....

        If some prospective buyer is planning to purchase something from here. Please don't. Buy from anywhere else but not from Royal Oak.

        They just don't care about the customer. Its like they decide everything.

        If any RoyalOak representative is reading this then really you guys are completely ignoring the customers request. Its all your decision, how you want to handle the order. Your customer support number - 76......

        This company is the worst company in terms of service and clarity.

        Note for prospective buyers - Do not buy anything from them

        I am literally begging them to send a technician. No care for the customers time. We pay the money and we are begging them. Its a shame....

        First have to send multiple emails in regards to the item delivery.

        Now, have to keep requesting a slot for technician to fit the item.

        What kind of customer service is this, where the customer needs to keep constantly requesting information.

        18th November i have purchased product and 20th its delivered. Sunday 21st i got call from technician for installation and i have denied it as was not available. From Monday i am calling Royaloak Electronic city shop but no one called back or came for installation

            This is the second complaint... I have been following up for last 3months on this... I just keep getting calls with a new date to change the mismatched chair... And the issue is still not fixed... Pathetic service...
